  Professional and Exceptional Service

  Monika covers every area of wedding planning that you can even imagine. She is efficient, creative and super knowledgeable. Her customer service is impeccable. Even with an out of state wedding she provided excellent service! She was able to bring Life to my desires.

  Professional, Friendly, and fun!

  As a wedding photographer and videographer, I have had the opportunity to work with many great planners, but Monika really stands out among the crowd. She is detail oriented, professional and organized, while still being fun, kind, and joyful. She is a gem of a human being and so great to work with!

  Worth Every Penny!

  Monika and her team made my wedding day! She has such a comforting way about her that really put me at ease when I was in the thick of wedding planning. She was prepared, on time, knew exactly what she was doing and foresaw any issues before they occurred. I am a critical person by nature and don’t have a single negative thing to say about the services she provided. Would hire her 100times over! Hire her if you’re considering it, you will not be disappointed!

  Absolute perfection!

  Monika and her team took every dream and vision that I had for my wedding and brought it to life. Every detail was executed beautifully and I had NOTHING to worry about on my wedding day other than soaking in every special moment with my family members and closest friends. We traveled from Ohio for our wedding in Ocean Isle Beach and having a wedding coordinator who was local to the area helped immensely. Monika was incredibly responsive to all texts and phone calls (there were a lot!) and solved any problem that arose. I want to get married over and over again just to soak in all of the MAGIC that Monika and her team created for me. I cannot possibly recommend Making Memories Events & Design enough.

  I can't sing the team of Making Memories praises enough. Monika was a God send! I was trying to plan my moms 50th bday party by myself and was in over my head before I reached out to Making Memories for their expertise. I am a natural worrier and Monika made sure that everything went off without a hitch once she came onboard. There were a few minor snafus that happened to day of the event, but she handled things with much professionalism and grace. I was probably driving her crazy with all of my worrying, but she didn't break a sweat. The event came out beautiful. The decor came together wonderfully and my mother had such an amazing time. She NEVER sat down. I don't even think she ate until after the party was over. If you want quality service, professionalism and great design.. Making Memories is the call to make. You wont be disappointed.

  Absolutely fantastic!!!!

  First off I want to say, We couldn't have choose a better wedding planner!!! I say that because when picking someone to help you with your wedding day, you want someone who is professional, and love what they do. So I'm hear to tell you, monika loves what she do and it definently shows in her work. The amount of professionalism this woman shows is just phenomenal. She takes your dream and fantasy that you have for your wedding day, and makes it a dream come true. I'm recommending her to everyone.

  Daughters Wedding Day

  My daughters wedding day I wanted everything to be perfect. However when a Hurricane rolls through and all dates, vendors, locations have to be changed you begin to feel as if everything you’d dreamed for on your daughters day was possibly not going to happen. Only an event planner who was personable, had an eye for detail and someone who would be by our side hand/hand every step of the way could of helped us make this the most beatiful day ever. The service we received was excellent! Monika was very attentive to all our needs, so accommodating and the communication was bar none. From handling contracts, communicating with our vendors, handling our programs, and keeping this Mom calm she did it all. Her team is AMAZING! I would highly recommend her for any event planning. An absolute gem!!

  Our perfect wedding day would not have been possible without Monika Michelle Events. We knew from the start that Monika would make sure every part of our day was exactly what we envisioned. We began our journey with Monika Michelle Events through monthly phone calls and meetings discussing our vision and dream for our big day. Monika helped us discover the details about us as a couple that we could incorporate into our wedding day to make it unique to us. Each time we met, we put more of the pieces together and by our wedding day, it was a dream come true. Monika was always available when we ran into problems or started feeling the stress that comes along with wedding planning. We knew that one of her main goals was making sure we always had “clear hearts and minds.” We are so grateful for the work Monika Michelle Events put in during the months leading up to our wedding all the way to cleaning up after the reception. It would not have ran as smoothly without Monika at the helm. We began this journey with Monika as clients, but we have ended it as family. There are not enough “thank you’s” in the world to adequately express our appreciation to the Monika Michelle Events team.   We loved our experience with Making Memories Events & Design

  Working with Monika and her team made my Wedding day an absolute dream! She was such a wonderful person to work with! I purchased a full-service package so she was there to help from start to finish. I personally get very stressed in these type of situations so having someone to help contact vendors and keep everything organized was such a big help! I do not know what we would have done without her and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding planner. A month before my wedding my photographer fell through and within minutes Monika had me a new photographer lined up and I was completely stress-free! And any small problems or questions that arose throughout the planning process I was able to text her and she always responded quickly solving the problem or to let me know what to do. And the actual day of the wedding my husband and I were able to completely enjoy every minute of it and live in the moment without having to worry about anything. The day of the wedding went by so quickly and without Monika and her team there I feel like my family and I wouldn't have been able to enjoy it fully. It is a big task creating an event for close to 100 people or more and you do need someone there to make sure everything goes according to plan outside of your wedding party and family.
