Film Magic!!!

Matt was AMAZING!! He worked with our photographer so seamlessly that it felt like they'd been working together for years. He captured some beautiful film during my prep time, and to my astounded surprise, managed to get part of the footage to my brother in time for him to add it to the father-daughter dance video for that night. It was one of the sweetest and most emotional moments of the night. Matt was so easy to work with, and he made the whole process fun and memorable for both of us. His fun personality and sense of humor calmed our anxiety and truly made our night unforgettable. We can't thank him enough for the quality of service and care he provided to us during the entire day. It was truly exceptional.

The best way to describe Matt’s work is hollywood level! When my husband and I first met Matt (over Skype) we felt an instant connection to him! His energy, his passion, and his vision for wedding videos are nothing short of amazing! Matt doesn’t just capture your day from behind a camera, he tells your love story and he does it in the most beautiful way. Aside from his amazing talent he is also an awesome person to work with! Matt is quick to respond and ready to help in any way he can. Matt also creates such a relaxed atmosphere that you don’t even notice he’s filming. I was nervous that i would be self conscious having someone follow me around with a camera but i never once felt that way with him. He is such a great guy I would recommend his services to everyone! If you’re looking for the best of best for your wedding or event- pick Matt!

Matt Stambaugh Films
I am the owner of Harmony Hall Estate and Karen’s Catering, LLC., over the past 31 years I have had the honor of helping thousands of couples make their wedding day dreams come true. Selecting the vendors for our wedding day was no easy task! I have worked with some of the best wedding vendors in Central PA and a few that are not so good. So when it came time for John and I to plan our own wedding we had a long list of vendors to consider. You could say I am extremely picky and quite opinionated; I have seen a lot and knew what I liked and wanted. We wanted a videographer that would be able help us preserve the memory of one of the most important days of our lives but also captured the detail shots so that I could use the footage to promote my business. Matt was easy to work with and is a true professional and the footage he took of our wedding day is exceptional. If you're trying to decide about whether or not to book Matt, the best advice I can give you is... do it!!!! My husband and I spent a lot of time when trying to decide on our vendor team and we could not be happier with all of our choices. We honestly felt like Matt was there as one of our friends and that is such a wonderful quality in someone who is capturing you on video. From our first interaction with Matt it was clear that he puts the clients first! He went out of his way to find time to skype with us when we were still trying to decide on a videographer and then worked with our busy schedule to make time to meet for breakfast the month prior to our wedding in order to spend some time getting to know us. My husband and I live in NYC but our wedding was in Maryland where I grew up. As you can imagine, finding time to take care of all of the necessary tasks associated with planning a wedding while living in a different city became quite stressful at times. I can confidently say that choosing Matt as our videographer only made things easier. While his work speaks for itself, it must also be said that in our experience it was obvious that he truly cared about getting to know us as a couple so he could help make our day as unforgettable as possible.

We knew that we wanted a cinematographer for our wedding, and I am so happy that we came across Matt! He did such an incredible job, I am absolutely in love with our wedding video! Matt is so personable and he had worked with our photographer before, which was even better because they had a great rapport. My parents and our wedding party even commented on how great our videographer and photographer worked together. We didn't even notice he was there during the ceremony and reception. Matt did a great job with communication before the wedding. My husband and I ended up moving across the country 4 months before our wedding, and Matt was so accommodating to our needs and finishing the last parts of our wedding planning from across the country.

Matt and his team are talented. Crazy-talented. We are SO pleased with the video he created for our Society Hill wedding. We watched a lot of his prior work so the bar was set high but we could have never imagined how beautifully he captured all elements of our ceremony, our reception, our family, and us! From the moment we connected with Matt, we were so thankful we had this caring, compassionate, and genuine videographer to come to Philadelphia to film our wedding. From the initial skype sessions (we lived in the midwest while planning for the wedding) to his questionnaires, to his day-of demeanor-- he is a true professional who feels like a great friend. We could not recommend Matt Stambaugh and his team enough. I know many people debate if they should allocate budget for this kind of expense and we both felt that Matt undercharges for the amount of time and talent he pours into a couple. Our best vendor decision of our wedding and a video we will treasure forever.

What can I say about Matt that hasn't already been said? Having Matt capture our wedding was by far the best decision we made leading up to our wedding. He was a dream to work with - prompt with his responses, fun to be around and super talented. Along with many other brides, I wavered on deciding whether or not I needed a videographer for our wedding day, but after seeing a sample of Matt's work, I knew that we had to have him and I never regretted that decision. Truly, he rocks and we couldn't be happier with our films.
One thing that I really appreciated about Matt was that he took the time to get to know us before the wedding. It made such a difference because we were really able to be ourselves around him, even when he filming our most precious and intimate moments: our first look, our first kiss, our best man's amazing speech, me dancing in the kitchen as we got ready, the smile on my husband's face when I walked down the aisle. All of it was perfectly captured and we couldn't be happier.
You wont' regret hiring Matt. He captured our day in the most beautiful and artistic way and we couldn't be more pleased with the end result!

Matt is truly one of the best in the businesses. It took my husband and I a long time to find him but we are so glad we did. He is one of the nicest guys and really understands each couples style and desire for the film. He captures the true meaning of what a wedding day is all about. He is also so easy to get along with and is so accommodating to every situation. Our wedding video is something we will watch forever and I can not thank him enough for capturing our special day. I was skeptical as to if we needed a wedding video to start, but having Matt film our wedding was one of the best choices we made. Matt was very easy to talk to and understood what we were looking for. Very relaxed and helpful on the wedding day. He and his team would go out of their way to make everything run smoothly. The editing of the video was incredible and we will be sharing it for a long, long time. Great value and 100% worth the money!

We used Matt Stambaugh for our wedding videography in April. I still watch my video almost every week! Having Matt do the video from my wedding was a dream to me. I had admired his work over the past few years and all his videos left me in tears. My husband was extremely skeptical of having a videographer and wasn't sure if it was worth the money. Let me say he was more excited for the video and more happy about it than I could have ever expected. Matt changed his mind and my husband continually tells everyone how worth it it was. Video captures moments that I didn't even see happen and it was so nice to watch it all back weeks after the wedding was over. It is a keepsake I will cherish forever and is worth every penny and more!! Matt is laid back, easy to work with, and extremely kind. He stayed well past the number of hours expected of him and made everyone feel extremely comfortable. He is someone who is truly passionate about what he does and cares about each of the people he works with. I would recommend Matt 100 times plus to anyone looking for a videographer! The video we have is priceless and was worth every single penny.

We LOVE our wedding video done by Matt. I am so happy that we reached out to him and that he was available for your wedding. Our video is our most prized possession, being the only thing aside from photos that we have left of our wedding. At the end of the day no one remembers what the cake was like or what kind of favors you had. Matt gave us the most treasured gift that increases in value over time! Matt is the best. He's cool, funny, laid back, so flexible, easy to work with, and an amazing artist. As many brides are, I wasn't sure if I needed a videographer at our wedding. Watching some of Matts videos are really what helped change my mind. Matt was able to create a custom package for us that really met our specific needs. He was always available if we had an questions, and we had some really fun meetings with him before the wedding. I really appreciated the clear and sincere effort he put into getting to know us. It's great when you have a skilled wedding vendor, but even better when you actually like hanging out with them!
Matt and his assistants were so great the day of the wedding. They seemed to get every single important shot, but also managed to never be in the way. Matt really went above and beyond all of our expectations. He showed up at our venue early and took drone footage! So cool!
We received our "feature film" quite quickly, and the amount of work that he put into edited it was so evident. Everyone who watched it absolutely loved it! All of the videographer nay-sayers in the family completely changed their tune after they say it. I'm pretty sure my mother-in-law has shown it to every single person she knows, and gets emotional every time she watches it. The feature was gorgeous, emotional (in the best way), and really perfectly captured our wedding day.
When we received the full video (full ceremony, dances, toasts, etc), I was excited, but thought that they might be kind of boring to watch. Not true! They were really well done, high quality, perfect lighting, and had varying camera angles to keep it interesting. Matt is good at what he does. Really good.
We will treasure our amazing wedding video for years and years to come. I am beyond happy that we hired Matt, who captured our wedding in a more beautiful and artistic way than I ever could have imagined. Do yourself a favor and hire him for your wedding!

I can't even put into words how much we loved having Matt film our wedding! He was incredibly nice, responsive, and professional from the first conversation we had. He traveled to our wedding (which was out in the middle of nowhere), was flexible with our last minute time change, and captured everything that was important to us. And then......we got our feature film. We bawled our eyes out the entire time. If you want a wedding video that you can look back on forever and that will bring back the magic of your big day, Matt is your guy! He is worth every penny and SO much more.

Matt is an artist and we are so happy that we decided to do a Wedding video. Yes, it is an “extra” cost but when you think about how many times you will be able to share this video with friends and family (share with your children & grandchildren someday!), it was our best wedding investment. Matt was recommended to us by a close friend in the wedding industry. After of course doing my own research I happily choose Matt to video our wedding! Throughout the process he was very professional and enthusiastic about his job. It is clear that he LOVES what he does and takes it seriously. Matt lives about 2 hours from where we were getting married and the distance wasn't a problem. We had a video-chat the week before the wedding where Matt just asked us questions to get to know us, and walked us through all the details of the wedding. That was so helpful because we were so clueless and overwhelmed at the time, and it really cleared a lot up for us. I was very nervous about the "first look" with my fiancé and my father… and I really appreciated his kindness and guidance through the process. Overall, to say Matt was great to work with is an understatement. Our wedding experience wouldn't have been the same had we not choose him!

Prompt, personable and timing was perfect. Matt is genuine and didn't make us feel like we were just "another couple getting married" his demor was very calming and really made me as a bride feel at ease. The presentation of the final product was beautiful and well worth every penny spent. I would recommend Matt to anyone. This is not any ordinary wedding video it makes you feel like you're a movie star. Having this beatiful montage of our wedding day means the world to us and we're so happy to be able to look back on that day for the rest of our lives. Booking Matt Stambaugh Media for our wedding video was the easiest choice we made! We found him at a bridal show about 2 years ago, and his business has grown so much since then for good reason! He was quick to respond to e-mails and easy going in person, and his communication with our photographer allowed them both to work with the same timeline. After seeing our trailer, one friend even commented that she wanted to get married just so she could use Matt! He even went beyond our expectations to make sure we were happy (like showing up early to the salon even though it put him beyond contracted hours & making a second set of DVDs after I asked him to make a change to the ending). If you are looking for a great reminder of your wedding day and don't want to make your family sit through hours of "what would you like to say to the happy couple?" style video, make sure you check out Matt Stambaugh Media!!

Matt Stambaugh is THE most creative videographer in Central PA and beyond hands down!! My wife and I have been to several weddings that he has worked and we booked him solely on the quality of his work, but even better his personality! His smile and charm are A+ and his service is WORLD-CLASS....this guy knows how to take care of his clients. He's attention detail, dedication to his work, and tireless pursuit of the "perfect" footage is absolutely phenomenal. This man deserves accolades and awards beyond measure and he deserves every review we as clients can all generously muster for him =) ... Like a Photographer was pretty much mandatory for wedding in years past, it is ABSOLUTELY 100% necessary now to include a Videographer in your budget...Matt captured moments that my wife and I had missed on our special day, and also postured the moments we did remember in ways that were unbelievably mind-blowing to the eye! We couldn't be happier with our choice to use Matt Stambaugh Media as our videographer. For our very first meeting, he drove all the way to Hunt Valley to meet us at our venue. That meant a lot to us. He made us feel so comfortable and excited for what was to come. On the day of the wedding, he and his second shooter arrived to both locations early in order to film details and both my husband and I getting ready. We were both nervous about being filmed but he made it easy and fun! Within a week, he posted a short teaser on facebook and then within two weeks we had the trailer. Everyone that saw it thought it was absolutely beautiful! Today, we received our full length film and it is perfect. I tear up every time I watch it. I am so glad that we will have this video to always remember all of the details from our day! I was on the edge with hiring a videographer for our wedding. I am so glad I decided to go with Matt and have him film our special day. The wedding day goes by so fast it was so nice to see everything all over again and catching things I missed. I am so thankful that Matt did us the honor of filming our wedding in June. Every video he does is incredibly beautiful. I think that having this visual record of our wedding was the best decision we made during the whole wedding process. Matt is so talented at what he does and his work shows the passion he has for capturing such an important day in his clients' lives. Matt's communication and timeliness were excellent. We hardly knew he was there filming yet he caught everything. He is accommodating in every way and just an extremely nice guy. Matt is a true professional and exceeded our expectations in every way. 5 out of 5 & I would make it 6 out of 5 if I could! I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job than Matt in videography! He was wonderful to work with. He was there for all the right moments. He would guide us but still allow for us to be natural and comfortable. My photographer was also very impressed with him. I have loved every single video he has made, even of couples that I do not even know. He finds a way to truly personalize every video to the couple. What a great memory to cherish forever. Worth every penny.

The only issue we had was that the videography crew was in the way of our photographer in almost all of our pictures. I think with more communication however this problem would. Be easily remedied in the future :) all in all it was a great experience!!!:)

Matt was INCREDIBLE! He was super flexible, easy to work with and fun! We had two ceremonies - church at 11am and a traditional ceremony incorporating my culture at 4pm. He was with me from 10am, until 10pm, with high energy and high enthusiasm and a huge smile on his face the whole day. His energy was infectious... Not only did he take great video (I just saw the trailer) but he took great photographs too!

Because he was not familiar with the traditional ceremony, he came for the rehearsal to get familiar. I was an out of town bride, but he met with me on my schedule and was extremely communicative via email. By the time the day arrived we had talked and discussed all aspects of the day, more so due to him being well prepared than me!

But MOST IMPORTANTLY - his work is impeccable. He captures the small things, the bridal party goofing off, the special look the groom gives the bride, the details on the place cards, the bows on the chairs! (i had no idea how perfect my bows were until I saw the video).

Matt was a very special part of my day - thanks to him I will remember the little details for the rest of my life! Thanks to him all the friends and family that couldnt be there can still share my wedding memories

Matt & Sam are wonderful! Even our guest commented that they were so friendly but very much unobstructive the entire night. One of our groomsmen even got Matt into the fun and we love that he was willing to go with the flow! We love our trailer so far and we're looking forward to the full video. Matt did a fabulous job on our wedding videography. He is personable and always prompt. He has a great sense of humor and is easy to work with. I would reccomend Matt to friends anfd family who are planning their wedding videography,

Matt Stambaugh Media was recommended to us by our wedding photographers, MattnNat. While we were initially on the fence about whether or not we needed a videographer for our wedding, after seeing a sample of the videographer's work, we were SOLD! The guys from Matt Stambaugh Media were absolutely amazing -- extremely friendly, professional, unobtrusive, and always in the right place at the right time to capture the perfect shot. Within three days of the wedding, Matt Stambaugh Media had posted an unbelievabe three minute video trailer online that told the story of our wedding day. We were bombarded with calls from family and friends who raved about the video and wanted to know more about Matt Stambaugh Media! We were impressed with Matt before we even decided to use his services. Matt was excellent from the first day we met him. Everything went smoothly on our wedding day, they were never in the way. We absolutely LOVE the work that Matt does! He did our "Save The Date" video and we knew that we had to have him as our videographer for our wedding. We couldn't be any more happier with our wedding video. Everything turned out great and Matt definitely has an eye for filming. I would recommend him to everyone and anyone. You'll definitely get your money's worth! He's also very friendly and personable which makes everything a lot easier!

My husband and I were indecisive about whether or not to hire a videographer for our wedding. We are so, so happy with our decision to hire Matt! He really takes the time to get to know you as a couple, was always open to requests and changes in the timeline, and even came early to shoot our first look- which turned out to be quite emotional (surprise surprise!). Our family and guests absolutely loved the highlight video and the full video, and my mother kept asking for more footage! He had a highlight video done the DAY AFTER the wedding- incredible!
