Tanya and Harry are hands down the best photographer team you could ask for! As soon as I found their website on wedding wire and after speaking to Tanya, I had a gut feeling that I had to book her! Before I start posting my beautiful wedding pictures, I gave a huge shout to Tanya & Harry on my Instagram for making these pictures possible & always going the extra mile! We met them during our wedding weekend for the first time in person & immediately connected with them! Tanya created a timeline for our special day, came a day early to take detailed photos, and coached us throughout the day. Harry cracked jokes to keep us smiling throughout the whole day! I still hear Tanya's voice in my head when she gets excited about taking an amazing photo! I can hear the enthusiasm in her voice. It happens quite frequently. I had no idea what she meant until I was able to see these photos myself! Honestly, the best wife & husband team out there! -

This girl knows what she's doing!!! This wife and hubby work phenomenally together. My photos look like something out of a magazine. It's awesome. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend you splurging on them to take your photos. -

We really enjoyed working with Tanya and Harry! We lived in Florida and were getting married in North Carolina so we didn't have a chance to meet them before the wedding day, but we heard rave reviews from our venue, Hawkesdene Estate, so we knew we were in good hands. They were a joy to work with and were so relaxed, which really helped when my head was barely on straight.
The day seemed to fly by but I am so pleased with all the photos they captured to help us remember the fun we had. I highly recommend McSween Photography to capture all the important moments in your life! -

Tanya and Harry were absolutely AMAZING. They were so professional while also super fun at the same time. They worked so well together. They worked hard to get to know us as a couple before our day which made the day of perfect. All of our pictures are fantastic. I could not have imagined having anyone else take pictures for our special day. They are a must hire! -

Jennifer Sent on 10/12/2017If you are getting married anywhere near the NC/TN/GA mountains, you HAVE to hire McSween Photography! I hired them last year to photograph my wedding and my husband and I couldn't have been more pleased. McSween Photography is very reasonable in price for what you receive in service. In fact, it is probably a steal. Tanya and her team were very professional, friendly, accommodating to particular pictures I wanted taken and fun. They arrived on time, photographed my wedding from getting ready all the way to the end of the reception. Our families were highly impressed as well as they interacted with them too. They took many, many photos and provided them to us with the rights approximately 2 weeks after our wedding. Our photos came on a jump drive which is very convenient to make copies for family and friends. The pictures McSween Photography couldn't have been any better in my opinion. In fact, they are so good at what they do, that I wish I could find another special occasion just to have them photograph it. If you want an affordable and professional photographer with quality work....Hire McSween Photography! -

Beautiful photos and a fun team!
Tanya and Harry took both our engagement photos and shot our wedding. My husband gave the engagement photo experience the very high praise of "pretty good for taking pictures all afternoon". We had to change locations for the engagement photos due to weather but Tanya was so flexible and I knew before we even saw the engagements (which turned out beautifully) that we had chosen the right photographer.
Leading up to the wedding day, Tanya built a detailed timeline to help us stay on track. We never felt rushed or stressed throughout the day because Tanya and Harry, along with our our site coordinator kept the day on track and kept us laughing.
We could not have asked for more talented, organized, and most importantly FUN photographers.
A friend gave me a tip that when choosing a photographer you should obviously look at their pictures, but it's just as important to choose people you actually want to spend time with on your most important day. Tanya and Harry absolutely deliver on both fronts and we could not recommend them enough! -

Hannah Sent on 05/09/2018TANYA AND HARRY. WOW. What a freakin dream team of people to work with. One: I love husband-wife duo photo teams. It is an absolute blast, and of all the couples for Dave and I to work with this was a straight victory. Tanya and Harry went above and beyond our expectations, they shoot so beautifully, so vibrantly and have so much personality as well. They were a treat to work with, it was fun for us to interact with them, they made us feel comfortable and confident on camera-that was huge. They were so encouraging that it made it easy to take photos. The work they did is gorgeous, I can't stop staring at our engagement photos and wedding photos, and I need to order prints now. They captured us truly for who we are. And we have never felt more like us in photos than these. My parents loved working with them so much, my dad wants to fly everyone from NY down to NC for them to take family photos. And he is very serious. We couldn't have done this without them, they were also amazing to book us so last minute, as our previous photographer backed out just over a month before our wedding.
They sent us a gorgeous box that was beyond professional of how they sent the photos to us, it raised the bar for anyone in this industry. I have very high standards. The photos are all gorgeous and we couldn't be more pleased. This was the most important piece of the wedding to me, and Tanya and Harry did not let me down. You will not regret hiring them. -

They took our engagement and wedding photos and we couldn’t have been happier. They knew exactly which shots would be best and they all turned out wonderful. They should be your first pick for wedding photography.

Sara Sent on 10/06/2017Tanya photographed our October 2014 wedding. She and her assistant were amazing! They were ever present to capture all the shots we expected to see, but blended in with our guests perfectly to get the special candids you just can’t pose for. True professionals, great communication, and a delight to work with. We had proofs within 10 days, and all the edited pics on a personalized thumb drive arrived shortly after. Best of all, the quality of the photos speaks for itself!
*I don’t have my actual invoice handy for a true recollection of the total price, but I’m sure my guess is pretty close. -
