Overall, I was extremely satisfied with our wedding planner and truly appreciated all the hard work that went into making our day special. The planning process was smooth, communication was great, and the overall execution of the wedding came together beautifully. One of the biggest things I appreciated was having absolutely no stress when it came to setup or teardown. Everything was handled seamlessly, which allowed me to fully enjoy the day with my family and friends. The staff guided us through everything throughout the day and made sure we always knew what was happening next, which helped everything feel organized and manageable. They were also incredibly flexible and helpful with last-minute changes, which made the entire process feel much less overwhelming. The food was extremely delicious, and the DJ did a fantastic job keeping the atmosphere fun and enjoyable for everyone. There were just a few small details that were unfortunately missed, the biggest one being my aisle walk cue during the ceremony. That moment was important to me, so it was a little disappointing. That said, aside from a few minor overlooked details, the experience was overwhelmingly positive and I’m very grateful for all the effort and care that went into our wedding day. -

From our first conversation, we were impressed by her talent and expertise. Kristy was organized, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She and her team guided us through every step of the process with ease. What was overwhelming became genuinely enjoyable because we knew we were in expert hands.
Kristy took the time to understand our daughter’s vision and brought it to life in ways that exceeded our expectations. Every detail from vendor coordination and timelines to design, logistics, and last-minute adjustments was managed flawlessly.
On the wedding day, Kristy and her team made sure everything ran seamlessly, allowing us to truly relax and be present in the moment. We didn’t have to worry about anything.
She and her team were amazing resources for any questions we had. Not only are Kristy and her team exceptionally talented, but they are also kind, responsive, and fun to work with!
Our wedding was beautiful and stress-free, and we are forever grateful! Friends and family haven’t stopped complimenting everything about the wedding!

Margaret Claires made our wedding dreams come true! I could not recommend them enough. From planning to watching it all become a reality, they did it so effortlessly. Kristy and her team were a blessing, especially for someone who is traveling for their big day. They are the most down to earth team, and they were extremely accommodating. The entire process was so fun, from our first meeting, to our planning day at her warehouse… it was better than I could’ve ever dreamed. Our wedding day was freezing and rainy but they had a perfect rain plan. I kept asking myself the entire day why I felt calm, and it really was because of them! Whatever you need, they have it! We didn’t have to travel with any wedding decor, florals, or cake because they did it all! Everyone at our wedding complimented how amazing they were and how smooth the entire day went. I trusted their process and it paid off because we had the most perfect day.

Margaret Claire Weddings was hands-down one of the best decisions we made! Kristy and her team are so responsive, kind, and dedicated to making your wedding perfect. I was indecisive, but they patiently helped turn my scattered ideas into a cohesive, beautiful day. They helped find outside vendors when needed, but we also used many of their in-house vendors (florals, bakery, catering, DJ, and officiant) which made everything run smoothly. Their pricing was fair and upfront, and I never had to worry about quality. I honestly wish I could have Kristy and her team in my daily life! You will not be disappointed. I cannot recommend them enough! -

Kristy was an amazing wedding planner! Her and her team made our wedding day vision come true. They were professional and we were not stressed on wedding day! We highly recommend Margaret Claire’s Weddings. The catering was delicious. The cake was beautiful and so yummy. The floral arrangements were gorgeous. All of the decor and displays they put together were perfect and so pretty. The DJ was a great host and kept the dance floor alive. We used Chuck O’Conner as our officiant and he was the best! -

I am a little more than a month out from my May 31st wedding, and I must say, I am blown away by the work of Margaret Claire’s planning services. We went through MC for planning, florals, catering, DJ services, and wedding cake. All areas exceeded my expectations, specifically the planning and DJ. The DJ, Keith I believe, was attentive and so much fun. He checked in with us discretely throughout the night to make sure things were running the way we wanted. He accommodated our wide range of music taste, and accepted requests throughout the night (after us indicating that we wanted requests in a questionnaire). Kristy is just incredible. She worked tirelessly to ensure that every need and desire of ours was met, both in the planning and day- of coordinating of the event. Kristy’s employees were present for set-up on our wedding day- Such sweet, positive, and encouraging women! So amazed by Kristy and her whole team. -

Working with Margaret Claire's was a dream from the start. They were responsive and gave us multiple quotes to best fit our budget and vision. The all inclusive service was such a big help-- especially for our destination wedding. The only vendors we were responsible for booking outside of MC were hair and makeup, the bartending service, and shuttle. Kristy still gave us her top recommendations and spoke with the added vendors to create a seamless timeline. Included in the the all inclusive service is a wide variety of linens, cutlery, place settings, furniture, etc. to use on your special day. Kristy truly saw our vision and brought it to life! Our wedding day was flawless and I felt so at ease throughout the day. My husband and I were able to eat, drink, and socialize stress-free.

So you got engaged… now what? That’s the exact question I asked myself. We knew we wanted a formal black tie wedding with some soft touches but that was basically it. This is when I called Margaret Claire’s and had a conversation with Kristy. She literally took the words I was saying and made them a reality + extra. It is a one stop shop with Margaret Claire’s, the only things you will have to book outside of them is hair + makeup and bartending (but she is so well known in the area both vendors I talked to for beauty + bartending) spoke so highly of her. Her team will be with you every step of the way and they take so much pride and passion in what they do.
All my guests and wedding party spoke so highly of Kristy and her team. They said comments like “most beautiful wedding I’ve been to” “the timeline was so perfect” “it was flawless”. During the rehearsal she made the wedding party and family so comfortable that everyone felt like she was part of the family.
We were not local to the area so we only went to Knoxville 1 time, the rest was virtual. This took a huge stress of planning away with not having to travel in between planning a wedding, working & all the other life happenings :).
Just do yourself a favor and have an intro call with Kristy and her team and you will not look back, her southern hospitality, attention to detail & the mission of her business will blow you away and you will not be disappointed, I guarantee.

A stress free process & a fairytale wedding day
It’s hard to find the words to explain how much Margaret Claire’s and Megan mean to us. As I sit here and reflect on our wedding process, I instantly get emotional. Watching other friends and family members get married, each warned us about how stressful the process of planning is and to prepare for it… that was until we found Margaret Claire’s. From the second we had our initial zoom meeting with Miss Kristy, we knew we found a family oriented and super trustworthy company to help us in this process. We instantly booked an all inclusive package with this company. Then, we met our wedding planner Megan… Megan is everything you could ever dream of in a wedding planner. She is so knowledgeable when it comes to all things wedding. Any question we had regarding this process, she was there to answer day and night. Once you meet Megan, it’s easy to tell her passion and love for what she does; but, she’s not just passionate about planning a wedding, she’s passionate about the people she helps too and that’s what MC stands for. Megan quickly became what we call our “Tennessee Mama”. She was there for us beyond her role as a wedding planner. She often checked in to see how we were doing, we’d catch up as if we have been friends for forever, and whenever we’d have a meeting to discuss details of our wedding, we’d always end up having deep meaningful conversations about life, family, etc. to the point where we truly feel Megan became family to us. Megan cares so deeply for the brides and grooms she works with- she is so invested in making the couple’s wedding day special that she goes above and beyond. She cried with me out of happiness on our wedding day, and I felt the love and sincerity in all of her hugs and sweet messages from start to finish. Often times, she’d tell me “I’m gonna mama you for a minute” when giving me and my husband advice on our wedding and she truly means it- as someone who very clearly has never planned a wedding before, I felt so confident in her abilities and trusted her fully to help us make smart cost efficient choices.. and when I’d have an idea on something to do for decor, food, etc., Megan was always there and instantly knew what I was envisioning. Then it came to wedding day…. And my goodness… our wedding and visions for that day came to life and completely exceeded all expectations. We couldn’t believe the work that the entire company put into our day. Our guests couldn’t believe how gorgeous the flower arrangements and decor were, how delicious the food was, and how involved each member of MCs was on our day. MCs does weddings so often you wouldn’t believe, and somehow they find a way to dive in and make each couple feel like they’re the only ones this company works with. That’s how dedicated they are. That just goes to show how much they care. I truly could go on for days about our experience and how wonderful everything was… but I’ll leave it at this: There should be no doubt when doing your research and reading reviews that you will fall in the right hands when you book with Margaret Claire’s. If you’re considering, just do it. Not only will your wedding day go as smooth as butter, but you’ll make friends with this company to last a lifetime. Your guests will talk about your wedding for ages.. and speaking from a brides perspective, the stress of planning will be lifted off your shoulders because this company knows what they are doing and they do it so well. I can’t say enough good things about Margaret Claire’s (and our Coordinator Taylor Smith in particular.) I had an idea of what I wanted but was too overwhelmed to imagine reaching out to individual vendors. We went with an all-inclusive plan and our night (and planning process) was BEYOND AMAZING. We had such a great time working with Taylor and the entire team- our wedding was beautiful and the value of Margaret Claire’s all-inclusive service is insane. We’re still getting compliments on how beautiful the night was! Photos attached are by Leah Nicole Photography, flowers by Echelon florist (both included in MC’s planning and price!) Especially if you’re considering the Magnolia Venue- Margaret Claire’s knows EXACTLY how to run an amazing night there. -

No amount of words can explain the joy our wedding day brought us, still to this day actually. Since I was a little girl, I dreamed of a perfect wedding with sparkle and class. Margaret Claire struck my eye after hearing so many good things from multiple sources. I never thought I would become so attached to a company who plans weddings for a living. When I started planning, I was introduced to a woman named Megan, who ended up being my coordinator/planner, and I cannot explain enough how wonderful she is. She is kind hearted with an eye for glamor while also keeping it classy. I never had to worry or stress about a thing because she already had it all planned out, down to the last detail. Because of her, our wedding day went on seamlessly and it's everything we wished it would be. Every detail, every moment was perfect. Kristy’s team catered our Son’s wedding at the Pavilion at Hunter Valley Farm and did an amazing job. She made the whole experience so easy with planning the menu and also offered an upgrade to gold rimmed china, glassware and flatware which tied in perfectly with the couple’s color theme. There was plenty of food and it was well seasoned and flavorful. Her team was also extremely professional and did a fabulous job of clearing the tables when guests finished. I would highly recommend them for any event. -

Margaret Claire’s was and is like family with the dedication they brought to make my day special. The people here are some of the sweetest and caring people you will ever meet. Every single person here will do everything in their power & then some to make your day even more magical than you can imagine. Working with Megan was the most fun part of planning. I was so excited for our meetings. she’s always just a text away & gets back to you as soon as she can. (Even at 1 in the morning when you’re up looking at ideas on Pinterest). She is a mom, sister, hype women & best friend all rolled into one. I am terrible with making decisions for myself because I always want to make sure everyone else is happy. However, Megan was there to reassure me that I need to pick things that will make me happy. It was so enjoyable picking out color schemes and decorations for our day. When it finally came, I was blown away with emotion when I saw everything so well put together at my wedding. The Margaret Claire’s family took the things we had picked, and created moments that still take my breath away to this day. I was a Margaret Claire’s bride in June of 2021, I am constantly looking back at our photos and showing them off. This team will go above and beyond to make your day even better than you could ever imagine. I am so please to have worked with them, and they will always hold a special place in my heart!

If you are anything like me & want EVERYTHING and MORE for your wedding, then Margaret Claire is where all of your wedding dreams will come true! Megan and her Margaret Claire team (they're the sweetest and always on top of it!!) were absolutely lovely to have as part of our wedding day team. Unlike any other wedding planner I've known, you can have everything planned through them (flowers, cake, food, decor, planning, set up/clean up, & music), which is incredibly convenient for a busy bride. As a bride, there are a lot of details that are solely on the bride's shoulders, but with Margaret Claire, I was able to do the things that only a bride can do without being too overwhelmed. It is very comforting to have Margaret Claire because they are always bending over backward for each one of their brides! I wish every bride could be a Margaret Claire Bride! I would highly recommend setting up a meeting with Margaret Claire's & you'll see what every MC bride sees - BLISS! -

The team at Margaret Claire's are miracle workers and fairy godmothers. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Megan from the time we booked our venue until the very last minute on the night of our wedding. Megan is extremely talented and skilled at her craft. She immediately connected with us and knew exactly what we were envisioning. As a bride, planning your wedding is stressful and keeping everything in line and all of the details in check is hard. Kristy and her very experienced team knocked it out of the park! Our daughter Dana and her fiance had their sights set on Four Points Farm as they live in Knoxville. We were helping with the planning process from Cape Cod, MA. It's difficult enough to plan from afar but add Covid to the mix...well...as one could imagine...lots of FaceTime, texting and Pinterest sharing ensued. Then Kristy came to the rescue! November 7, 2020 my dream day!
Kristy and her team are exceptional people and as a team work extremely hard to make sure the day of your wedding is no worry to you, free of stress that everything will be beautiful and are skilled at what they do. Kristy had my full trust from the start with what would be the perfect day, she knows how to guide you through all the things to get done and always has the kindest heart when you have no idea what you want or where to start! Having her, I cannot tell
any bride how special nor how blessed I felt having her plan and being there on the day of the wedding. I never worried not once the day nor any day prior because I knew she had it handled and wonderfully so.
Her catering team made the BEST food. It was not one bit dry nor lacking of taste like I’ve had at other weddings and literally is something I would eat again and again it was so great! My guests complimented it over and over after the wedding, some even ask me if they could order food for their families for holidays through them they liked it so much. The decor was tasteful and exactly what I envisioned, even with the little direction I had to give her, she took it and made it the most beautiful day I could have ever imagined! Did I mentioned how kind everyone was? They are all professional, helpful and you can see they do what they do with a smile. Makes all the difference. If you have one thing for your wedding, I suggest it be her planning it! -

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Margaret Claire’s!!!! In the beginning I didn’t want a wedding planner because of extra cost. Our venue at The Stables at Strawberry Creek offered a package that included a planner with MC. I truly could not have been more thankful we took that package. We originally worked with Kristy, who is a dream, and then ended with Megan, who is a gift! We worked with others along the way, and it is truly a team effort. I never had to stress or worry about a single thing with the wedding including food, flowers, and all other vendors because I knew they had it covered. Best Team! Margaret Claire's was hired a year and a half before the wedding date. Through all of the planning, this team's creativity and experience showed. We were so happy with the process and eagerly anticipated the big day. Then COVID happened. Presenting an unforseen and never before experienced series of challenges to all who had wedding plans, we relied heavily on our Margaret Claire's team. They really came through! Due to event attendance restrictions, one wedding turned into two separate events with only a day in between. Margaret Claire's put together the dream wedding we hoped for and creatively designed a separate and unique event for guests we couldn't have at our special day. Kristy and her team of dedicated staff are AMAZING! My dad passed away unexpectedly in a routine procedure a few months before our wedding and I completely withdrew myself from wedding planning (Which I didn't really seem to realize until after the wedding). With what little information I gave Kristy she took it and made my DREAM fairytale wedding. My husband and I have talked about our wedding every day for the past two weeks and there is not ONE thing, to the smallest detail, that we would have changed. Kristy and her team worked tirelessly but in such fashion on our wedding day. They gave my family something to look forward to every time we met leading up to the wedding and on our wedding day after losing my dad. My heart was so full the entire day of our wedding that there was not a thing that could've happened to ruin it or make me sad. I was totally against the idea of a wedding planner until I met MC's through Meadhaven. I knew I was a control freak and didn't see the point of hiring someone when I would be so nitpicky anyway. I could not have been more wrong, though, as upgrading to full services ended up being the best thing we did. As an out-of-state bride, I'd now say it was a necessity. The gift of not having to buy and transport decor, secure calligraphy, and spend the day of setting up was the best gift anyone could have ever given us. It was hands free and yet exactly how I wanted it.
Megan, Kristy, and the entire team were lovely, and their professional knowledge and connections to other vendors made everything easier. At a certain point, even simple communication with vendors became too overwhelming, and Megan was always there to intercept my stress and repackage it into digestible information for vendors. By the week of the wedding, I was horribly sick and lost my voice, and I'm sure I wouldn't have made it down the aisle without Megan's sweet blend of Southern hospitality and efficiency. She ran interference, and I will forever be grateful for her strength that day. Love Margaret Claire's! -

My daughter was married a few days ago and we used Kristy and her group. They took a rain situation and worked themselves to death to make it beautiful with plan B in the barn. Two weeks after our daughter’s wedding, and we still can’t believe how absolutely PERFECT it all was—and that had everything to do with Margaret Claire’s and our incredible planner, Megan. My daughter and her now-husband had a pretty clear vision of how they wanted their wedding to be, and I can honestly say that MC made their dreams reality. I cannot express how many times I heard: “This is the best wedding ever!” from our wedding guests. The most beautiful, the most fun, the best food… on and on. In short, it was a magical day from start to finish. And we were all completely relaxed. All day.
Megan told me from the beginning that her job was to make sure I, the mother of the bride, had nothing to do on the wedding day but enjoy it. I cannot express what a gift this was! I was with my daughter all day, delighting in every minute from start to finish without worrying about decorating or directing people or setting up or cleaning up one single thing. And that’s just on the wedding day!
I will freely admit that initially I was skeptical of needing a wedding planning service. I mean, I enjoy this kind of thing myself: planning, decorating, etc. What could be so hard about it? I had no idea.
From our very first meeting, Megan embraced us personally as a family, not as generic clients. She took the time to get to know my daughter, her now-husband, and their tastes. She listened, made a few suggestions, and then got to planning. Megan kept them on schedule but with enough flexibility to accommodate their own busy lives. Margaret Claire’s has a whole warehouse of decorations, from table numbers to candle holders to furniture, so we didn’t have to buy any decorations except a few things for the photo booth. The whole Margaret Claire’s system is efficient, flexible, personal, well organized, and creative. Megan had suggestions for vendors but didn’t insist on using any particular ones. All her suggestions were wonderful, from the DJ to the make-up artist to the cakes. The last month before the wedding, Megan worked tirelessly to make sure every single detail was covered. We trusted that Megan was taking care of all the details and would just tell us if there was anything we needed to be doing.
I cannot emphasize enough how absolutely flawless the actual wedding day was. I knew it would be gorgeous, but WOW. Megan and the Margaret Claire’s team did literally everything: all the set-up, decorating, every single tiny detail. They made us laugh and allowed us to relax and enjoy each moment. We don’t even know any of the behind-the-scenes glitches, if there were any, because they handled everything. Really, we could go on and on and on, but my advice: do not attempt to plan a wedding without Margaret Claire’s. They made our one and only daughter’s wedding truly the best day ever.

When we booked our venue, The Stables at Strawberry Creek, Bobby told us we would be working with a lady named Kristy who would be like family by the time we were ready for the big day and he wasn't kidding! Not sure if we are the family she signed up for but I am SO glad she kept us LOL She is absolutely amazing and probably knows more about wedding planning and decorating than any other soul on this Earth! I never once felt like I wasn't involved in the planning and even when she had to break it down more than once and finally just turn her office into my own little reception table dressing room, she did it all with a huge smile and the sweetest words as she tried to figure out exactly what I wanted my wedding day to look like, even when I didn't know what I wanted some times!
Another amazing thing about working with Margaret Claire's is they are seriously a one stop shop and have a Grade A crew that will leave you stunned by their talent and kindness at every turn! We used DJ Keith, who OMG...no words for how awesome he was!!! My family and I are still blown away by how much fun he made our reception and how interactive he was with everyone in attendance!!! We also used Chef Andrew for our reception dinner and I swear I got a text today from a friend, almost two weeks later, saying they were still blown away by how delicious the food was at our wedding and that she hadn't been able to stop thinking about it!

I want to start out by saying Kristi stepped in half way through the planning of my daughter Caitlyn's TN destination wedding. Kristi and her team by far exceeded our expectations. With the short amount of time they had to work with, they took all the pressure and stress off my daughter and made her wedding day the most magical and memorable day she could have ever imagined. Kristi let us know from the moment she accepted our wedding that we would not have to worry about anything and she was absolutely correct. Listening to Kristi and Megan's laughter watching our crazy family's antics on the dance floor was so enjoyable and heartwarming. My sister who has ALS and in a wheelchair was accommodated at every moment of the day. They constantly made sure she was comfortable and continued to ask her if she needed anything. Make your pinterest dreams come true.
I've been trying to find the right words for leaving these lovely ladies a review. This review is long overdue (mostly because I'm lazy)- but also because I'm still speechless about how thankful and blessed we felt to have Margaret Claire's apart of our wedding day.
I went into wedding planning after getting engaged picturing myself doing all of the planning and coordinating. Our venue came with Margaret Claire's services and at first I was hesitant. I'm a control freak.. and I had a vision of what I wanted our wedding to look like and I wanted it perfect. After meeting with our planners, we were swept off our feet. I felt like I could breathe. They became more than just our wedding planners. They became our friends. They literally took our vision and all my pinterest ideas and they moved mountains with it. Our wedding was gorgeous and more than what we dreamed of. When our wedding day came, I felt relieved. I had no stress about how everything was being put together because I trusted them. Megan and Savannah made our wedding day more than perfect and it was so fun to have them there to celebrate with.
We are eternally grateful for the ladies at Margaret Claire's. Thank you for making us apart of your family. You were the biggest blessing and we love you forever! -

My husband and I had 100 days to plan our best day ever. Megan from MC was absolutely amazing at preparing us mentally and emotionally for our big day, there were no surprises! Megan was clear, honest and organized! Cindie and Kim were our planners for our fall 2018 wedding and they did an amazing job! For months leading up to the big day, Cindie drove back and forth to show us pieces from their showroom (centerpieces, outdoor decor, ideas from past weddings) and brainstormed with us on how to get the exact look we wanted for our wedding. She even let us tour the showroom to pick out our ideal pieces and bought new centerpiece additions based on our taste. The day before the wedding, she made me (the bride) feel so calm with her organization at the rehearsal - she made sure to tell everyone that she was in charge and not to reach out/concern the bride, groom or mother of the bride during our big day. The day of the wedding she worked incredibly hard to set up our ceremony and reception spaces. We even had a wardrobe malfunction (broken bridesmaid shoe!) that she dealt with minutes before the ceremony, which I didn't find out about until the next day! Kim was also incredibly calming throughout the process- she even bustled by train last minute during the reception with pins when the bustle wouldn't hold. When I was in the bridal suite, unable to see the venue as it came together, Kristy texted me pictures of the tables, etc. which I appreciated very much. She was there for me and my groom through our almost 1.5 year engagement to answer any and all questions I had. She is the best in this industry!!

Sheila Sent on 10/26/2017I can't even begin to describe the phenomenal job done by Kristy, Suzanne, & Lindsay, other than to say that our daughter had her Fairytale wedding. All my life I've heard wedding "horror" stories, well NOT for us. Our story was a "dream come true". From the Church to the Venue, everything was PERFECT. I was literally mesmerized when I walked into the reception. It was BEYOND what I had even imagined. Thank You to MargaretClaire's for the best day of our life❤️

Weddings have so many moving parts that most people don't even realize are happening as the event progresses and Cindie handled every glitch and adjustment seamlessly. By using Margaret Claire's, I was able to turn it all over to Cindie allowing us to completely enjoy our daughter's wedding and guests. The bride, groom and guests saw only a perfect day!
