Fabiana was nothing short of extraordinary. From the very beginning, she truly listened to my vision and somehow transformed it into something even more beautiful than I ever imagined. Planning a wedding in Tuscany from the States could have felt overwhelming, but she made the entire process seamless, calm, and genuinely joyful.
A huge part of the best day of our lives was because of Fabiana and her incredible talent. Every single vendor she selected was amazing — from the venue to the florals to the smallest details — everything worked together perfectly. Our wedding day was truly the best day of our lives, and I think about it often, wishing I could relive it over and over again. She didn’t just plan a wedding — she planned our dream.
Fabiana also planned our welcome party, and it was the most perfect Italian dream. The theme was spot-on and flawlessly executed. Throughout the process, we grew such a lovely relationship, which made the entire experience even more special. We will be forever grateful for Fabiana and could not recommend her more highly. We love you, Fabiana!!! -

Choosing Fabiana and her team for our Tuscany wedding was the BEST decision we made as a couple. The wedding planning process can be so stressful and overwhelming, especially in another country. Fabiana made everything SO easy and understandable. She was organized, answered all of my questions quickly and lessened my very high anxiety during the planning process. She made us able to enjoy planning our wedding and be excited about our day. She had fantastic ideas and options that I would have never thought of (fans, welcome cocktails, ect.) that made all our guests enjoy themselves even more. She was flexible with guest and budget changes and was fantastic with communication. She speaks great English and we had the best time on our wedding day with her and her team. We are SO greatful to have had the privilege of being her clients and we will look back on our wedding photos forever. We are already planning to go back to Italy next year. Don’t bother planning an Italian wedding without Fabiana, your day won’t be the same without her! -

Fabiana did an absolutely incredible job planning our wedding in Tuscany. She guided us through every detail—from the table settings and flowers to the music, menu, and ceremony—with care and expertise. The venue she recommended exceeded all expectations and was even more magical in person than we ever imagined.
Fabiana is both incredibly friendly and highly professional, and she made the experience of planning a destination wedding feel seamless and far less daunting. On the wedding day, she and her team handled everything flawlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy the moment while ensuring the day ran smoothly for both us and our guests. We cannot recommend her highly enough for anyone planning a wedding in Italy. -

There aren't enough positive things I can say about what it is like to work with Fabiana. She is truly a gift from above. Being from the states and planning a wedding overseas can be overwhelming, and we decided to plan and execute ours in 5 months. Fabiana met with us and immediately comforted us. She explained that she would handle everything and that it was our job to enjoy the process and have fun. She understood our vision and executed it as a master class level. She is a true visionary, a creative, and a fantastic businesswoman.
Our wedding was a dream and she made sure that we had as few hiccups as possible. She is organized, has fantastic and professional industry connections and business partners. She will make your dream wedding come to life within your budget parameters.
Our guests were continually awed throughout the 3 days of our wedding, and the day-of our actual wedding, she had the guests in tears the entire day with her decorative eye, musical recommendations, and floral designs. She made our ceremony a weekend we and our families will never forget. We will forever hold a special place in our hearts for her and her team! -

Don't hesitate! Book Fabiana as your wedding planner! She is the absolute best and made all my dreams come true!
I can't say enough good things about working with Fabiana. I met with over 10 wedding planners via Zoom and picked Fabiana. Right away when I met her I knew she would be able to make my wedding dreams come true. From the very beginning until the very end, she was there every step of the way. I had to put my trust in her as I wasn't able to visit Tuscany before the wedding. From the venue, to the caterer, photographer, florist, even napkins and silverware, she coordinated everything. We had a three day event and she planned and coordinated all of them. I gave her some of my ideas and she created something even better than I ever could've imagined. She responded to my questions in a timely manner and made me feel like a friend when I finally got to meet her! She made my welcome party, wedding, and farewell bbq all amazing events. I wish I could relive those three days over and over again. If you are looking for a reliable wedding planner, do not hesitate to use Fabiana. My daughter got married in Tuscany in 2015. She lived in London, I was in Colombia, and she wanted to get married in a villa which had never hosted a wedding before, because it was owned by a dear aunt. We met with Fabiana to see the venue 6 months before the wedding, she suggested the different places to host the ceremony, where the lighting would be better, and which places we needed to work on. Her team was excellent, the catering, the flowers, the photographer, and she was always available to talk to us by phone or by message. She gave us several ideas to choose from for the color scheme and decoration, and was even up to a last minute change of location for the ceremony with no problem. Destination wedding dream in Tuscany
Fabiana understood the vision and the final result was better than we ever could have imagined! From frequent emails to online conversations we felt reassured throughout the planning process from across the other side of the world. Our budget was something very important to us and Fabiana was able to maintain this whilst pulling off a truely magical, epic, mind blowing wedding.
