Memories For You comes with my highest recommendations! Zoie is exceptional. She was the star of the entire wedding planning process! Zoie kept me on task with choices I was to make regarding my wedding, was kind enough to join me in a venue walk-through, and had multiple planning phone calls with me for my big day. Zoie worked with me to set a “cut off” time for me to cease worrying the week before my wedding, where I just lived in bliss and she handled all inquiries, incidents, and reach-outs to vendors. Zoie made me feel like the day was under-control at all-times. Her and Danielle seamlessly executed all of the specific details of my wedding day including memory table, favors, sweetheart table with my leftover florals, and more small things that made a big difference. Zoie was attentive to each vision I shared, and seamlessly made them not only happen, but exceed all expectations.
Zoie is spectacular with working with rowdy groomsmen, nervous bridesmaids, and overwhelmed brides. Her empathy and attention to detail set her apart. I highly recommend Zoie as a day-of coordinator! She does so much more than help your wedding day run smoothly. She helped me stay organized and gave me ideas during the planning process, she made an extremely helpful and timeline for the vendors to stick to, and literally completely recreated and fixed my bouquet when the florist didn't really do what I wanted! All night me and my husband were in awe of how absolutely perfect our big day turned out. Thank you so much Zoie! -

Amazing Experience
I met Zoie from Memories for You in June of this year. She came highly recommended by our wedding venue. From our first conversation I knew that I wanted Zoie to be our wedding planner. Zoie is professional, creative, and truly cared about making our wedding day special. The attention that she provided made us feel like we were her only clients. Having a new baby and very little free time to plan it was really important to have a planner that was very organized and detailed. In preparation for our wedding Zoie created a timeline for our vendors and bridal party. It provided everyone with details for the day of and where they needed to be. I’d never seen anything so extremely detailed. On the day of our wedding I was completely at ease. Zoie handled any issue that came up and it made our day stress free and flawless. Our wedding was magical and it was everything that we imagined. Zoie was a huge part of making this day special. Thank you again! Jenn & Dan -

I absolutely NEEDED Zoie since I had to become less involved with my wedding planning after being accepted into graduate school. My wedding was destination, but it sure didn't feel like Zoie was that far away. She came to the rescue, and did more than I ever imagine a day of coordinator would do. My entire family absolutely adored her for being so personable yet professional at the same time. She was very supportive of my ideas for my wedding, and was very accommodating with any alterations or changes needed. She also handled all of the personalities that came with our wedding guest, which was amazing to watch. She was truly on our side. We had a venue coordinator as well, but Zoie truly worked for us! She was efficient and very well prepared for any and everything. Danielle was a rockstar by her side as well. I truly don't think my wedding would have been any better and Memories for You had a large part in the flawless event we hosted. If Zoie could coordinate my life, I'd hire her for that too! Thank you all sooo much, I have no more words that could explain how grateful we are for Memories for You! Jessica Sent on 01/14/2014Zoie was amazing... I am a planner as it is, so she stepped back and let me go with it, which from my understanding can be very difficult for a wedding planner. Not Zoie, she was amazing. She handled all my contracts with all my vendors, and also helped my ideas become a reality. I would highly recommend her services to anyone. Thanks Zoie!!! -

I had a "not so great" experience early on with another wedding planning company and switching to Memories for You was the best decision I could have made. She was so detail-oriented and attentive and on-the-ball with everything. My wedding was perfect! Everything flowed smoothly and Zoie and her assistant made sure that everything day-of was exactly the way I had envisioned it. I would definitely recommend Memories for You to friends of mine, and I already have! Thank you Zoie, again, for an amazing job! -

Knowing myself, I knew that I would need someone who could execute my vision as an extension of me on the actual day, and I knew that I did not want a family member to be burdened with the responsibility.
Zoie to the rescue! Zoie offers multiple levels of planning assistance, and she worked with me on Day-of Coordination, and I am so happy with the results. From our first conversation, I knew that Zoie understood my personality and what I was looking for for my perfect day. I never had to worry about things been done the right way, the first time. She was professional, courteous, and willing to answer my questions whenever I had them. Most importantly, I was kept oblivious to stress throughout. :)
Having a day-of coordinator was the literally the best decision I made, and I thank Zoie for helping Ryan and I to have a beautiful wedding day!!
