We had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth (from Melanie Paige Events) and the wedding quite literally would not have happened without her. My husband and I were so clueless to the whole wedding process, we knew we needed a wedding planner, but Elizabeth exceeded our expectations. She is incredibly organized, sweet, and professional. Elizabeth made sure we were staying on the timeline and paced everything out so it was never overwhelming or stressful (which we all know weddings usually are!). We had a beautiful wedding day and loved all of the details, but my husband and I both agreed that having Elizabeth as our wedding planner was a non-negotiable. Must-use wedding planner
If you are a bride like me who wants a wedding that encompasses your personality and represents who you are as a couple, but you aren't sure what that looks like, stop what you're doing and hire MPED.
It's safe to say that I am not someone who has been dreaming of what my wedding will look like from a young age. I decided to hire MPED for their "Design" plus planning package, and it is truly a miracle how Elizabeth was able to turn what little vision I had going into the process into the most beautiful day of my life. I'm not exaggerating that the only details I gave Elizabeth in our first meeting were "I am thinking something light and springy-- but not too rustic--but also not super modern-- and my husband doesn't want too formal--but we also don't want it too casual..." And if you look at my pictures, you can see that she somehow NAILED this perfectly. Making the process even harder for Elizabeth, I have a very time-consuming job and she completely understood that I wouldn't be able to put as much time into planning as I probably should. Without any hesitation, Elizabeth worked around my schedule and went the extra mile to make sure every step of the way was as easy as possible for me. Melanie stepped in whenever necessary to make sure everything went perfectly and even made a surprise appearance on my wedding day, which shows the type of person she is and that she truly cared about my day. While so many people complain about the wedding planning process, I am so thankful that I will be able to look back on this stage in my life with only happy memories because MPED made the process so enjoyable and stress-free.
TLDR: don't be shocked if Melanie and Elizabeth are written into my Will one day!!!

Crouch Wedding
Our wedding was a dream. Simply a dream. It was a day we both dreamed about and Melanie gave us exactly what we wanted and MORE. She was there for it all, whenever I needed her she was there. The beyond care in detail was something we will never forget. Taking our vision and turning it into real life was ahhh again a DREAM. Amazing day!
Words cannot even describe how amazing our experience with MPED has been. The entire team was so kind and supportive. Our wedding would not have been the same without our coordinator Elizabeth. She was truly a gift during the planning process. We put 100% of our trust in her, and it paid off. The planning process was so smooth and enjoyable because we knew we were in good hands. If we needed anything Elizabeth was always there. We can’t stress enough how helpful she was.
We didn’t do certain things traditionally and Elizabeth welcomed that with excitement and new ideas. Our wedding was so amazing because of her and her team!! The day of the wedding came with no stress, just pure joy and excitement thanks Elizabeth & MPED. We’re so grateful we got to enjoy every second of our wedding day! We would recommend MPED to anyone, they are the most supportive, hardworking, and caring team! Thank you all for being a part of our special day!

Melanie was AMAZING. She took so much stress off of our plates throughout the wedding planning process and kept us on track and organized in the year leading up to the big day. As the day got closer, she coordinated details with vendors and created a detailed timeline that was communicated out, so we didn’t have to worry about taking care of any of the logistics. She was responsive, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable and well-connected when it came to vendor recommendations. Are you someone who has to be in control of everything, and micro-manage literally everything? Yeah, me too. I interviewed several day of coordinators before I finally found my match with Priscilla! She is detail oriented, extremely organized and can quickly take control when needed. She is small, but MIGHTY. She was so helpful leading up to the wedding bringing things to my attention I had not even thought about- like having a welcome table! Day Of- she floated gracefully through the venue making sure everything in my vision came to fruition. Anything that I needed to change she never had any hesitation or push back- she would reply "got it, changes made-" I even changed the order of my bridesmaids like an hour before the wedding. No sweat! She stayed calm and in control of all situations. I had some issues with the bustle of dress and we needed a bobby pin and she didn't even hesitate to rip a few out of her hair. I never ONCE felt stressed during the ceremony or reception thanks to Priscilla. Priscilla, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! We cannot say enough great things about our experience with Melanie Paige Events + Design and specifically with our planner Priscilla!! Right from our consultation we knew that we had made the best decision and that was proven to us throughout the planning process and our flawlessly executed wedding day. Priscilla is so organized, detail-oriented, professional and kind, and any time we had a question or a concern she answered promptly and put us at ease. I had so many family members and friends at my wedding complimenting how beautiful everything looked and how smooth and seamless everything went. We truly feel that we had the perfect vendor team and we loved all of our professionals, thanks to the recommended vendor list that was given to us by Melanie Paige. The best in the business
Melanie Paige Events went above and beyond to make both my sister's wedding in December and my own wedding in February absolutely unforgettable. I could go on forever about how amazing Melanie and her team are. From the moment I first spoke with Melanie about my wedding I knew I had made the right decision. Melanie listened to every single design detail, every wish/dream we had and she executed it to the fullest extent. She always made sure to go above and beyond for us and it really showed at our wedding. I could not have dreamed of a better wedding, seriously without Melanie my wedding would not have been as beautiful and perfect as it was. She recommended us the best wedding vendors and made sure that everything went off without a hitch. She even kept me consistently updated on deadlines, when payments were due, and efficiently communicated every single detail that needed our approval. She listened to every single question, looked at every single inspiration picture, and created the most beautiful wedding design. And on wedding day her and her team made sure to direct us and ensure that we had everything we could possibly need (thank you again for the mid-wedding hair tie LOL). Myself and all my guests were so amazed with everything Melanie coordinated.

Where do I even begin writing this review?!?
I chose Melanie because 3 friends used her and highly recommended her. One of the best decisions I made! I would send an email with a question and she PROMPTLY sent me the answer. She made the day of the wedding run SO smoothly!
Melanie has a true gift that I don’t see often. She surpassed my expectations!!
I am still laughing how on the wedding night if I would come to her with a question… before I could even get the question out, she would finish my sentence. Thank you Melanie for handling every detail and for taking care of us so well!

Choosing Melanie as my wedding planner was one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning. She was so helpful and organized throughout engagement and made sure everything was in order. As someone who does not love planning, Melanie stepped up and took on the areas that I don't enjoy. She helped bring my vision to life! My wedding day was stress free because I knew Melanie was taking care of the details. My wedding dress strap snapped halfway through the night and Melanie so casually pulled out a thread and needle and said "don't worry, I will take care of it." Take this as your sign and book MPED!! I learned about Melanie and her team as a bridesmaid in November 2021. After experiencing how smooth the day went for the wedding party and especially the bride and groom, I was sold. Fast forward to May 2022 when I got engaged, Melanie was the first person I reached out to. Elizabeth was the associate coordinator that I was blessed with! From the first email to wedding day she was nothing short of perfect. From organizing contracts, last minute changes and coordinating with our priest she did it all with ease. Mped is amazing
MPED is basically the designated wedding planner for my friend group, so there was no doubt I was using them. I've always dreamed of a NYE wedding, so when I got engaged on June 19th, the first call I made was to Melanie. We planned our wedding in 6 months, which I was a little nervous about. Melanie made sure everything went flawlessly and made all our wedding day dreams come true! Planning a wedding through the holidays is definitely not for the faint of heart, but Melanie made sure everything was done before Christmas so we could enjoy the time with our families and not have to worry about last-minute details. She was so organized, efficient, and easy to work with not to mention so sweet, funny, and kind. We had so much fun together making my husband and I's vision come to life! Melanie is the most amazing, efficient, thoughtful event planner. She has incredible foresight which makes event planning a breeze. I can’t tell you how many times she would ask me something and I would say “oh hm i hadn’t thought of that…” At my wedding, sooo many people came up to me to remark on how efficient and kind Melanie is. I have already given her contact out to 3 people, one of whom is my best friend. If I had to really boil it down, Melanie is your peacekeeper. She will do whatever it takes to make sure you can relax and enjoy. She allowed me to be the chillest bride ever. I did not worry about a thing because I knew she already had it handled. A MUST have!!
Melanie was AMAZING for our wedding day. We planned most of it from 2000 miles away and she made it so easy. She's extremely knowledgeable, she kept my head on straight, and coordinated with all of the vendors so i didn't have to! She even helped me zip my dress, change my shoes, and put my veil in, she is so kind and truly a gem for your big day. We ended up being ahead of schedule ALL night and even when some things needed to change day of, she handled it with grace! The set up was amazing, she has such an eye for what looks good. We couldn't have asked for a better coordinator, if i had to do it all over again i would choose her in a heartbeat! I have a hard time writing reviews for anyone in the same way I struggle with giving out recommendations. I believe everyone's choices are personal, especially within wedding planning. However, hiring Melanie and her team is the ONE thing to make non-negotiable on your list.
Melanie was hired 18 months before our wedding (yes, a whole year and a half together). The added aspect to our relationship is that we were in two different cities - we only met via Zoom until about 30 days before our wedding. With all that being said, she became our wedding best friend. Without fail, I heard from her at least once a month and I never received a cookie-cutter response and she was available for me whenever I really needed her. She was professional (unmatched in her professionalism), she was knowledgable (and would even pass down the knowledge to me, she is not a gate-keeping girly which I love), and she cared about our vision AND our pocket.
The connections and vendors she works with are absolutely top-tier. Because of her I crossed paths with people that understood my vision completely. And because of Melanie and her team, they were coordinated to perfection day-of. And as a bride you will hear horror stories of what can occur day-of, how things inevitably go wrong - I'm not joking when I say NOTHING went wrong. We credit this completely to Mel.
Mel felt like an investment NOT an expense. She gave me peace of mind, my family peace of mind (they actually got to enjoy themselves and were so appreciative of Mel and her team), and she is the sweetest and funniest wedding partner-in-crime a couple can have. And this was all as our month-of-coordinator. I have zero doubt that she over-delivers to all her clients regardless of their package; that demonstrates what kind of a person you are getting with Melanie and her team.
I really could go on and on. Mel and team, we love you. Thank you for taking care of us, helping us, being our shoulder to lean on when planning becomes too much. You are 10/10.Melanie Paige Events + Design's reply:
