Magnolia was the our favorite vendor!!!
We hired Magnolia and we were specifically with Lindsey and Giosi to plan our elopement. She was over communicative throughout the whole process and helped us with every little detail. I think back in I literally didn’t have to lift a finger. I explained my vision to her and Giosi and they made it come to life on our wedding day. When searching for a venue, we wanted something super unique and different that didn’t follow the traditional wedding style and Lindsey found the coolest venue for us to use. This place wasn’t even in service and we got it for a steal and it was a perfect backdrop for our small elopement. We can’t recommend hiring Magnolia enough. We use them for planning, Florals, and Photography and it made the process so easy and fun. Giosi and Lindsey we can’t thank you enough and we will forever be singing your praises. ❤️❤️ -

A new experience in wedding planning
I have watched all three of my sisters get married and planned weddings and have an absolute miserable time so when my husband and I got engaged, I was absolutely overwhelmed. I had a full-time demanding job and we didn’t want a traditional wedding. After talking with other Wedding Planner, I felt discouraged that our budget wasn’t enough or our style wasn’t going to fit the mold of what other vendors wanted. After talking with Lindsey I felt immediately at ease and started to feel excited about planning. Lindsey reassured us throughout the whole process that this was about us and who we are not another Pinterest perfect wedding and I’ll never forget those words because it truly allowed us to make our wedding our own. All of our guest continued to say how unique and fun the experience was, and how much it reminded them of who we are I can’t thank Lindsey enough for making this process so fun and exciting and letting us know it’s OK to be ourselves. This review may sound cheesy and definitely isn’t something I do often, but I want other brides to know that it’s OK to do your own thing and make your own choices when it comes to your wedding Lindsey, Jon and I cannot thank you enough. -

A day we will never forget thanks to Magnolia
We had an overall wonderful experience working with Lindsey Morris and Magnolia Wedding Company! We purchased the month-of coordination package, and Lindsey was proactive and communicative from day one. She stayed on top of all the details, seamlessly coordinating between our vendors and ensuring everything flowed smoothly on the big day.
One of the highlights was the beautiful dried flowers she provided, which added a unique touch to our wedding. Lindsey also preserved my bouquet and transformed it into lovely necklaces for our family, creating heirlooms that we’ll cherish for years to come.
Lindsey’s attention to detail and dedication made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. We’re so glad we chose her for the month-of coordination and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and creative coordinator! -

Lindsey and Giosi are literally lifesavers!!!
We hired Magnolia Wedding Company for their month-of planning services, event rentals, and florals, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Giosi and Marie did a phenomenal job coordinating the wedding, and Giosi’s floral work was beyond stunning. Everything turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined.
Lindsey was with me every step of the way, easing my nerves and helping me navigate any last-minute challenges with calm and confidence. On the day of the wedding, their team was incredible—quick, efficient, and perfectly in tune with our vision. I truly felt like I was in the best hands. Because of them, I was able to just relax, enjoy getting ready, and soak in every moment knowing they had everything under control. One of the biggest points I wanna make is Lindsey advocated for us when no one else would she saved us so much time and money I will never be able to thank her enough. Best service experience we’ve ever had!
Lindsey and her team were absolutely wonderful! We did the full planning service, and I can honestly say I had zero stress leading up to the wedding. I was able to focus on my friends and family, and I didn’t have a care in the world. Lindsey handled it all! I wouldn’t have had it any other way. Multiple people have since reached out to let us know it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and it was all thanks to Lindsey. I’m so grateful we found Magnolia Wedding Company!! We used Lindsey for full service planning, Photography, and Florals. This made the process so much less of a headache and we literally saved thousands of dollars going this route. Highly recommend exploring their extra services.-

The most seamless experience
Our wedding day was exactly what we pictured and dreamed of thanks to Magnolia and Lindsey! It was so nice to have the help of Lindsey to keep things moving and organized as we were planning the wedding during our busy lives! She made everything so seamless! Jamelia who was also there helping day of was so so amazing and attentive to us and our families! 100% recommend utilizing a planner if you want to just truly sit back and enjoy every moment of your special day! I hired Lindsey for all aspects of my Wedding Planning. She has her own internal photography company, decorating, and contacts to several incredible vendors. I was trying to plan my wedding from out of state and she removed the pressure and frustration out of having to research multiple companies. She ran her tail off on the day of the wedding. Outside of me, finding the venue, she in introduced me to all vendors from catering, floral, DJ, guitarist, videography, Hair and Makeup, bartenders, liquor order, etc.. She is definitely worth the money to help you navigate the process and enjoy your day with her managing everything. Thank you!!!!!! -

Phenomenal Planner
I’ll be the first admit that I let my wife handle the hiring process for most of our vendors as I just wanted her to be happy and have the day she deserved. I don’t think I’ve ever written a review but I created account just to write this one. From the moment we hired Lindsay to handle the planning and coordination I could tell a difference in my wife’s mood instantly. She was excited about wedding planning and no longer stressed and crying over the little details. Lindsay went as far as helping us at tricky situations that I thought we’re going to be impossible, especially on the day of She had wonderful recommendations and not recommend her vendor list more. It truly felt like she cared about both of our decisions and wanted us to both be truly involved in the process even though she handled all the little details we never felt left out. We also did Photography and Floral as well as take advantage of their in house rentals which made the entire process, we also saved quite literally thousands of dollars we cannot recommend this company more!!! -

Our best wedding vendor hire ever
From the moment, I had my first consultation with Lindsey I felt like I could breathe again! She was reassuring, always, listen to my meltdowns when I had them, thought of absolutely everything! The biggest thing was when the big day rolled around there were zero stress if one thing went wrong I had no idea about it. My family and my friends were able to relax and enjoy our special day without having to live a single finger. Lindsay is incredible but her team is also absolutely amazing. I don’t think I saw them down on the entire day and we couldn’t be more grateful for her and her team making our special day so absolutely flawless! -

Took our breath away!
Lindsey made our dreams come true! She truly made all of my Pinterest board come to life. In addition, when my bustle on my dress kept falling, Lindsey created a whole new bustle on my dress with safety pins that kept my train up and looking beautiful the rest of the night so I could dance and enjoy the night with my guests. She is very thoughtful and will do her best to meet every request. Couldn’t recommend a better planner if we tried! -

We hired Lindsey for full service planning and she was heaven sent. She helped us stay on budget while still helping to create our dream day. Made my daughter so happy

Made my wife stress free
Before we hired Lindsey and her team my wife was in tears of planning our destination wedding in Nashville. Finding a venue was impossible with all the hidden fees, shady rules, and pushy sales people. I finally convinced her to hire a planner and after talking to a few we went with Magnolia Wedding Company. We had a venue in a week. My wife was no longer stressed and she was actually enjoying the planning (which meant I didnt have to do any work either). Lindsey and her team worked their butts off on the day of the event and made sure everything went well and handled all issues we had. -

All i dreamed of and MORE
We hired Magnolia Wedding Company almost 2 years ago and I had no ideas what I wanted but new what I didnt want. Lindsey made the process so fun and so simple. She really took her time on each piece of the planning and made sure we understood everything before making a next step. She blew us away with her design skills. I had never been one of those girls who dreamed of their wedding ever since I was a kid and needed help executing a design that still felt like us on our day. Lindsey did just that. Their rentals are unlike any others and beat the price by LITERALLY thousands. Best decision we could have made
We hired Lindsey last minute as our other wedding planner dropped the ball and left us stranded. We were in a panic and from the first call we had with Lindsey our minds were put at ease. She came in and went well above a what we hired her for. She helped us find and handle major last minute issues our previous planner did not relay to us. She managed the day of so well it was almost as if I didn't have to think on the day of. I cannot reccomment her and her team more!!!!! Lindsey, you truly saved our day!!
We also used their in house photographer and WOW. We paid a fraction of the price and just from the 25 sneak peeks I am beyond blow away. Will edit and share more soon!!!! -

The most stress free experience ever
We always knew planning a wedding would be a huge task but never imagined it would require a lot of things at once, hiring Magnolia Wedding Company is definitely one the best decisions we've made and we were blessed to have Lindsey as our wedding planner as she was a genuine Rockstar who made this whole process a lot smoother.
From the beginning of our interaction, Magnolia Wedding Company and their team was very professional about the breakdown of the services, set expectations, listened to our needs, and was very accommodating and flexible through the whole process.
For a couple who works full-time plus juggling through med school, Lindsey was a life saver for us in all aspects. I cannot speak enough about Lindsey, she was also the main reason on why we moved forward with Magnolia Wedding Company. She's very professional, organized at every task, very honest and her experience was super helpful during the whole process of selecting components.
A whole year of planning and our wedding was the most magical and beautiful day that I can remember. From selecting the right vendors for each item, creating the design board with our theme, and coordinating the whole event, everything was beyond our expectations. The fact that Lindsey was able to go above and beyond to make our venue look so royal and beautiful was the best thing ever. All of our guests were really impressed and surprised with the decor and layout, we still hear amazing things about our wedding till this day. Lindsey always made sure we were on top of our lists, whether it's vendor payments, sync ups, options to choose from, she was always there to keep things in good order. Having weekly check-ins or always available via text/call, she's definitely a great 'Chaos Coordinator'

The sweetest team out there!!
We love the Magnolia Wedding Company team! Lindsey did full time planning for my sister’s wedding in 2019, so off the bat we had confidence that the team would do a great job with month of coordination for our wedding. Our planner Lindsey stepped in about 4-6 weeks before our big day and she went above and beyond for us! Not only is she the sweetest person, but was extremely organized, responsive, and provided us a full guide to feel 100% prepared for the weekend - including to-do lists for us and her leading up to the wedding, packing list, detailed hourly schedule, and more. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, we had weekly video calls, which were great to get to know her better and ensure we felt great about each detail despite planning our Nashville wedding from Chicago. The week of the wedding, Lindsey met us for the walkthrough and led our rehearsal with ease. On the wedding day, Lindsey and her assistants were calm, cool and collected and the day felt seamless! My husband and I didn’t have to break a sweat for the execution of the day, as our vendor team was in great hands, and Lindsey made sure we stayed on time even during our reception. She made our families feel very comfortable with the plan for the day as well - she was an integral part of the day and truly the best. Would recommend Lindsey and the Magnolia team for any event! -

Pandemic Wedding
Choosing Lindsey as our wedding planner was the best decision. Lindsey created two beautiful events for us, an intimate backyard wedding and an elegant ballroom celebration on our one-year anniversary. She was a joy to work with and her calm, meticulous professionalism allowed us to have two dream weddings in the midst of ever-evolving pandemic guidelines. She has cultivated incredible relationships with wonderful vendors throughout the city who helped to make these celebrations more special than we could have imagined. My Guest Experience!!
I attended a wedding in December that was planned by Nashville event planner Lindsey Morris. The location of the wedding was at the bride’s Victorian home in Franklin, TN. There was an acoustic guitar player playing for the guests, as they made their way to the front entrance of the beautifully decorated home. Unfortunately we had a huge rainstorm that day but that did not stop the Lindsey from making sure the party went smoothly, and all of us were well taken care of. The food was delicious and the live music was wonderful, she even created a club atmosphere for the younger guests attending. It was a perfectly planned wedding and I had a great time. -

Destination San Lucas Wedding
My husband and I hired Lindsey to plan our 3 day wedding celebration in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Due to the fact we are from Vancouver, Canada and Lindsey is based in Nashville a lot of the planning was done over the phone, by email and a few meetings in Cabo. Despite this, Lindsey was always available to speak and responded to all emails promptly which made working with her an easy process. My husband and I had a specific vision of what we wanted for our wedding and Lindsey made all our wishes come to life. Our wedding, welcome party, and rehearsal dinner were beautiful, elegant, modern and exactly what we hoped for. She was able to take our vision and work with the amazing staff at Capella to create a truly magical experience that we, along with our guests, will never forget. Weddings & Rain
I wanted a wedding planner who was very efficient and down to earth, but also creative. Somebody who would listen to what I wanted and not only make it happen, but make it better. I researched a lot of wedding planners and was impressed by the range of weddings that Lindsey had planned. Her experience in many locations assured me that although I was getting married locally in Lexington, Lindsey was more than able to rise to any challenges that might occur - and a HUGE storm certainly didn't make her skip a beat! When I first met with with Lindsey I immediately felt comfortable and knew I could trust her to make sure that everything went smoothly and I did not have to worry about any details or coordinating - I could simply enjoy my wedding. Of course Lindsey had excellent contacts and was very efficient and super-organized, but she also made the whole process very enjoyable. It was a lot of fun to work with her. -

Highly recommend working with Lindsey and her team! My husband and I got married in August 2021 at the Cherokee Dock Estate. We worked with Lindsey from day one and she made the entire planning process easy and fun. I had a hard time really decided what I wanted and Lindsey was able to read my mind and create the most perfect wedding for us. During our first meeting, I told Lindsey that we really wanted to be able to enjoy our wedding weekend and not have to stress about any last minute details. Lindsey gave us just that. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was executed perfectly so we could enjoy the weekend with our friends and family. Thanks again for everything! -

Working with Lindsey was a dream...
My husband and I were lucky enough to have Magnolia Wedding Company as our month-of coordinators for our wedding, and they simply blew us away! If anything went wrong on our wedding day, that is news to me. Everything we had planned for months was perfectly executed and seemed to go off without a hitch. Lindsey and her team had incredible insights on decor, logistics, and the timeline of our wedding day that I never would have considered on my own. They have such talent and are wonderful to work with. We can't imagine what our wedding day would have looked like without Magnolia Wedding Company, and we couldn't recommend them more -

Best Wedding experience ever!!!
We had the absolute best experience with Magnolia Wedding Company. Lindsey and her team made our day incredibly beautiful and completely stress free. Lindsey was always easy to get in contact and she did an amazing job of really understanding and paying attention to the things that were important to me. I would highly recommend Magnolia Wedding Company to anyone starting to plan a wedding or event. They are friendly, hard working and so fun to work with. FYI we lived in Maryland and were trying to plan our wedding in Seattle and Lindsey absolutely made the process so secure and simple. -

Magnolia Wedding Company Saved My Day!!!
We worked with Lindsey at Magnolia Wedding Company for our wedding. Lindsey was such a joy to work with, she had great recommendations on vendors, knew her way around contracts, and could really help us get things done in the right order. We really didn't know what needed to happen going in (who does really), and she made us feel comfortable with all of the different aspects, while still helping us understand what we needed to be concerned with, and what we could take some leeway on. As a couple, we are definitely easy going, but also want to make sure that we get what we want for something this momentous. Lindsey gave us as much info as she could, while making sure that the decisions were all ours, and the wedding came out feeling just like us. The feedback from our friends and family was that the wedding felt like it was 100% us, but handled so well that we had to have had professional help. Our wedding was really planned to be a party with a short ceremony, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. We were so prepared going in, that there were absolutely no concerns on the day of. We were able to completely enjoy our day, and she and the team handled everything. They kept us on schedule, made sure we ate, helped out all of the guests, and directed vendors flawlessly. Even handled some last minute issues with photographers and limo drivers while coordinating from a place with no cell phone or wifi service, that's impressive. Thank you Lindsey! -

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Magnolia Wedding Company. If I could give them 100 stars I would! Lindsey so amazing, even with rescheduling multiple times due to family issues. They kept everything organized, made the whole process so much easier, and were more affordable than other planners I looked into. And my wedding turned out AMAZINGLY! I can not think of anything to complain about or that went wrong. It was literally a perfect day and low stress, I had the time of my life! We also had them handle our rehearsal dinner completely last minute and it was fantastic! I would recommend Magnolia Wedding Company to anyone and everyone. -

Best investment ever
Lindsey was great to work with! She was prompt at responding to emails and answering questions. We hired her as a day of coordinator and are so thankful we did. I'm amazed that she was able to pull together my vision with little to no direction. She even MC'd for us and ran our music. Would not have been able to enjoy my wedding day without her! Even if you are a DIY bride, invest in Lindsey so you can sit back and enjoy the day when it comes! -

There wouldn't have been a wedding without her
After I read that a couple spends about 20 hours every week planning their wedding, I knew we needed a planner. Since we already had our venue booked, I reached out and asked if there was anyone in particular that they enjoyed working with. They recommended Lindsey and it was apparent from the very first conversation with her why. She's so friendly, caring, and understanding. She brings a necessary calmness from the planning process to the day of. I can say with absolute certainty that we would've eloped had it not been for her. Highly recommend. -

April 2025 Wedding
We were hesitant to share our experience working with Lindsey, because we genuinely enjoyed her as a person. She is incredibly sweet and went to bat for us multiple times, which we truly appreciated.
Early on, Lindsey was very helpful, especially when our first wedding planner unexpectedly ghosted us. She stepped in, took over the planning, and helped us recover our deposit from the initial planner. That was a huge relief during a stressful time.
Lindsey recommended that we pay for her month of planning package, since we already had our vendors and venue contracts signed and in place. She explained that her role would mainly be to handle the decor, event design and vendor coordination for day of weeding. She let us know that since we had everything organized from our previous wedding planner, she could start planning and designing right away.
Throughout the planning process, Lindsey maintained consistent communication, which helped ease some of our stress and gave us confidence that things were moving in the right direction.
However, on the wedding day, several issues arose. Unfortunately, Lindsey’s performance did not meet our expectations. We felt she lacked control over the vendors, and some vendors expressed frustration about her missing or rushing through important details. There were also concerns about her being somewhat disengaged and not as helpful as we had hoped. One of our venues even apologized to us for the overwhelming days before the wedding, citing her not responding promptly or not getting the correct items to the venue on time. Her lack of organization and communication with vendors and venues led to awkward moments, such as our wedding party walking out to the wrong song and walking during the officiant’s speech. She also did not coordinate well with our videographer and photographer to keep everything on schedule, including our first look. When we asked her about preparing for the first look, she responded, “I’m letting your photographer arrange and organize that,” which surprised us because she had created the timeline initially. Additionally, some key items were not delivered to the ceremony and reception venues on time, affecting the setup.
We also noticed that the tables looked emptier than we had envisioned and paid for. For example, we wanted fuller tables with candles, but the candles provided did not meet the quantity we paid for — we even counted every candle. Our photographer did a great job capturing that part of the decor. We initially discussed using sand wax candles, but upon arrival, we found battery-operated candles instead. We also requested to be seated in front of our floral wall but were seated on the opposite side. We asked for table draping at the ends of the tables, but many small details that would have helped bring our vision to life were missed or attributed to weather or logistics. We wish we had done a room walkthrough a month prior, but Lindsey was very busy, and had unforeseen events happen that prevented us from scheduling one.
Regarding costs, we were charged for several items that we never received. When we inquired, Lindsey offered excuses, blaming others or the weather — despite the weather being clear two hours before the ceremony and throughout the day. We paid $300 for wedding programs that were never handed out or used. These programs held sentimental value, featuring memories of my grandmother and my husband's aunt. Lindsey mentioned she sat them out, but due to rain she didn’t place them in the chairs. However, after speaking with someone from her team, and considering that no one saw the programs during the wedding, we believe they could have easily been distributed by the venue staff or hosts, as they were directing guests to their seats. This was one of the most disappointing and disrespectful aspects of our experience, and we still have not received the programs in the mail. Additionally, our welcome sign, seating chart, and four ceramic vases were missing — all important focal points.
Lindsey was kind enough to reimburse us for some of the missing items, which we appreciated. She also offered to mail the programs to us ( still waiting for a tracking number or for shipping confirmation ).
Overall, I believe Lindsey has talent when it comes to decorating, but I don’t think she’s as strong in planning. She seemed overwhelmed at times and may lack the capacity or additional support needed to manage all aspects of wedding planning effectively.
One positive aspect is that Lindsey was always willing to help whenever we needed assistance, and she was present when called upon. However, we felt she overpromised and underdelivered on the wedding day. We enjoyed working with her and appreciated her collaboration, but I wish the day had gone more smoothly and that all the details we paid for had been excuted.
While we are grateful for her reimbursement, this day is once-in-a-lifetime, and it was disappointing that everything didn’t come together as we had envisioned. I hope our feedback can help improve future experiences for others.
I’ve included some photos below; out of respect, I’ve kept certain correspondence private. When booking your wedding planner, I recommend reaching out to other clients for their feedback, and be sure to consider whether the planner has more than five weddings scheduled in one week. Managing that many weddings in such a short time makes it almost impossible to pay attention to every detail.

Please read before booking!!!
My husband and I got married in April, and it’s taken me a while to write this review because I didn’t want to relive the frustration of our experience. However, it’s important for others to know what they’re getting into when booking Lindsey as a planner. We purchased her full-service wedding planning package.
Lindsey was highly communicative before we booked. She assured us she’d make wedding planning stress-free and guide us through every step, especially since I expressed how nervous I was. We booked her over a year in advance, hoping to handle everything early and enjoy the wedding week. Initially, she seemed perfect for the job, but our experience didn’t live up to her promises.
Pros:
* The decor was stunning and met our expectations. We booked rentals through her company, and they were beautiful.
* She advocated for us when our caterer was difficult, which we appreciated.
Cons:
Unfortunately, several major issues negatively impacted our wedding day:
* While she was responsive early on, her communication dwindled over time. She often took days or weeks to reply, adding unnecessary stress and uncertainty.
* When I raised concerns about long gaps between meetings, she dismissed them, insisting we “had so much time.” Despite my requests to avoid last-minute planning, that’s exactly what happened due to her lack of follow-through.
* Despite setting a clear $25k budget, she input $40k into her planning portal and continually referred us to vendors outside our price range. We had to find vendors ourselves and increase our budget, which we explicitly said we couldn’t do.
* She didn’t take notes during meetings, leading to missed details, like our request for floating floral arches. This caused confusion on the day about “extra florals.”
* Vendors weren’t contacted until we followed up multiple times, despite this being an important part of our wedding.
* On our wedding day, she was barely present. Tasks were left undone, and our photographer ended up coordinating much of the event. I don’t know where she was for most of the day.
* She failed to ensure we had food after our first dance, and my family had to track her down. We were served last, and leftover food wasn’t packed as we requested.
* She miscommunicated the return policy for alcohol and didn’t adjust the quote after RSVPs, leaving us with a surplus we couldn’t return. Worse, her staff didn’t help move it, and my brother injured his back doing so.
* She didn’t inspect the cake upon delivery, and it didn’t match the reference photos. It turned out she hadn’t communicated with the baker, leaving my bridesmaids and me fixing it ourselves until midnight the night before my wedding.
*Despite me bringing up bouquet preservation options 1-2 weeks prior, she pushed off discussing it until the NIGHT of our wedding. Right before our send-off—after I had been drinking all night—she pressured me into making a decision. It was the absolute worst time to deal with it.
* Items offered as “free” were things we had already paid for (i.e: small candle holders, disco balls, misc. decor). The wedding sign mirror she gave us was poorly made and crooked.
* Basic details, like ensuring water for the bridal party, were overlooked, leaving everyone thirsty during the day.
While the decor was beautiful and there were some positives, the number of issues—especially around communication and coordination—made our experience more stressful than it should have been. The week before my wedding was one of the most stressful times of my life, and I regret not choosing another planner. Lindsey seems more focused on how the decor looks in photos than ensuring the day runs smoothly. I wouldn’t recommend her services based on our experience. -

Absolutely Horrible Ruined My Wedding!!
I would not recommend this company because she will tell you she fulfills her contract when she doesn't. The majority of the "30 day month/end of month" I had to handle everything which is what she was hired for. As well as the day of coordinator. She didn't help besides call Justin which was a manager because their was an issue with the venue. She didn't have a back up plan either, even though she told me verbally they would have fans. I ended up having to run the floor with my family, and I. She didn't help my mother at all or her assistant to set up any decorations or tables. Even thought verbally she said she would. We ended up getting stolen a lot of the liquor. I hired her as a wedding planner and at the end of the day I had to do everything. If you hire a company it is supposed to be for monitoring and watching everything and she couldn't even do that. I ended up being the wedding planner myself because her and her assistant didn't do anything besides hang around, and sit. The whole experience was unprofessional, not reliable, and to be quite frankly just pure chaos. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I hired them as a wedding planner to relief stress, and got just stress only. I ended up paying for services, that were not even rendered. Do yourself a favor and run. Unfortunately we are not your bartender, decorator, security or venue and we are ther etp coordinate the event. We did everything we could on the day. Unfortunately the venues ac went out ans there is nothing I can do as a planner. We don't have fans that we bring with us. We cannot control when a venue falls short. I have hours of time and email showing all the work put in prior to your event. We showed up early and helped your mom with ALL decor as well as set up all tables and chairs.
