I bought my wedding dress here. My mom got her mother of the bride dress here. All my groomsmen, ring bearer and fathers got their suits here. I will never go anywhere else for suits/formal wear again!
Everyone here is so amazing and friendly. I loved how they worked with us so easily like we were family. I love this place so much!! You will definitely be able to find what you want here.

Immediately when I walked in to Marien Mae boutique, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff. I had booked an appointment to try on a dress I found online and brought my mom and sister. Lana, our consultant, couldn't have been nicer! She pulled so many amazing dresses for me to try on including the one I initially wanted to try on. She listened to exactly what I liked/disliked and helped me pick out the dress of my dreams! I have my first try on appointment in a week and I cannot wait to go back! -

All of the staff at Marien Mae are extremely friendly! I am so happy I bought my wedding dress here. Susan was extremely helpful and definitely wanted to find me the most gorgeous dress that fit my budget. I am so happy with my experience here and how beautiful everyone there makes you feel while trying on each dress. -

I knew from the beginning that I would be purchasing my wedding dress from Marien Mae. What I didn't realize was how wonderful the staff was going to be to work with. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I was blown away that every time I walked through the doors they called me by name and knew exactly when our wedding was. My dress was everything I had envisioned, the tuxes were the perfect compliment to our overall look, and the linens tied the table decor together. I originally came to Marien Mae with my bridesmaids just to look at styles, but we loved the dresses there and the customer service so much, we decided to order each girls' dress from there. The shop is so cute and everyone who helped us was so kind. The staff kept me updated on which girls still needed to make payments and style decisions, and let me know as soon as the dresses came in and were ready to pick up. I loved using Marien Mae and would recommend them to anyone! -

She was incredibly knowledgeable, truly wanted to help me find the perfect dress, and helped make the process go smoothly. They have a great selection of dresses, and I was able to try on so many beautiful gowns and find the one for me! The boutique is beautiful, the atmosphere is perfect, and the whole experience was exactly what I was hoping for. I can't say enough great things about this shop and its staff, and I will always recommend Marien Mae to others in the future. What an amazing place! -

Not only was she very polite but gave just enough of her opinion and expertise to make you feel special. I drove an hour and a half to get here after my hairdresser recommend it and it was well worth the drive. They went above and beyond to make the experience feel magical. My budget of $1,500 was very warmly welcomed. I ended up purchasing the dress Erica picked out and could not be happier. Everyone should take example of the personalized service from this place. Thanks Erica and Marien Mae!! -
User6476155 Sent on 10/07/2015We order our chair covers and some tablecloths from Marien Mae. Everyone that we spoke with was extremely helpful. It was well worth the money spent to have them set up and remove all of the chair covers and bows. The room was ready to go when we arrived to decorate and we didn't have to worry about it at the end of the night. And best of all, we didn't have to tie a single bow! I love, love, love their sparkly table cloths. They are a little spendy if you are looking to use them on every table but it looked great on our cake table. -

The BEST service you could ask for and the sweetest people to work with. Susie is amazing. After the first day meeting with them, they instantly knew my name every time I went in the boutique after, which makes you feel special! I am sad that my wedding is over and I won't have a reason to go into the boutique! I got my dress, accessories, mother of the bride dress, and gold chair rentals from them.

User6476147 Sent on 01/27/2015I have nothing bad to say about Marien Mae. The gowns here are beautiful and the service is great. I was stressing about not finding a wedding gown I loved at previous places I visited, but I loved so many that I tried on at Marien Mae that I had a hard time picking just one! Sure, the gowns here will cost a little more than those at some popular chains, but the quality far surpasses them! My mom also found a great dress here to wear for my wedding.
I will be returning to Marien Mae in the future if I need to buy a special occasion dress! -

Kellee Sent on 06/23/2014Having worked in the bridal industry for years, I have been to hundreds of bridal stores but few live up to my expectations like Marien Mae. This is what a bridal store should be! From the moment I walked in, I was pampered and made to feel special. It is a beautiful store with amazing employees. Everyone there made me, my friends and family feel like we were the only ones there. They allowed us to take plenty of pictures and we even used their wiFi to Skype my sister and mom who live in different states, it was perfect! I found my dress there but it wasn't exactly what I wanted so the owner called the company and asked to make the minor changes I wanted done to the dress. it turned out perfect! -

Cierra Sent on 10/08/2017I found my dream wedding dress at Marien Mae! They made the whole experience all about me. They really know how to make you feel special. We also rented the tuxes from them. All of the guys loved wearing them so much that they wanted to purchase them (sadly, they could not). They were very quick about ordering a larger jacket size for my husband. We ordered it 2 days before the wedding and it was in the next morning! The one snag we ran into was the mother of the bride dress. It was ordered in the wrong size and color but the owner personally took care of the issue. Overall, we had an amazing experience with this bridal boutique. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a dress in the Illinois Valley.

Nicole Sent on 11/02/2015Overall the customer service was pretty good. We did have a total of 9 people including 2 children under the age of 4 so I expected it to be a little bit of a zoo. Our group was split into two, the girls and the guys. I was with my girls and we had Sherri who was super helpful. My girls were able to try on as many dresses as they wanted and any dress they asked for she made sure it was ready for them to try on. I found a dress that I really liked but I didn't see it in the pattern/color I wanted on the floor. When I asked about the pattern/color she went out of her way to find it. For the zoo we created, I think Sherri did an outstanding job of still focusing on the task at hand and getting our goals reached quickly.
My fiancée and her best man had another consultant, Holly, who helped them with their attire. She was absolutely great in taking my ideas, what they wanted and merging it all together. I met with Holly at the very beginning to provide my ideas and our concept. I left my fiancée and her best man to consult with Holly and she took care of everything. I was able to focus completely on my girls while she took care of helping select the shirts, vests, pants and even ties. Normally, my fiancée relies on me when making decisions for the wedding. I'm not sure what it was but Holly was able to help my fiancée make the decisions regarding the attire.
I only rated a 4.5 because I was less than impressed with Susie, who seemed to be "in charge". Her attitude was very condescending and just rude. Most of my bridal party has never been in a wedding much less a bridal shop. We are purchasing all of our dresses and renting our tuxes from Marien Mae. When it came to discussing the pricing and how it worked, Sherri wasn't completely sure so she had to ask Susie who seemed irritated that we didn't just whip out our credit card and pay for it without question. As for the rest of the staff of Marien Mae, I think they were all outstanding, friendly and super helpful.
