Incredible Photos, Even Better Experience

Kay is truly incredible. I've been thinking about what I could possibly say that'll amount to my experience with her but I don't think any words will do it justice. I used to be a photographer myself and even worked for celebrity wedding photographers for a short time, so I had high expectations going in... but let me tell ya, I didn't have anything to worry about at all.

Her skill is absolutely impeccable (hence her INCREDIBLE photos), but what sets her apart is the amazing experience she gave and the level of kindness she showed. And her team? The same! Genuinely, she truly knows how to balance professionalism with being personable. You can always hire a skilled photographer to take great photos, but you can't pay someone to care. And Kay cares. About her work, about her clients, and about the experience she gives.

If there was anything I needed more clarity on or wanted to change (which wasn't much), she was so accommodating and kind. Even when a last-minute hiccup popped up the day before the wedding, she handled it with so much grace and calm, never once making me feel stressed or pressured. That kind of character is rare, and I’ll never forget it.

What I'm ultimately trying to say is that Kay is everything I could have asked for and more in a photographer. She gave me not only incredible wedding photos but also an experience I’ll cherish forever. I’d recommend her again and again to anyone. And believe me, that's saying a lot - I'm so picky lol! Thank you, Kay, for being both an amazing photographer and an amazing human being. My wedding photos will tell the story of your talent and care for a lifetime.

I'm in love

Where do I begin. We recently got our photos and video back from our wedding and I'm OBSESSED. They seriously look like they were taken from a bridal magazine. Photography was extremely important to us and I literally researched and looked up almost every possible option in southern California in my budget range and after looking over Kay's work I knew we had to have her. The moment we posted our engagement pictures I had 6 DMs wanting her contact info because they were that good. And honestly...she could seriously be charging more for the quality you get. We almost didn't get the video because we had heard so much mixed feedback from friends/family on whether it was worth the money or not. Let me tell you, ITS WORTH IT. I've literally watched it ten times in the past month. I'm a little picky when it comes to this stuff and I wanted it to come off professional and classy if that makes sense....and they hit it out of the park. Kay and her team were so great and easy to work with. I also later found out how much she advocated for me on my actual wedding day when she saw things going awry with our venue. THIS is the type of vendor you want, someone thats going to look out for you like a best friend. I'd give her 10 stars if I could. Thanks Kay for capturing the magic of my day :)

Amazing photographer!

I’m so happy I went with Kay for my wedding photos! From the beginning she was quick to respond. I already had someone else doing my engagement photos but she still suggested we do a (complimentary) mini session beforehand so we could get to know each other before my wedding day. I told her the vibe I was going for and she picked the perfect spot. I love those photos and am so happy I have them!
I recently got back my wedding photos and am so happy with them! I had a huge wedding party and Kay managed to wrangle us all together and keep it fun.
The day of the wedding she was on time and professional. There was a second shooter who also did an amazing job.
I recommend hiring Kay for your wedding photos!!

Very personable & prompt!

If you're looking for a photographer who is easy-going, professional, and very responsive and honest, then look no further! Kay McCoy & one of her associate photographers, Ed, are the best to work with. She is so booked up due to popular demand, and yet still tries very hard to accommodate your schedule and important timelines. If she can't do it herself, then she involves her associate photographer(s) as a great alternate option who will deliver the same levels of consistency and dedication as Kay. She also does the editing herself, and is so prompt with the end results. My husband and I are grateful.

Absolutely Amazing!!

I couldn't be happier with Kay, I hired her to do our engagement photo shoot, and our wedding day pictures - she outdid herself.

My husband and I have never taken professional photos before, so it was difficult for us to get in the groove of feeling natural or sassy, but Kay makes you feel beautiful, confident and comfortable. There are few reasons why I originally chose Kay, one being her communication. She is so prompt at returning emails, calls, and texts, which is a really big deal to me. She never made me feel like my questions were annoying (which I know they were) or tedious, she helped me decide on an outfit for the engagement shoot and was all around attentive to my questions or concerns. The two other main reasons why I decided to move forward with Kay as our photographer was her rates and her actual photography, I shopped around a lot before making my decision. Her pricing is very reasonable especially for how perfect the quality is. I love how she is so candid with her shots, not just one, two, three smile, she takes shots when you are not looking and those tend to be the best! When we took our engagement portraits, it was cloudy and overcast, but that did not show through in the portraits!

I was having a hard time with my wedding schedule, but Kay swooped in and spent over an hour with me on the phone breaking it down and making sure the timeline would be perfect for her to get her shots in. kay also had excellent communication with the DJ so I didn't need to worry about anything on the day of.

On the wedding day, Kay arrived early to scope out the area - she ended up choosing a spot that I never would have thought as being a picturesque area, but YUP leave it to Kay because that spot was beautiful! She has such a keen eye for her surroundings.

I was so nervous while I was putting on my wedding dress and she did an excellent job at calming me down and making sure I had a good time. During the first look, she took the pictures and then gave my husband and I a few minutes to ourselves, which really meant a lot to me - never making me feel rushed, even though we were on a tight schedule.

I am obsessed with her work, she is so creative and takes such unique portraits that really makes us stand out. She is kind, sweet and so much fun!! The portraits she takes are out of this world creative. She genuinely cares about her clients/job! Her portraits speak for themselves, she is AWESOME and I 100% recommend her!

Kay was the best for our San Diego wedding!

Kay was a great photographer to have throughout the wedding planning process, and on our day. She had us come up to the OC where she is based for an engagement shoot (included in the package), which was great because we got to know her ahead of the wedding and got some cool beach photography to use on our digital wedding invites. Kay has shot tons of weddings and will be cool as a cucumber throughout your ceremony and reception. We had her for six hours, from pre-ceremony photos with our wedding party and some family members, through all of the events like first dance and dinner. At the end, we had a 30 minute sunset photoshoot with Kay and our videographer, which was a really wonderful part of the wedding - getting to spend time with my husband and having awesome cliffside sunset documentation of it. Also love her editing style - check out her instagram. Definitely consider Kay for your wedding! She's the perfect professional and will keep things moving along as they should.

Miraculous

KAY IS AMAZING. I swear to God, Kay is the sweetest person, she is SO TALENTED, and inexpensive! On our initial phone call we discussed the timeline of the wedding day so we could figure out what we could all get done photo-wise during the time allotted. After chatting for a little, she eventually threw in an extra hour of photo for free! On top of that, she through in a free engagement shoot for my husband and me (I couldn't afford the engagement shoot). When planning for us to come to Orange County for our shoot (we live in Reno) things got messed up and we weren't able to do the shoot. So, she offered to come fly to Reno on HER DIME for the FREE engagement shoot she offered me. I'm telling you, if you guys want amazing photos, and someone who you can really connect with and feel comfortable with come your big day, choose Kay!!! Thank you for everything, Kay! You captured our big day with so much fun and beauty!

I can not describe how in love I am with our pictures. This lady is pure magic and I swear worth every penny. I absolutely would recommend. She gets the shots you didn’t even think were possible and truly captures a moment. Thank you so much!!!

Only thing I would say is make sure you know this is a timely process to get your photos after the event. She works her butt off so it might take awhile to see her results but once you do it’s all so worth it.

I am writing this review with the biggest smile on my face. Kay McCoy with McCoy Wedding Photogaphy is the most professional, sweet, accommodating and down to earth person I have ever worked with. She was quick to respond, which let me tell you how important that is when picking someone so important for the day of your wedding...She was easy to talk to and I just felt such a great energy from her I am so thankful to have found her! Our engagement shoot was so beautiful and she made me and my husband feel so comfortable. The images she took from our wedding were downright PERFECT! She captured the moments you want to relive over and over. Kristel did a fantastic job on our engagement and wedding photos. They were all so bright and beautiful. We got a ton of complements on them. She was flexible with timing and location. When it turned out to be a gloomy day on at our engagement shoot, she was happy to reschedule to ensure that we had beautiful pictures. Kristel is an amazing photographer! She does amazing shots in nature. Josh and I got married in a winery and the preliminary shots that she took of us and sent to us during our honeymoon were out of this world! I told Josh that they look like they came from a movie. We used Kristel for our engagement shoot and for our wedding. We are also going to use her for our anniversary shoot that we're planning to do next fall. Amazing from the first moment we had the opportunity to connect with Kristel. The planning process was smooth, stress free and she was so helpful with my million questions. Kristel is nothing less than AMAZING!!!! When I was looking for a photographer, I emailed a handful of people. Kristel was the ONLY one who got back to me in a tamely matter, and the ONLY one who wanted to get to know my Fiancé and I. After our emails back and fourth I knew she wouldn't disappoint. She made us feel comfortable during our engagement session, cause lets be honest take pictures in front of a stranger isn't the most comfortable thing. By the end of the session it seemed like she has been one of our long time friends. She was just as amazing on the wedding day, there was a fire the day of my wedding and she was stuck in traffic forever!!! I felt so bad, but she kept me in the loop the entire time and she had a great team who took over for her until she got there. Hands down I would choose her over and over to capture one of the best days of my life!

Kristel’s work is truly magnificent!! She took our engagement session and wedding photographs and we are beyond happy with the beautiful results! We took our engagement photos on the beach off of a small trail in San Onofre at the end of a very long, windy road. Kristel met us there no problem and took the most gorgeous pictures in front of the ocean and beach cliffs. I love how she uses light and suggests ideas of where/how to stand. She is very friendly and easy to talk to which made the whole experience less intimidating and fun! Our wedding was at the end of April at Casa Romantica. She worked well with all of my vendors, family, and bridal party. The photos we have seen so far from the wedding are STUNNING! Thank you so much Kristel for your wonderful photography! We look forward to working with Kristel more in the future.

Our wedding is not until April this year, but I already know that she is an amazing photographer as she shot a friend's wedding last year. When I saw the pictures I knew I had to have her and immediately asked for a referral. When my first wedding venue decided 5 months away from our wedding date that they no longer were going to have weddings there, I immediately went into panic mode. How was I going to find a venue and keep all my vendors within 5 months?! Kristel came to the rescue and told me of a couple beautiful places she's shot at. We took her advice and chose a place that was not only more beautiful than our original venue, but the value was better as well. She's super responsive too all my annoying emails and text messages, even if it has nothing to do with the photography side of the wedding. We are very excited for our big day and can't wait to see how all our pictures come out!!

We chose Kristel based on a recommendation from our wedding venue (Falkner Winery). We first met for our engagement pictures about nine months before the wedding, and the photos turned out amazing! Kristel had great local suggestions for locations and she was really good at interacting with my husband and I (we can be a little awkward and camera shy). Leading up to the wedding, we had several conversations (over email and by phone) about times, locations, and what kind of pictures were the most important to me. This made me feel like she was my photographer leading up to the wedding, and not just the day of. On the day of the wedding, she was right on time and was such a blast to hang out with! She even noticed my wedding gown wasn’t buttoned right and fixed it for me. She let me pick some pictures I knew I wanted, but was great at offering suggestions, too. I didn’t interact with her second shooter at all, but my husband said she was nice and did a good job, too.

Overall, I am SO HAPPY we booked Kristel Collins. Based on her work, for our engagement pictures and other weddings, I know my pictures we will turn out flawless. I can’t wait to have them, and I am recommending her to all my friends! Book Kristel!!! You won’t regret it.

Where do I start ?! Kristel has been absolutely amazing since the very first day we met her! There were times months and months before the wedding that I would bug Kristel about videographers, coordinators, timelines you name it, and she was always so helpful and quick to respond! I really appreciated that because she was not obligated to help me but that is just the sweet person she is! On the day of the wedding Kristel and her team were absolutely amazing ! Our friends and family loved her! The pictures I have gotten back are absolutely amazing. Kristel went above and beyond through this entire experience. If I could plan a wedding every year I would choose Kristel every time! She is the best and you won't be dissapointed.

Kristel was our photographer for our engagement session and our wedding. From the moment we met her, we knew we were in good hands! She's extremely personable and professional. She has a great sense of humor, even keeping the mood light during our wedding when the venue reps were kind of pushing us along through our photo session to keep things on time. She was always very responsive to emails and was open and flexible to what we wanted (even offering suggestions when we didn't know exactly what we wanted, lol). Her pricing was also very competitive compared to other photographers and the photos we have are beautiful. Thank you for all of your great work, Kristel! Kristel was amazing. We used Kristel for our wedding on May 3rd, 2015 at Falkner Winery. When we first booked her for our wedding we were so excited as she told us she has done many weddings at Falkner already. So come to our wedding day we were super excited. She was very flexible and helped us create a photography package that fit our needs. She made accommodations to meet us at our rental house where we were all getting ready for some pictures. From there she meet us over at the venue where she arrived before us and started taking pictures of the little details. Her and her assistant Matt were so much fun to work with and made everything such a blast. She took us everywhere and anywhere we wanted to go for pictures. Since we did our engagement shoot with another photographer she didn't know us much before hand but that didn't get in the way she made us feel so comfortable from the moment she walked in the door. Kristel is super friendly, and very funny. I would highly recommend Kristel to everyone. She is by far simply the best photographer we could have asked for.

Kristel is amazing! She is so talented behind the lens but her true talent lies in the way she makes her clients feel so comfortable. When my groom and I first met Kristel for our engagement shoot, we were very shy. She was able to capture some great shots of us being ourselves. On the day of the wedding, Kristel captured all the best moments before the wedding and made sure that every bridesmaid, groomsmen and family member got the shots they wanted. Speechless... That word best describes our wedding photos. In my personal story, we were on a time crunch in locating a photographer. We received her information from a wedding she shot earlier in the year from a close friend. When we first met, she made us feel comfortable. She said that she will take care of us and guide us through the process.. Kristel made everything so simple, helped with the wedding process. My experience with Kristel was amazing. It started on the fourth of July went i sent her an email requesting information. I did not expect to hear from her on a holiday but she responded to my email within the hour. Kristel was extremely flexible and was very open to our ideas for our engagement shoot and wedding photos! She uploaded sneak peaks of our photos the same day, which was so exciting. She helped capture the most important day of our lives, and for that we could not be more grateful. She is wonderful to work with and is very sweet. She has very affordable photography packages and we actually got a free engagement shoot. We loved everything about Kristel. The biggest most important part about Kristel is that she was a stress free choice for us. Literally, our engagement pictures we didn't have to ask if she was there and most of all, our wedding day, I never even got in contact with her to see if she made it. She arrived on time and got busy with no questions asked. I actually didn't even know she had arrived until she came to the room for pre-ceremony pictures of getting ready.

Our group has a blast with her, she's so easy to be around and get along with. Totally adore everything about her and how "go-with-the-flow" she is. It was a perfect match for how "go-with-the-flow" my husband and I are.

Not to mention, Kristel's work is out of this world! We couldn't be happier with our choice in a wedding photographer.

Kristel Collins is a fantastic photographer and very easy to work with. After doing a ton of research on photographers in Southern California (I live in San Francisco), I found Kristel to be the most down to earth and friendly photographer I spoke with. While I was hesitant to make an appointment for engagement photos, she convinced me that it's best to take engagement photos as it acquaints the couple and photographer before the wedding... and she was so right. We had a great experience with Kristel and her husband Jason at our wedding, and cannot wait to see the rest of the pictures (she posted about 30 previews that are beautiful)!

Kristel was AMAZING from start to finish. We booked her about a year in advance. Our first engagement session was at a location I chose called The Victoria Gardens mall, it was freezing and security was up our butts! Kristel didn't care, she still got AMAZING photos, and even offered us to do a second engagement session, in which she chose the location (PLEASE LADIES LET HER PICK YOUR LOCATION!) We headed up to Lytle Creek, and WOW! That place was awesome. She took SO many beautiful photos, so much natural light and even made us look a bit slimmer ;) The day of our wedding, she arrived before we did, and was already getting to work. The second shooter she brought, Whitley, was GREAT as well. She made us feel such at ease, and got such beautiful photos. I cried when I saw the preview and cried even harder when I saw the full album. She is so friendly, and funny, it was a BLAST working with her. I recommend Kristel to everyone I know! Your best memories are in your wedding photos, so you need to have the BEST photographer! and Kristel is the BEST!

To say the least... Kristel was amazing from the very start. I actually found her randomly on pinterest, and her photos immediately caught my attention. She was so down to earth, yet very professional. She made me and my now husband feel so comfortable! She was very timely when it came to responding to my emails or any questions i had. I thought it was helpful that her package included engagement pictures, this gave us a chance to get to know her and not be so shy in front of the camera on our wedding date.

Kristel is amazing, and her work is simply beautiful. She is not only a talented photographer, but she truly cares about her clients. Kristel understands that your wedding is a very important day to you. For our wedding, Kristel went above and beyond - she came an hour early just to photograph our reception set-up because she wanted to capture all the reception decor details in their perfect state before guests arrived.

Kristel is great at staging the jewelry and getting those detailed shots. The emotion that is captured in our photos is something my husband and I will treasure. We also appreciated all the landscape shots of our church because the photos are stunning. We were in an Italian mansion, located on a cliff overlooking the ocean. During the reception, Kristel and Jason captured so many candid moments. My husband and I LOVE our wedding photos.

Before booking with Kristel, my husband and I were concerned about the privacy of our photos. Our wedding was a special day to us, and we felt that some moments were very personal and intimate that we would want to keep private. Other photographers we contacted were very strict about how they retain full rights to post whatever photos they wanted online.

Kristel is completely different - she is so respectful of our privacy. She never posted any of photos online (Facebook, WeddingWire, etc.) until she received our approval first.

Kristel is a true professional. She is super responsive over email and usually got back to me within a few hours. Also, her prices were very reasonable, and the value of her package was great! We had Kristel shoot both our engagement session and wedding day.

Finally, Kristel doesn't stop caring after your photos are delivered... she's there to make any edits you need after seeing all the photos. Kristel knows that your wedding is special, so she always takes extra care in handling your photos and providing her clients with superb customer service.

Kristel and her husband did an excellent job capturing our wedding. They were extremely kind and patient with us. They went beyond the call of a wedding photographer helping us with miscellaneous task from pinning boutonnieres to easing the preparation stress of our wedding day with encouraging words. The preview they provide is very nice it allowed us to give family and friends a few pictures before we even took off for our honeymoon. Kristel is amazing! From beginning to end. Our engagement photos were beautiful and our wedding photos thus far (we haven't received them yet) have looked gorgeous as well. What I love about Kristel is that she made sure that she captured everything that was important to us. She set up the timeline so that we got everything in. I love her unique posing ideas and it really is important to her that we're happy with everything.
The package we purchased came with 6 hours of service, I really would've liked to have upgraded to the 8 hour package, as the day really does go by super fast. So if your debating just go with the 8 hours!
All in all I would definitely recommend going with Kristel Collins her work is amazing. And we can't wait to continue to use Kristel for our future photography needs.

Kristel is AMAZING.....it there was a word to describe something that is more than amazing I would use it. I was so pleased with all of my photos...I don't think there was a single one I wasn't happy with. 901 photos and they were all fantastic! She made me cry all over again with the images she captured...honestly one of the best out there, I promise you will not be disappointed.. Love her, love the photos....

Okay, so I was married last July and I am writing this review very late (no excuses other than being completely busy). Kristel and her husband, Jason were AMAZING at our wedding. My husband and I were so impressed and satisfied with their professionalism and their ability to be flexible, humorous and overall, have fun themselves. The pictures were beautiful, better than I could have imagined and Kristel made it easy to pose and stage the shots that I had envisioned. I can't say enough thank you's to them for what they did for my husband and I. From the beginning (inquiring about Kristel's services) to the end result (pictures) I had a VERY PLEASANT and INFORMATIVE experience with Kristel. She was so flexible and easy-going which for me was a huge deal. The last thing I wanted to do was stress on the biggest day of my life. Thanks to Kristel and Jason, I didn't have to worry or ask for anything from them. They had it covered. It's nice to see them work together too. My husband secretly wishes he was friends with Kristel's husband.. LOL

The engagement shoot was equally as easy. We arrived late due to traffic and Kristel was very understanding and even stayed an extra 20 minutes with us so that we could finish all the shots. Again, very professional and fun. I have to admit, it can be awkward to "pose" while trying to get the shots you need but Kristel directed my husband and I in a way that made it both comfortable and intimate, without being cheesy. In particular, I have this one shot (she had us lay down on a blanket and took a shot of us from the top of our heads downwards so you could see our bodies and the sunset) that I love and have framed in my house. EVERYONE, not exaggerating, EVERYONE asks where I got that picture because they think it is a professional picture, not us.

Price wise, Kristel is amazing. When searching for photographers, I almost pulled my hair out with the quotes I found. With Kristel, you get a great deal without sacrificing quality.

Kristel did an amazing job photographing my wedding!! It was pouring down rain so she even made sure to leave early so that she could be at my venue right on time. I absolutely love that she is not one of those photographers that is in your face the whole time, she is able to just sit back and take more natural photos. She was great at accommodating the change from having the ceremony outside to inside and there is not a single moment that she missed. Also, by the next day she had a preview of pictures from the wedding which was amazing to be able to see some with my new husband. I would definetly recommend her to anyone wanting pictures even if not wedding related. She has an artisitic eye and I love that she has those pictures as well as the more standard pictures.

Kristel is great at what she does!! She has a warm and friendly demeanor, she has fun ideas and lots of great energy. Kristel was very sweet and flexiable with the chaos of my wedding preparation. She gave good feedback and advice on poses as well allowed for our own creativity. She was timely and professional from the first email to the big day. We had so much fun during our shoot after the wedding, she kept it lighthearted and read us well as a couple. During the ceremony she was so stealthy I didnt even notice her (I think thats the point). She promptly uploaded (like that night) a few pictures to give us a taste of the shoot. kristel and her assistant were amazing! they were super friendly and professional from the start. although we didn't have much scenery to work with the pictures still look beautiful from what I have seen so far. I would definitely recommend her business!

Kristel and her assistant photographed our wedding this past July and Kristel has also done our engagement photos. We were very pleased with our engagement photos and Kristel was nice enough to accommodate us when we changed our minds about having them taken. She made time for us and worked with us on great price so that we were satisfied. The pictures were lovely and we used them throughout our wedding. For our wedding day they were on time and very professional. Kristel is very easy to work with as she puts you at ease and gives great direction. She also stayed on top of the time as we only had a limited time frame to take all our photos. We've seen a few samples of our photos and we are so excited to see the rest! We can't say enough good things about Kristel and her work. If we ever decide to have photos taken for another life event, we would certainly go to Kristel again.

Kristel was amazing at our wedding. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer who dealt with some crazy groomsmen. Kristel and her husband did a great job capturing our special moments with our friends and family on our wedding day. It was funny how many ridiculous photographers there are out there that are extremely expensive and quite honestly arrogant about what they did. There was one photographer that showed us photos of his friend's wedding and nothing else in their portfolio.

I think Kristel gave us more than what we bargained for. She's super fun to work with and frankly she's darn good at what she does. She even answered my questions about cameras when I asked her what she recommended for our honeymoon.

I was so very pleased with the service given at my wedding. Kristel Collins Photography was very helpful, professional, and courteous. The editing done on the pictures was amazing! It is obvious that Kristel Collins Photography knows what they're doing, are good at what they do, and take their work very seriously. Kristel was wonderful, she is really nice, puts you at ease and provides good instruction for posing. I was really happy with my pictures and working with her was great. She's prompt and reliable which is really important for a wedding because you don't need anything else to worry about. I would highly recommend her!

Kristel and her husband made it very easy to feel comfortable in front of them (especially since my husband and I are not really used to being in front of the canera). I was able to book Kristel last minute a which saved me from having a wedding meltdown and her pricing was in line with my budget. I would definitely use Kristel again and recommend her to future brides! The previews I have seen of my photos are great!

Wow.. GORGEOUS work. Kristel Collins was amazing. She was professional yet fun. Has an extreme talent for catching all those magical moments from the most perfect angles. My dream come true wedding

Kay not only replies super fast but is an amazing photographer. I had a courthouse ceremony with a small dinner and she went to 3 different places to register all moments. I loved the pictures and she made me feel super comfortable.

Kristel McCoy Photography was our wedding photographer for our wedding at Casa Romantica in April 2017. She did our engagement photos in the Fall 2016 and worked with us as we worked to secure the photography permit from the City of San Juan Capistrano for the area I wanted our photos taken. In our one-hour session, we were able to shoot in so many different areas with different poses and we even did an outfit change! Kristel uploaded our photos within the timeline of when she said she would. She was very organized for the wedding and I got numerous compliments on how beautiful my photos turned out! Kristel's prices were very affordable and we ultimately got over 1,500 photos from our wedding!

My wife and I used Kristel's services in August 2015 for our wedding. I was stationed overseas and communicated mostly by email with her. She arrived late for our wedding (and missed much of the pre wedding photos). Minimal photos of our guests were taken. She had to repost our proofs because initially she was missing the photos of our entire wedding party. She did not get us our USB with photos for almost 8 months. It's been over a year and we still don't have our album or canvas. She has set up a couple dates to meet us , but has cancelled last minute. We did finally hear from a representative , who was able to give us a partial refund for the products we did not receive. The partial refund was recently completed in July 2017.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, I wouldn’t recommend her to my worst enemy! Her communication was great until after we paid her in full. She would respond same day. After we paid her in full, her communication worsened. She’d take days to weeks to respond, sometimes not responding at all. When I finally did get my photos (Late Aug), I let Kristel know that I was missing my ENTIRE reception, some bride/groom photos, all my “getting ready” photos, my garter, rings, etc. She said she’d re-upload the photos, this still did not work. After SEVERAL emails, attempts to contact her, Facebook messages, texts/calls, etc, I ended up hiring a Lawyer to contact her and help with recovering my photos. She sent me blank SD cards for a friend to recover the photos, still nothing. She told me she sent all 10 SD cards she owns to me yet I couldn't find ANY photos of mine at all. When I tried to make an 8x10 with the photos I did receive, the picture was blurry! She advised that she didn't realize she didn't upload them in High Resolution and that it was my job to tell her? I'm not the professional, she is! She should've known. In LATE November, when she re-uploaded the photos to provide us with our high resolution photos, OUT OF NOWHERE, we were provided with SOME of our Reception photos that she had been telling us since August were gone. She was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful during the whole process to try to recover my photos that she lost. She chastised me like a child calling me inpatient, unprofessional, disrespectful, rude etc. It’s now 6 months after my wedding and I still don’t have all my photos. The reception photos she did provide to me, in Late November after telling me they were missing, aren’t even edited. I didn't even receive a refund for this. I paid full price to receive half my wedding photos! If you want a professional photographer who will produce your whole wedding photos, look elsewhere. If there is ANY problem, expect to be treated poorly and get no resolution.
