I cannot say enough good things about Tanya. Not only did she write a beautiful ceremony for our day, but she saved the day multiple times when we were let down by our venue. I would hire Tanya 10x out of 10. If you’re considering Tanya for officiating, planning, etc., do yourself a favor and DO IT! She saved our wedding and I can’t thank her enough.

Tanya is nothing short of a magician- and a genuinely ecstatic for the couple magician! We hired Tanya for day of wedding coordination for our DIY wedding and I can honestly say she went far above and beyond what we had ever imagined. She met with us every so often and then monthly as our wedding date drew closer and closer. She was there for logistical concerns and emotional ones too, as the wedding drama began to unfold! On the day of our wedding, she took my vision and brought it to life. Many of my vendors approached me to let me know how seamless the day fell together from a vendor's perspective- and that was everything THIS bride wanted to hear. And it was all thanks to Tanya. However, I think what sets Tanya apart from any other wedding master mind- is her genuine interest in the couples she is working with. There were times when it seemed Tanya was more excited for our big day than we were. We truly appreciated her hard work and more importantly, her friendship :) We cannot thank her enough and wish that we could get married again just so we would have an excuse to work with her!

Tanya was great during the ceremony and also before she’s so easy to talk to. Gave us so many options. She has a clear loud voice that made her speeches easy for the crowd to hear without speakers. I loved all the words and wisdom she provided.

Tanya is fantastic. She performed a beautiful ceremony for us and really cared about what we wanted and it was perfect. She can make it short and sweet like ours (20 min) or as long as you wish. She also
helps things move along and go as planned during the reception. If it wasn't for her our wedding would not have gone as smooth and wonderfully as it did.

The best compliment we can give Tanya is that she didn't try to talk us into, or out of, anything. She really makes it about what you want. At the same time, she has plenty of suggestions, ideas, items, and contacts at her disposal so that she can get you the ceremony and service that you want, without you having to have all the ideas and answers.

Tanya was also so hard working on our actual day of the ceremony as well. She put in many hours and handled all of the logistics and questions so that we could enjoy our day, enjoy each other, and enjoy our family and friends. And she did all of that with a smile.

Very professional, very knowledgeable, very thorough, and very personable - you won't go wrong if you do business with Tanya, and you'll likely make a great friend in the process.

Tanya was great! I went straight to her as our officiant because she had officiated my friend's wedding and I loved her delivery, she has a wonderful and clear public speaking voice. My husband and I met with her and her husband for coffee as our first meeting and we had a great time going over details, asking questions, etc. She had a lot of good suggestions, we went with the wine box ceremony. She was a huge help at the rehearsal dinner. My youngest brother was the ring bearer and is autistic, I was worried that he would be extremely nervous about what to do, but Tanya was awesome with him and put him at ease. The ceremony was delivered perfectly, she made sure everyone was on point. I can't say enough good things, go with Tanya!

I would absolutely recommend Tanya! She made our ceremony customized to exactly what we wanted. She went above and beyond when it came to planning. Not only is she great at her job but she is an amazing person! I don't know how I would have gotten through planning or the wedding day without her. If you're looking for the full package when it comes to an officiant and wedding planning, Tanya is the one for you!

Tanya did an absolutely amazing job. She was very flexible with meeting times and met late in the evening many times and even came to our house. She responded quickly to my numerous texts with lots of helpful advice. What will forever stay in my mind though is how helpful she was on the morning of the wedding. She helped avert a crisis, gave me so much moral support and it really wouldn't of been as smooth without her. Don't hesitate, she is the best!!!

I wish there were more than 5 stars to give for Tanya! From beginning to end she was fantastic. I was constantly able to email, call, or text her with any questions I had. I was able to really customize our ceremony and she was very flexible. She was extremely professional and supportive. I would highly recommend booking Marry Me for your ceremony!

Where do I begin with Tanya! Number one she is truly an amazing person, and wonderful person to work with. She custom wrote our entire ceremony for us from start to finish. All her words she wrote described my husband and I to a T! She truly was a gem! Tanya is always prompt, and extremely flexible. We had to make some last minute changes to our ceremony, and she worked right around them. We invited her and her hubby to stay at our wedding, and enjoy the night to themselves. She was kind enough to look over the venue and make sure little things were in place for the reception. We highly recommend her, and will be using her in the future to bless our future babies. :)

Tanya was amazing! I would highly recommend her to anyone! She was very easy to get ahold of and got back to us quickly when we had any questions. She wrote the most perfect marriage address for us; it was so fitting. She was our absolute favorite vendor to work with. Our wedding in April 2015 was officiated by Tanya Keller of Marry Me and she was amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better officiant. Leading up to our special day, Tanya was easy to work with and answered all of the questions that we had in a timely manner, communicating with us by phone and e-mail. She made it so we didn’t have to worry about the ceremony.

The ceremony that she put together for us was wonderful! Tanya managed to incorporate everything we wanted, including a Celtic handfasting ceremony and a unity candle ceremony involving our mothers. She provided us with sample wordings for the different parts of the ceremony and worked with us to create our own completely unique ceremony. She did it so expertly that everything flowed smoothly, nothing felt rushed. You could tell she put a lot of work and thought into our ceremony to make sure that it was special and tailored just for us. She came to the rehearsal the night before our wedding to practice with us and she was very good at helping us direct everyone.

After our wedding ceremony, Tanya was gracious enough to stay and announce us when we entered the reception hall. Before she left she gave us a beautiful symbolic marriage certificate that we could display and promptly filed the actual marriage certificate with the city clerk’s office.

We cannot recommend Tanya enough. She helped make a joyous day that much more special for us!

Tanya was great! We got married in a tent at a private house this past August, so there was so much that needed to be done to set up. I planned my entire wedding and wanted to find a day of coordinator to help execute everything the way that I had envisioned it. I am so lucky that we came across Tanya and booked her to help us the day of. She was so great and so organized!
She came out Friday for our rehearsal to meet with us and our minister to go over details and what we needed her help with. On the night of our wedding she even ended up having to stay an extra 4 hours longer than we originally planned to help with all the craziness going on with our caterer and their oven (and it was her daughters birthday and she stayed until everything was under control)
We had some hiccups with the caterer and she was right on it taking ALL stress away from my husband and I. She helped set up all the decor as well as organize the shuttle pick up and drop offs for our guests and so much more. She was superwoman the day of our wedding (even our guests were commenting on how wonderful and on top of things she was!).
My husband and I were so thankful that we decided to go with Tanya because with all that was going on we needed help and a lot of it! Don't try to be your own superwoman for your wedding (I originally thought I could take on the challenge and was SO wrong!) You want to really enjoy every single moment of your day because it goes by soo fast!! Book someone as fantastic as Tanya to make your dream day possible and I promise you will not regret it!!

Tanya was great to work with. She helped us choose beautiful vows and delivered a wonderful ceremony. It was lightly raining on our wedding day and it didn't phase her at all. We decided to cut a few things out right before the ceremony to limit our guests exposure to the rain during our outdoor ceremony and Tanya handled it perfectly on the fly. I would recommend her to anyone!

We got so many compliments on Tanya's ceremony! It was short, personal, and very moving. She tailored the ceremony perfectly to what we wanted. She is very dedicated to her work and will work with you to provide the perfect ceremony. She also met with us regularly and kept in contact. We got a rough draft of her ceremony and were able to modify it to our liking. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Tanya and I highly recommend her if you want a fabulous ceremony.

Tanya was a wonderful officiant who worked with us to create precisely the ceremony we wanted. My fiancé and I weren't sure of the wording and order of our ceremony, but Tanya offered us so many choices and great ideas that it was easy to choose something custom tailored for us. She came to our home to meet with us twice before the wedding, and each time we communicated perfectly with her -- she listened to our wishes and answered our questions very patiently and cheerfully! Our wedding day was perfect, and Tanya was a big part of that.

Tanya was an amazing officiant, and provided us with a ceremony that fit us perfectly. There were a couple hiccups during the ceremony (not due to Tanya), but Tanya maneuvered around them with expertise. We are very happy with our decision to choose Tanya!

Tanya was awesome. My husband and I had an intimate wedding at Beardslee Castle and Tanya made the day extra special for all of us. This was a second wedding for both of us and we wanted our kids included and Tanya brought ideas and concepts to life and got to know us on a personl level. This made the ceremony so special and intimate and there was not a dry eye there. She is genuine and has a passion for people that shines through.

Tanya was such a lucky find. I had an outdoor garden ceremony at the Dibbles inn and really wanted someone who would personalize our ceremony. She did that and so much more. She was helpful in so many ways and we will forever be grateful that we had her be such an important part of our big day! I highly recommend choosing her. You won't regret it!

She also provides videography. Her mother and herself do the video (two separate cameras) if you needed that service as well. I had so many people tell me that they can't wait for us to see the video because they know good parts were shot. Not too "space intrusive"- just perfect.
-If I haven't mentioned, they are the nicest people.

Tanya was an excellent officiant. We were married outside on the Great Lawn at the Lodge at the Turning Stone Resort & Casino in Verona, NY. We had 200 guest in attendance. She looked wonderful, was professional, kind and an excellent speaker.

The ceremony details in which she had placed together were perfect for me and my husband. Tanya had taken the time to touch base on every detail of the ceremony and we coordinated and communicated well, without any issues.

My husband I were highly impressed and happy about the services provided by Tanya.

We would recommend Tanya to anyone. She was terrific!

The only thing I knew when I contacted Tanya at Marry Me is that I wanted to get married, and on very short notice. I didn't know much about anything when it comes to wedding planning so I was nervous and stressed.
Tanya quickly put my mind at ease. She took the time to really listen to what my fiance and I wanted and she made it happen, PERFECTLY.

Tanya Keller provided the most perfect ceremony I could have imagined, and on extremely short notice. After meeting with us at the rehearsal to discuss what we wanted in our wedding ceremony, she was able to write beautiful vows that expressed everything we wanted to say. She did a great job keeping us relaxed and happy on the most joyful day of our lives. The guests attending the wedding were so impressed by her that they will also be using her services in the future. Tanya was the best officiate I could ask for. She let us write half the ceremony and then organize the rest how ever we wanted. If you are not one for creating your own ceremony she will write the best one suited for any type of couple. She arrived early and even helped with decorating and supplied music. Tanya did a great job with our wedding ceremony! She was kind and caring and genuinely invested in our ceremony and very responsible and reliable as well.

Mom also did videography and though I haven't seen the video yet, I have no doubt it will be wonderful. They had two cameras going throughout the entire length of the reception so that I know they got video of everyone dancing and all the special moments throughout the night. I highly recommend Tanya!

Tanya helped Emily and I plan a beautiful ceremony that was unique to us. We live in Los Angeles, so Tanya worked with us via Skype and email to plan everything. She provided us with sample ceremonies and vows and allowed us to customize our ceremony as much as we wanted. Tanya is very easy to get along with – we felt comfortable with her right from the start which was important because we wouldn't be meeting her in person until the weekend of our wedding. Tanya went out of her way to attend our rehearsal the day before even though she was driving from a long distance – this was very helpful and made us feel prepared and comfortable for the ceremony. Some of our more religious relatives were a little skeptical since we had Tanya perform a non-religious ceremony, but afterwards we got so many compliments from everyone about how beautiful and personal the ceremony was. Tanya did a great job and we would recommend her to anyone for their big day.

Tanya was wonderful to work with- the only complaint I have is that when she pronounced us as husband and wife, she mispronounced our last name. She was very responsive every time I emailed with a suggestion, and was great to work with.

Tanya was excellent to work with for our ceremony. She was very accommodating to what my husband and I were comfortable with, as the big showy wedding is not what we wanted for our ceremony. I explained to her when we first spoke that neither of us is very religious and I did not feel comfortable having a religious ceremony since it's just not who we are, and I think it's disrespectful to pretend just for the sake of a wedding. She was very understanding of that and worked with us to come up with something that was better suited for us. We did standard vows that did not make us feel too out of our comfort zone, but she also found a way to personalize what we had so it wasn't so stuffy. She was also totally cool with me taking the reigns and really putting most of the ceremony together myself. On the night of the rehearsal and the day of the wedding, she could see how extremely nervous I was and really helped to calm me down and make me feel more comfortable about what was going to happen and what I could expect. Our ceremony was beautiful and I was extremely happy with how she performed it.

My only criticism is that she was at times VERY hard to get ahold of. I would sometimes go two or three weeks without hearing back from her. I understand she also has a full time job that she works during the day, but when you are under the stress of planning a wedding it is extremely frustrating to not be able to get ahold of one of your vendors.

Overall I would definitely recommend Tanya for your ceremony. She was wonderful.

Tanya is a wonderful person to work with as a wedding planner. Though there were some glitches in our wedding and reception, nothing major, I believe that Tanya did a very good job and I believe she has learned and grown in her wedding planner profession. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. She also was able to help us on a personal situation involving our wedding and though she did not have to help, she did not hesitate to help.

Tanya was amazing throughout everything. Very friendly and easy to get along with. The only problem I had usually was being able to get ahold of her the months before the wedding when I had questions. Other than that she was a big help on the day of the wedding. Also the fact that she was our officiant as well as our partial decorator. It was nice to have one person help with a couple different things. Highly recommended!

High expectations - Very disappointed

We have debated for sometime before writing this review. When we originally spoke with and hired Tanya we were impressed by her resume and all that she offered however, as the wedding planning process went on, we quickly became disappointed by the lack of communication and follow through we received.

We hired Tanya for partial wedding planning which should have included 10 hours of pre planning, assistance with contacting/communicating with vendors, tent layout/ timeline, and seating chart.

In reality we received maybe 3-4 pre planning hours and no support with the other items listed above and took care of the other tasks on our own. What was even more frustrating was the lack of communication. Tanya set up phone calls, and then would not call. She would not respond to texts for days or sometimes weeks at a time. She offered to send over photos of decor she had available during a pre planning meeting, however did not follow through on this. During a meeting with our venue, she mentioned that she would be reaching out to our vendors to discuss their day of timelines, arrival, needs, etc. upon speaking with our vendors - she did not contact any of them independently.

She mentioned at several points that she had more weddings around the time of our date than she typically does which we believe led her to dropping the ball with us.

On the day of the wedding, Tanya was supportive and helpful with day of coordination and was able to help us pull off our ceremony and reception with my mothers help despite all the challenges we faced.

Overall, we truly believe that Tanya was capable in her day of coordination duties but significantly let us down with preplanning and left us feeling on our own and confused more often than supported. We hope this review will help others avoid the same issues we faced!

Scammer? Do not hire as wedding planner.

I hired Tanya in January for my September wedding.

When I was first emailing/texting with Tanya to figure out whether or not to hire her, she was very attentive, sending follow up emails, asking if I had any questions.

As soon as I put down a deposit for wedding planning services -- that attentiveness stopped. On at least four separate occasions it took over a week for her to respond to me on very basic questions.

Many deadlines began to slide, simply because she wasn't answering questions -- meanwhile -- I had hired her to help plan the wedding -- not only wasn't she doing that -- she was causing more stress and anxiety.

She came up with excuses each time for why she was unresponsive. I feel like a fool for letting things slide so many times.

In April I really started to feel the stress -- I had designed, addressed, sent out Save the Dates on my own, made a wedding website, booked a tent, photographer, and food -- all things she was supposed to help with, and there were still many things more things to do which I no longer felt she would be able to help me handle. I tried to part ways amicably, asking for my deposit back since she had not fulfilled her part of the contract. This was Tuesday, April 23.

She responded saying she wanted things to work for both of us, so she would get back to me the next day with a detailed list of hours she had worked -- which sounded fine to me. She emailed me back Wednesday saying she would need more time to figure out her hours, and would get back to me Sunday.

Sunday came and went with no follow up. I emailed and texted Monday to follow up. Nothing. I followed up two more times and have not heard anything from her since.

If she had just responded to those emails/texts I might not be writing this review. I had wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt, that maybe she has been having a rough time -- but to completely not respond is unacceptable.

From my understanding -- she had mostly acted as an officiant and day of coordinator. Maybe she's fine at that -- but we never got to that point. I highly advise against hiring her as a wedding planner.
