Where do we even begin? Merilyn and her team were nothing short of extraordinary from start to finish. She guided us through every step of the planning process, helping us select vendors, stay within our budget, and confidently help us decide what we wanted (and what we didn't). Her answer to every idea or request we had was always "yes, we can" and she meant it every single time.
What truly set Merilyn apart was her grace under pressure. On our wedding day, we faced a small medical emergency that required a family member to be attended by paramedics and taken to the hospital; right before we were about to walk down the aisle! In a moment that could have derailed everything, Merilyn and her assistant stepped up with an incredible calm and professionalism that kept everyone composed, made sure our family member received the care they needed, and ensured the celebration continued beautifully.
The reception was executed to absolute perfection. Every table, every detail we had spent months planning, all of it came to life exactly as we had envisioned.
Beyond her skill and professionalism, Merilyn is simply one of the happiest and loveliest people we have ever met. Her warmth and joy are contagious, and on a day that can easily feel overwhelming, she brought so much light to the experience. We cannot recommend her highly enough! -

Hiring Merlyin as wedding planner/coordinator was the best decision me and my husband did for our wedding. Merlyin and her team was extremely attentive and detail oriented with the wedding planning. Merlyin worked with our wedding budget/personalization and provided a wonderful list of vendors. We also were able to send some wedding items ahead of time to Merlyin. Merlyin and her assistant made the wedding day run so smoothly. Me and my Husband and our families were able to relax and be present in the moment. Merlyin took care with all the communications and wedding schedules with the vendor. Merlyin and her assistant also made sure me and my husband were doing fine, that we ate, we had time to sit, etc.. with much care. Me and my husband are extremely grateful with Merlyin Services and it was worth every penny! -

Do yourself a favor and hire Merylin Andino and her team — they were absolutely incredible. Although we hired her as a day-of coordinator, she went far above and beyond what that title usually means.
Months and weeks before the wedding she was already checking in, sharing helpful tips, and even sending over vendor recommendations in case I still needed to fill anything in. As the wedding got closer, she was extremely responsive with all of my last-minute questions (and I had ALOT the final 48 hours)
She also created a perfectly organized wedding day timeline and proactively reached out to all of our vendors to make sure everyone was aligned and aware of the venue’s rules and logistics. That level of organization made a huge difference especially at our strict Casa De Espana venue.
On the wedding day, Merylin and her team were amazing. I’m usually someone who is very detail-oriented and likes to stay on top of the schedule, but she handled everything so seamlessly that I never once had to worry about what was happening next. I was able to truly relax and enjoy the day.
This was actually the third wedding in our family, and everyone kept saying how professional and organized Merylin and her team were — and how they wished they had had her as their coordinator. I guess I got lucky… third time really was the charm.
If you want someone who is proactive, organized, communicative, and will make your wedding day completely stress-free, Merylin is the one. -

Merylin was AMAZING, and we were so lucky to have her as the day-of coordinator for our wedding at Hacienda Sienta Alegre! We knew we could do most of the planning ourselves but needed somebody to coordinate everything on the day-of, so we didn't have to worry about anything, and she definitely delivered! A few weeks before the big day, Merylin sent us a document to fill out that helped us track all the little details. She also coordinated with all our vendors and made sure drop-offs and set up went smoothly. Merylin is so sweet, personable, organized, and on top of everything! We could not have imagined our wedding day without her and her incredible assistant! -

Amazing planner!!!!
Merilyn was such an amazing planner!!! We had a destination wedding in Puerto Rico. Neither my husband or myself are from Puerto Rico, so we needed a lot of guidance to ensure we were selecting the ideal vendors. Merilyn was very responsive and even met us for our food tasting. She asked the questions we didn’t even think about. She made shipping our small details very easy, and when it came to the day of the wedding she made sure those small details stood out. Our wedding day was amazing! Everything flowed seamlessly! She kept our vendors and us informed every step of the way.. I couldn’t recommend her enough! -

Casa De España was absolutely beautiful! Merylin our wedding coordinator and her team went above and beyond to make everything perfect. And, it was all perfect! Jorge with Food Paradises catering all was amazing delicious food and great bar service, Glow Events decor/florist did beautiful work, Music Factory kept the wedding vibe festive as we celebrated all night, there was not a guest seated… dancing all night. -

Before my husband and I decided to get married in PR, I wrote Merilyn asking her what a 100+ guest wedding at Casa de Espana would look like. Without me officially hiring her, Merilyn sent us documents of a budget breakdown, and some other helpful tips….that’s how I knew she was the one! Lol! No money was exchanged, but she was more than willing to help! It took us a few more months to hire her officially because my husband and I were still debating about getting married in PR. After hiring her, it took us about a year to plan and Merilyn always kept in contact with us of what our next steps should be! Six months before the wedding, we went to PR for food tasting etc and she treated us like family! It was nice to meet her prior to the wedding day! Merilyn and her team made my wedding magical! She thought of everything ! Things that I would have never thought of! The day of the wedding Merilyn and Kay (her assistant) took excellent care of us! Kay is extremely sweet and thoughtful! I couldn’t have had this epic wedding without her. Our family told us that our wedding was the wedding of the century! -

This review is long over due.. where do I even begin. Merilyn has been put on this earth to do exactly this! She was amazing to work with; professional, responsive, always on YOUR SIDE, and personable. I planned my wedding all the way from New Jersey with Merilyn during the tail end of the pandemic where there was still an immense of uncertainty if things would shut down once again or if strict precautions would come about. Merilyn kept me up to date, found solutions and kept calm during this . Our wedding was what dreams are made of and I will never forget how PERFECT our day was. I look back at our video and I still can’t believe that it was truly OUR wedding lol all the vendors she connected us with were amazing! Our wedding is still the talk amongst our family and friends; often they joke around and ask us to get married again so that they can experience the day all over again. I would never be able to put into words the gratitude I have for Merilyn and her help. Great wedding
This could have been a total disaster if it were not for Merylin. She found the perfect venue and was so flexible with all of my requests. She went along with the whole surprise and also provided imput on how to pull off the wedding surprise. Even after the event, Merylin was a true professional. Our wedding photo file had deleted but she was able to get me a copy of the file. Love everything Merylin was able to do for us. -

Love Merylin to my core!! Originally we started booking Vendors independently. Then I pulled Merylin in for my day-of-the-wedding Coordinator… and she went above and beyond that! Merylin and her assistants are the definition of Excellence, Professionalism and Stress Free Wedding! We originally planned our wedding for February 2021 and due to the COVID-19 pandemic we needed to change our plans. Merylin quickly took care of everything and helped us through the rescheduling process. She was so proactive that in less than a week we had everything in place for our new wedding date (January 2022). Weeks prior to our wedding there was a lot of uncertainty due to the new COVID-19 surge and Merylin provided some suggestions for our plan B but most importantly, she made us feel calm and confident that everything was going to be alright. We enjoyed working with Merylin and thanks to her we put together an amazing team of vendors.
Our wedding day finally arrived and it was beyond perfect!!! There is nothing that we would change and definitely worth the wait. She assigned Cristina to be with me the entire day and it was the perfect complement. Our wedding day was beautiful, everything went as plan and most importantly stress free. We were able to enjoy our wedding day without a worry because we knew that we were in good hands. She was wonderful to work with, very responsive and super kind! Having a destination wedding in Puerto Rico, we needed a wedding planner. Merylin has an awesome list of top quality vendors she work with that we were able to choose from. She was there to help with any questions but ultimately we appreciated that she gave us space to make the best decisions for us. I started the planning process on my own and realized shortly in that I would need some help in executing the final product. I reached out to Merylin when I had the majority of my vendors already booked, I was looking to hire someone for Partial Planning or Day of Coordination. Merylin suggested to me her Wedding Day Management package. She was so helpful throughout the process and extremely proactive in setting things up. When small hiccups came in the day before the wedding Merylin reassured me things would be ok and came up with backup plans just in case. She handled everything beautifully and the day went off without a hitch . Our wedding day was PERFECT there was nothing I would change and I owe that in part to Merylin. She was wonderful to work with and so sweet. Choose Merylin!! You won't be disappointed! -

We are so so thankful for Merylin!! From our very first chat we knew we were in good hands. Living in North Carolina, we knew we needed help planning our destination wedding. We originally planned a wedding in March of 2020. Merylin was such a joy to work with and put together an amazing vendor team. When the pandemic suddenly halted our dream wedding plans about two weeks out, Merylin was on it! She quickly put my mind at ease and took care of EVERYTHING. She not only helped us plan a postponement date in June of 2020, but then postponed AGAIN a new date in February of 2021 due to the pandemic. She handled all the changes like a pro and helped us navigate the new COVID-19 guidelines to keep our wedding guests safe, healthy, and happy! Our wedding day (finally!!) was so beautiful, well planned, stress free, and worth the wait! Wedding planning from afar (not to mention postponements!!) can be so stressful, but Merylin was quick to handle everything and super easy to communicate with! We are so incredibly thankful for her guidance, expertise, and kindness throughout this experience. Highly recommend!! -

Simply put, I could not have done it without Merylin! I am from California and had a destination wedding in beautiful Hacienda Siesta Alegre, Rio Grande PR. Merylin and Cristina helped and guided me throughout the whole process. Any questions I had, she was just an email/text away--always quick to respond. It truly made all of the difference, I had zero worries about reaching out to all vendors and coordinating details, she handled it all. I was able to focus on the fun parts of wedding planning. Merilyn and her team were life savers from the moment we hired them! We foolishly thought we could plan our entire day solo, but three weeks out we caved and we started looking for day of planners. Merilyn responded almost immediately to our request and we booked her within a day. Not only is she reasonably priced, but she is exceptionally organized and dedicated to her clients. Immediately, she started gathering information on our vendors (almost all of whom she had already worked with in the past) and started contacting vendors to pull the day of together. Words can really not describe how AMAZING Merylin is. She is truly a ROCKSTAR and we are so fortunate to have found her for our destination wedding. She is the sweetest, most organized person; calm but also super-efficient. We had 1000% trust in her throughout the entire process. When we asked people around San Juan (hotel managers, caterers, etc) if they knew Merylin they all smiled and said, “I LOVE MERYLIN!”
The moment we met Merylin, we knew she was special and that we would be in great hands. At our first meeting in San Juan, she coordinated a cake and food tasting so that we could get the most out of our time on the island. Merylin recommended the most amazing Vendors and met with us a few times before the big day. Planning a wedding from afar can be a stressful and daunting experience but Merylin was on top of everything and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. She was responsive and provided us with a few online tools to help plan. Merylin did a wonderful job running the rehearsal and creating a schedule for the day of the wedding to make sure everyone knew where to be and when.
The day of the wedding, Merilyn and her assistant made certain that my husband and I could just enjoy the day without having to worry about any logistics. I felt so comfortable and relaxed knowing she had everything organized and flowing flawlessly. The day was honestly the best day of our lives. Merylin kept us on time, informed on what was going on, and smiling. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU, Merylin. You did a beyond fantastic job. We truly owe you for a perfect wedding day. -

We chose the “day-of wedding planner” package and are forever grateful for Merylin and Cristina for making our special day run so smoothly. Thank you for taking the stress out of coordinating all the vendors beforehand. The timeline of events provided by Merylin helped to put me at ease, and I knew that we would be in good hands. Merylin helped us find sparklers for our entrance to the reception. We could not find them anywhere once we got to Puerto Rico. She had a great idea of using the sparklers for one of our wedding photos and it ended up being one of our favorites! We also were short on change to pay the caterer, but Merylin was so kind to help pay the difference and we paid her back via Venmo. She also made sure to save us appetizers and to make sure that we ate (this can be easy to forget when there are so many guests to visit with). Thank you for everything! Amazing Wedding Planner!
It's been 9 months since I had my destination wedding in Puerto Rico! Merylin from start to finish made sure everything that I wanted I had and that everything went smooth. She connected us with all of our vendors, stayed in contact with us throughout the months leading up to our day, and even found us with a videographer when I decided less than a month before the wedding that I would like someone to video the ceremony.
When we arrived in Puerto Rico and had our first face to face meeting, it felt like we were meeting up with an old friend. Her disposition was very positive and she had every detail under control. We literally just showed up and she had taken care of everything, even thinking of details we had not thought of.
The day of our wedding, there were torrential downpours and gusts of winds that got up to 40 mph. Our ceremony was supposed to be outdoors and we had not developed a plan b in case of inclement weather. This is where Merylin really began to shine. She called me mid-morning and had already come up with 2 options in case the weather did not cooperate. She remained calm and positive all day, organized the vendors, and made a decision when it came down to the wire. Even though we did not get the location we had hoped, Merylin worked tirelessly to make sure our plan b was just as beautiful and special. Everything turned out better than I could have hoped, and we owe it all to Merylin!
This was the best money we spent on our whole wedding. I cannot express how thankful we are that we chose Merylin to help us with our day. -
Nakware Sent on 08/31/2018We hired Merylin to plan our wedding and could not have been more satisfied. I can't imagine making it happen without here, especially considering we put on a destination wedding with 100 guests. She was better than advertised and well worth her weight in gold! She truly did an amazing job and more than anything helped turn our dream wedding into a reality. For every question we had she had an answer, anything we needed she was there, she was extremely responsive, and managed the relationship between us and the vendors beautifully. Honestly the only thing I wanted from this relationship was someone that could consistently put my wife's worries at ease and she did that and then some. There was never a mount where we doubted her abilities or worried that she didn't have everything under control. She was a blessing to work with and I would recommend her to anyone else in a heartbeat!

Stephanie Sent on 03/09/2018My fiancé Zahir and I got married 2-24-18 at La Concha in San Juan. We hired Merylin to be our day of coordinator. The first time I spoke to her I felt like I’d known her for years. She was very personable. Although we hired her for day only services, she told us to never hesitate To contact her with questions. We met her about six months before the wedding and she even came to the hotel to visit the site and food taste with us! Before the wedding she had our whole day and agenda organized which put way less stress on myself! We did a whole run down the day before the wedding. On the wedding day, She was there from early afternoon until the party was over! Weddings can be stressful but I felt so at ease knowing Merylin was there making sure everything went as planned. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer and more genuine person to work with. She is truly talented. It was worth every penny! My wedding was perfect and I’d hire her in an instant again!

She was fantastic to work with throughout the entire planning process and even after the wedding she is still in touch. Merylin helped pick some vendors I wasn't sure about, securing some great pricing and little extras (she has great ideas, too). She picked my husband and I up at our hotel and helped us to navigate the paperwork for getting our marriage license here in Puerto Rico! We would have been lost without her! My husband was totally against spending the money for a wedding planner but I will tell you-do it! The day of our wedding went so smooth because of Merylin and her team.
