We had a very small reception (19 people at dinner) and rented the blue room on the third floor. The menu was amazing, the room was beautiful, and the staff was friendly and polite. In planning, Heidi was really helpful and patient as we changed menus, asked questions, etc. The food was delicious and presented beautifully. We really liked the way the menu worked, as we were able to offer our guests multiple choices and they did not have to decide until the reception, instead of weeks ahead of time.
The only awkward part was when they forgot to add the champagne toast to the tab and asked my in-laws if it would be alright to run the credit card again. It was just a little mistake that I think could have been handled in a better way, either by contacting us after the event, or perhaps writing it off as a mistake.
