Planning a destination wedding from out of state can be overwhelming, but Luisa made the entire experience completely stress-free and truly enjoyable. We were coming from Louisiana to the Florida Keys, and from the very beginning, she stayed in constant communication with us for months leading up to the big day. Luisa was incredibly organized, always quick to respond, and made us feel completely supported through every step of the process.
The rehearsal and wedding day itself went off without a hitch — everything ran so smoothly, and we were able to just enjoy the moment without any stress or worry. Luisa handled everything beautifully behind the scenes, allowing us and our guests to socialize and soak in every part of the day.
We truly cannot recommend her enough. If you’re planning a wedding in the Keys, Luisa is the planner you want by your side! -

Luisa could not have done a better job making our wedding absolutely perfect! Planning a destination wedding is almost impossible without a solid wedding planner. I can't say enough wonderful things about Luisa! I was a procrastinator bride and despite my late start, Luisa took me on as a client and made everything come together beautifully. From the moment we started working together, she was organized, supportive, and made me feel so at ease. She is incredibly kind as well!
On our wedding day, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Everything was executed flawlessly, thanks to her hard work and attention to detail. The day was absolutely perfect, and I truly believe it wouldn’t have been possible without her. I’m forever grateful for Luisa and everything she did to make our wedding day magical.
10/10 recommend Luisa of Magnolia Weddings and Events! -

Luisa saved the day!
I cannot recommend Magnolia Weddings enough. After some initial hiccups with other wedding planners, I needed someone who was responsive, took initiative, and trustworthy to make sure everything came together at the end. Luisa stepped in and took over completely eliminating my stress and handling things I didn't even know needed to be taken care of. She was easy to reach and always willing to discuss any questions or concerns. On my wedding day, she took charge and handled everything professionally and with grace. I was able to have a stress free day (I was never aware of any issues if any even come about because she handled it). She and her team were able to execute my dream wedding vision which surpassed my expectations. I only wish I could have found Magnolia Weddings sooner! -

Picture perfect weekend!
Luisa was truly professional in helping to plan, coordinate and execute my daughter’s wedding weekend in the Keys. From the moment we had our date she set up monthly calls with us, never rushing us and exhibiting the patience of a saint. She was always available to answer any question or to simply put our minds at ease. She attended our tasting and took meticulous notes so she would know exactly what would be served and what we had requested. Our Friday night party went off without a hitch and Luisa went out of her way to deliver and set up all of our decor, welcome bags, etc. On Saturday she showed up ready to get the big day going. There were a lot of moving parts to the day but she managed to keep us all organized, calm, cool and collected. She handled all of the vendors expertly and we were able to thoroughly enjoy every minute. I highly recommend Luisa for your special day! -

From the beginning of our conversations, Luisa made me feel so reassured and relieved about our decision to have a destination wedding. I wanted to have a big part in the planning, so I chose to hire her to be our Day of Wedding Coordinator. She was amazing and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.
I had an idea and a vision and Luisa really made it all come together. If you’re questioning making your destination wedding dreams come true, hire Magnolia Weddings and Events, and I promise you will be so happy.
She was great at answering all of my questions and very organized and timely with our meetings. She even met us at our catering tasting which was so helpful and also eased my mind. Her attention to detail and small touches are wonderful.
She is one of the sweetest people you will meet!

We used Luisa for the partial wedding planning package for our destination wedding at bakers cay key largo! Do not hesitate to book her!!!!
Luisa was the easiest and kindest vendor to work with. She truly helped us navigate the entire wedding planning process, was responsive, had great attention to detail, extremely flexible and adaptive to changes with all my indecisiveness!
The day of the wedding she was so calm, checked in on us throughout the day, put out any and all fires, and made all my wedding visions come true (even without verbalizing)!!!

Although our wedding in the Keys did not get to happen due to the pandemic, we really enjoyed working with Luisa as our day-of coordinator! She knew our venue very well and was a preferred vendor, so working with her made things very easy. My mom and I got to meet with her a few months prior to the wedding and I was amazed at how organized she was and it made me feel very relieved to know she had everything under control. I would highly recommend her and am sad we did not get to see her hard work come to fruition for our wedding but I had no doubt she would do great!Magnolia Weddings and Events FL's reply:

The friend that takes care of everything. I live in Illinois, planned/had a wedding in Key Largo. I had a three day event, and this team handled it all. I have a dad with mobility issues, and a strong opinionated family, and they handled it all. I had no worries, and I was able to enjoy the weekend. I never thought I needed a planner, but I would not have had the magical experience without them. Luis handled many crazy questions that came her way. Where can I find a sitter, where can kids trick or treat, who can take me to the airport. I never worried, because she was there. She is best.

Luisa went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding day went as smoothly as possibly.
