  Incredible job and incredible DJ

  Chris was amazing! He was extremely professional and went above and beyond. I still have family/ friends telling me they loved the music. Everyone danced all night, which is exactly what I wanted. His communication was excellent before, during, and after the wedding day. He also is very tech savvy and brings out all the bells and whistles for you. He brought up lights that he placed all around the ballroom and really made the ambiance what I was going for throughout each part of the night; Classy and romantic during dinner, and a party during dancing! He can do it all. I had such a great experience and I cannot recommend him enough. Please do yourself a favor and book him!

  So. Much. FUN!!!!!

  Dj Chris was so easy to work with and understood exactly what we wanted. We had so many guests say it was the most fun they’ve ever had at a wedding. He also kept everyone on track with announcements and was just an all around great vendor and person. We were so happy with him!! Thanks Chris!

  Awesome dj for our wedding!

  Chris was amazing! I love that he had a portal for us to put our songs. He was responsive, helpful, professional, and really got our wedding party going! Definitely recommend and would use again for future events! Thanks for everything!

  It was an amazing night!

  Finding a wedding DJ that doesn't sound like a typical wedding DJ is a tricky thing. But we found it in Chris and Maximum Groove Sounds. Don't misunderstand me by thinking you wouldn't be able to have a regular wedding experience with them. You absolutely would and he would rock it! But if you're looking for something outside the box, Chris is your man. We threw the most eclectic selection of music at him (from Beyonce and Prince to The Decemberists and New Model Army with some soca, swing and Canadian folk-rock tossed in), and he played it all and kept the dance floor poppin' all night! Every phone call we had with him leading up to the wedding made us feel better and better about our choice and we were confident that he knew what we wanted for our party and that he would deliver, and he did! 10/10 would recommend Maximum Groove for your event!

  Smooth, efficient, caring

  Chris was ready to adjust on the fly when we wanted to change around the schedule or switch a song for a particular part of the wedding. He was super easy to work with and made our day much less stressful than it could’ve been! Thank you for being so flexible and helpful Chris! He even added some beautiful lighting around the venue that made it look that much better.

  Chris was great, was very prepared for the wedding, and made sure he understood the ceremony and reception music. He was very clear in communicating before the wedding and leading up to it as well. Everything went off without a hitch, and MCing was very smooth for our intros and toasts. Definitely would recommend!

  Chris truly made our wedding amazing! He kept everyone entertained the whole night. He played a variety of music that fit everyone’s needs and had everyone dancing all night. He accommodated all of our last minute requests with no hesitations. We really appreciated all of his kindness. We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ!

  Chris was so wonderful to work with! Since we didn't give him a huge list of songs to play through the night he did a great job of filling in the gaps and playing to the crowd. He even brought firework display machines that were a hit and made our sparkler send off look absolutely amazing. He was so helpful in the planning phase and made sure he had the timeline down. We have nothing but great things to say about our whole experience with Chris!

  We highly recommend Maximum Groove Sounds. We all have busy schedules and we love that he worked around our schedules to communicate before our big day. Even on the day of he was flexible to last minute changes. His performance was amazing! The guest also complimented on the music selection and how much fun they had dancing all night.

  For a maximum good time at your wedding reception you must contract Maximum Groove Sounds. He kept the party energy going all night long and changed genres as he read the crowds responsiveness. Also he does uplighting which is a game changer for atmosphere
