When we decided to hire a planner to help with our out-of-state wedding, we wanted someone who could take the weight of planning & coordinating off our shoulders to help make the process as seamless, stress-free, & enjoyable as possible. Melanie & her team certainly exceeded our expectations & impressed us at every turn.
From our first inquiry with Melanie, she consistently proved to be knowledgeable, approachable, flexible, & professional. In all of our interactions, Melanie was always prepared, responsive, & willing to go the extra mile to make the adjustments necessary to get us exactly what we wanted. Throughout the planning process, Melanie was the perfect guide - she is easy to talk to, down to earth, & truly listens to what you want. It wasn't like you were just talking to someone you hired to do the job. Talking to Melanie was like talking to a friend who understood exactly what you need. Dreaming of your wedding since you were a little girl is the easy part, but making it come to life is the harder part. Not if you’re working with MPED. We were amazed at just how incredible our wedding turned out and that is in large part thanks to choosing Melanie and the team! Planning a destination wedding in Florida while living in Texas could have been overwhelming - but she made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable.
Melanie handles every detail with such professionalism and care, coordinating seamlessly with all of our vendors so that on the big day, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We were truly able to be present in the moment and soak it all in.

I had the absolute best experience working with Melanie Paige Evevnts and Design. I first met Melanie when I was bridesmaid in a wedding she was coordinating, and I was immediately impressed by how smoothly everything ran and how calm and collected she was throughout the entire day. Since then, I've come to know multiple other brides who have also worked with her and had nothing but great things to say, so when it came time to plan my own wedding, choosing Melanie was an easy decision!
From start to finish, Melanie exceeded every expectation I had for a wedding coordinator. I was looking for someone who was not only orgnaized and experienced but someone I could fully trust to bring our vision to life while keeping the process enjoyable and stress-free. Hire Melanie!!
I cannot express how truly grateful I am to have met & gotten to work with Melanie. From start to finish, Melanie put me at ease throughout the wedding planning process. Random question about seating charts, a month out from wedding day? I got a response within hours. Finishing up with hair & makeup 10 minutes late on the day of the wedding? I was told exactly when we were back on time during pictures & then 10 minutes ahead of schedule going into dinner. Not only did I not have to think at all about timing of events or whether the groomsmen knew what they doing, but I didn’t think twice about trusting Melanie to “instruct” my wedding day (normally not the case for this Type A bride). She is a true gift to a bride.
Melanie has become a friend and I will never stop recommending her to every bride.
From the grooms perspective I had the absolute pleasure of a stress free wedding experience from day 1! Melanie took care of every need my beautiful wife needed. A stress free bride makes for a VERY HAPPY GROOM! Trust me when I say this. Can MPED plan everything for the rest of our lives?!
I don't even know where to begin.. writing this review out makes me so sad because that means my wedding is officially over and I want every single excuse to work with Melanie for the rest of my life!!! Like for real I needed her leading up and the day of my wedding like I needed food and water.
Back story, I stumbled upon MPED on instagram right after we booked our wedding venue. I knew I wanted a day of coordinator since our wedding was local to us, but out of town for a lot of our friends and family. I knew I didn't want to put our loved ones to work the day of, so a coordinator was an absolute must for me. I reached out to Melanie on one of her insta stories and we set up time right away. I knew from our initial meeting booking her was a no brainer. Not only is she incredibly organized and thorough, she help keep me on track throughout the entire wedding planning process by checking in monthly, offering her guidance and using her preferred vendors. All this help make my day so incredible I still don't even have the words for it a month later.
My husband and I were able to enjoy the entirety of our wedding day all because of Melanie and her team. She handled everything the day of with such grace, poise and professionalism that we didn't need to worry or stress for one millisecond if something was going wrong. She kept our vendors and guests ahead of schedule and checked in on my husband and I throughout the night. It truly was one of the best days of our life all thanks to Melanie.
I knew right away booking MPED and Melanie was a no brainer, but what I didn't know was that I would get a friend at the end of this whole process. Melanie and her team are some of the most kindest and caring people I've ever met. If it's even possible I would book their services for every single party I have for the rest of my life! Throughout the planning process, Melanie was incredibly organized, patient (even with my particular groomzilla!), and always went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. She managed every aspect with such grace and efficiency, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day without any stress. There was never a time where people were looking around wondering what to do, she was able to keep everyone in line & keep the show moving!
My favorite "moment that mattered" was her being there for me after photo sessions in the florida heat, she was ready with mini fans charged and ready to go. Ensuring I wouldn't completely melt through my dress, or my face drip off! This totally encompasses "going the extra mile".
Our wedding at the Clay Theatre was absolutely magical, and all of my guests agreed! We couldn’t have asked for a better planner and would recommend her to anyone looking for a seamless and unforgettable wedding experience.

Must-use wedding planner
If you are a bride like me who wants a wedding that encompasses your personality and represents who you are as a couple, but you aren't sure what that looks like, stop what you're doing and hire MPED.
It's safe to say that I am not someone who has been dreaming of what my wedding will look like from a young age. I decided to hire MPED for their "Design" plus planning package, and it is truly a miracle how Elizabeth was able to turn what little vision I had going into the process into the most beautiful day of my life. I'm not exaggerating that the only details I gave Elizabeth in our first meeting were "I am thinking something light and springy-- but not too rustic--but also not super modern-- and my husband doesn't want too formal--but we also don't want it too casual..." And if you look at my pictures, you can see that she somehow NAILED this perfectly. Making the process even harder for Elizabeth, I have a very time-consuming job and she completely understood that I wouldn't be able to put as much time into planning as I probably should. Without any hesitation, Elizabeth worked around my schedule and went the extra mile to make sure every step of the way was as easy as possible for me. Melanie stepped in whenever necessary to make sure everything went perfectly and even made a surprise appearance on my wedding day, which shows the type of person she is and that she truly cared about my day. While so many people complain about the wedding planning process, I am so thankful that I will be able to look back on this stage in my life with only happy memories because MPED made the process so enjoyable and stress-free.
TLDR: don't be shocked if Melanie and Elizabeth are written into my Will one day!!!

Melanie was AMAZING. She took so much stress off of our plates throughout the wedding planning process and kept us on track and organized in the year leading up to the big day. As the day got closer, she coordinated details with vendors and created a detailed timeline that was communicated out, so we didn’t have to worry about taking care of any of the logistics. She was responsive, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable and well-connected when it came to vendor recommendations. Words cannot even describe how amazing our experience with MPED has been. The entire team was so kind and supportive. Our wedding would not have been the same without our coordinator Elizabeth. Are you someone who has to be in control of everything, and micro-manage literally everything? Yeah, me too. I interviewed several day of coordinators before I finally found my match with Priscilla! She is detail oriented, extremely organized and can quickly take control when needed. She is small, but MIGHTY. She was so helpful leading up to the wedding bringing things to my attention I had not even thought about- like having a welcome table! Day Of- she floated gracefully through the venue making sure everything in my vision came to fruition. Anything that I needed to change she never had any hesitation or push back- she would reply "got it, changes made-" I even changed the order of my bridesmaids like an hour before the wedding. No sweat! She stayed calm and in control of all situations. I had some issues with the bustle of dress and we needed a bobby pin and she didn't even hesitate to rip a few out of her hair. I never ONCE felt stressed during the ceremony or reception thanks to Priscilla. Priscilla, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! I definitely could not have had the most perfect day without you! -

The best decision you’ll make
If you’re even considering hiring Melanie as your wedding planner, immediately stop looking, because hands down she is the best there is! Her guidance and kindness led us to have the perfect day, and the day of the wedding went off without a hitch, and it is ALL because of her! At the end of the night my entire family raved about how wonderful she was, from my sisters to my parents. My husband says, we can renew our vows as many times as we want as long as Melanie is running the show. She thinks of things you would never think of, and goes the extra mile beyond what you’d ever expect, and makes the process FUN. The videos of the behind the scenes she took of us on the wedding day are something we will keep forever, and we watched them all the next day over breakfast and they brought tears to my eyes. Every vendor I booked after her, was beyond excited to hear that they’d be working a wedding with her when we let them know who our planner was. Choosing Melanie as my wedding planner was one of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning. She was so helpful and organized throughout engagement and made sure everything was in order. As someone who does not love planning, Melanie stepped up and took on the areas that I don't enjoy. She helped bring my vision to life! I could go on forever about how amazing Melanie and her team are. From the moment I first spoke with Melanie about my wedding I knew I had made the right decision. Melanie listened to every single design detail, every wish/dream we had and she executed it to the fullest extent. MPED is basically the designated wedding planner for my friend group, so there was no doubt I was using them. I've always dreamed of a NYE wedding, so when I got engaged on June 19th, the first call I made was to Melanie. We planned our wedding in 6 months, which I was a little nervous about. Melanie made sure everything went flawlessly and made all our wedding day dreams come true! A MUST have!!
Melanie was AMAZING for our wedding day. We planned most of it from 2000 miles away and she made it so easy. She's extremely knowledgeable, she kept my head on straight, and coordinated with all of the vendors so i didn't have to! She even helped me zip my dress, change my shoes, and put my veil in, she is so kind and truly a gem for your big day. I have a hard time writing reviews for anyone in the same way I struggle with giving out recommendations. I believe everyone's choices are personal, especially within wedding planning. However, hiring Melanie and her team is the ONE thing to make non-negotiable on your list.
Melanie was hired 18 months before our wedding (yes, a whole year and a half together). The added aspect to our relationship is that we were in two different cities - we only met via Zoom until about 30 days before our wedding. With all that being said, she became our wedding best friend. Without fail, I heard from her at least once a month and I never received a cookie-cutter response and she was available for me whenever I really needed her. She was professional (unmatched in her professionalism), she was knowledgable (and would even pass down the knowledge to me, she is not a gate-keeping girly which I love), and she cared about our vision AND our pocket.
The connections and vendors she works with are absolutely top-tier. Because of her I crossed paths with people that understood my vision completely. And because of Melanie and her team, they were coordinated to perfection day-of. And as a bride you will hear horror stories of what can occur day-of, how things inevitably go wrong - I'm not joking when I say NOTHING went wrong. We credit this completely to Mel.
Mel felt like an investment NOT an expense. She gave me peace of mind, my family peace of mind (they actually got to enjoy themselves and were so appreciative of Mel and her team), and she is the sweetest and funniest wedding partner-in-crime a couple can have. And this was all as our month-of-coordinator. I have zero doubt that she over-delivers to all her clients regardless of their package; that demonstrates what kind of a person you are getting with Melanie and her team.
I really could go on and on. Mel and team, we love you. Thank you for taking care of us, helping us, being our shoulder to lean on when planning becomes too much. You are 10/10. -

Two months before our wedding we contacted Melanie Page events after Elizabeth worked as a planner for our friends wedding the month earlier. Instantly we were sold!
Having chosen a venue that had only done one wedding in the past and having a very short timeline to plan everything Elizabeth made the entire thing a seamless experience. She assisted with everything and I literally had nothing to worry about the entire time.
On wedding day I don’t think I had to answer a single vendor question, Instead I was able to enjoy the day fully and noticed not a single hiccup during the event. Everyone needs a Melanie for their wedding day!
Melanie is the reason why our wedding day was so perfect! After being in a wedding she did for one of my best friends, we knew we had to book her. Melanie is so detail oriented, patient, responsive, kind and has an answer everything and anything you may have about your wedding day. She truly is an expert at what she does! Not to mention that our wedding weekend was the same week that Hurricane Nicole hit Florida and had all back to plans ready and in place if we needed it (luckily we didn’t.) But not once did we feel stressed because we knew Melanie would have the solution!
She made everything run so flawlessly and always made sure anything that we needed done was taken care of by her and her team without putting any of it on us. Where do we even begin?! When you get married, you anticipate all your friends joining along in the process. But to make a friend in your vendor along the way is something extra special. From the very beginning, she assured us that she would quell any and all wedding nightmares. As anyone who has ever planned a wedding will tell you, you're constantly bombarded with all of the wedding horror stories and tales of "what-not-to-do". As a result, it's only natural to be in a constant state of worry and preparing for the worst knowing that "something" could go wrong. Thus, Tara and I looked into wedding planners to help mitigate those chances and alleviate our stress. AND THANK THE LORD WE DID BECAUSE WE FOUND MELANIE AND HER TEAM. It is no exaggeration when I tell you that our wedding day went off without a single hiccup - at least not that we were aware of because if there was, Melanie handled it like a pro behind the scenes. Much of our wedding day was spent away from the venue getting ready, taking pictures, etc. So when we finally arrived to the venue and saw our vision (who am I kidding, my wife's vision) come to life, we were floored. Everything was exactly as we discussed with Melanie in the months prior. We didn't lift a finger. We enjoyed the day as it came. Which is great because your wedding day flies by so quickly that the last thing you want to be doing is sweating all of the minute details. Melanie and her team THRIVED in getting all of our minute details right as they delivered on every one of our requests. Even as the night went on, Melanie made sure we got to every event whether it was toasts, cake-cutting, last dances, or even just time together in the photobooth. Melanie moved the night along at the perfect pace to ensure that we experienced everything we wanted without making us feel rushed. I cannot thank MPED enough. Best Wedding Planner Available
Melanie is by far the best investment that we made for our wedding. We worked alongside Melanie and her team for almost 2 years planning our dream wedding. At times, Melanie knew what we wanted more than we even knew. We described the “vibe”/environment that we wanted to be surrounded by and the feeling that we wanted to provide for our guests and she was SPOT ON. When Ali and I first saw our wedding venue, it was magical.
Our relationship started almost two years before our wedding date. Melanie helped us navigate the wedding planning process during the pandemic and helped us be flexible with the constant changes associated with the pandemic.
Melanie was organized, thorough, detailed, professional, understanding, patient, creative, and loyal. She is to the point, always came to every meeting with a plan and agenda, and never wasted your time. Every moment spent with Melanie was purposeful and enjoyable. Melanie and her team has so many connections and wonderful relationships in the community that allowed us to obtain all of the vendors that we really needed to make our dream wedding come true.
With Melanie being located in Jacksonville/Orlando/Tampa and us being located in Miami, a lot of our planning was done virtually. We had monthly calls/zoom meetings, constant group texts and email chains, and she drove multiple times from Jacksonville to Orlando to meet us for vendor meetings. She was extremely flexible and remained in constant communication with us which was imperative because Ali and I are both doctors with very hectic schedules. Having her there for these big decisions made us feel so much better, made decision making easier, and allowed for cohesiveness throughout the wedding process.
When it came to wedding day, Melanie and her staff were everywhere and nowhere. She was always one step ahead and there behind us when we needed anything, but never was in the way.
Myself, Ali, and my entire family are so thankful for her relationship and hard work on our wedding. It truly made it a memory that we will never forget. She did such a wonderful job that multiple friends and family members considered changing wedding planners.
Melanie will always be a friend of the family. We would recommend her to anyone with the utmost confidence. You will be extremely satisfied with your experience throughout the planning process and the end product. Her prices are MORE than fair (honestly undervalued) — would pay more than asking for her services. You absolutely get what you pay for. Overall, she was the absolute best. Where do I begin! Partnering with Melanie made the wedding planning process a dream! From our very first zoom call, I knew we made the right decision! Melanie spent 2.5 years working with us, including being willing to reschedule us to her birthday weekend because we had a baby the week before our original date. Which was the kindest thing ever! We hired her for month of coordination and design.
Working with her was nothing short of amazing, she checked in every month of those 2.5 years to see if we had questions or how things were going. Oh, and we are in MN so she was helping us plan from afar and going to travel to us.
Month of she contacted our all vendors, had meetings with us, ensured everything was squared away, and made a timeline (that EVERYONE complimented and said it helped) for the day of.
Her design skills are something else! I can't even believe it, I told her our colors, that I wanted it to feel romantic, gave her picture of my wedding gown to help, and she brought to life the most beautiful wedding EVER! It was exactly as I envisioned, no detail was missing. Family and friends complimented that it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever attended. They also remarked about how no detail was lost and that it was the little details that mattered. Our sweet heart table was absolutely stunning (I mean everything was!) her vendor suggestions to help make that happen were PERFECT!
Melanie also made sure that the day worked for us and in favor of our almost 7 month old baby. Who funnily enough was starting to meltdown right before I walked down the aisle, she was kind enough to let us get adjusted and relax her before opening the doors for me, my dad, and my baby's entrance.
She was in contact with all the vendors, myself, and the wedding party the day of so everything went smoothly! I am SO sad the day is over already because I can truly say from the moment we signed with her my stress melted away - she was by far the best decision I made and even more so once we found out we were pregnant.
There is just SO many positives I can say about working with Melanie, the biggest thing...if you want a romantic style and gorgeous wedding, to be stress free, and enjoy your day? Melanie is your girl!

You know you have a good wedding coordinator when even your family and wedding guest stop you to tell you how amazing Melanie is! We hired Melanie as a month of coordinator and from the very beginning Melanie was helpful, knowledgable, always very responsive and encouraging. She checked in with us every month, sharing our excitement for the count down while checking on our progress and making sure everything was on track. She cared about every detail of our wedding, almost as much as I did! (which says a lot coming from a type A bride). People kept telling me "things will go wrong, and that's okay" but truly our wedding day was perfect! Nothing went wrong, and Melanie made sure it was everything we ever dreamed of! Everything was done before we could even think to ask for it. Wedding planning is stressful, so go ahead and do yourself a favor and hire Melanie! I could not recommend Melanie enough! -

Hiring Melanie was the best thing I did (besides marry my now husband) that I did for my wedding. I purchased the month-of package with a design assist add on. When looking for who to hire, I was nervous that I wouldn't find someone that would meet my expectation for detail, communication, and partnership. Boy, did I eat my words! Leading up to the wedding, she was very responsive and I really felt like she was my advocate. Her knowledge of the industry and connections/experience with local vendors is invaluable. When I thought Melanie had already been so valuable, wedding weekend is when she and her team really shine (Elizabeth was the assistant for our weekend). Everyone says that something will go wrong on your wedding and emotionally I had prepared for that. Literally, nothing went wrong. The couple things that needed fixing, were swiftly taken care of. The only thing that I wish I could redo were those last couple drinks (which were totally on me haha) and even then, Melanie was in my corner and made sure that this bride did not embarrass herself. As most of the reviews on here say, but it's so true. We could not have pulled off this wedding without her. -
