Excellent Team for our Wedding (08.22.21)
John and his team were amazing! When I was looking for a photography and videography team, I prayed for someone who was Christian, had familiarity with military weddings, had excellent reviews, and was available for our wedding date. John was extremely responsive and our first FaceTime meeting with him was great! I could tell he was very organized, had attention to detail, and was open to hear our hearts about our big day. My husband and I had a big wedding party and many family and guests for our wedding ceremony and reception. John (and his team) kept the day flowing nicely and without their flexibility and sense of the schedule, I don't think all of our precious moments would have been captured. My husband and I are so thankful for the beautiful photos and the most incredible wedding video! We highly recommend Majesty Photography. :) -

Beautiful Photos
John made our wedding day absolutely perfect . He wrote the whole wedding day timeline and timed everything perfectly according to the weather. Our sneak peak was absolutely beautiful. I can’t wait to see the rest of the photos! -

We were so thrilled with John at Majesty photos. He is great to work with and is very professional. We dealt with a downpour and he worked with what we had and made it amazing and easy. Majesty Photo does amazing and quality work. My wedding and engagement photos were absolutely phenomenal! John is very pleasant to work with. He really got to know us and what we wanted with our wedding. He set up the entire timeline and kept everything flowing the day of the wedding. Our pictures with stunning and we had a blast shooting them. -

Majesty Photo made our day look magical! We felt quite at ease taking photos and were able to enjoy the day without worrying about a missed moment. A tip to future couples though: be sure to stick to your timeline as much as you can. Once you lose track of time you may have to sacrifice some photos to stay on schedule. -

We heard about John’s work from our friends who highly recommended him from their wedding day. From our first meeting, I could tell John would be perfect for us. He is extremely organized and has really great attention to detail. From getting ready in the morning to sunset pictures in Garden of the Gods, John has an amazing eye for capturing the best moments along the way. Every step of the day he was so supportive to me as a bride and made my husband and I at ease while snapping some of the best photos I have ever seen. We had so much fun and I couldn’t imagine a better photographer to work with! Thank you John, I can’t sing your praises enough.

He put us all at ease and captured relaxed, natural expressions from everyone. We would highly recommend him to others. -

They allowed us to take photos we wanted, as well as ones we didn't think of. It's nice because usually there are two photographers (husband and wife) and so everything is captured from getting ready to the end of the night. -

We were under somewhat of a time crunch and he made a schedule of 15 minute increments and then executed it perfectly. We had every photo that we wanted and more. All of our guests bragged about how quick he was. He is an awesome photographer!!!

User2569594 Sent on 04/05/2016Inititating a contract with John from Majesty Photo turned out to be the biggest regret of our wedding planning process, and I want to share our story so that other couples do not end up in the same dreadful situation. This company practices with no true understanding of customer service, professionalism, or ethics. We are planning a destination wedding so our initial communication was via phone and FaceTime. We trusted the process and proceeded with a contract. When we later met with him in person, we noticed his photo prints did not match the quality of the pictures on his website, he obsessed about wanting to capture clouds and nature in our photos instead of capturing our preferred moments, and boasted about how expensive his photo equipment was as a means to avoid explaining the discrepancies we noticed in his poor photo print quality. Unfortunately we walked away from the meeting feeling extremely uncomfortable and decided there was no way we could spend 7 hours of our most special day with him. When we informed him we wanted to cancel, he disregarded any financial burden his refusal to refund us would cause and stated, "I turned down two weddings right after you booked with me, one of them that would have been a fair bit bigger for more time." He railroaded us with his nonrefundable deposit contract and refusde to give us a refund, though he had 6 months notice of our desire to cancel his service. This our first time getting married and so we are learning the hard way how easily vendors will deceive for money; money for doing absolutely no work. My recommendation to anyone in Colorado or nation-wide: stay far far away from this unethical busines . There are so many better photographers who offer high-quality photos both on their website and in print, practice with a code of ethics, and prioritize their couples' needs.
