Beautiful, natural glam wedding makeup.

Alana was the perfect choice for my elopement makeup. She did the perfect natural glam makeup that made me feel like myself, but more beautiful. She was an absolute pro. She helped me decide on a timeline for my makeup and she came totally prepared. I was getting ready for my elopement alone (with some family on zoom) and Alana was such a wonderful person to have there.

Alana is the BEST

Alana is absolutely incredible. I found her on instagram when I started planning and booked her over a year in advance. She's so talented. A true artist. I never wear makeup (I'm a pilates instructor for a living), and she made me feel so natural, so beautiful, simply an elevated version of myself on wedding day. My bridesmaids looked stunning. My 71 year old mom had her makeup done and almost cried at how beautiful she looked and felt. Alana is a dream! I am so grateful xx

Alana is amazing!

When I was originally looking for vendors for my 7/31/20 wedding, I reached out to Alana but she was unavailable. Fast forward to 2020 and I was looking for someone that would still be able to provide safe services for our small family only ceremony on our original date. Alana was referred to me from my photographer and I remembered I had originally reached out to her, and was so happy when she could now make our day! She was nothing but professional and kind, helping us navigate the day with safety in mind. I loved loved loved my makeup! I still looked like myself, just a way better version :) Alana is so talented at what she does. We also had a small celebration in October and used Alana for make up then and again, everyone was just blown away by her skills. If you want an elevated natural look and someone who will make you look like the best version of yourself, Alana is your girl!

An artist and an angel

Where do I begin? Alana SAVED ME, as my original MUA dropped out at the last minute, and what a blessing in disguise this was! We instantly connected over email as her "vibe" perfectly complemented mine. Not only did she make me look amazing, but I FELT amazing–I was totally feeling myself all day. I threw a lot of vague descriptions about what I wanted at Alana and she delivered exactly what I was picturing. She is a true, intuitive artist. As a bonus, Alana is a delight to be around. She's warm, funny, and just has an overall wonderful energy–a MUST HAVE for an anxious bride on her wedding day.

Best makeup ever!!

Alana was seriously a DREAM to work with. I got married in August 2020 which was a postponed date from June. With all of the rescheduling and uncertainty, Alana stayed calm, cool and collected. She took accommodating me & my girls to a new level with her positive and calming demeanor, which I really appreciated. I originally booked her because I loved her natural makeup look and feel and she delivered perfectly. I loved my wedding makeup even more than the trial. She really listened to what I wanted and made it come to life. It stayed on all night - even the lipstick which is from her own line. I still use it to this day, it's one of my favs :) Thanks for everything Alana!

Perfect make up artist for my elopement!

Alana was absolutely wonderful to work with. I booked her on very short notice for our elopement (about 2 or 3 weeks notice) and I was so glad she was available. She's so talented and made me feel so beautiful. I wanted a natural, dewey kind of look and she nailed it. She asked me for some inspiration pics ahead of time and came prepared. She arrived on time and was so friendly. She wore a mask the whole time and was very covid safe. She even gave me a recommendation for activities for the rest of the weekend since I was new to the area. I would definitely recommend!

Me and my bridal party were flawless!

Alana was such a pleasure to work with! I originally had my wedding scheduled in July this year but my husband and I decided to push out our wedding to 2021. At the 10th hour we decided we still wanted to have a small ceremony but my makeup artist that I had originally booked now had plans. (Fair enough...I did tell her we were rescheduling) I am so so grateful that Alana was available for our date! I secretly was very happy because I had been admiring her work for a while also. She showed up exactly on time to my MIL’s house and right from the start was incredibly friendly. Not only that, but on a personal note, Alana is super sweet, relatable and interesting! It made for conversation that was most welcome on a morning that I was super nervous. As far as her work...it’s awesome! She did the makeup for my matron of honor, my SIL, both moms and myself the bride. We all looked flawlesss and no one had to even touch their makeup all day. (And it was a hot one in the thick of July!!) My pictures came out really elegant and I’m just so happy that Alana was available for my micro wedding! Thank you Alana!

I wholeheartedly recommend Alana for your bridal makeup! She knows exactly how to create natural looking yet absolutely stunning looks. I was so happy with my wedding day makeup! All of my bridesmaids and Mom/MIL were raving about how great their makeup was and how lovely it was having Alana there with us that day. Amazing Soft Glam Makeup!

Alana did my makeup perfectly for my elopement! I did a trial with her a couple months before, and she made the slight adjustments I asked her to for the perfect look on the day of. I wanted a natural soft Glam look, and that's exactly what she did for me! So glad I went with her because my makeup looked perfect in pictures! Alana was very accommodating and easy to work with. We got married in the middle of a pandemic, and Alana took all precautions. She made sure everything was clean and properly sanitized and wore a mask the whole time. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about the Hudson valley area. Definitely recommend her for your wedding or special day makeup!

Will make you look flawless

I simply could not be more thrilled that I booked Alana for my winter wedding! She delivered the exact look I wanted, even though I am not particularly makeup-verse and wasn't great at articulating what I wanted - she just knew. And she did such a gorgeous job on me, my bridesmaids, and my mother, all of whom have different preferences. Not to mention, she was such a pro to work with, especially when scheduling my trial - and RE-scheduling it last minute when I got sick! I am so, so happy I picked Alana to be a part of the day! She kept the energy focused but light on the day and we all felt absolutely amazing. I have never looked better. Thank you, Alana!

A delight!

Alana is amazing! When I was looking for a make-up artist, I was drawn to Alana’s soft glam look that highlights your natural beauty for the big day. Not only is she incredibly talented in how gorgeous she made myself and my bridal party, she also is a great person to have with you on your wedding day. Her down-to-earth, friendly, and altruistic nature was much needed to calm my nerves about everything going well. She also went above and beyond, providing all of us with little touch-up kits and my maid-of-honor with an extra one to touch me up, should I need it. When I forgot my lipstick at our hotel, Alana was ready with her awesome own line of lip products, and mixed two of them to recreate the berry lip that we chose at my make-up trial. I never needed to touch it up — it lasted all the way through the wedding and after-party that night! Alana is the best, and I loved having her be a part of my wedding day!

Alana did an amazing job with my bridesmaids and me on my wedding day. I knew I was in good hands, and that makeup was not something I needed to stress about. Couldn't have been better!

Alana was amazing! She made the entire process easy and smooth. She was so much fun day of and really listened to each of my bridesmaids about what they wanted - everyone LOVED their makeup. Perfect wedding makeup

Alana is the best! She did the makeup for my sister's wedding and we loved how it came out so much that I booked her for mine a few years later. For my wedding, she did 9 women's makeup by herself and everyone LOVED their makeup. I really wanted beautiful but natural makeup and Alana nailed it! I looked like myself but just enhanced a bit :) Alana was professional, patient, and understanding of everyone's needs. Getting ready the morning of your wedding is a very intimate setting, but Alana being there felt very natural and only added to the calm vibes that I wanted. I highly recommend her for absolutely any occasion!

Amazing work!

Alana did such an amazing job. I was so blown away at how gorgeous she made everyone look including my six bridesmaids and mother. With a June wedding, I went in for a hair and makeup trial in February with the idea that I wanted a "natural" look, however I quickly realized that I needed a little more glam. Alana accommodated a re-trial in late May and I am SO glad I went in for one. She made me look like a true bride without overdoing it. I highly recommend Alana for your day-of makeup. She is truly an artist.

Most beautiful bridal makeup!

Alana is so incredibly talented patient and kind. She listened to all my thoughts and concerns and she made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day! I had a huge bridal party and she was totally cool about it and made everyone look their absolute best! My mother was going through chemotherapy during my wedding and Alana paid extra attention to her. She felt and looked so beautiful! It really meant so much to the both of us. Loved Alana!

As someone who hates getting their make up done, Alana made the experience easy and actually enjoyable! During my trial, she was so open and eager to create my perfect vision and was so patient when I couldn’t describe what I wanted clearly:) on my wedding day it was like seeing an old friend again and she killed it. My make up was exactly what I had envisioned and lasted all night without feeling thick or gross. I would highly recommend her and would love to work with her again.

Amazing and Skiled!

Alana truly worked magic on me and my bridesmaids for my wedding! She was absolutely wonderful - a true professional who was able to expediently transform all of us with her skills into polished beauties. Alana is the best!

Alana did such an amazing job for our wedding. I was definitely stressed about my hair and make up for the wedding because it was raining and it ended up being a hot day - Alana dealt with my craziness with grace & made sure that everyone looked absolutely gorgeous on the day of through the full day. I had a mix of bridesmaids, junior bridesmaids & moms on the day of and she accommodated the most glam to the least glam and everyone in between. I've been in a lot of weddings and I've never seen someone able to accommodate so many different looks & so beautifully. Everyone's make up looked flawless from the minute they were finished through the rain, 3 hours of a pictures, a ceremony, hours of dancing and then a bonfire after party. She also stopped by the venue right before the ceremony for touch ups (not that I even needed them) just to ease my concern. On top of being amazing at what she does, she's also a beautiful person who had such a calming presence throughout the whole process. I can't thank her enough & would recommend her to anyone needing make up services!

Alana was crucial!

Alana was an absolute joy to work with for my wedding. We got married on July 19, 2019 - and it was BLAZING hot. Between the heat and the humidity from a random sunshower an hour before our outdoor ceremony was to start, I was SURE I'd look a sweaty mess by the time I walked down the aisle. Boy, was I wrong. But let me back up.
Alana arrived promptly and immediately began her set up. We had worked out the order of the bridesmaids ahead of time, and she got right to work. She worked with each girl to find the best look for their skin and complexion. Every single one of the girls looked beautiful.
When it came time for me, I asked Alana if she could up slightly from our trial. She took my request in stride and executed it flawlessly. She constantly reassured me that I would NOT look sweaty in photos, and touched me up once more before she left.
Alana was 100% right. I could feel the heat hanging in the air, yet my face looked absolutely flawless. My husband and guests remarked multiple times how amazed they were that I looked like I was not the least bit bothered by the heat. And my photos proved it. Alana is a true miracle worker, a badass woman, and a kind-hearted soul. If I was financially able to, I'd hire Alana as my private make-up artist, so that I could feel as glamorous and gorgeous going to Target as I did on my wedding day. Thank you times one million for being such a crucial part of my wedding day.

She's a genius!

Alana and Katie Kelly hair were my "getting pretty" team for my September wedding and oh my goodness I could not have chosen a better team. Alana is *so* incredible. I don't usually wear much makeup, but she nailed the "soft glam" look she prides herself on - I looked like me, only much prettier. She even kept my freckles visible! (They are an integral part of my face!). She also managed to calm down the very stressed mums and make them feel gorgeous, and made my team of bridespeople feel confident and beautiful. Not only is she super talented, but she is absolutely lovely. Exactly the sort of calming energy you want around on your wedding day. If you want to feel prettier than you have ever felt, hire her for your wedding. You absolutely won't regret it.

Alana did makeup for me and my bridesmaids, and I can't recommend her enough. She helped me achieve a natural look that made me feel like the most beautiful version of myself. She also adapted to all of my bridesmaids' requests—there was a range of styles and levels of glam—and everyone looked gorgeous! Perhaps the most impressive part of it all was that everyone's makeup lasted beautifully over the course of my mid-July outdoor wedding. Alana is talented, personable and such a pleasure to work with!

Alana is an absolutely wonderful makeup artist! She is so easy to talk to and as someone who isn't used to wearing much makeup, she really listened to any concerns I had and was incredibly flexible and adaptive. She created a final look that was glammed up but also felt like me, and by some magic it lasted through the after after party! She also created absolutely stunning looks for my five bridesmaids, mom and mother in law and kept the wedding morning stress free by not only creating a seamless schedule but leaving plenty of time for touch ups ensuring everyone looked and felt their best! Through Alana, we also found Katie Kelly who is a master at bridal hair. Together they make the perfect hair and makeup team and I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!

Perfect Bridal Look!

Gosh, where do I begin!
thank you so much for making me feel soo soo beautiful! And my entire bridal party! Everyone just loved the looks you created!

I can’t believe the day finally came and went but it truly was a dream! my make up was beyond perfect from start to finish! It all came together with you and Katie! It was the last details I could not see but you two totally created my dream look, come together. Also Alana has her own line of lipsticks and they last all night. Going to buy the whole set!!!
My husband also loved my make up look! Which of course is key!!!
Alana is also super kind and we bonded over travel and talks about funkos. I felt like I was getting my makeup done by a girlfriend, she kept my wedding anxiousness low! thank you again!!!

Amazing Experience

Alana was so knowledge about what makeup would compliment me best on my wedding day. She is patient, listens and then works her magic. The most beautiful I have ever felt

Not only is Alana amazing at what she does, she is also one of the sweetest people I have ever met! I was nervous about finding a makeup artist for my wedding because I still wanted to look like me. I came across Alana's Instagram and loved her look. From my first email to Alana, she was professional and quick in her response. She recommended Katie Kelly for hair and was able to coordinate everything. Once I met her for my trial, I was so happy that I hired her for my wedding day.

On the day of my wedding, Alana arrived early and got to work on my bridal party (5 bridesmaids plus me). Everyone was so happy with how their makeup came out--Alana truly listens to everyone. Our makeup stayed all day and night and I got so many compliments. I would highly recommend Alana. Alana is the most talented makeup artist I have ever worked with. For the first time I found someone who perfected the natural look and made me feel like the most beautiful version of myself. She knew exactly what I wanted and absolutely nailed it! Both my mom and mother-in-law (both in their 50s) and each one of my bridesmaids couldn’t get over how beautiful she made them look on the wedding day and the photos prove it. Incredible!!

Alana did my makeup for my wedding this past summer and it was absolutely perfect!! I do not usually wear a lot of makeup and Alana got the natural but glowing look that I was going for. Alana is the best - hands down!

I found Alana after a long Instagram hunt for the perfect makeup artist and just knew when I found her page that she was THE ONE! Alana handled my entire bridal party (including a mother that does not do makeup) absolutely perfectly - and the end results were STUNNING! A happy bride who felt herself with a little side of glam, surrounded by a bridal party that was absolutely glowing. Thank you so much, Alana, for making our day perfection!!

beautiful looks for bride and bridal party!

Alana has a beautiful style of doing makeup. My girls and I all had looks that were cohesive, yet suited our own preferences. Alana is friendly and professional. I enjoyed my time with her at my trial and my big day. She was able to guide me through choices and make suggestions for my bridal look. The result photographed beautifully all night. She was also able to take direction from girls who had a specific idea of what they wanted. I highly recommend hiring Alana!

What a pleasure it was working with Alana! Her calm, confident, and professional demeanor during both the trial and big day instilled in me a feeling of confidence in my look that had me positively glowing! My favorite part of working with Alana was the collaborative feel of the relationship. She was not satisfied until I was 100% happy with my look and provided valuable professional and artistic advice resulting in a swoon-worthy look beyond my highest expectations, that I could never have come up with independently. I am SO glad I chose Alana as my make up artist for my big day. She was so incredibly sweet. She nailed the look I was going for and made me feel so, so beauitful. She made great suggestions and took into considerations all my wants/comments. She also soft-glammed the hell out of my bridesmaids, MIL, mom, aunt and grandma. They all looked absolutely stunning. My make up held up all night long and got compliments all the way up to the nights end. I could not suggest Alana enough! Thank you!!

This review is long overdue. Alana is the best!!!!!! WOW! Alana made me and my bridal party feel so at ease/gorgeous. Not only is she INSANELY talented, but you literally want to be best friends with her once you meet her. Alana made my wedding day so relaxing- I promise you that you will not regret working with her! She is extremely responsive and really listens to what the client wants. I feel like a 5 isn’t enough. Alana is a perfect 10! Easy to talk to, understanding and her work is perfection. I’ve never felt better about myself. I don’t have great skin, I never have. Of course day of I have a blemish or more that don’t make me feel great, but with Alana, they were invisible! She made me, 6 bridesmaids, my mother and mother-in-law look our best. She was easy to talk to, joke with and was basically like and old friend. I actually consider her one now since she did my makeup as both a bridesmaid and a bride.

Alana is a dream!!! She did an amazing job beautifying a group of 10 women for my wedding. Every single person felt amazing because she really listened to what they wanted, and she is a pro at bringing a range of makeup looks to life. I cannot express enough how happy I was with my makeup for my wedding day. Not only is Alana friendly, pleasant and just so sweet, her talent for makeup is exceptional! Alana was the makeup artist for my wedding and she is absolutely incredible. I’ve been in a few weddings and the make up doesn’t always hold well, and often doesn’t look like the best version of you. Not only did I feel incredible, everyone commented on how beautiful the make up was. All of my girls were so incredibly happy with their make up as well, she treated everyone as if it was their day. Further both my mom and mother in law had make up done and were stunning. Don’t look anywhere else, Alana is your girl!!

It's hard to put into words how amazing Alana was!! From the first time meeting her she had such a friendliness and joy about her! She made me feel like we were friends instantly!! Alana was very professional and kept me up to date before the wedding about logistics and pricing. She did my makeup for the trial and it lasted all day! On the wedding day Alana showed up bright and early. She did such a wonderful job. I asked her to add on someone extra at the last minute and she did not mind. Besides all of that - my makeup for my wedding was OUTSTANDING! It was so beautiful! Perfect glam and not like a mask! Exactly what I wanted and more! It lasted all day. She even gave me a bag of goodies to help me on my big day!! She stayed late and helped me put in my hairpiece too! I cannot recommend Alana enough! Please use her for your big day!!! Having Alana be a part of my wedding day was one of the best decisions I made throughout the whole wedding planning process. From our initial conversations, back in the fall, to the big day Alana was thoughtful and responsive. I generally don't wear a lot of make-up, but Alana listened to my ideas and helped me find a look that I not only felt comfortable with, but felt beautiful, as well. My bridesmaids also loved their make-up, and Alana is not kidding when she says the make-up will stay in place ALL DAY. There were definitely moments of tears, and lots of dancing, and everyone's make-up stayed put for well over 10 hours.

At the beginning of this process I don't think I fully appreciated how important it is for the people you surround yourself with on your wedding day to be calm and upbeat. Alana was all these things and more. She made doing make-up for me and 7 other members of the wedding party look easy, and was flexible and professional throughout the whole day. As it got closer to the ceremony, and I started getting nervous, Alana was calm and at ease talking with me and helping keep my nerves at bay. You will not regret including Alana and her amazing make-up skills on your wedding day!

Alana was absolutely amazing. We did a trial and I totally changed my mind with what I wanted to do like the weekend before the wedding and she pulled it off flawlessly!! She did my makeup, my 12 girls and 2 flower girls and was amazing. As well as travel over an hour on the first snow fall of the season to make us beautiful. Alana did my make up for my wedding in October and I couldn't have been more pleased! I had made a few adjustments to what I wanted from my trial and she 100% understood what I was looking for and executed perfectly. However, I had brought my own lip color thinking I wanted a red lip, but when it was applied I felt uncomfortable since I don't typically wear a lot of make up. Alana handled my mini meltdown perfectly, applying a beautiful neutral color and giving it to me so I would be able to touch up during the night. She saved the day from my poorly planned look! All of my bridesmaids looked beautiful too. She got 11 people done perfectly that morning. I highly recommend Alana!!!

When I said I wanted old Hollywood glamour for my big day, I never expected to get exactly what I wanted so perfectly! Alana was kind, patient, funny, and incredibly talented. Alana was absolutely amazing and made me look and feel the most beautiful I ever have! She listened to what I wanted (a natural look that wasn't overdone or too dramatic) and did my makeup more perfectly than I could have imagined. My trial with Alana was great - she listened carefully to the look I was going for and really understood the small tweaks I wanted to make. Leading up to our wedding day Alana was very responsive over email helping with some last minute questions on my end. Alana was absolutely amazing. I had actually had two previous make up trials before my photographer recommended Alana. Alana nailed what the previous two make up artists were unable to do. I felt beautiful an the day of my wedding, and had so many compliments on my makeup and my bridesmaids. All of the bridesmaids had makeup done unique to their style and that suited them beautifully, while everyone's looks still complimented each other and looked really well together.

Alana truly has an eye for makeup and making every woman feel beautiful. I came across Alana through our venue's preferred list, and am so glad that I did. I am a bride that doesn't wear a ton of makeup on a daily basis, so I wanted a natural look. She listened to exactly what I was looking for, and made me feel so incredibly beautiful on my day. She was the only makeup artist that I reached out to, and once I had my trial I knew she was perfect!

She also did makeup for my three bridesmaids as well as the mother of the groom and my mom. She took such great care and detail in all of our makeup, and everyone looked amazing! I love that she really enhanced everyone's beauty.

Beyond being a talented makeup artist, Alana is also super sweet and such a wonderful person to have around with you as you prepare for your big day. Alana is AMAZING. She is so professional and warm, and made the bridal party feel so comfortable and at ease during a a chaotic day. Working with Alana was absolutely amazing, she was recommended to me by a friend who got married at the same venue I did. I got married at a venue about 2.5 hours from home so I was not familiar with any local vendors. I am so glad she was recommended as she was one of my favorite vendors to work with. After speaking with Alana I knew I wanted to hire her but I needed a hairstylist as well. Alana also recommended Kate Hargraves, in the end, this turned out to be the dream team!

Both Alana and Kate were super relaxed and laid back and yet very professional. Both are super easy to talk to, this is important because we spend a good about of time together getting ready that morning!
The night before my wedding I got a text from Alana to relax and drink plenty of water. That was so sweet of her! On the day of my wedding I was so worried about timing, Alana assured me there would be no issues. The morning we got ready went so smoothly, she even helped keep my mom calm!

Hiring Alana and Kate was the best decision, I highly recommend both of them!

Alana was absolutely amazing to work during my wedding. I am not someone who wears much makeup day-to-day, so I was a bit concerned about not looking like myself on the day of my wedding. She assured me that my makeup would look natural and beautiful and she was right. Her airbrush and technique are perfect, and, her time management is great! Alana was my makeup artist for my wedding this past September and she did an amazing job! She took into consideration how I wanted to look and feel and elevated it for my big day. I wanted to still look like me, but of course wit a little more mascara than usual! Alana is professional and friendly as well as timely. She worked on myself, 6 bridesmaids, Mother in Law and mom and she did it all within the five hours before limo picked us up. She did not rush through any of us, she took into consideration everyone’s personal makeup preference whether it was natural or dramatic and hit it out of the ballpark. All the girls loved their makeup and it stayed put all through out the evening. I was very pleased.

Side note- two days before my wedding I waxed my eyebrows at my regular spa, nothing outrageous just a routine clean up. Well, I wake up on my wedding day to find the skin under my eyebrow burned and purple. As I show Alana when she arrives to my hotel room she responds that it’s no big deal, she has seen worse and she’ll be able to cover the burn right up. And so she did! I couldn’t have been more relieved! I truly felt beautiful on my wedding day and that’s exactly how every bride should feel.

Thank you Alana for doing such an amazing job on myself, my bridal party and my mother and mother in law. Everyone was so pleased with our makeup. She is so sweet and very professional. I originally had my first trial and wanted to try out a smokey eye look as I have never tried that out before. Alana did a great job, although the look really was not for me. On my wedding day, I let Alana know I wanted more of a natural look and did such an amazing job, I was very pleased as well as the rest of my wedding party. . Alana was so professional and accommodating! I had booked her first through a recommendation from my cousin and was able to communicate via email the whole year of planning. Things changed, people changed, and she rolled with the punches. The day of we were really late and she set up in my hotel room and allowed us to come as we finished with our hair. I couldn't have asked for a better makeup artist!

I can't say enough about how amazing Alana is to work with! She is incredible at what she does and made the whole process easy and relaxing. I don't wear a lot of make up regularly so was a little nervous about professional make up but Alana took all of my ideas and feedback into account and truly made me feel like the most beautiful bride on my wedding day! She even traveled to the location my bridesmaids and i were getting ready. I would 110% recommend Alana to any other bride out there looking for professional and friendly service.

Alana is a must-have at your wedding! She was responsive, professional, and willing to travel to where my girls and I were getting ready. I was so nervous to have my make-up done because I am normally not a heavy make-up wearer, but at my trial and on the day of my wedding Alana made sure that my look was natural and completely me. She really listened to everything I asked for, and made sure that me and my 5 bridesmaids were 100% happy with our final looks. Our make-up lasted all day and night, and we looked like the best versions of our selves! I highly recommend booking Alana for your wedding day make-up needs!

Alana was wonderful from start to finish. She has reasonable rates for the trial and day of make-up. She came to my house to do my trial, and we had a great conversation the whole time. On my wedding day, she was prompt and moved quickly to keep on schedule to get me to my first look on time. She is very professional, and she does an amazing job. I loved my make-up, and I got so many compliments on it. I do not wear make-up at all, but on my wedding day, I wanted to look my best. She did just that. I could not have been happier.

I absolutely loved working with Alana! She is truly a gifted makeup artist and helped me look and feel my best on my wedding day! My makeup lasted all day without having to apply any touch-ups. Alana is the sweetest person I have ever met. I am so thankful for her patience and kindness through the whole process. She is very flexible, especially when I had to make a couple of adjustments, and was very understanding as well. She helped the wedding process go along smoothly for me and was very responsible, on time, and prepared. I loved her style of talent because she enhanced my natural look rather than making me seem like a different "prettier" version of myself. I was hoping to find someone who could do that and thankfully she was able to :) I would highly recommend her services because she really does fit all categories of beauty and health. But most of all, she has a great heart and really cares for her clients. Thank you, Alana, always :)

With her exceptional expertise & calm & friendly composure, she transformed myself & my bridal party into a hot entourage dripping with gorgeous at every turn! I was so happy to have Alana do my makeup for my wedding day. She came to my house to do a trial and came to my hair dresser's the day of the wedding, making everything so easy and convenient. She is so talented and professional, and also a very fun person to work with! I felt pampered while she glammed me up and felt so great about my makeup that day- it stayed put all day and night! The air brushing was super light and looked great in pictures. She has tons of great ideas and tips, but is also there to listen to what you want your look to be like. I can't say enough good things and would highly recommend her!!!

Alana is SO TALENTED and a complete pleasure to work with. I'm a mascara-and-chapstick girl, but I knew that I wanted to look like my best self on my wedding day in make-up that would photograph beautifully and last all night. Alana complete overdelivered on all counts. She did such a perfect job of listening to what I had in mind, creating a look that I completely loved, and also tailoring her work to the style and comfort level of my 6 bridesmaids and both moms, ranging in age from 11 to 72. She was organized, punctual, sweet and accommodating all day, and we truly enjoyed spending the morning with her.

I was totally blown away by how she did my make-up, even after completing a trial that I loved. My wedding-day make-up made me feel prettier than I ever have in my life, and my overly-critical self finds all of the pictures to be stunning! My face looked EXACTLY as perfect when I took my make-up off at 2 AM as it did when she last touched it up, in spite of a very long day, a warm dress, and lots of dancing. Amazing. I couldn't have been happier with Alana. <3

Better than I could have Imagined

WOW! Lots of great things to share for Alana. I booked her after hearing recommendations from my hair stylist. Being someone who is VERY hands off with make-up, I had no idea what really to expect. We were unable to have my trial (tons of rescheduling on my part due to last minute health problems) and yet, Alana somehow kept me calm going into the big day (without knowing how it would turn out!).

I broke out with some intense stress acne the week prior to my wedding. I contacted Alana, and her advice (keeping with my preference in skincare brands), saved my life. Her patience and calm-cool attitude is a life saver.

As for the actual make-up. Well, I sob at the littles things in life; cat commercials, national anthem, a cute puppy video. I knew I would be crying all day and expressed my concern to Alana. Without hesitation, she said "I've got you". And holy shit... happy tears ALL DAY long and no impact to my make-up.

I asked for a soft glam, with emphasis on my eyes. She nailed it. I was complimented all night long on how well it came out. Again, being someone who doesn't wear mascara or foundation, I was nervous about the impression from friends and family. I want to cry just thinking about how amazing I felt because of her work.

To add onto the acne, the day before my wedding I was setting up my venue and got sunburn badly on my face. A few Korean face masks that night helped calm things down, but to say my face was red would be an understatement. Alana handled it perfectly - no one knew 24 hours prior my face looked like a tomato.

Alana, thank you for being such an amazing human, and making me feel like a princess on my big day. Also, thanks for listening to me nervous chat your ear off. xo

I'm super mad at myself for not having time to post immediately after my wedding...Alana was everything I needed on my wedding day, my original makeup artist cancelled on me one month out from my wedding and Alana was there to pick up the pieces of a disgruntle, anxious bride to be and made me look absolutely beautiful on my wedding day. My girls still rave about how gorgeous they looked that day and my mother couldnt of been happier. I absolutely love the work she does, shes easy to talk to and easygoing and easy to work with. I would recommend to all of my friends, I booked her for my baby shower back in July and also for a friends wedding in August every single time I got compliments on how stunning my makeup looked. Would definitely book her again for all my future events she is wonderful to work with and awesome at what she does!!!!
