Regardless of whether you think you need a day-of-coordinator, YOU NEED A DAY-OF-COORDINATOR AND YOU NEED CLARICE! I’m a quite organized person who always has a Plan A, then Plan B, then Plan C, and so on lined up in case things go awry. However, I knew that my wedding day was the one day where I couldn’t control everything and needed help to get décor set up, direct people, answer questions, and more. Clarice was definitely the best go-to-girl on my big day!
I’d recommend Clarice from Maxi and Co in a heartbeat for any couple!! She made the wedding day so easy and smooth, and to this day I still don’t know if anything went wrong since she handled all of the guest questions and issues. She helped us figure out logistics for how people got around the venue, where my groom, myself, and everyone in the bridal should be at all times, and was so smooth and calm during the entire wedding. She was ALWAYS doing something, whether it was setting up décor for the next part of the party, or getting all 80 guests into one location, or literally anything else. She never stopped! I could not have asked for a better wedding day and that is in large part to Clarice; book her now! -

I was recommended to Maxi & Co. by my virtual wedding planner, Brittany at the Venlist and I'm extremely grateful that we decided to hire them for our day-of-wedding coordination.
When preparing for our big day, Clarice toured our venues on our behalf and even FaceTimed me during the final walkthroughs to ensure we knew what things would look like on our wedding day. I truly appreciated that we were able to check-in a little prior to the wedding to make sure all our "i" s were dotted and "t" s were crossed for both the rehearsal and wedding day. If you are considering getting a day-of-coordinator, please do it! You'll enjoy your day so much more!
Clarice helped to make our wedding day proceed as seamlessly as possible. All we had to do was enjoy the day. And when adjustments needed to be made, Clarice quickly handed them. We are so appreciate to Clarice and would highly recommend Maxi & Co. to couples getting married! -

Clarice was an absolute pleasure to work with. She listened to my vision and exceeded my expectations as a day of coordinator. She made herself available to me when I needed it, helped reassure my pre-wedding nerves, and made my vision come to life for my ceremony and reception! She is an absolute dream to work with! -

Perfect Day!
We hired Clarice as a day of coordinator for our wedding. From the beginning Clarice was super responsive and set up a call and we hit it off! She did such a great job coordinating our day and staying on top of things! I reached out to her with a couple questions about vendors and she steered me in the right direction helping me find our DJ and tent rental company! We had a meeting a month before the wedding and then another zoom two weeks before which helped me feel so much better about the day of! She was amazing at creating our wedding arch and bringing our vision alive! So thankful for everything she did!!! -

Clarice was awesome and made sure the day ran super smooth and we even had drinks waiting for us when we got to our table at the reception. She took care of everything on the day and we didn’t have to answer a single question or direct anything which was so nice! She was also great at working with our budget. Highly recommend her for coordinating the day, we had the best time! -

Clarice was the perfect day of coordinator! We had to reschedule our wedding twice due to COVID, and she was incredibly flexible each time. She worked with all of our vendors to make our wedding as seamless as possible - from talking us through our wedding schedule and vendors a few months before the wedding, doing the last walkthrough at the venue with the catering company, and finally to handling all of the details on the day of. On the day of the wedding, she handled all of the wedding setup, coordinated with all of our vendors, and even made sure everything was ready to load into the cars at the end of the night. I never had to worry about anything with Clarice as our day of coordinator. I would highly recommend if you want a day of coordinator so you can sit back and enjoy every minute of your wedding! -

As members of the LGBTQ+ community, it was very important to my wife and I that we felt comfortable with our day-of coordinator, and we couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator than Clarice from Maxi & Co! Clarice went above and beyond to ensure that we had the perfect day! She was professional, easy to communicate with, flexible, stepped in to help with everything we needed on the day-of, and ensured that everything was absolutely perfect.
On the day of our wedding, we were planning to have it outside, but it was raining all morning and so we decided to flip it to be inside; but then the weather got nicer, and Clarice suggested that we keep it outside, which turned out to be the best decision because the wedding ceremony outside was absolutely perfect. She handled our shifting from outside to inside to back to outside on the day of the wedding without any issues.
My wife and I didn’t have to worry about anything thanks to Clarice; because of her hard work, we were able to simply enjoy our day which was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!
Thank you Clarice for making our day so wonderful and one we will never forget, we will always be grateful for you!

I found Clarice through WeddingWire. Our venue required a day of coordinator and while initially I was upset about having to spend the money, it was SO WORTH IT in the end. A day of coordinator is SO IMPORTANT I realized and I was SO HAPPY with Clarice. She was organized, flexible, and direct, everything you could want in a day of coordinator. Her attention to detail is top notch and you will not be disappointed choosing her. -

Recommend 110%!
Clarice is amazing!! She was uber organized, professional, and thought of every detail (many of which I never would have thought of until it was too late). If there were any problems that came up the morning of or during the wedding, I had no idea because she just took care of them. She set up our reception with very little guidance from us and it was perfect. She made sure we ate and had everything we needed, and coordinated the breakdown so we could just enjoy our time with our guests. Even my family, who initially thought hiring a day-of coordinator was unnecessary, came to rely on her and said how awesome she was! Hiring her was without question one of the best decisions we made during the planning process and I would recommend her to anyone!! -

From the first time I met Claurice, she was very thorough in her work. The day of my wedding, Claurice decorated, managed, and took care of all the vendors. She would pop up giving me a new drink or asking if I needed more food. She was superwoman for us and we would not have been able to carry out this wedding without her. -

Clarice was an amazing day-of coordinator for my wedding!!! She did a great job working with me and my mom organizing my wedding day. She made the day of the wedding so much easier on me and my mom helping set up and decorating the venue. She was also a great help with the rehearsal. We were beyond thankful that we hired Clarice to help with our wedding weekend! We do not live in the Leesburg area, so all of our planning happened from afar. We planned two days of events: a barbecue and poker tournament on Friday night and then the wedding on Saturday. Clarice coordinated both days and took care of so many things. As soon as we met her, she put our minds at ease. Clarice is focused and pays attention to every detail. We had multiple items that needed to be set up for each day, and some items were used both days. She kept everything organized and made sure all of the spaces looked perfect! The entire weekend went smoothly – she never came to us with issues, she just figured out how to make everything work. We really appreciated it during the weekend, as we got to enjoy the time with our guests and not think about details. Once we got home and began unpacking, we appreciated it even more. One of our wooden table numbers must have broken in transit, as it was hot glued in a few places. We were so impressed that she just handled things and let us enjoy the day. I know there were multiple other little things that she made work. Clarice is extremely responsive, organized, detail-oriented, and professional. She listened to all of our requests and took initiative when she needed to. She even made sure we ate and had drinks during the reception! She was the biggest help to us and was worth every penny. We are so happy that we found her to help with our wedding and cannot say enough about her! -

Seamless Wedding Day
Working with Clarice was a true pleasure! She took my vision and expanded it. So many little things that she thought of and took care of day of. Getting recaps from friends and family on how she swoped on and handled things on the fly makes me realize even more that I made the right choice! Definitely book with Clarice; she is fun and professional, and she will make sure that your wedding day goes as smoothly as possible. -

We looked into so many different coordinators and I thought we would have to go without because they were so expensive. Clarice was a great price and did great work! She always responded very quickly and was always super prepared and was an amazing help during the venue walk through. The day of the wedding she was the key to keeping us on time. She did a great job making sure the groom and I had everything we needed. She put away appetizers for us so we could have a moment to ourselves and even brought us drinks through out the wedding. She is so thoughtful and I highly recommend her. We could not have done it without her and neither can you!
