The BEST wedding photographer
My husband and I were lucky enough to have Mel as our photographer for our wedding weekend last month, and we couldn’t possibly recommend her more. Mel is the absolute best photographer you could ever hope to hire for your wedding or other special event. She is not only the sweetest, most positive person, but she takes the most stunning photos!
From the moment we reached out to Mel, we knew she was the right fit for us. She was so organized and thoughtful in the lead up to our wedding, giving us great advice at every turn. She was willing to roll with any non-traditional ideas we had, helping us flush them out and make sure our wedding was exactly what we wanted it to be.
During our wedding weekend, Mel made sure she knew our timeline like the back of her hand and she blended in just like we hoped, taking candid photos of our loved ones and capturing the genuine feelings of the weekend. If you’re looking for someone who is organized, adventurous, has a calming presence, and takes the most beautiful photos, Mel is your girl! If we could do it all over again, we would hire Mel again in a heartbeat. -

AMAZING EXPERIENCE working with Melanie!!
We hired Melanie to photograph an adventure hiking session in the White Mountains to celebrate our private ceremony. As avid hikers and lovers of New England, we found a kindred spirit in Melanie from our first zoom call. The main challenge we faced was picking the perfect hike and her guidance and expertise in the Whites helped us pick the most epic spot! She even scouted the hike the day before to ensure the perfect time for a sunrise summit!
Capturing our authentic selves was important to us and with it being our first couple's photoshoot, she made it feel easy and comfortable. Her passion and talent are so evident in every beautifully edited photograph in our gallery. She captured our love for nature and for each other and we couldn't be more grateful! We can't imagine doing this adventure shoot with anyone else! -

Melanie was recommended to us for her photo quality and lively personality by my cousin, who is also a wedding photographer. Melanie is phenomenal. We are a couple who are energetic and adventurous, but don't love sitting still in front of a camera with the attention all on us. Melanie picked up on our vibe immediately and started playing small games with us to make us feel more relaxed and natural with our engagement shoot. By the end of the shoot, it felt more like hanging out with each other than a static photoshoot. Come wedding day, Melanie (now joined by her brother Tom) were PERFECT. Her organization and attention to detail shone through every step of the day, capturing all of our important moments, making sure we got the best golden hour angles (she scouted out the venue beforehand), keeping us organized and on schedule, and most importantly, she kept us calm and relaxed with her cool demeanor. We loved the fact that her secondary shooter was her brother Tom, who was just as organized, detail oriented, but effortlessly cool. The two worked in sync and their organization kept us feeling like everything was under control throughout the day. Our guests also LOVED Melanie. She went out of her way to make guests feel special whether it be through individual mini-photoshoots, finding the special moments on the dance floor, or making sure everyone was seen in a group shot. All without sacrificing making sure we were getting some action shots as the couple on the dance floor. We said several times throughout our wedding planning process that hiring Melanie and Tom was the best decision we made and couldn't recommend her enough. -

Melanie is absolutely extraordinary at what she does! We worked with Melanie to photograph our 10 person wedding day, which included a sunrise hike with just me and my partner before the rest of the day’s festivities. From the first moment we connected with Melanie, she was professional, thoughtful, and so much fun. She helped us think through every detail of the day and she was game for all the adventurous or unusual ideas we threw her way. She helped us bring to life a wedding day that was unique to us and felt exactly as special as we could have hoped for.
Throughout the day, she somehow managed to always be in exactly the right place to capture invaluable moments between us and our families. Because we decided to have an intimate wedding, we were prioritizing quality time with each other and our immediate families over everything else, and Melanie’s photos reflect that. The photos she created are bursting with genuine emotion and joy. They capture exactly how we felt on our wedding day and so many beautiful details.
On top of all that, Melanie is a wedding expert and helped our day run smoothly in a million little ways beyond taking photos! She quietly coordinated the timing of all the moving parts, helped me tape my dress with fashion tape (😂), and made some key suggestions based on her wealth of experience shooting hundreds of weddings. Clearly, I can’t recommend Melanie highly enough! -

It's hard to put into words just how great Melanie is, not just as a photographer but as a person! She built a connection with us from our first zoom call that led us to our engagement shoot, multiple check-ins through our engagement, and finally to the wedding day. She let us in on tips and advice throughout the entire planning process that helped shape our wedding into the amazing day it became. The last thing anyone wants is stress or worry on their wedding day. Melanie's calm demeanor, preparedness, and fun approach truly alleviate that last-minute stress. We got so many compliments from family and friends on Melanie and her brother's awesome personalities and professionalism. After our first look and family pictures, she completely blended into the background (in the best way!) She allowed us to stay present and enjoy every moment without feeling like there was a camera in our faces, yet she captured every moment we didn't even know she was there for! When our pictures came in, we were absolutely blown away. She gave us all the emotions, special moments, and dance moves in a way that brings us right back to our wedding day. Her style delivers authentic, real photos in a way you won't find from just anyone! We are beyond thankful for Melanie. She's simply the best and it would be a mistake to miss out on hiring her for your own wedding!! -

We recently hosted our wedding at the Saybrook Point Resort. We are VERY thankful that Melanie was a part of our wedding day!
Melanie brings a calm yet clear sense or organization to both her planning meetings and her shoots. This balance put us and our guests at ease, which is so important when taking photos. It also allowed us to make the most of every minute of our big day. Thanks to Melanie’s organization, we didn’t miss anything or waste any time. Our guests loved her. Many went out of their way to comment on her kindness and good energy. Everyone was very comfortable taking pictures with her behind the camera.
And then there’s the photos... they are simply awesome! Melanie and her second shooter, Tom, creatively made the most of the setting of our wedding in their work. When we had our first look on docks near a lighthouse, Melanie and Tom positioned themselves to get many unique angles and beautiful perspectives. They knew the venue very well – directing group portraits both on the docks and in front of unique homes across the street. We also think they managed to capture all 120 of our guests within the album!
Melanie not only photographed of our wedding day beautifully; her organization helped make the day itself a wonderful experience for all of our guests. We hope to see Melanie and Tom again at a future event! -

Mel and Tom are the absolute BEST. She was such a boss on our wedding day - made sure all our photo needs/wants were taken care of while remaining SO cheerful, kind & professional - even in the pouring rain!!! Nothing stopped this superwoman from delivering the best wedding photos ever. She got to know us as a couple, and captured our uniqueness perfectly. One of the absolute best decisions we made was having her as our photographer. LOVE YA MEL. Melanie and Tom are truly wonderful humans and incredible photographers. I don't even know where to begin. We are two people who consider ourselves to be quite awkward in front of cameras and Melanie and Tom made us feel so comfortable on our wedding day. They also had amazing and creative ideas about locations and the best places and lighting for getting the best photos. Melanie's photography is truly timeless artwork and thanks to her and Tom, we will cherish our wedding photos forever. Melanie is the best. I can't decide if I should start my review by gushing about how beautiful our photos are or if I should start it by gushing about how much we loved spending time with her during out wedding and engagement shoot.
Our photos are totally breathtaking - I knew our wedding day was beautiful but I didn't totally understand it until I saw how she captured it. I look at them and I feel like we're in a magazine spread. We're so excited to see more as she finishes them. She's also just a really cool person with a gift for making people feel comfortable!
The idea of the engagement shoot is a little intimidating (so we're supposed to like... make out in front of this person with a camera?) but she made it so relaxing and fun - all three of us were laughing the whole time and the photos came out beautifully. She and her team (including her wonderful brother Tom!) added so much to the good energy the morning of the wedding.
She even helped provide moral support when we realized our dog had chewed up my wedding shoes. Know that if you work with Melanie you are choosing not only a super talented photographer but also a person who can help maintain a fun and relaxed vibe after the bride discovers she suddenly has no shoes. (Note - nobody is mad at the dog, he is a very good boy)
She was great at corralling all the family members and wedding party - everyone was genuinely smiling and having fun even though not all family members enjoy being photographed. You'll be so lucky if you get her! -

Incredible experience ♥️
We couldn’t have imagined our wedding being photographed by anyone other than Melanie and her brother Tommy. From the beginning, Melanie went above and beyond with her organization, communication, and desire to make sure the photo style was what we envisioned for our wedding day. Throughout engagement and wedding day photographs - Melanie made you feel at ease. There was absolutely no feeling of “camera shy” as she was cracking jokes and creating a natural comfortable environment. Melanie and Tom worked absolutely effortlessly with all of our vendors - especially our videographer whom they hadn’t previously worked with. It was clear their primary focus was to ensure our special day truly captured “us” as a couple. We were beyond blown away when we received the photos from Melanie. Words truly cannot express how she went above and beyond our wildest expectations - every special moment and detail was captured. When we first started planning our January 2023 wedding, I knew that photography was one of the most important elements to me and I wanted to make sure that we chose a photographer we loved. Melanie was amazing and we are so happy we chose her to capture our day!
We reached out to Melanie at the beginning of our planning process, right after we had booked our church and reception venue. She responded to us quickly and was incredibly enthusiastic about our wedding! It was so nice to feel like she was just as excited about our day as well were.
We first met in person last April when she traveled to New York for our engagement shoot in Central Park, and she was so friendly and fun to work with. We loved our engagement photos so much and were excited to work with her on our wedding day.
Melanie scheduled a few check-ins throughout the months leading up to our wedding and helped a lot with shaping the schedule not just for photography, but for the day overall. She made some excellent suggestions, such as reaching out to our church to see if we could move our ceremony to be an hour earlier to make sure we would have enough time to complete all our portraits before sunset, since the sun sets so early in the winter.
The day of our wedding ran so smoothly. Melanie and her assistant Tom were both so fun to work with and helped everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. They captured all the elements of our day and made to sure include all the important details we requested. We received a preview of a selection of photos the week after our wedding and they were so fun to look at while we were on our honeymoon. We then received our full gallery this week and are just blow away by how beautifully our day was captured! We will truly treasure these photos from our wedding forever and are so grateful to Melanie for preserving our day so perfectly! -

Incredible experience
When we chose Eolia Mansion as our venue this past June, Melanie was the first vendor we booked. She has tons of experience at Eolia and it was immediately apparent from photos of prior events she had done there. She captures the beauty of the venue and the people there like no one else we viewed. Melanie went absolutely above and beyond for us, at times she seemed more like our wedding planner than a photographer. Every call leading up to the day she checked in with us about everything, and felt more like a friend we could bounce ideas off of on everything from ceremony to flow of events. On the day of the wedding she was an absolute delight from start to finish. Together with her brother they made the day as seamlessly easy for us as possible, and worked with our families effortlessly. We have received multiple compliments since from friends and family on how fantastic and organized she was. The photos from our wedding are absolutely stunning and we know we will cherish them for years to come! -

Wonderful!
Melanie was so fantastic to work with. She made us feel comfortable instantly and is a joy to work with. She made sure we had enough time for the photos we wanted by planning a timeline in advance. Her work is STUNNING. The photos turned out organic and gorgeous. My mom said it perfectly: “she captured the wedding exactly as I remember it in my mind” and seeing the photos later was like reliving the wedding. Mel is a true professional!
We can't recommend Mel highly enough. From the first time we spoke with her, she was focused on accommodating our vision (and helping us understand what it was!). At our engagement session and wedding, she went with the flow and managed to make both of us, and the rest of our guests, feel comfortable in front of the camera. She's great with family, and got every photo we asked for while allowing us to enjoy the celebration. Such an artist!
Mel was the best decision we made for our wedding, hands down. From the moment we met her we knew she was the perfect fit. She traveled almost 3 hours for our engagement session so we could do it at one of our favorite places, even our dog loved her! The wedding was very behind schedule but Mel made sure we all stayed on track and still was able to capture such special moments. She made everyone feel so comfortable and was basically a part of our family at the end of the day. Mels brother Tommy, and second shooter was just as incredible and worked so hard all day long. The guys absolutely loved hanging out with him in the morning and my friends even got little mini photoshoots during cocktail hour with him. They truly make such a good team! When we got our photos back, we were so in awe of how many little moments they captured that we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. Every single part of the day was beyond perfect and we are so grateful to have these memories for the rest of our lives. -

Natural photos, so fun to work with
Melanie is amazing! She met with us several times to really get to know us and make sure she knew exactly what we wanted out of our pictures. The engagement shoot that was included was so much fun! She knew exactly how to work with us and our families to get the most natural and authentic photos. She comes up with a lot of funny games to get people to laugh and capture natural emotions in pictures, without it feeling awkward or cheesy at all. It was like working with a friend, she is so much fun! She also has really strong organizational skills both for the timeline of the day, and for herding many people throughout the day which can be difficult!! She captured the important moments and the emotions of the day perfectly and we can’t thank her enough and would recommend her 1000%! -

Amazing Wedding Photographer!
Can't say how glad I chose Melanie to work with for my wedding! Not only was she incredibly understanding with COVID rescheduling and making sure she was able to accommodate our new date before taking new clients, she was there to ask any questions and problem solve along the way. Melanie went above and beyond by scheduling phone calls to help us talk out details and the flow of the big day including timelines and logistics. She arrived early, was extremely professional, and also so much fun to have around! Friends and family all pointed out how organized, helpful, and sweet she was. She helped everyone feel more relaxed in front of the camera and it felt like having an extra friend at the wedding there with us. We are so so happy with how all the pictures came out and excited to have these to look back on. I'm in love with the light, dreamy, and classic style of the photos, and so impressed by the extremely quick turnaround to get them back. Overall, Melanie was incredibly easy to work with. After postponing our wedding a couple of times due to Covid, my fiancé and I decided to do an elopement instead. When browsing for photographers, I immediately fell in love with Melanie's soft, romantic style and command of natural lighting. Going into our initial call, I had no idea what I wanted as I was tired of being disappointed by cancelled plans! However, Melanie soon changed all that.
Melanie is thoughtful, professional, experienced, and creative. She helped me organize my scattered vision into an actual plan. Melanie recommended the perfect location for us at the city hall, where we could rent an hour for portraits for a very affordable price. This was beyond perfect as our special day ended up being ~30 degrees.
During each call, Melanie made an effort to get to know us as a couple. On the day of the elopement, it felt as if we were spending time with a friend. This was especially comforting for us as none of our family was able to join us physically. Melanie was also amazing at directing us for each shot. Our final gallery far exceeded my expectations! She captured moments that I didn't even realize we had. Her enthusiasm and passion for capturing special moments was so evident during our elopement as she ended up spending much more time with us than planned.
I absolutely recommend Melanie for all who are looking for not only a skillful photographer to capture their love story, but also an invaluable ally whose creativity and experience will make wedding planning so much less stressful! -

12/10 amazing!
My husband and I stumbled upon Melanie Ruth Photography while searching for wedding photographers and we immediately fell in love with her work! Her editing style is light and airy and everyone in her photos seemed to genuinely be living in the moment versus posing for a picture. This was exactly the style we were looking for so we reached out.
From day 1, Melanie has been beyond helpful, thoughtful, professional and organized in her approach which was so, so appreciated. We had no idea what we were doing and she often anticipated any questions we would have. She sent out preparation packets, walked through several different timeline options and answered any and all questions or concerns.
We got engaged in 2018, thinking a 2-year engagement would be enough time to prepare for a wedding... then came along a global pandemic (joke was on us!). At this point, we have worked with her on several occasions and every time was such a delight: An engagement session, a rehearsal dinner, an intimate “Covid wedding” and next, a Summer 2021 Wedding - version 2.0.
Aside from her obvious talent, Melanie is one of the sweetest, most genuine people we have gotten to know in the industry and we are extremely excited for another year with with her! Thank you, Melanie!! -

Where do I even start!? Melanie was an absolute pleasure to work with and would recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, compassionate, engaging and attentive photographer!
After postponing our larger celebration with our friends and family, we approached Melanie after a referral from friends, to help capture our intimate elopement ceremony. From our first call with her, Melanie made us feel at ease as she spent time understanding our relationship journey and what moments we were hoping to capture for the friends and family that physically wouldn't be able to be present with us.
On the day of our elopement, Melanie was so easy to work with, gave fantastic direction and suggestions, and went above and beyond in capturing organic moments that my fiancé and I will always look back on and cherish. She spent time understanding the meaning behind the traditions we had chosen to highlight in our ceremony, which resulted in beautiful photos we are beyond happy with!

Melanie was absolutely amazing. Besides being an excellent photographer with an eye for natural details, my partner and I found her confidence and excitement about our farm elopement idea and willingness to shoot a non-traditional wedding to be a huge relief. Having been together for 10 + years, we really didn't want to do a wedding at all but wanted the photos and memories and Melanie was able to run with that half baked vision and turn it into an amazing experience for us. We couldn't have done it without her because she thought of things we never would have thought of-- and in less than 30 days, and during a pandemic no less. I especially love that Melanie was able to capture the surrounding landscape and the general vibe of the day, weather, details in addition to the photos of us. Like many other 2020 brides, my fiancé and I postponed our large wedding, and decided to have an intimate ceremony on our original date this year. I knew I wanted a photographer to capture this day, and I had previously seen Melanie’s work on Instagram. I loved that her photos captured the in-between moments without being overly edited; they looked like artwork to me. I thought it was the perfect style for our small ceremony and reception. I messaged her about 2 months before our date, and the first time we spoke on the phone I knew I made the right choice. Melanie is so down to earth, but at the same time you can tell she is detail oriented. She provided detailed timelines, and she even met us at our venue a week before our wedding to walk through areas of the property (And suggested I practice walking down the aisle as we weren’t doing a formal rehearsal). She offered ideas like a champagne toast immediately following the ceremony, or even a confetti toss. Looking back, I didn’t realize how exhausted and mentally drained I was from postponing our original wedding that I hadn't thought of all of these small yet meaningful details which really made a difference. My family appreciated her organizational skills, and the ques she gave us in order to feel more comfortable in front of the camera. Overall, Melanie is hard working, detail oriented, creative, artistic, and laid back. She’s the perfect compliment to a scatter brained and tired bride, and I am so happy we got to work with her. We received our gallery less than 3 weeks from our elopement (which is crazy fast) and the photos are stunning. Again, the in-between moments are so artistic, and I absolutely love the editing, the photos haven't been overly darkened or brightened, which to me makes them timeless. -

Melanie is insanely AMAZING
From the start Melanie felt like a friend, she made me feel beyond comfortable before I even met her. From her initial phone call, she was curious, informative and personal. When our engagement photo plans got ruined by the freezing rain she came right over to our house for an intimate engagement session, we were worried it wouldn't be as special having the picturesque scenery but these photos came out insane. That right there was a testament to how great of a photographer she is, she turned our grey living room into a modern, chic, photoshoot...I was stunned!
When it came to the wedding she was my one vendor who was constantly in contact with me, going so far to ask me if I needed help with things that were not even related to her job. She is so kind hearted and talented, I wish I could clone her. Our wedding photos came out so stunning I am just in awe, they have been featured on multiple sites including Hayley Paige which was the designer of my bridesmaids dresses. Melanie was such a huge part of our day and she truly was along side us the entire night, making us comfortable when we were nervous or making us laugh in a tense situation. Not only will she produce the most amazing pictures you could ever want, she was truly a friend along side us in during that magical time.

AMAZING Photographer
Melanie blew us away right from the start. She was the best decision we made regarding our wedding. Starting at the engagement photos, she was willing to travel to a location that meant a lot to my husband and I. Our engagement photos were the first time we met Melanie in person, and she made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. She had us tell jokes to each other to loosen up, and she wanted to hear all about our special love story. Throughout the entire session we completely forgot there was a camera point right at us. The pictures came out breathtaking. Months before the wedding Melanie reached out with a wedding day information sheet. This insulted timing of events, “must-get” portraits of friends/ family, and important details/people at the wedding that she should spend extra attention on. Melanie worked with us to make our dream wedding a reality. She helped to plain every detail regarding timeline and photos that needed to be taken. She made us feel so much less stressed going into the big day. On the day of, Melanie came with SO much energy. She was so friendly to everyone and made us feel so special. Everything that we had spent weeks planning with Melanie went off without a hitch. She again made us feel so natural in front of the camera. She captured every special moment from the day. Melanie was the most organized vendor that we had at our wedding, she wanted to make sure that our day was everything we hoped for and more. A couple days after our wedding we received some sneak peak photographs and we were brought to tears. Melanie’s photos really do speak a thousand words. Our wedding photographs are something that we will always have to look back on our special day, and I would not have wanted any else besides Melanie to capture these moments for us. -

To try to capture the level of appreciation we have for Melanie's work is incredibly hard to do in one post. Your wedding day is one of the best days of your life, and we knew it would go by in the blink of an eye -- so choosing the right photographer for us was so important because we wanted to be able to look back on the celebration. To say that Melanie did a excellent job is an understatement. She checks off all the boxes you'd want for a photographer -- professional, collaborative, artistic, and experienced -- but she goes far above and beyond those things. Her thoughtfulness plus the level of detail and care she took to make sure she captured our day perfectly is what sets her apart, and she did just that: her pictures are truly perfect and unique. Plus, it's a pleasure to work with Melanie, and she makes planning the details around the photography for the wedding easy and stress free -- which means A LOT given all the logistics around the event. We reached out to a few photographers to get quotes for our wedding but once we met with Melanie at Colony Pizza, we know she was the one and we discontinued our search. Melanie was phenomenal to work with; super friendly, insanely organized, and she really just made everything so easy, from our original meeting all the way through receiving our photo gallery. Posing for pictures isn't the most comfortable/natural thing but Melanie made us feel super comfortable in a very organic, non-forced way. She actually made it fun.
We've received tons of compliments and positive feedback from everyone that has seen our pictures. My cousins shot video at our wedding and were extremely impressed with Melanie's work. So much so that they said they wished they had hired her for their wedding. Our bridal party and family also really enjoyed working with Melanie on our big day.
We would HIGHLY recommend Melanie to anyone looking for a photographer for their wedding, or any reason for that matter! -

The absolute best!
Melanie was such a joy to work with both heading up to our big day and throughout our wedding day. She knew exactly what to do when, and her attention to detail is marvelous - my husband and I trusted her completely and as a result were able to enjoy the day! She had it covered! Her artistic eye and casual, fun-loving attitude made for absolutely stunning photographs. Her editing skills and formatting also makes it very easy to view, share, and purchase your photographs afterwards. We are so happy with our photographs and I can not recommend Melanie enough! -

My husband and I absolutely LOVED working with Melanie!!! We booked an anniversary couples shoot with her and enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. She made us feel so comfortable during the shoot itself, which helped make the final results as amazing as they were. She has a beautiful eye for catching emotion and special moments. Not only was Melanie so responsive during our planning process but she was the most helpful and calming person I could have asked for on our big day. She literally taped me into my dress at one point knowing I was getting stressed out. Jess was so down to earth and the groomsman loved her...they even said she was just like hanging with the guys. I could have not asked for two better photographers on our big day. I cannot wait to see our final pictures after seeing our sneak peek! -
Marissa Sent on 08/22/2018Admittedly, it’s taken me awhile to write this review, primarily because I cannot put into words how wonderful it was to work with Melanie. Hiring a photographer for such a momentous day can be scary and intimidating. You will not go wrong with Melanie. From our first email exchange, through the day of the wedding, she has been nothing but communicative and super responsive, accommodating, thoughtful, sweet, and professional. Not only is she a super-skilled photographer, she’s down-to-earth and knows how to lighten a mood and make what can seemingly be an intimidating or awkward thing so much fun and so memorable! I cannot thank her (and her second shooter for the day, Morgan Sessions- lover her too!) enough for capturing our big day and for taking such beautiful engagement photos. To boot, her turnaround time is incredibly fast. For perspective, we were married on 8/3 and we’ve had our professionally edited pictures/files in hand since 8/19. At the end of the day, Melanie’s pictures speak for themselves. We love all of our pictures, as do our families and friends. I’ve included some here, but I encourage you to follow her online and to look at her portfolios. She’s hands-down amazing! We’d hire her again in a heartbeat and we hope to work with her again someday!

She also took incredible photos of two of our dogs, and since losing one of them a few months ago, I can't say enough how much it means to have them. She is SO professional, timely, passionate, and talented. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!!

From the start I knew I was going to be picky with my Photographer and their ability to capture not only the traditional shots but the candid, in the moment, trendy detailed shots. Melanie hits the nail on the head in all categories. Every photo looks like it could come right out of a magazine. Clean , crisp & bright photos. Melanie herself is so sweet and caring. We connected right away on the first phone call. She made the photo sessions feel so natural (for those camera shy people.....my fiancé! Lol). I’m so happy We chose Melanie for our big day. Melanie as a person.. is one of the most amazing humans in this world. She is so easy- going, kind, funny, smart, extremely hard working, and most importantly her incredible talent. Working with Melanie was so easy, she really took the time and got to know Michael and I as a couple, not just as her clients.
I cannot thank Melanie enough for capturing our wedding photos, to us her work is not just pictures, it brings back a feeling, and it's the greatest feeling ever to relive the best day of our lives. I can honestly say she was by far the best part of our day. -

She suggested beautiful locations to take pictures and was flexible accommodating a day that worked for us, as we live in another state. As I look at all the gorgeous pictures she took, I smile and remember all the fun little games we played and how genuine and real our smiles are in the pictures. I had so much fun at the session and can't wait until my wedding and to see the beautiful pictures Melanie will take to capture the big day!
