  Marie was incredibly helpful, flexible and a wonderful person to work with. We got nothing but positive feedback from our guests and they made just the right amount of everything. On top of that, the cost was very low in comparison to other catering services. Get the cornish game hen and scalloped potatoes!

  Marie's Southern Comfort is amazing! Marie is wonderful as is her staff. The food was absolutely delicious- all of the guests were raving about it. Her GUMBO is to die for! I was seriously salivating just thinking about it in the months between our tasting and the reception.
  Marie was always quick to respond and happy to oblige. She was always happy to help when something needed to be changed or added at the last minute. I would highly recommend Marie's Southern Comfort for all your cajun catering needs!

  I always love working with Marie, whether if be a full out catering or just one of her lovely desserts for friends or just for me and my husband. It is always a pleasant experience.
  
  My 50th Birthday Bash was very important to me and Marie got that from the very beginning and worked with me with that at the forefront of her mind until the very last piece of trash was thrown out. Her vision is always creative and beautiful but she never overpowers her client with her own ideas. I enjoy and admire her ability to convey her vision, capture the clients vision while always maintaining her charming "southern grace"!
  
  Everyone at the party commented on her beautiful presentation was and of course on how good the food was. ....And the cake....OMG...nothing like it...so delicious and rich...if I close my eyes tight and smile I can still taste it...Death by Chocolate....and it was beautifull to boot. I'll call her for my next ocassion without a hesitation!

  Marie's Southern Comfort Catering provided us with the most exceptional service and food. She provided a fairy princess reception for me that I will never forget. I would recommend Marie's Southern Comfort Catering to every blushing bride. She does different styles of food that I was able to choose from to fit my needs. My wedding cake was beautiful and most delicous. Her cake choices were out of this world. I chose three different types of cakes, they were terrific.

  Everything was lovely and we appreciate especially the last-minute provision of ivory colored napkins. We also really appreciate your assistance with ordering our Georgia Peach cookies so that we could get the business discount.
  
  One thing I wanted to suggest for consideration for future customers, is planning in advance to make sure the family of the bride or groom can take home any of the renainders of food. I regretted not having asked about this. I wasn't sure if there was anything left over but as we had 15+ no shows I'm guessing there was.
