Patty and Kristina were absolutely phenomenal for my last minute, Plan B Vermont wedding! MMF was extremely organized and communicative prior to the event; updating the schedule on their online platform as well as checking in with a phone call the week before. I wasn't able to do a trial, since I live in RI, however Patty absolutely nailed the hairstyle based on pictures I showed her. As someone who doesn't know a lot about makeup, I didn't know what to ask for. Thankfully Kristina knew just what to do! I absolutely loved my look and working with these wonderful ladies. They were very timely and finished myself, 7 bridesmaids and MOB/MOG ahead of schedule. They made sure to stay until I was completely ready and helped my sister pin the veil in the right way. I can't say enough how wonderful they are! Definitely book them for your wedding. :)

The Make Me Fab team is an absolute must-have for your wedding day look! Alayne has been in the business for many years, and her expertise shines through in every detail. From the start, her team was incredibly organized and efficient — quick to communicate, clear about the process, and so helpful in determining exactly what I needed. They provide a thorough contract and even offer add-ons like engagement shoot hair and makeup, rehearsal dinner glam, and other in-office services, which made everything seamless.
Each time I visited for different wedding events, I left feeling absolutely beautiful. I had the privilege of working with Alayne herself for some of my services, as well as several of her amazing artists — all of whom were professional, talented, and so easy to be around.
On the wedding day itself, the Make Me Fab team arrived right on schedule and worked together like a well-oiled machine. Every one of the girls in my bridal party looked stunning. Alayne personally did my hair and makeup, and she truly brought my fairytale vision to life — I felt like the princess I used to dream about being when I was a kid.
I’ve already seen a few photos, and I’m in awe of how beautiful their work looked on camera. I felt so confident and radiant all day, and even my husband couldn’t stop complimenting how amazing I looked! Everyone commented on how flawless the entire bridal party was.

Amazing amazing hair and makeup!
I do not wear any makeup ever and neither does most of my wedding party. When I tell you this team did AMAZING making all of us look natural by request it was beautiful. They were so easy to work with and helpful! They were flexible with my timing which was a necessity for my day. Would recommend !

Felt Like a Princess!
The absolute BEST people to work with!! My wedding hair looked amazing and I truly felt like a princess. Kendra was beyond fantastic to work with. She was so kind and easy going and wonderful to talk to. She was open to any tweaks I wanted her to make and was so willing to make sure I thought it was perfect! Kendra also did my hair and makeup for the rehearsal dinner which looked FABULOUS as well! They were accommodating to the many different hairstyles that the *12* people in my party wanted and they all turned out incredible. They also made sure that we had an organized schedule for the day of without making it stressful. I can't recommend them enough!!

Loved my hair and make up
The morning of my wedding I was a nervous wreck but Alayne helped keep me calm. Most importantly when I was a bit too frazzled to give her good direction she took complete care of me and I loved my look. Thankfully I did a trial where I was not nervous at all so she was able to use my feedback from that experience to execute my day of look, even if I wasn’t much help! My hair and make up also lasted ALL NIGHT. I was out partying until 2am and my hair never fell and my make up didn’t smudge.
Thank you Alayne for making me feel and look my best on my wedding day ❤️ I highly recommend her. Her scheduling team is also very organized and helpful leading up to the big day!

Make Me Fab is an amazing hair and makeup team to have for your wedding! They are extremely attentive and listen to exactly what you want to help make your wedding vision come to life. Their level of expertise is unmatched. Alayne did my bridal hair and makeup and it lasted all through my wedding day and night! My skin doesn’t do well with certain makeups and Alayne tried many different techniques and products to ensure we found ones that worked well with my skin. She made me look flawless! I received lots of compliments from my guests on how well everything held up. All of my bridesmaids had great experiences with their makeup and hair stylists as well. They were able to do a range of hair styles and makeup looks that each of my bridesmaids individually chose to have done. The entire team works very well together to make sure you stay on schedule for your wedding day and that everything runs smoothly. A fabulous experience
From the moment I booked Make Me Fab for my wedding, they were incredible. Lily, Julie, and Sunny were all so professional, organized, and fun to work with.
Lily is so lovely! She absolutely nailed my vision for my wedding and rehearsal dinner hair, and it was a ton of fun chatting with her. Lily also made me feel so calm on my wedding day - I would absolutely start going to her as my regular stylist if I lived in the Saratoga area :)
Admittedly I know next to nothing about makeup, but Julie did an amazing job enhancing my features while making sure that I still felt like myself. And Sunny did hair and makeup for my friends on the day-of and they all loved it!
I was jumping up and down and sweating all night at the reception and my hair and makeup still looked great at 2AM. Julie, Lily, and Sunny are great at what they do - I cannot recommend Make Me Fab enough!

I am so happy that I chose Make Me Fab for my bridal hair and makeup. The whole team was professional, communicative, and kind--they made me feel so special for my wedding day! I elected to get ready at my hotel in the Saratoga area, and they kindly accommodated my needs, even though it was the weekend of the Belmont (super busy!!). My stylist Sunni was timely, professional, and incredibly sweet. Getting ready on wedding day can be stressful, but having Sunni there felt like a breath of fresh air. Not to mention that the results were absolutely stunning! I got compliments on my hair and makeup all day long, and everything stayed in place though a whole night of dancing. We used Make Me Fab for my wedding hair and make-up for myself, my bridesmaids, and the Mother of the Bride. You will not regret booking them! Kendra, Lisa, Lillian, and Julianna helped make everyone's Pinterest visions come to life. They worked quickly and we're flexible. I couldn't have been happier with how my hair and make-up turned out, they worked with me to create something that worked well for me. The salon also has a great space upstairs to use for bigger groups which allowed us to hang out together and enjoy the morning as a group.

Finding a hair and makeup artist for my wedding gave me a lot of anxiety because it was very important to me that I still look like myself, and when I expressed that to Alayne in our first meeting she alleviated all of my fears and made it clear to me that she had no intention of making me look like anyone else. From the consultation and trial, to the big day, Alayne and her team made my mom, my bridesmaids, and I feel so comfortable and beautiful; I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience. The hair and makeup was put to the test when there was a literal sideways downpour as I was about to walk down the aisle, and even in that weather we all stayed gorgeous. I highly recommend using Make Me Fab for any occasion!

I was an October 2023 Saratoga bride & booking Make Me Fab was one of the easiest decisions I made. When I started booking vendors everyone kept asking me “did you book Alayne yet?” Everyone loves working with her. I went into my trial nervous & left so at ease. Alayne worked with me to figure out exactly what would make me feel beautiful. The day of my wedding I woke up to POURING rain. I have naturally curly hair and was really concerned about the humidity, but really don’t prefer to wear it up. Alayne eased my worries & got right to work. My hair and makeup lasted all day. She is such a kind person who genuinely loves building people up on their special day. Also – a friend mentioned I should book Kendra for my bridesmaid’s hair and she was fantastic. She is upbeat, efficient & everyone LOVED their final look (which is rare with a group of 10 girls). Kendra also did my makeup for my rehearsal dinner and I felt great. Make Me Fabulous did hair and make-up for my daughter’s wedding this past summer. The talent and ability of the MMF Team resulted in a wedding party that looked gorgeous, happy, and confident! This was essential to everyone having a great and memorable day – with amazing photos! Alayne is passionate about what she does and genuinely cares that the Wedding Day goes beautifully. She is dedicated to the concept of making the bride’s dream come true. Factors considered before designating "Rock Star Status" other than the fabulous results with the #11 delighted ladies included: ongoing and helpful communication – we knew exactly what to expect, pre-wedding hair and make-up trials – helped us choose our “best look”, bride took advantage of add-on services (tanning, lashes etc.) and was super happy with the results, blow-outs and styling before rehearsal dinner – so glad we did that , flexibility – last minute and unexpected make-up “fix” needed during the morning prep and Alayne slipped downstairs to men’s suite and she saved the day!

I booked MakeMeFab for my wedding this past fall and let me tell you- the praises really are speaking the truth! From start to finish I was so impressed by how communicative and accessible Christine was to help with coordinating everything. I ended up taking advantage of several add ons with MMF- spray tanning, facial etc. Julie is incredible and so sweet and we joked about how much time she’d invested on my face/body that summer. Kendra was someone that I knew right from my trial was patient while figuring out my vision, hyping me up and making me feel amazing. The day of the wedding the salon was so accommodating to me and my bridal party. It’s fair to say that with any wedding you spend a lot of time doing hair and makeup and we felt so comfortable there. I think the pictures really capture how beautiful and confident I felt- both Julie and Kendra are so talented and definitely exceeded my expectations. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Make Me Fab. From the sweetest, most responsive bridal coordinator Christine, to the fun, genuine owner Alayne & the most patient, talented stylist Kendra, everyone went above and beyond not just on my wedding day but throughout my whole entire planning process. These ladies took their time to help me decide on the best look for my big day, with with the utmost compassion and care, even after I was very hesitant with my make up trials and unable to make up my mind. Alayne gave me helpful advice and once I trusted in both her & Kendra’s visions, they made me feel prettier than I ever had in my entire life! The girls also made me feel like family after each visit to their salon. My girls & I could not wait to have them share in our special day.

A year ago on 8/21/21 Alayne helped create the perfect wedding makeup and hair. Being a curly girl, it’s not always easy hair to deal with. Alayne knew exactly what to do and she also was able to create perfect makeup that lasted not only through the heat and humidity but lasted all night as well! Absolute Perfection From MakeMeFab
I have only endless praise for the wonderful MakeMeFab crew for making me feel calm, beautiful, and confident on my wedding day. I have never felt more gorgeous! Everyone in my bridal party was able to customize their look to go with their personal style, while still looking cohesive as a group. Also, my husband accidentally sprayed me in the eye with Prosecco and my eye makeup did not budge!!! I could not be happier with how me and my wedding party looked and felt on my special day!

Amazing team!
Alayne and her team were absolutely incredible! I was so happy someone recommended Make Me Fab for hair and make up on my wedding day. Everything was perfect! The hair whisperer and make-up goddess
To start off this review you have to know when it comes to hair and make-up I am very specific in my wants, as well as my no-no’s. Picking a hair and make-up artist was probably the vendor that took me the longest to book - especially living down state so far away! When I finally stumbled upon the MMF Instagram page, I felt relieved. Consistent pictures of clearly skilled stylists performing their magic! During my trial I had a very specific vision, and Patty (the hair whisperer) and Julie (make-up goddess) SLAYED. The thing that had me the most nervous about my day became the thing I was most excited for!
I cannot thank MMF, Patty or Julie enough. They are professional, funny, have great insight, and made us all feel beautiful! We were also given a touch up kit which was great to have on an unprecedented 86 degree day in May! All the girls adored Patty and Julie - thank you for making us all feel beautiful and pampered on my special day!

Look no further for THE BEST makeup artists in Saratoga
I booked Make Me Fab for wedding makeup. Alayne and her assistant did a phenomenal job, all my bridesmaids LOVED their makeup. From first meeting Alayne at my makeup trial I knew instantly I was in great hands. Alayne is so talented, wonderfully kind, professional, passionate, and genuinely wants to make your experience be the very best is can be. I was blown away during my makeup trial and felt confident we nailed the look I wanted for my wedding day makeup. On my wedding day the hairstylists I booked had left already but Alayne stayed until we walked out the door. Even though I had booked another salon for hair, Alayne helped me with final touchups for my hair and even helped put my veil in before I left! I was so touched by her kindness and help in those last moments before I walked down the aisle.
My only regret was not booking Make Me Fab for wedding hair too! Their bridal coordinator was very helpful and easy to work with as well! I highly recommended Make me Fab for ALL of your wedding beauty needs!

Such a wonderful experience!
Alayne and everyone at Make Me Fab was absolutely fantastic! During my trial I brought up challenges I often face with hair and makeup, specifically caking in crowsfeet, under eyes looking too dark, and my hair being really thin, and Alayne thoughtfully created a look that avoided every last concern I had brought up. On the day of the wedding, Alayne knew exactly what I had said months earlier, and recreated the look from trial perfectly in a way that looked fresh, never caked, and stayed put well into the after party. All of my bridesmaids and the moms looked absolutely beautiful as well. Alayne and her crew were absolute joys to hang out with while getting ready and if I ever need my makeup done in the future, this is the only place I want to go.

Make Me Fab was easy to work with for my wedding, even when originally I had been working with just Patty Bassett and she joined the Make Me Fab team. They were very helpful in my COVID reschedule, and their online portal made everything really easy to do! Patty is amazing with hair and gave everyone exactly what they were looking for. The hairstyles stayed through the whole night of fun and dancing. Plus she came to us for getting ready which was perfect! I would highly recommend Make Me Fab and Patty Bassett.

Amazing job!
I booked Patty Bassett as my wedding hairstylist before she moved to work at Make Me Fabulous, but I was very pleased with my experience working with Alaine and Christine from the salon. Patty had done my friends wedding in 2019 and I loved how my hair had come out then and also how my friends had/the rest of the bridesmaids. That made this a no brainer decision for me when I was looking for a hairstylist of my own! Patty did an amazing job on my hair as well as for all my bridesmaids and for my mom! Everyone loved their up-do's and they all looked so beautiful! Working directly with the salon made the logistics all very easy they were kind enough to accommodate a change when my mother in law opted out of getting her hair done only a few weeks before the wedding. I would absolutely recommend Patty and the Make Me Fabulous salon to anyone looking for a bridal hairstylist in the area!

Dream come true
I cannot speak more highly of my wedding experience with Make Me Fab. On so many levels they contributed to making my wedding the most wonderful day of my life. I've never felt more beautiful and confident my life. My hair was curled and braided with the most gorgeous, elegant flower crown imaginable. And my makeup was out of a dream. Additionally, all 7 of my bridesmaid, each of whom have very different hair and complexions, all said they've never looked so beautiful. None of us could believe the diversity of skill and talent. But the other part, that I didn't know how important it would be, was that they created such a warm, fun, and relaxed atmosphere! The day of the wedding has the potential to be very stressful, but the environment they created with their stress-free confidence put us all at ease; they allowed me and my bridal party to relax and focus on what really matters that day: love and connection. Hands down, these women are the absolute best. I am so grateful and feel so lucky I was able to work with them on my wedding day!

Alayne and her staff have a way of making everyone feel special and beautiful before, during and after. They make you feel like you are the only wedding party she is working on for the next year. The best hair day
Once I was engaged the first thing I booked was my hair and makeup with Make Me Fab! I had been following their Instagram page for a while and I knew they were exactly what I was looking for!
The staff at Make Me Fab went above and beyond on my big day. Alayne is amazing at what she does and such a kind and caring person. She listened to what my vision was for my hair and makeup and she went above and beyond my expectations. Her entire team was phenomenal and made the girls look even more beautiful.
I will also mention, it is not just a hair and makeup experience! They are so organized and give you a detailed outline after your hair and makeup preview. I had Christine reach out to me several times with updates and timelines.They made it so easy for a stressed out bride to feel calm and organized!
If you want to look fab you need to hire them for your big day!! I can not thank them enough!

Alayne came to Albany for my October wedding to do my hair and makeup, as well as that of my MoH and mother. From the start, Alayne and her salon were super detailed in sending out a document that could be viewed in their online portal, by spelling out when and where the wedding prep was happening, timeline of events for the day, finding out what I was looking for by sharing my Pinterest board, etc. I had a collection of many random hair and makeup styles, and Alayne was able to help me find what I liked best during my wedding preview appointment and brought it to fruition. On the day of my wedding, I had some serious unexpected jitters and Alayne was so calming and made fun conversation to take my mind off of being so emotional! Even though I felt so stressed, it was really a lot of fun to have my hair and makeup done by Alayne, and the results were stunning! She worked with the lighting we had in our hotel room and checked her work as she was finishing up, in the natural light, and made touch ups where needed. My MoH and mother also looked gorgeous and loved their looks!

In a short phrase way I would say that the make me fab team and Alayne Curtiss are amazing! Elaine came out to the location, just outside of Saratoga, where I was having my wedding ceremony and reception to prepare myself, my mother, and maid of honor for the day. Alayne was so comforting and on point to exactly what I wanted to look like. She made adjustments and tweaks that would best fit my face and overall look. Right from the beginning after requesting information, to receive a professional online Portfolio where we could communicate back-and-forth, sign all the necessary documents, and set and verify a timeline, was great assurance. As a professional myself it was very important that I knew everybody was on the same page. Alayne is for sure someone that I would love to take home to help me every single day with hair and makeup and mood, she made me feel that special!

Amazing experience (even during COVID!)
The team at Make Me Fabulous was incredibly organized and responsive leading up to my wedding day. We didn't end up doing a hair trial due to COVID, so they took off the charge for that service (something that many other vendors wouldn't even consider). My stylist, Patty, was lovely! She nailed every hair style after seeing just a picture and a quick description of what each person wanted. Everyone loved their hair!

Highly Recommend Make Me Fabulous
From the hair and makeup trial to my wedding day, Make Me Fabulous makes you feel fabulous. Alayne worked with me during my trial to help me decide how I should wear my hair for the wedding-either half up/half down or all up. Either hairstyle looked gorgeous and many pictures were taken during my trial and brought to my wedding day. Furthermore, I am one that likes natural looking makeup and Alayne did not disappoint. My makeup looked very natural but elegant-the exact look I was going for! Make Me Fabulous was extremely responsive, flexible, easy to work with, and fun. On the day of my wedding, Patty did an amazing job with all my bridesmaids hair based upon a picture. Furthermore, Alayne did amazing with our makeup! Alayne and her team are magic!
One of the first things I did when I got engaged was search for hair and makeup artists in the Albany area. Thankfully, I found Make Me Fabulous, and specifically, Alayne, and never looked back. From the first time I met Alayne at the trial, I thought she was kind, generous with her time and gifts, and clear in vision. After falling in love with my first hair and makeup example at the trial, I knew that I picked the right salon. On October 20, Alayne and her team came to my friend's home, and from 9:00-2:30, helped make 9 of my bridesmaids, my mom, and myself, all look our very best. Alayne and her team arrived right on time and certainly boosted our confidence as we each had our hair and makeup done. Alayne and her team went above and beyond on my wedding day. I could not be happier with my decision to choose them. Alayne arrived at our house right on time and got to work quickly. Even when all the girls were finished she hung around for an hour until we left, just to do any last minute touchups. MMF IS AMAZING!!!!!! They were recommended to me by – of all people – my videographer and oh my goodness was it the best recommendation EVER! We had a big hiccup in the weeks leading up to the wedding that Alayne handled like a champ (literally felt like she moved mountains to not only give me a good resolution but give me peace of mind so it was one less thing to worry about before the big day!). Kristina, my MUA (who also did my eyelash extensions), has a talent beyond words! I felt like a supermodel at my wedding and the makeup stayed perfectly in place the entire night even though by the end of the night I was a hot mess (literally lol). I chopped off all my hair after the wedding – Alayne did it – and it looks awesome! I will be continuing to go to this salon for years to come. The ladies are WONDERFUL to work with and turn out such incredible results. You will not regret signing with them. If I could give them a hundred stars I would!

Including my own I have been in 4 weddings this year alone. Make Me Fabulous is by far the best hair and makeup vendor in the Capital District and beyond. I had nine girls and 5 other family members who required hair and makeup the day of the wedding. Not only were they incredibly timely (we were finished ahead of schedule) but every single lady loved her hair, which is no small feat. All of our hair was set (not just the brides) ensuring that our looks lasted all day. My hair was absolutely gorgeous. Exactly what I had showed them and what we had agreed upon during the trial. Not only that it lasted all the way until 3am when my husband and I finally called it a night. Furthermore, one of my girls at the last minute decided she wanted her makeup done and they easily accommodated her. I would highly, highly recommend them!

You can't underestimate the importance of looking beautiful on your wedding day and Alayne goes above and beyond to make sure that happens. Lauren, the bridal coordinator, is professional and helpful when it comes to scheduling appointments and planning your wedding day timeline. After my hair and makeup trial I knew I had made the right decision choosing Make Me Fabulous. I tried several different hair styles and Alayne took numerous photos so I could decide on which look I liked best. Our wedding day was humid and rainy but Alayne assured me I could still wear my hair down like I had planned. After first look and pictures she touched up my makeup and curled my hair again so I looked perfect for the ceremony. After the ceremony she brought me to a side room to put my hair up. She was able to recreate the hair style I liked best from my trial and it looked even better than the first time. I have thick long hair and she was able to do it under 20 minutes so I was able to enjoy some of cocktail hour. I am so glad I had Alayne stay the extra hours at our venue. She is so talented, friendly and has a calm demeanor. My hair and makeup looked flawless all night even with the humidity.

I loved the MakeMeFabulous team for my wedding! Angela did an amazing job styling my hair. I changed my mind about an updo to wearing it down last minute, and she pulled it off easily. Hair and makeup was something I really worried about in the wedding planning process. I decided to book Make Me Fabulous after reading many great reviews of their services. I was very happy with how beautiful my wedding party and myself looked on my wedding day. Angela did a fantastic job with each of the different hairstyles and Sue did great with all the makeup. Everybody's style was a little bit different but it all looked cohesive which was important to me. I would highly recommend MMF to anyone looking for professional hair and makeup services.

I was very pleased with my choice in selecting Make Me Fabulous for my wedding day makeup services. Lauren the coordinator was very helpful and responsive throughout the planning process. Susan was the makeup artist and she was great. She was very helpful during the trial in providing different options and choices. I provided some follow up comments and she was great in incorporating those on the day of the wedding. It was the perfect look I was going for, simple and elegant. The makeup lasted all day and night as well. My bridesmaids, mom and other family members were also quite satisfied with the final product. Lauren (Makeup Maven) & Angela (Hair Extraordinaire) from Make Me Fabulous not only Made Us Fabulous but MADE MY WEDDING MORNING FABULOUS. They were AMAZING to share my day with.
But my unbelievable experience with this salon began before the big day. Lauren, who also serves as Bridal Coordinator was pleasant, professional, and REALLY helpful since I was a first-time wedding planner and wasn't exactly sure what I needed (or wanted). Further, planning from a distance (I live downstate) proved a little challenging for my hair & makeup trial but Lauren made it her business to be accommodating and made sure I had an appointment with time to spare should we need a second - which I definitely didn't! When I walked in the day of my trial, the girls were awesome! They listened to exactly what I wanted and MADE ME FABULOUS! While there, I also had the pleasure of meeting other ladies in the salon. ALL AMAZING! While Lauren and Angela were working with me, I'm sure anyone would have done a similarly stellar job.
On the big day, Lauren & Angela arrived on time, were prepared, and were able to complete my bridal party's hair and makeup to their exact specifications (without prior trials, might I add!) from photos and verbal descriptions. They were super personable and fun to be around. It was really nice having some non-family / friend insight and senses of humor. We needed it! Looking back now, I truly can't imagine having gotten ready without them there. Their skills were unparalleled and they themselves were simply something special.
Ladies - they will make you and your bridal party fabulous but they will also make your entire experience fabulous. I highly recommend them.

I got married in southern Vermont and was having trouble finding a local hair and makeup artist. Another bride who got married at my venue had used MMF, and luckily they still had my date open. They were worth every penny. They have a dedicated bridal coordinator to work with you and help you plan your timeline for the day. I was so happy with my hair and makeup trial, and on my wedding day it was recreated perfectly. All of my bridesmaids looked drop-dead gorgeous and were happy with their styles. MMF are professional, talented artists and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had the pleasure of having Sue do my makeup and Angela do my hair, and both were incredible! I felt so natural and beautiful because of how these two lovely ladies took care of me! Not only did they do a wonderful job with me, but my whole bridal party (10 bridesmaids and my mom) all had a wonderful experience, too! The bride was soo happy with her hair and makeup she kept telling everyone at the wedding how much she loved the outcome. From the moment I sent my first email inquiring about Make Me Fabulous until my wedding day, the team at MMF was extremely friendly, professional and fun! When I went in for my bridal preview, I was welcomed to the store right away and made to feel very appreciated. I had 6 bridesmaids total and myself. Lauren was very prompt in answering all my emails and was such a sweetheart in person! Courtney did an excellent job with all my bridesmaids' hair and did my hair in a way I wasn't expecting and not only did it look wonderful, it actually withstood a flurry of women attempting to clip in my veil on my wedding day! Sue did a fabulous job on my make up and all of my bridesmaids were extremely happy because she listened to everything they wanted and was naming a lot of the products throughout the process in case someone was interested in purchasing the item after the wedding day. I love how MMF uses Bare Minerals products as that it what I use on my face already so I knew I wouldn't react to anything or breakout. I would absolutely use Make me Fabulous for hair and makeup again for upcoming weddings to attend or special events. This is a truly special team of ladies! Make Me Fabulous was awesome! I used Alayne, the owner, for my bridal hair and make up, and she really is the kind of person you want to spend your wedding morning with. You do not necessarily need to enjoy the personality of all of your vendors, but you'll be spending 2 or 3 hours with your hair and make up artist the morning of your wedding, so it's important that you're hiring someone who you gel with. Alayne made me laugh, told me I had great hair and really listened to me both at my trial and the morning of. She asked great questions to understand the whole vibe of the wedding, and was actually able to articulate "my vision" way better than I ever was able to.
The stylists that did my bridesmaids were equally amazing, and it is truly remarkable how great we all still looked at the after party on Caroline Street at 2:00am. No one looked overly done-up and I so appreciated that we all looked like ourselves (but way way better).
There was some slight confusion with the cost with my final contract, and they immediately fixed the issue. I felt heard and valued, and was so appreciative of their flexibility and willingness to help.
The morning of my wedding went so smoothly we ended up having some time to kill before we went to the reception. I have never seen this happen before, and I was SO glad that the trains truly ran on time that morning.
I highly recommend MMF and their whole staff. They're really the whole package.

I booked Make Me Fabulous from reviews alone because I live out of town. I was nervous for my trial, but after that I knew it was going to be perfect. They were a little more expensive than I was planning on, but you get what you pay for. The team came to my lodge and made the whole wedding party look beautiful. Everyone's hair and make up was stunning and it was worth every penny. I would recommend them to anyone in the area who is looking for their hair and make up for a special event.

Booked with Make Me Fabulous for my wedding for on site services. Prior to the wedding day, I had two hair and makeup trials (one a year prior to the wedding as I live out of state) and am very particular about how I wanted to look.
The girls arrived right on time (7:45am!) to begin the day of pampering for my bridal party, MoG, MoB, and myself. Both Angela and Autumn were extremely attentive to everyone's preferences on hair and makeup (my bridal party had girls that love makeup and girls that don't wear any makeup!). Everyone truly looked fabulous!
I even opted to have a second hairstyle for after the ceremony and Autumn stayed on site for the day and was able to touch up my makeup and hair before the ceremony after the first look. She was then able to change my hairstyle and touch up my makeup before the reception.

We loved the salon during the hair and makeup trial run. The wonderful people who work at MMF were such a joy to have around on the wedding day. On the day, I had extra semi-permanent eyelashes added, hair and makeup and everything was perfect. I loved working with the wonderful ladies at Make Me Fabulous. Bring an out of town bride was a bit stressful, but working with MMF was not. They answered all of my questions and helped to point out things that I never would have thought of. Getting ready at the salon the day of the wedding was great. We brought in breakfast from another local vendor and had a very relaxing morning. All of my girls and mothers received so many compliments on their hair and makeup, and so did I. Alayne and the crew at MMF were so amazing to work with. As an out of town bride, their responsiveness was much appreciated. Ali, their bridal coordinator, was so on top of everything. She answered all of my questions and adjusted the schedule several times, and put me at ease. We had a few last minute changes that they were able to work with. The girls even stayed after to do the hair of some non-bridal party members and apply lashes to several of the other guests.
Alayne did my hair and makeup and both were perfect. I got so many compliments on my hair - it was better than I could have ever imagined! All of the bridesmaids and my mom loved their hair (done by Courtney & Alayne) and makeup (done by Sue) as well. They made the whole morning so easy and relaxed for us. We did not feel rushed at all and they finished on time. We all felt gorgeous and ready for photos!
I also had a major hair emergency 2 days before the wedding - they were able to fit me in and correct it immediately. A big thank you to Autumn for helping me!
You will not regret booking MMF for your wedding - they are the best!

When I received my wedding photos, there were some great shots of my hair an makeup being finished by Sue and Amy Bath. My sister and I both remarked, "Make Me Fabulous, indeed!" The MMF team came to my house the morning of the wedding and knew exactly what to do. They set up quickly and got to work--setting hair in rollers, starting makeup, finishing hair, finishing makeup, as well as touching everyone up before leaving the house. My bridesmaids, mother, and I were all so incredibly pleased with our finished hair and makeup, and countless guests at the wedding said they'd never seen such a beautiful bridal party. And aside from my naturally beautiful friends, I know they also meant because of what Make Me Fabulous had done for us.
And now I am a Forever Bride at MMF, so I receive a discount on services and products, which is such a nice treat! I recommended MMF to a friend who was married a few months after me, and would continue to refer others, as well.

Alyane and her team are truly fabulous!!!! They were so fun and energetic the morning of my wedding. When we arrived at the salon mimosas were waiting for us! I even got to choose the Pandora station we listened to. The girls at MMF catered to us all day and really made us feel at home. All of my girls looked absolutely fabulous and were so happy with their services from MMF!
Roybnn, the bridal coordinator, was so helpful every step of the way! She must have answered a million emails from me. She was always so flexible about the schedule for the day and the services my girls wanted to receive.

I booked MMF for my recent wedding in Lake George. They were recommended to me from my wedding planner and not being from the area I did not have time to do my hair trial until 3 days before my wedding. To say the least I was stressing a little bit but from the moment I walked into their doors they treated me like the bride to be I was. My stylist was Amy P & she was AMAZING!!! Gwenn and her team at MMF are great! Gwenn came to my house to style our hair and makeup. My mom, who is super picky, even loved her finished hairstyle- Gwenn is a miracle worker! She was such a pleasure to work with!

Make Me Fabulous was wonderful from start to finish. Robynn, at the front desk, was very responsive, helpful and professional from the first time I contacted MMF, and made the process extremely easy. The morning of the wedding, the team came out to the venue early to meet us, and despite the early hour, kept the positivity up. Lauren did makeup for the entire bridal party, and every girl was thrilled with the way their makeup looked. Even girls who had not originally planned to get makeup done decided to that morning based on how great everyone's makeup was coming out. Amy did my hair, and it was perfect- I couldn't imagine a better updo. I was anxious that morning because I decided not to go with the style I had done at the preview, but Amy showed me a couple options, and ended up doing a spectacular job. I couldn't have been happier!

Getting ready at Make Me Fabulous for my Saratoga wedding was a wonderful experience.
From the beginning Robynn the bridal coordinator was very responsive and helpful. Together we planned that my bridal party and mother, mother in law, aunt and grandmother would get ready at their salon, totaling 14 women.
On the day of they were prepared with a schedule so that we were always running on time - this was so key in that it made my day FUN and RELAXING. I did not have to be stressed out at all as I was getting ready for my big day! Also, every single person had their hair and make up done and looked absolutely fabulous! I myself have never felt so beautiful in my entire life! Also with 14 women it can be hard to please everyone and I have to say that every single one of us were happy with all of the services that we had. Everyone left looking like the best version of themselves.
Gwen did my hair and Sue did my make up. They were both professional and fun and also listened to what my vision was and made it come to life. We also had Angela, Angela, Alayne and Cassandra - I would recommend any of them as all the make up looked gorgeous and natural and everyone's hair looked fabulous.
I would recommend Make Me Fabulous to anyone getting married the Saratoga/Albany area - I could not have asked for a better team to help me look my best on my big day!

Amy, Lauren, and their team are miracle workers! I woke up hungover from the rehearsal dinner, feeling like death and they made me look absolutely stunning. They have a great attitude and interact with all of the girls. I didn't give them any ideas to go off of and they created a masterpiece. My wedding party was so happy with their services. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to Make me Fabulous. Alayne is amazing, she is the constant professional with great energy (which is awesome to have around on your wedding day). Every bride deserves to feel as beautiful as I did on my wedding day and I'm so thankful to Alayne for helping me achieve that feeling. In addition, each of my bridesmaids came with different visions of what they wanted and she captured them all. Great experience highly recommend!!

When choosing a hair stylist for your Wedding in Albany, NY Alayne from MMF is the hands down the ONLY choice! She is so talented and really listens to what YOU want done for your day. My hair came out 100% better than any picture I showed her and never moved all night long. She and Angela arrived at our Bridal Suite early...set 4 girls and knocked out 8 of us with time to spare!!! On top of her ability to do hair, her personality is amazing and she makes you not only look, but feel like a rock star through the entire process. Mid-planning my now husband and I moved to Florida. She squeezed me in for a trial and her and Robynn keep in touch the entire time to make things go smoothly. Don't wait to book her, she is beyond popular and now I know why!

Angela and Erin were amazing to work with at Make Me Fabulous! I worked with MMF for my engagement pictures first; Angela made me look like a pinup girl and it was fabulous! On my wedding day, she created the exact hairstyle and look I wanted, and, when I felt something was a little out of place, she was quick to fix my hair, assuring me that she wanted me to look perfect so to speak up if there was something I didn't like! Erin, my make-up artist, made me look absolutely gorgeous. She created a look that was effortless - I looked like an enhanced version of myself rather than someone else. I absolutely loved it! Every stylist at MMF is professional, enthusiastic, and professional - I would never want to work with anyone other salon. EVER!

I cannot recommend Make Me Fabulous enough. From coordinating with the salon through their Bridal Coordinator, Robynn, to the actual hair and makeup services on my wedding day with Gwen, Rebecca and Sue, everything was flawless. I had my own insecurities about my hair/makeup and a group of picky bridesmaids out of NYC, so our expectations were pretty high. All of those expectations were blown out of the water - the team truly went above and beyond in all respects. Everyone was so calm, patient and understanding, and that truly set the tone of the rest of the day. A few bridesmaids had ideas of what they wanted their hair to look like and others did not, but all styles turned out beautifully. I knew that I had 100% made the right choice when Gwen started to tear up as she finished my hair, and I could see that she cared about what I looked like as much as I did. Sue did all of our makeup and seemed to know exactly what everyone wanted to look like before we did - all makeup was flawless and enhanced everyone's natural beauty, and it lasted well over 12 hours without moving or smudging. I cannot recommend the team enough to prospective brides and clients!

Not only will you look absolutely fabulous but you will feel fabulous. Alayne and her team are amazing, she kept me calm all morning and made me look truly stunning. I received so many compliments about my hair and make up... that I was glowing. Alayne truly took the time to drive 3 hours in the worst weather but stood by me for touch ups and breathing exercises! I couldn't have asked for anything else... She is a wonderful person, a fantastic make up and hair expert and I'm so glad to have shared this day with her.

For years I had heard about Make Me Fabulous through the countless wedding photography blogs I had viewed. When it came time to choose the beauty professionals for my own wedding, there was no other name on my mind when I thought who would be the best.
Expectations were not only met but widely surpassed.
My first experience with them was at a hair trail for my mother and I. Other than having a headpiece in hand and knowing I wanted my hair up, I had no clue what to do for my wedding day for hair and makeup. Amy and Lauren immediately set me at ease and worked with me to figure out a natural enhancing, slightly dramatic and beautifully romantic look for myself. I nearly cried when I saw the finished product in the mirror that day.
On the day of the wedding they showed up at our hotel suite in time and in high spirits. I was thrilled to spend the morning with Amy, Amy and Lauren. Having 11 of us on the schedule was a big undertaking, but they did it well keeping us on time and on track. They fit right in with my bridal party who loved them immediately and were ecstatic over the results of their own hair and makeup. My mother and mother-in-law looked so incredibly gorgeous and they worked magic with my mother’s short hair (which I thought other than a blowout there was nothing you could do to enhance chin length hair). My own look for the wedding was not only replicated from the trail but improved upon to total perfection. As my wedding ended I found myself checking my hair and makeup bewildered to find both beautifully intact after 7 + Hours. When I look at photos of myself from even late in that evening, I am still awed at how beautiful they made me feel. There is nothing in the world like that feeling and I’m so grateful to them for that.
Their work is exceptional but the total experience of Make Me Fabulous is beyond words. They were simply incredible as professionals and as people.

I chose MMF for my wedding hair and makeup after my friend raved about their services for her own wedding. They were responsive and helpful throughout my hair/makeup trial, setting up a schedule for the wedding day, and on the big day! On the day of the wedding Amy, Amy, and Lauren came to our location to do hair and makeup for 10 people (including myself). They were energetic, focused, and a lot of fun to spend the morning with! Most importantly, my makeup and hair were beautiful and stayed flawless throughout the entire day (including a VERY windy outdoor ceremony and photo sessions) and all of my bridesmaids and the mothers of the bride and groom were thrilled with their services. I highly recommend MMF!

I would absolutely recommend Make Me Fabulous! We had 10 women that needed both hair and makeup done and they not only made everyone look beautiful but made the first part of my wedding day so enjoyable. My friends have very high standards when it comes to how their hair and makeup look and Amy, Jenn, Erin, and Tina were patient and responsive to all of their requests. Robynn was especially helpful in creating a schedule before and eased any worries I had about the day of timing. My hair and makeup stayed throughout the entire day and everyone who used them looked amazing in pictures. I can't recommend them enough!
