We absolutely loved Maple Leaf events. Not only is the venue so beautiful but the owners are so incredibly sweet. You will not be disappointed. They are very accommodating we were able to get into the venue the day before to set up, and even early on the day of our wedding to button up Loose Ends. The bridal party suites are beautiful, and well kept, the venue has a lot to offer as far as coffee and tea, extra dishes to use for display. Everything turned out so great. We highly recommend. We had an amazing rain free ceremony day in April! -

We had our wedding day at Maple Leaf Events in August 2025, and it was fantastic! The venue was stunning, the greenery was well-maintained, and there were numerous great areas for photos. One of our favorite features is the groom's suite, a room where the men can get ready. This was one of the key contributors to our decision, as my partner and I had our own spaces for the day. The owners were fantastic at answering questions before the day and were great at assisting in any dilemmas that came up.
Additionally, there are cabins for rent on site, which is a fantastic bonus for early starts and late nights. It was a great option for the craziness that was our wedding weekend.
We loved our venue and are so happy with our experience and with how our day happened! We highly recommend working with Maple Leaf Events!

This venue is absolutely perfect. It was everything we wanted and more. We’re originally from LA and wanted to give our family a true sense of what life is like where we live now, and this venue captured that perfectly.
The owner, Jami, really sealed the deal for us. She’s incredibly relaxed, genuine, and wonderful to work with. We toured so many venues from Vancouver and Portland to Hood River, but this one stood out because it had everything we wanted our guests to experience.
We hired an Espresso Martini cart and it was a total hit! We hired Traveling Bean!
We invited 163 people and had 124 attend(15 kids). The venue was the ideal size for an intimate celebration where everyone could enjoy time together. The dance floor was just right, with about 75 people out there at once, and we kept the buffet outside to leave more space indoors.
It rained the night before and the morning of our wedding, but the venue dried up quickly and there weren’t any puddles anywhere, which was a huge relief. The spacious getting-ready room was another highlight, and we loved that our dog could cruise road next to us all night.
What ultimately sold me was Jami’s fair and transparent contract (a rare find), the beautiful setting, the pricing, and the relaxed vibe.
The only thing to plan ahead for is transportation if you’re not local. We rented two U-Hauls to bring everything we needed, and it worked out perfectly. -

Maple Leaf was the perfect venue for our wedding! Jamie and Kevin were so helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. Maple Leaf is very reasonably priced, with not only a beautiful venue, but rooms to prepare in as well. We were also able to access the venue the day before the wedding to set up, which made the day of the wedding so much easier. The view from the main space was so beautiful. I highly recommend Maple Leaf! -

Jami and Kevin at Maple Leaf Events were amazing throughout our entire wedding planning process. Their venue space fit our 52 guests very comfortably and provided an amazing view in a small town close to the gorge. They also had an extensive list of vendor recommendations where we were able to find our amazing caterers, Mundo Catering. Overall, Jami and Kevin were very responsive over email and text, answering any and all questions that we had during the planning and set up process. They were also very flexible in allowing us to choose our own vendors, plan our rehearsal, and allow us time to set up the day before. Thank you Jami and Kevin! -

Our wedding venue was absolutely perfect—beautiful, private, and surrounded by nature, with amazing getting ready suites that made the whole day feel relaxed and special. We had planned for an outdoor ceremony but it ended up being pouring rain. The transition to an indoor ceremony (in our reception space) was seamless. It honestly felt just as magical. A huge shoutout to Jami, who was incredibly kind, accommodating, and so much fun to work with. She made everything feel easy, even with last-minute changes and questions, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we hoped for. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our wedding! -

From the touring experience to Wedding day, Maple Leaf was top notch! Jamie was wonderful in providing a very comfortable stress free environment the venue was clean organized and views to make you jaw drop they truly care about the landscaping providing year round beauty in all the flowers and plants they are willing to help the best they can to accommodate elderly and children with changing tables in restrooms and wheelchair friendly reception building they also respond quickly to texts which was a huge stress relief throughout. We would recommend them to any friend family looking for a venue to say I DO! -

Perfect venue!
My husband and I got married here last April and we LOVED it! The venue was perfect for us as we had the ceremony outdoors and reception indoors! The suites for the wedding party to get ready in were so convenient and it was very affordable! When I tell people what we paid for this venue, they’re shocked because of how well maintained it was and because of the location! Because the weather in the pnw can be so unpredictable, the fact that you can either have the wedding in or outdoors and you can be flexible and change it last minute was just what we needed! Forever grateful to maple leaf events for the amazing venue on our special day -

Absolutely Perfect Venue
Getting married at Maple Leaf Events was an absolute dream. The venue is truly breathtaking, tucked into the natural beauty of Stevenson, WA, it felt like something out of a fairytale. There was even a baby deer sleeping behind the ceremony space on the day of the wedding! The moment we stepped onto the property, we knew it was the one. It had the perfect mix of rustic charm and peaceful nature, creating the most magical atmosphere for our wedding day.
The whole experience from start to finish was seamless. Communication was always clear and easy, and the team was so flexible and kind throughout the planning process. Everything flowed perfectly from set up to tear down and we were able to just be present and soak in every moment without stress.
What made it even more amazing was how affordable it was. It felt like we found a hidden gem that gave us the wedding of our dreams without breaking the bank. We’re so grateful we found this beautiful place, it will forever hold a special place in our hearts. -

Jamie was absolutely the best host! She was so great at communicating even a year out from our wedding. She was extremely flexible and was such a great help the day before guiding us and showing us where everything was located that we would need. Not only is the venue itself a dream, the landscape is absolutely gorgeous and the bridal suites were so fun! Absolutely had my heart on this venue and couldn’t have asked for anywhere else I’d want to have gotten married. -

We got married on 9/14/24 and it was easily one of my top favorite days of my life. Jami (owner) was so easy to work with and was so sweet the moment we met her. I knew I found our venue when she asked me "Have you found your wedding dress yet? You will know when you find our venue by the same feeling when you found your wedding dress." The venue has an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception hall. Jami does a very well job with maintaining her landscaping and all her beautiful plants/flowers on the property. I didn't even need too much decor bc its already so beautiful there! There is a huge lawn/open grass area for photoshoots that give off the PNW look with mountains & trees. We had really great weather the day of, thank God, but the reception can be used for ceremony as an option. We also had a bridal suite on property (Jamis basement) thats been reconstructed and updated, which was very nice to have on site. She just had everything readily available and if we needed anything, she was just a phone call away.
I highly recommend using Maple Leaf Events and work with Jami. We also had a great team that helped us make our special day go smoothly. I have 0 complaints and I think that speaks volume. Our guests also loved the venue and was grateful to have everything on site and not have to transfer after the ceremony to reception (since alot were from out of state). I still get compliments on how everyone enjoyed our wedding. Thank you so much Jami & Kevin for hosting us on our special day! -

5/5 stars!!!! I cannot explain enough how amazing Maple Leaf Events is!!!! Jami, the owner is so nice and flexible to work with. The venue is so gorgeous and well kept. Affordable price for the weekend. A huge space for the bridal party to get ready for the bride and groom!!! They have a rain plan that we had to use because it rained our wedding weekend… it was still beautiful and a perfect day. I would definitely recommend requesting a tour to visit and book your wedding there. -

Dream wedding!
Maple Leaf was the venue for my wedding in May this year. Jami and family are super accommodating...and just fun to work with! The amenities included in the venue rental are above and beyond. Super cute cabins ever are even available for staying overnight on site! The aesthetic and views are priceless...but Maple Leaf pricing are unbeatable as well :)

We are so glad we selected Maple Leaf Events as our venue! It’s a beautiful location with stunning views of Red Bluff and the Gorge. We loved how secluded it was from neighbors and that we didn’t have to share it with any other weddings—we had it all to ourselves! The venue offered everything we needed: outdoor space for our ceremony and cocktail hour, a reception hall, groom’s suites, on-site parking, and the option to rent the on-site cabins. We also appreciated the flexibility with no catering or bar requirements, allowing us to choose our own vendors. Jami and Kevin were a pleasure to work with, accommodating and supportive throughout the planning process. We highly recommend Maple Leaf Events Venue! -

Our wedding at Maple Leaf Events was truly a magical day. The team at Maple Leaf Events was incredibly accommodating, making the planning process a breeze. They were attentive to all our needs and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect.
One of the standout aspects was their flexibility on allowing us to bring in our own food and beverages as my husband is a chef and this saved us a considerable amount of money.
I stayed in their AIR BND with my Maid of Honor the night before which took stress of traveling the morning of the wedding. I cannot say enough about this perfect venue. -

Amazing venue! Perfect for rain or sun!
We had an absolutely amazing wedding day at Maple Leaf Events! Jami is amazing and was soooooo accommodating to us!
Jami made our venue hunting fun and short (thank goodness)! She’s wonderful and has a beautiful property! We had the good fortune of POURING rain on our wedding day and the venue was great as we were able to smoothly move the entire ceremony and reception inside! If you’re looking for a venue during the off months where weather can be a problem Maple Leaf Events is perfect!
They have many pieces of decor you can use including tables and a great large space to get ready for bride and groom. Jami has done an amazing job with the landscaping making all the outdoor photos STUNNING. The indoor reception area is large and the views are great with the large windows.
We HIGHLY recommend getting married here. Between the amazing venue and how fantastic Jami and Kevin are makes this venue absolutely perfect!

I would highly recommended this venue to every bride out there! Our wedding was in May and this venue is perfect for both indoor/outdoor weddings. The quality and professionalism was perfect, the owners were extremely kind and communicative throughout the whole process. We loved how if we had any questions, they would answer quickly. The suites are so cozy and perfect for both parties, the whole property is made perfectly so all of our photos came out wonderful no matter where it was taken. The price was perfect and within our budget, and true to what's on the website. Highly recommended this beautiful venue! -

Beautiful Venue, Helpful and Accommodating
We had our wedding here in December and stayed in the cabins. They did a great job preparing everything and even plowed the snow for us. It's a beautiful and clean venue. There was just enough snow on the ground to see in the photos, which came out great. Venue is great, property is great, and price was competitive. -

Perfect venue for a perfect wedding
I cannot stress enough how wonderful this venue is! Not only did it meet every aesthetic we dreamed of, but the couple running this place (Jami and Kevin) were exceptional hosts.
My bride and I had multiple opportunities to see the property ahead of the wedding, Jami was super responsive to any questions, and during the day itself, they both gave us the privacy we valued while also helping with last minute requests (including picking up deer droppings from our ceremony site lol).
I will never forget how incredible of an experience this was from start to finish!

Maple Leaf Events was not only a gorgeous venue for any season but Jami was friendly and so easy to work with. We were able to make payments towards the venue cost and with her flexibility and quick responses to my many questions, we were able to have the wedding of our dreams. I highly recommend this venue to couples who are DIY and planners like myself as you have the flexibility for any vendors vs a lot of venues where you are forced to choose from a list. During our search for wedding vendors we visited a lot of Instagram worthy beautiful venues but most of them offered minimal accommodation or required you to spend an extra fortune on food you didnt want in the first place and the ceremony site alone cost half your budget. We were over the moon (pun intended) when we found Maple Leaf, Jami and her husband went above and beyond to make this place look amazing for our August wedding and no you can't see the gorge from the venue but at a fraction of the cost of anywhere nearby you get ceremony and reception, his and hers getting ready suites and some of the nicest people you'll ever work with. They were so accommodating, allowing our rentals to be picked up the next day and letting us come back the following morning to take down decorations, they even let us come back two days later to pick up a ladder that we had to leave there until we were heading out of town because we couldn't fit it in the car with my aunt and uncle when they left town. We also got to select our own caterer, bar tender, bring our own alcohol, put up our own decor. Listen if you want a cookie cutter wedding where you just pick chicken or beef, chocolate or vanilla, then this isn't for you but if you really want to be able to make your wedding your own and bring in all your own elements to your day then this is the venue for you. I highly recommend Maple Leaf Events they've literally been doing weddings for generations. -

Amazing venue
If you’re thinking of getting married here, DO IT! This venue was so incredibly beautiful and there are perfect spaces for beautiful pictures all around the property. Jami and Kevin were so great to work with and made the whole process so seamless and amazing. The bride and groom suites are HUGE which really comes in handy the morning of the wedding! We loved everything about Maple Leaf Events. The venue has a beautiful, recently remodeled indoor space with a huge catering kitchen and indoor bathrooms, as well as a fireplace, several French doors opening to the patio area and an entire wall of windows overlooking the mountains and valley. Jami has done an amazing job with the landscaping (our guests were gushing about how beautiful everything was!), with rock retaining walls, tasteful flower beds, ceremony arch on the lawn, and a stone patio with string lights! There is a separate building on the property with get ready rooms- separate bride & groomsmen suites and a “family lounge” with a kitchenette & couches. This venue had everything we needed and checked all of our boxes on our search! Jami was a dream to work with- super friendly, responsive and flexible! She went above & beyond to accommodate any requests we had and checked in frequently to make sure we had all we needed. The venue was by far the easiest part of our wedding planning and we’re so grateful to Jami for all she did to help ❤️❤️ -

My daughter and her now husband found this venue. They knew they wanted a venue in the gorge but it was also important to them to be able to have their dog there on their special day which is one of the many reasons the choose Maple Leaf Events. They were very easy going, quick to respond to any questions we had, flexible to let us plan the day we wanted. Their rehearsal and wedding day went great and it was the perfect setting! Best wedding venue and host!
We got married here and rented the cabins on their property too. Jami and Kevin were so easy to work with, they were very communicative and accommodating. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, we opted for minimal declarations to let the venue and nature speak for itself. They let us set up the Friday before the wedding and have the venue the day of, this made it so stress free for us! We can not recommend this venue enough!! -

Maple Leaf Events was our first and only venue we looked at and couldn’t have found a better place for our wedding! Jami was amazing, hilarious, and very easy to work with. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The venue was so adorable with a lot of personal touch that we immediately fell in love with during our tour. The suites on site were spacious and gave our wedding parties freedom to comingle in the main gathering areas. The AC in the suites was a blessing during our 95 degree wedding day (phew!). Our wedding day was absolutely stunning! We’ve heard from many of our loved ones who attended that it was one of the most beautiful weddings they’ve been to which is largely due to Maple Leaf Events venue and property! See for yourself why this venue has the hype, you won’t want to go elsewhere! -

My wife and I got married at Maple Leaf Events in April 2023 and needless to say the venue was everything we could have wished for an more! Jamie and Kevin were amazing to work with and the grounds at the venue are absolutely beautiful!
Getting married in April you never know what the weather is going to be like and we are so glad that we had flexibility to have our ceremony be either inside or outside!
The bridal suites made getting ready for our big day easy and there was plenty of space for our wedding party and families as well! Thank you Maple Leaf Events for helping to make our big day be the best day of our lives!

Maple Leaf Events was a dream venue
My husband and I fell in love with Maple Leaf Events as soon as we arrived for our tour. The trees, garden, and beautiful ceremony area were exactly what we dreamed of for our wedding. The getting ready area and common space for family and the wedding party was extremely spacious and helpful on the day of. I was able to have hair and makeup done on site. Having everything in one location made the day stress free. Jami was extremely responsive and helpful, her vendor recommendations were amazing and our wedding went off without an issue. The reception area was spacious and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend Maple Leaf Events for a beautiful, inclusive, and stress free wedding venue. -

Exactly what we wanted
When we got engaged, I knew I wanted to get married in the gorge and have an outdoor ceremony. Our first thought was Skamania lodge, and a tour got us excited - but the price tag did not. Little did we know, less than three miles down the road was an even more perfect venue that checked all of our boxes! When we toured Maple Leaf, we were so impressed with the reception hall, the stunning landscaping, the getting ready suites, the location and view. Even my then fiancé, who had been quiet during the initial planning stages, enthusiastically said "we should book it!" They happened to have one weekend left available in September, so we took it as a sign! The area seems small and intimate, but easily held all of our family and friends and provided us with everything we needed for our wedding day. Jami was wonderful to work with, always responding immediately. Because they only book one wedding a week, we were able to use the day before the wedding to set everything up, leave gifts and food in the suites, and do a rehearsal - which made the wedding morning go so much smoother! The rental only includes the space, tables, chairs, and a prep kitchen (no linens, coordinator, or real food prep on-site), but it allows a lot of freedom for planning your day! Plus, it’s such a beautiful and well-landscaped venue, you really don’t need to do a lot décor-wise. And there are a few little extras to take advantage of - vases, signage, metal buckets, a bar, etc. Many of the other vendors I booked (such as catering) I found through the Maple Leaf website, so the benefits didn’t just stop at the venue. Our wedding day was exactly what we wanted, and it wouldn't have been so without this incredible venue! -

best venue ever!
My husband and I got married here on 7/30/22 and it was A DREAM! I recommend this venue to everyone who tells me they are getting married. The natural beauty is unbeatable and Jami does such a fantastic job with the landscaping. We had SO many compliments on our venue choice and our guests loved how effortlessly gorgeous it was. Not only is it a breathtaking place to get married, but Jami is the best venue owner ever! Hands down. She made the process so easy for us which really calmed my nerves for the wedding day. We knew this would be our venue the moment we pulled up to the property, but Jami’s warm welcome really sealed the deal.😊 and her responsiveness to all of our questions were very quick and so helpful. I loved this place so much for our wedding it was so beautiful and the owners are super sweet. Very welcoming and make you feel like you're at home we stayed next door at there cabins and everything was beautiful there as well. If your looking for a venue look no further mapleleaf is the one..I loved the screny so did my guest. I looked all over for a venue and mapleleaf was the Best out of 4 others we looked at in Washington oregon area. -

My husband and I got married at Maple Leaf Events on July 9, 2022. We had had a few pretty bad experiences with difficult venue owners, but were beyond relieved when we met Jami. She answered every email in within hours. She was so kind throughout the whole planning process and was super easy to talk to and get ahold of. Jami and Kevin usually only schedule one wedding per week, so were able to set up for the wedding a day in advance so the wedding day set up was not too chaotic. Jami and Kevin are absolutely amazing, and make this venue even more perfect.
The venue itself is stunning. There are chairs, tables, and other important, items included with the venue. There are dressing rooms for the men and women that we comfortably fit in for the whole day. And this venue has an outdoor ceremony option and an indoor option which greatly reduced my stress in the days leading up to the wedding. Overall, we had the most amazing experience at Maple Leaf Events. We are so grateful for Jami and Kevin who made everything so easy and perfect.

My husband and I got married July, 2 of 2022. We toured this venue back in May of 2021, and Jamie was kind enough to hold a date for us until we could come visit to make a decision. The instant we walked in we knew it was going to be absolutely perfect. Not only is the reception area stunning, the ceremony location is perfect. We didn't feel the need to spend too much on decorations because of how beautiful the location is. One of the best things about this location is the getting ready suites. The area is massive and has everything you need! Jamie and her husband do an amazing job communicating, and really staying hands off so that you can have the perfect day. Another plus is that they only book one wedding a week. Also, there are tables, chairs, vases, and all sorts of goodies to use included in your rental fee. You will not regret booking with Maple Leaf Events! -

I was married here late May and it was just stunning!
Since there was no event the day before our wedding, Jami & Kevin were so kind and let us set up our event a day early, the biggest blessing in all of the craziness happening.!!!
The vibe at this venue is so calming and beautiful.
The landscaping is just gorgeous!!! rocky trails, tall beautiful trees, a grassy field and gorgeous flowers, totally my thing!
Overall amazing vendors, and venue!

Beautiful venue
We got married at Maple leaf on 5/7/22 and had a wonderful time. The weather was cold and wet so we had everything inside, which worked out great. The indoor area is also beautiful and was one of the reasons I chose this site, because the weather can be so unpredictable in May and I wanted to make sure our plan B of having everything inside would be just as nice as if we had our ceremony outside. Jami and Kevin were awesome and willing to answer any questions promptly and help anyway they can. -

Maple Leaf Events was the perfect place to have our wedding! Jami and Kevin were always fast to respond with any questions we had and even when there were no showers to be taken she let one of my bridesmaids use it and provided a towel. The venue itself was so clean and had a lot to offer, I like how it was inside and outside usable. Also how convenient it was to have the get ready rooms not even 50 feet from the ceremony!! I would definitely recommend this venue over and over. Nothing bad to say, thank you Jami and Kevin! -

Beautiful Venue
My husband and I just got married here 08/11/2021, and I can’t recommend it enough. Great location, beautiful inside area, beautiful landscaping, plenty of parking, and to top it off it is overlooking the Columbia River. It was my dream venue and I’m in love with it. Jami and Kevin the owners are amazing. They were so helpful throughout the entire process. Especially through the planning process; ensuring that you're on track with obtaining a marriage, liquor and banquet permits before the big day. They also work with a lot of great vendors and have them listed as options of the planning process as well. I would recommend this venue to anyone! -

When my now husband asked me to marry him it was my dream come true. All I could picture was outside with trees in the background on a summer day and the color purple. We got engaged in 2020 and wanted to get married in 2021(I’d already waited 12 years for this day…Covid wasn’t stopping me). A month after he popped the question we started venue tours. The day we found Jami at Maple Leaf Events, we had gone to a couple other venues but they just didn’t feel right. As soon as we stepped out of the car Jami greeted us with a huge warm welcome and a bright smile. She was happy to be doing the tour in the rain. She showed us everything, and made us feel like we were meant to be married there. As soon as we left I told my husband that I wanted to be her friend and that my heart was sold. We booked our date for July 31, 2021. Throughout the long wait, Jami was super informative on all things Covid and answered this worried brides many questions. The day of was the most magical day ever, even though it was 88 with 100% humidity! Lol we were happy to also stay at the cabins on the property making it super easy to fall into bed after the long day. This place was the best hidden secret that Stevenson, WA has. The views are gorgeous and the grounds are beautiful. I would totally recommend Maple Leaf Events to any wedding party. I wish I could relive this day everyday. -

Amazing Venue
It’s a beautiful, family owned business that is very flexible and helps you achieve your dream wedding. The grounds are well kept and have gorgeous views. It was a challenging year to plan a wedding but Jami was patient and responded quickly to all of my questions. She also provides great recommendations for vendors to use. It rained on our wedding day but thankfully we were able to hold the ceremony outside and quickly move everyone inside for the reception. We are so happy with our choice of venue. -

For those who want a quick review here are some of my top reasons we appreciated working with Maple Leaf Events (in no particular order):
- Stunning event space with natural beauty of the PNW, and ability to be indoor, outdoor, or both.
- Flexibility with vendors. We were not restricted to a preferred vendor list.
- Reasonable rates with many things included, such as tables and chairs
- Onsite bride/grooms suites for getting ready in the morning.
- The ability to rent a cabin through Airbnb and stay onsite!
- Quick, clear, and friendly communication
- They let our dog be part of the wedding
- FUN owners! We do plan to return some day and stay in Stevenson, and would love to see Jami and Kevin again.
For those that want a bit more detail:
When my husband and I were looking for a place to get married we knew we wanted a venue that captured the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. We stumbled across Maple Leaf Events and took a tour pre-covid. The venue itself is stunning, with tons of greenery and breathtaking views. We loved how the indoor and outdoor event spaces flowed together, making the venue truly indoor/outdoor. There are also a lot of amenities included, such as tables, chairs, a bar, and hurricane vases. In addition, there are three cabins onsite that you or your guests can rent - which we knew would be important to us. We were so impressed with the venue, and even more so impressed with the owners. Jami and Kevin are fun, responsive, and flexible. We had a blast with Jami when we toured the venue - she even took pictures of us in the field which we to this day refer to as our "unofficial engagement photos." We only took one day to think about it, and booked with Maple Leaf Events nearly two years before our wedding.
Then, of course, Covid hits. We were left with a lot of unknowns about how it would impact our 2021 wedding. Throughout the entirety of the pandemic Jami and Kevin were great. Anytime I had a question about the venue or Covid protocol they responded quickly and clearly. They even allowed myself, my now husband, and one of my bridesmaids to come tour the venue again as it had been a while since we had visited. Jami and Kevin were committed to working with us by ensuring all our guests remained safe, but that we also had a special day.
Thankfully for us, by the time our June wedding rolled around Washington had lifted many of their restrictions for vaccinated guests. We got to have our plan A wedding which we are so thankful for. Come wedding weekend Jami was the one onsite. Since we were staying on the property, we got to see her multiple times and never felt like she was inaccessible. She was even kind enough to let us use her printer when we needed to print out a last minute guest list! We really appreciated how she went above and beyond for us. Our wedding went off without a hitch, and even our dog got to be part of our special day. We got many compliments from our guests about the venue, and how it was such a hidden treasure!
Working with Maple Leaf Events was an absolute pleasure, and I would recommend them to any couple looking to host a small/medium wedding in the PNW.

Easy, breezy, beautiful in a not so easy breezy time
This venue was absolutely beautiful for both our ceremony and reception. Jami kept us updated frequently on covid guidelines related to the venue and I could tell she truly did everything she could to make sure we could continue with our wedding. We loved all the help, but also all the freedom, she offered along the way. This venue was perfect for our 80 person wedding. We especially loved that there are AIRBNB cabins on the property to rent around the wedding day! Thank you, Jami! -

Amazing venue!
Kevin and Jami are amazing and I would highly recommend them for any couple getting married! Due to covid we had to postpone our original wedding date in 2020. Jami and Kevin were so flexible and worked with us to set a new date in 2021. They were extremely communicative throughout the entire process and made us feel comfortable at their venue. You can really tell that they have your best interest in mind. The landscaping is beautiful and the backdrop cannot be beat and made for some spectacular photos. They also have cabins onsite that you can rent so you don't have to drive anywhere after a long night of dancing and celebrating. We simply can't say enough good things about Maple Leaf and especially Jami. With 2020 being what it has been, it's so good to have picked the right vendor to guide us through these tough times.
Jami was fast, and I mean lightning-fast, in responding to any questions we had. Furthermore, she went above and beyond to keep us up to date with all the new regulations and to work with us to make our special day happen. With so much uncertainty, we just didn't want to postpone, to then have to postpone again. So Jami worked with us through the whole process.
The venue is exactly what we wanted. Beautiful views of mountains and a great location right by the Columbia River and close enough to wineries in the area. We had amazing weather right before the epic smoke hit, so we lucked out. The bride and groom's rooms were very nice, with ample space and made the experience more relaxing. Due to Covid, we didn't get to use the indoor reception hall, but it's also a very nice place with big windows with views to the outside. There is also tall grass all around which makes for wonderful pictures.
We would recommend this venue to anyone wishing to get married during these times. Not just because of the venue itself, but because Jami is wonderful. From day 1, she just made us feel at ease about this whole stressful process of planning a wedding. -

Most Beautiful Wedding Venue

Obvious the event ended up being EXTREMELY scaled back, but the grounds and venue were stunning! Beyond that Jamie and Kevin contacted me regularly with updates on WA State regulations and covid protocols. They even offered to let us postpone/reschedule our wedding for a second time (we had postponed once already due to being pregnant), but we felt a small ceremony was preferred to waiting another year.... and they really did everything they could to make it happen for us. -

We had our wedding at Maple Leaf events in September and it was wonderful! Jami and Kevin are so easy to work with and were very flexible with our schedule and planning needs. When we first starting looking for venues last summer, I emailed a bunch of venues asking for quotes and additional information. Jami was the first vendor to get back to me, the same day I emailed her. That pattern of promptness and organization continued throughout our wedding planning process. Jami would always get me the answers I needed right away and was great at coordinating with my other vendors. Our wedding was on a Sunday and Jami and Kevin let us arrange our flowers in the reception hall kitchen, have our rehearsal on site, and do some pre-decorating the day before since there was no wedding booked for that particular Saturday. The venue is really beautiful – you can’t go wrong in the Columbia River Gorge. We took full advantage and ran down to the Stevenson waterfront (5 minutes away) for our first look and got some gorgeous photos! It also had by far the best getting ready area of any other venue we looked at. It rained off and on all day for our wedding and it was great having the flexibility of a reception hall large enough to contain both our ceremony and reception if needed. Luckily, we were able to have the ceremony outside and the rest indoors. We highly recommend booking with Maple Leaf! -

The venue is absolutely beautiful and WELL taken care of. Jami is possibly one of the best people I’ve ever met. I loved the story of the company, family run and easy-going. Jami was organized, accommodating, and quick to answer all our questions. The whole experience was so positive and low-stress, plus Jami is SO FUNNY! It put everyone at ease. We couldn’t be happier with the way our wedding day turned out. My bridal party was very thankful to have a air conditioned, fancy place to get ready, the walk to the alter is dramatic but not too long, and there was plenty of space for all our guests. One of my favorite parts about the venue is that the ceremony site comes down onto a lawn with a retaining wall on both sides for additional seating, for those who show up late (twitch, twitch), they didn’t disturb the ceremony. All in all, the venue far exceeded the fairytale standards I had set. Thanks so much for accommodating my big, wacky family! We had a ton of fun! -

I am so glad that we booked with Maple Leaf Events! Jamie was so helpful in the planning process and was so prompt in answering all of my questions! Usually I would have a reply in MINUTES! There are a lot of things included in their packages. And she has an amazing planning book with dimensions and number of all the different items offered which was super helpful. The suites for the bridal party are the best I have ever seen! Each bride/groom has their own room altogether and access to three bathrooms. Everything was so clean! And there is a shared kitchen with dishes and a fridge for your mimosas and your pre-wedding snacks! Yum! Jamie was super flexible and allowed us to drop things off on Thursday evening on our way to our cabins. Our whole experience with Jamie was top notch! She was so fun to work with. One thing I LOVED about this venue was the price for being in the Gorge. Most venues I saw were charging at least double what Maple Leaf Events was. I was still able to get my pictures by the water by taking a few minutes to sneak down to the river (7 minute drive) and get a few shots in the evening light! I highly recommend that you check this place out! -

Basically the perfect blend of beauty and convenience. Maple Leaf hosted our May 18 wedding and it was honestly the perfect venue for us and Jami was an amazing host.
Comparing wedding venues can be tough. Some charge extra for tables and chairs, some require a certain caterer, some you can only be in for 8 hours -- one of the great things about Maple Leaf is Jami lays out exactly what's included (which is a lot!) for one reasonable fee. Chairs, tables, tons of extras, as well as the freedom to bring your own catering and alcohol. Having that freedom was an absolute gamechanger for us and that doesn't even include the amazing bride/groom suites and Jami's helpful guidance and responsiveness.
When the day finally came we couldn't have been happier with how the venue looked both indoors and outside. We had very simple decorations that just added to the natural beauty of Maple Leaf and we've gotten amazing feedback from our guests. Jami was there throughout the day just to check in and make sure we didn't need anything and was flexible with us when the cleanup went a little sideways.
I can't speak highly enough about Maple Leaf. We looked at venues all over Portland and the surrounding area only to eventually stumble upon Maple Leaf. Once we visited and met Jami, we knew it was the perfect place for us. Thank you! -

We can not come up with enough good things to say about this venue. Jami is so sweet and genuine and easy to work with. She replies so fast, so it flexible with whatever you need, and she is so so helpful. Kevin did our tour, and we also had pizza and beer catered from his brewery. IT WAS AMAZING. He helped set up the kegs and deliver the food, everything was better than we could have hoped for. The venue was absolutely beautiful and both Jami and Kevin took every bit of stress out of anything to do with the venue. We can't thank them enough for our beautiful day. -

Our daughter's wedding was held here on Friday, 4/19. The team at Maple Leaf went out of their way to make sure that our event went off smoothly and was enjoyed by all.

Most incredible venue!
I cannot recommend Maple Leaf Events enough! Jami and Kevin went completely out of their way to make our day absolutely perfect, even in a pandemic. They let us do a small ceremony this year (which was incredible) and through a big celebration reception next year. Through every step of the way they have been responsive, accommodating, and truly care about their couples.
In addition, the venue is STUNNING. Views of the Columbia River Gorge, plenty of space for all your guests. We felt worlds away in the beautiful PNW but still minutes from town. I would get married here a million times over!! -

The experience we had at this venue was second to none and I am so grateful to have met this kind and generous family (this is a family owned generational venue). The view is absolutely incredible and the venue offered everything we needed (indoor/outdoor option, bridal suites, full bathroom facilities, near fully equipped industrial kitchen, plenty of parking.. etc!). Our guests had nothing but compliments to offer about the gorgeous scenery. We had our wedding in November and we were lucky enough to enjoy outdoor photos thanks to perfect weather! Jami and her husband are extremely flexible and responsive. They are very reasonable and accommodating. They were such a joy to work with and made our experience that much more memorable. The venue is extremely affordable. We had about 70 guests in attendance and I felt this was a perfect amount as it filled the large banquet room but didn’t feel overcrowded. They were such a joy to work with and made our experience that much more memorable. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone. One potential deterrent for us was the long drive from our home in Battle Ground (about 1.5 hours), but it is absolutely more than worth it! -

Jami, even while pregnant, was one of the most kind, responsive, and helpful people. I took my sister out with me to tour the venue and as soon as we stepped out of the car, she took a breath, and said "Sis, this is it. This is where you're getting married." She was absolutely right. The views were stunning, the hall is BEAUTIFUL, it's in nice neutral tones so it was easy to decorate, the bride and groom suites were perfect, and they even have a little air b&b cabin that I rented the night before and stayed at, then had my brother, his wife, and my nephew stay at the night of the wedding when we left. I was struggling to find a venue that wouldn't feel overwhelming for a wedding of 50 or less people but also didn't feel... dinky. This was just right. Enough space that no one felt crowded, but not so large that it felt like we were squatters lol. We wanted something in the Columbia River Gorge, with views, and they had it all. Go check them out! -

HOLY COW. Jami and Kevin (the owners and your wonderfully responsive contacts at Maple Leaf) are beyond amazing and I literally cannot recommend them enough. They were so incredibly flexible, communicative, kind and knowledgeable people that I cannot imagine a better wedding experience. The venue is also absolutely GORGEOUS as it is right above the Columbia River (which allows you to have some stellar photos) and the site itself is nestled in a little greenscape that also is great for photos! There were three main reasons we chose this venue: price, services offered and Jami and Kevin themselves. The price of booking their venue was amazing, well-priced and absolutely worth the cost as not only do you get an amazing outdoor area for the wedding (should you so desire) but an indoor covered area in case Washington weather drives you inside. Along with the price and what you got with that price, the indoor facility had everything you need to host a great event -- indoor plumbing (no need for outhouses -- yay!), a kitchen area with a HUGE industrial sized fridge, indoor fans for those hot days, indoor and outdoor dancing space AND a wonderful bridal and groom suite in an auxillary building. This literally was a perfect place to get married and we COULD NOT have dreamed of a better day. Oh, and if you're worried about location and it being a little far out there are plenty of accommodations in the area including hotels, Airbnbs and other options! -

By far the best choice in all of the planning process was selecting Maple Leaf Events as our venue! We received so many compliments of the beautiful location. It is immaculately well-kept, and the location and views are breathtakingly beautiful. We had always hoped to get married in the gorge, after our initial search we didn't think it would be financially feasible for us. But Maple Leaf was perfectly within our budget!
Jamie was a true joy to work with. She made everything easy and so much fun to work with. Nicole Sent on 06/16/2018Best place to get married in The Gorge! As a local couple it's been hard to watch the prices rise in our area thanks to The Gorge becoming a "destination wedding" location.
This is why Maple Leaf won us over: first, it's a family run business and the property has been in their family for generations. It's got strong roots in Stevenson and that vibe was what we were looking for from the start. They are affordable, friendly and down to earth. They make things easy instead of complicated and provide you with everything you need to pull off a perfect wedding.
The venue already included tables and chairs which was a blessing. It has a gorgeous indoor reception hall with restrooms and a kitchen (both stocked up with various necessities) as well as beautiful grounds. The ceremony could be indoors or out if unexpected weather shows up. A great place for a wedding in any season with the indoor/outdoor option. Maple Leaf goes above and beyond this by providing a suite for the groom and his men and a bridal suite for the ladies equipped with plenty of mirrors, outlets, a coffee station, separate bathrooms with a shower, sitting areas and room to get ready for the big day! On top of all of this they have a great deal of yard games that guests can use.
Maple Leaf does not require a licensed caterer which is excellent for those who enjoy pot-luck style events or have family and friends who take care of the food. The venue is not equipped with speakers for dance music but we purchased some off Amazon along with a wireless microphone and they worked perfectly!
Jami made everything so easy for us. She included a packet chock-full of great information such as table sizes, room measurements, check lists, suggested vendors etc. Maple Leaf Events is the whole package! -

For starters Jami is beyond amazing, she is a fun, upbeat girl who knew how to take care of everything. She is super responsive to my messages and really flexible with times for letting me visit. (BTW her dogs are the cutest!) She was open to all my ideas and had great suggestions of her own.
The property itself is gorgeous, warm and inviting. When I first walked in, I felt like you didn't have to add a thing and it would be a beautiful wedding. The property is beautifully landscaped with lots of adorable Pintrest-worthy touches (Welcome to the Wedding signs, ect). The view from the windows is jaw-dropping. I had a lot of family from around the country come for the wedding and everyone was really impressed with the natural beauty of the Gorge, and Maple Leaf really proudly showcased that.
The venue is a fantastic mix of indoor/outdoor space: the indoor area is professionally designed to be flexible for all your needs; wall outlets everywhere, flexible space, great kitchen, and really nice bathrooms! Right out the doors is their patio area with romantic festival lights strung up. Our guests really enjoyed spending time on the patio when evening set in. The grassy lawn in the back is also fantastic, we used that space for a bunch of lawn games (that Jamie provided!) for our guests.
Also included are two suites for the bridal party to get ready in, and that was A LIFESAVER. Plenty of room for all of us to prep the morning of, with a great kitchen for all our 'did you eat? eat something!!' snacks.
I cannot recommend Maple Leaf Events enough! -
