    BEST wedding planner EVER!!!

    Amanda and her team were AMAZING!! We were recommended Amanda from another couple and choosing to work with her was the best decision we made in the entire wedding planning process! She was so easy to communicate with and was available and approachable for every question both big and small! She never dismissed me for my questions and concerns and put all my stress at ease. On wedding day she was the calm to the chaos and I knew I didn't have to worry about a thing! Even when we forgot our wedding rings she calmly and quickly solved the problem and ran to get them. The entire wedding day I never had to worry because I knew Amanda had it all handled and was keeping the day on track. Her positive demeanor and attention to detail made everything run smoothly and I seriously couldn't imagine our day without her!! I could not recommend her more!!

    Absolutely recommend! The best day of coordinating (and so much more!!) - a MUST for your wedding!

    truly cannot thank Amanda enough for everything she did to make my daughter's wedding day absolutely amazing in every way.
    From the moment we hired her, Amanda was so informative and helpful, answering our numerous questions and helping us with vendor recommendations. Although we hired her for DOC, website and tear down help, we used her advice on transportation, cake, strings players and hair stylists! She has amazing industry connections, a wealth of experience, and her help was just invaluable. Having two locations (ceremony in a church and reception at another venue) we absolutely could not have done this without her. As the day approached, and weather concerns arose, she discussed back up, stepped up seamlessly and took control, making us feel so at ease every step of the way. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner or day of coordinator, stop right now and just do it. I am so thankful we found Amanda and I would recommend her to anyone getting married or helping their daughter plan a wedding. You absolutely need someone in your court running the show so that you don't have to!! Highly recommend Amanda and Magical Moments!!

    Amanda made my wedding day amazing. I truly would not have had the best wedding without her. Amanda coordinated with all my vendors, took care of any problems, and let me have the best day with no stress. I couldn’t recommend her enough

    Book Magical Moments Now!

    Words can’t describe how thankful I am to have magical moments that help plan and coordinate my big day. From the beginning, I loved the family-operated business feel and I felt that through their entire process.
    I booked magical moments for DOC and packed everything up at the end of the night.
    Amanda and her team deserve all the praise for such a seamless and professional job throughout the process and the day of.
    Amanda is lovely to work with, listens to you as the client, provides transparent feedback to you and your vendors, and makes sure things get done! Amanda was so sweet but not afraid to speak up to make sure everything was just the way I envisioned. Not only do you get Amanda but she is equipped with so many great vendors at her fingertips. We used Amanda’s recommendation on the hotels, band, cake, and transportation and they were all flawless on the day of because has made such great relationships!
    On the wedding day, Amanda made we’re we were sticking to the timeline, she worked with our MOH/best man and let me enjoy the day! She did an excellent job at handling any issues that came up and was just a calming presence to be around on a rather crazy day.
    I deeply appreciate the help and transparency throughout the wedding process. Amanda was always available to answer any questions and kept me on track. Safe to say, look no further and book magical moments!

    Lora is an amazing wedding coordinator!

    We decided to hire Lora a few months out from our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we could have made. I wish we hired her earlier! She went above and beyond what we expected from her. She has great connections in the industry and she also had deep knowledge about our particular Jewish traditions, which meant a lot to us. I can't recommend her enough!

    Day of Angels

    I hired a day of coordinator, but what I received was day of angels. These ladies work HARD. We met multiple times to get to know myself and now husband. She touched based with my vendors the week of and helped take a lot of tasks off my shoulders.

    They really worked their magic the day of the wedding. Rain wasn't on the forecast, but it came. Before it was raining, Amanda started moving construction barrels so they wouldn't be in my shot as I walked down the aisle. She quickly figured out a solution to an indoor ceremony that was beautiful. I sincerely would have had an anxiety attack without Amanda and her team on my day. I became very thirsty before my ceremony, and she even offered her water bottle. Her talent really knows no limits.

    Days after our wedding, I asked my husband what his favorite part was. Even though I spent hours on every single detail, his favorite detail of our wedding was the day of coordinator. If you are getting married, you NEED these girls.

    Wonderful Experience!

    The Magical Moments team was amazing! The day of coordination package made the entire wedding seamless, from planning the day to working with vendors. And more importantly keeping everyone calm. If your budget allows, I recommend having this team for the entire wedding process. They will make your day magical!

    Magical wedding thanks to Magical Moments!!

    Booking Magical Moments for month-of coordination for my wedding was by far the best decision I made during the planning process. Technically our contract outlined that their services would be for the month of my wedding but Lora and Amanda went above and beyond and started organizing and helping at least 3 months out. It was so incredibly helpful to have Lora assist with all of the details, big and small, and help us know what to expect as I was the first to get married in my family. They also managed all of our RSVPs. Lora ran the entire rehearsal dinner with 20 people in the bridal party, 2 big families, and 4 kids so smoothly and helped us prepare for our wedding day. On wedding day, Lora took care of absolutely everything from the programs to the seat assignments to hanging the welcome sign. I didn't have to think about any of the smaller details and could enjoy every second of my wedding day thanks to Lora. I cannot recommend Magical Moments enough! We are so thankful for them and had the absolute best wedding thanks to Lora and Amanda!

    Amazing wedding day and stress less planning

    The Magical Moments team was amazing. They introduced us to amazing people within our budget for floral and stationary. They went on site visits for the venue and ensured everything the venue showed us was within our price range. Lora always let me know when a payment was due and how much and who to so all vendors were happy. Magical Moments made the entire process seamless. And make sure that my partner and I were always happy with our decisions and received exactly what we wanted. We decided on the full planning with day of package and it was everything I needed. I would work with Magical Moments again with other big life events.

    Lora and Magical Moments Staff Did a Wonderful Job at Thomas/Giffin Wedding

    Lora and her staff did a wonderful job as the day coordinator for the Thomas/Giffin wedding last Saturday at The Willows Garden in Indianapolis. Lora had extensive conversations with the Bride and the Bride's family before the ceremony which enabled Lora to create a detailed outline of all the day's activities. Lora coordinated the various wedding day activities including the pre-ceremony lineup and ceremony music with the DJ making my job as officiant much easier. Lora is very thorough and is easy to work with.

    Amanda & Lora did such an amazing job! They made wedding planning fun & easy and had great vendor recommendations. Their day-of coordination is top notch and we didn't have to worry about a single thing! Having Magical Moments as our wedding planners made our day truly special.     Stress-free, fun wedding planning and perfect wedding day!

    I cannot thank the team at Magical Moments for being such a big part of making our wedding day so special and perfect! Lora and Amanda were able to alleviate SO much stress, and make the entire planning process fun! You really don’t realize how many little details there are, but they have everything under control. Every time I thought of something to worry about, it was already handled. The MM team was able to bring my design vision to life, and had décor items we could use that came together beautifully. That was super important, as we wanted a beautiful ceremony and reception, but we needed to stay on budget. MM delivered! Covid-19 really made things crazy, but Lora and Amanda were on top of everything. Safety was top priority, while still making sure we had the best day of our lives! They were able to adjust our food service and help with last minute vendor changes. Anything we needed, they were there for us. Thank you, Magical Moments, for helping us have our dream wedding!

    The Best Vendor to Hire!

    Lora and Amanda are such an amazing team and were such a huge help in planning my wedding a couple months ago! My husband and I were engaged for nearly 2.5 years before we finally said I do and they kept us on track throughout the long engagement to make sure we were getting things done when we needed to. Our planning process was complicated not only by the pandemic but also the fact that we were planning everything from 2.5 hours north of our venue and the rest of our vendors. Lora and Amanda were always so quick to respond to emails and always made time for phone calls if there was just too much to discuss online. Prior to hiring them, we had already booked the venue but I was completely overwhelmed with the sheer number of options for the other vendors. It was such an enormous help having Lora and Amanda there to recommend vendors that they've worked with in the past and who fit what we were looking for on our special day. The day itself was perfect and if there were problems, we nor our parents or families ever knew about them nor had to deal with fixing them. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Magical Moments Event Planning!

    A Magical Wedding Planning Experience

    Lora and Amanda made our wedding day perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planning team to help us. Lora was transparent and in constant communication with us, and was always available to answer frantic emails and texts. She stayed up-to-date with COVID restrictions and how that would affect our venues and vendors. And she saved us from more than one sticky situation, including booking a new hairstylist at the eleventh hour and moving heaven and earth to allow us to keep the band we booked at our reception venue. Our entire wedding day was absolutely perfect, and we owe it all to Lora and Amanda for ensuring that everything ran smoothly. My husband and I were able to enjoy the wedding day without a worry in the world because we knew they were keeping us on schedule and handling everything behind the scenes! Lora was absolutely incredible, and I cannot recommend her enough.

    So helpful

    We hosted my daughter's wedding on our property. Magical Moments not only helped us plan but took care of all the details on the day of the wedding which was the best. I didn't have to run around like crazy making sure the details got worked out, instead I was able to enjoy this important day!

    Worth every penny - even on a budget

    Amanda is a pleasure to work with and a huge help, so worth every penny spent. She went above and beyond in helping me plan and make decisions. Her team wrangled the 26 people in our wedding party, ensuring everything went smoothly and timely. She made sure the day was perfect. The pick up service was a lifesaver, I didn’t realize how much of an undertaking that would become. I would highly recommend hiring her!

    Hiring Amanda was the second best thing of the day!

    We hired Amanda as our Day of Coordinator and our vision was pulled together flawlessly! However, Amanda was more then a Day of Coordinator. She did more then organize details and set things up. She was a friendly face! You felt her excitement and joy. Saying I DO was the best part of the day - hiring her was the second best. Highly recommend is an understatement!

    Simply the best!

    Hiring Magical Moments was the BEST decision we made for the wedding day! Amanda is truly an expert in the business and so fun to work with! Even as a day of coordinator, she met with us 3 times before the wedding and helped us remember all the small details. She listens well, takes amazing notes, and remembers everything along the way. She has recommendations on every vendor from DJs to florists to wedding dress alterations.

    If anything went wrong during the wedding day, I didn’t know about it because Amanda took care of everything! She arranged all of the décor at the reception exactly as I had envisioned and even brought décor over from the ceremony to the reception. She ran our rehearsal and wedding ceremony flawlessly. I’m so thankful that we chose Magical Moments for our wedding day, and I would choose them again every time!

    Amazing planner for your wedding day!

    Amanda with Magnificent Moments has been a pleasure to work with. Coming from a wedding planning background myself I was nervous and picky about who I hired but Amanda has been so helpful and very responsive. She gets back to you with any questions you may have very quick which was super important to me. She is very knowledgeable about the planning industry and is super nice.

    The BEST Wedding Planners EVER

    Amanda and Lora were seriously AMAZING!!!! So many couples I know decide to pick family members to coordinate the day and help decorate, which can result in a ton of chaos, as I've witnessed having use to photograph weddings in the past. I cannot tell you how happy and satisfied I was for hiring them. They literally took care of EVERYTHING. My family, parents, and friends all got to relax without having to run around making sure vendors were in communication and that the day was running smoothly. Since I hired their coordinator services only, I provided my own decorations and did most of the planning, and they made the venue look absolutely gorgeous as well as contacted all my vendors for me which took a ton of stress off my shoulders. I would definitely recommend their full planning service though. Planning was still pretty crazy doing it on my own and looking back I wish I would have bought the full planning package. I kept in contact with Amanda the most and we met once every 3 months or so to keep each other updated and she gave me so much advice throughout my planning at each meeting. As soon as I met with Amanda the first time, I knew I made the best decision ever. If you're like me and have a specific way of doing things then Magical Moments is the way to go. My day was absolutely perfect and I owe a lot of that to this company THANK YOU Amanda & Lora for making Mine and my Husband's day a dream come true. Everyone should Hire them

    Magical Moments

    We can’t thank Amanda and Lora enough for all the hard work that they put into our wedding. We purchased the partial planning option along with their design and décor package. With the partial planning option we were allowed to pick and choose what vendors we wanted the planners to take care of, and what we could handle on our own, which was perfect for us. With Amanda and Lora’s guidance it made planning our wedding an enjoyable experience. They are very knowledgeable and experienced in Indianapolis and the surrounding area. They provided us with excellent recommendations for vendors which they had worked with previously. This was crucial for us, as neither of us were being native to Indianapolis.
    During the wedding they were on top of every part of the schedule. Making sure people were where they needed to be at the right time, and making everything flow smoothly. They would even get us beer at the bar. We never felt nervous or stressed about any part/detail of the timeline throughout the day.
    We have already recommended them to friends in the area and will continue to do so.

    Magical Moments truly made everything magical for our big day. My now hisband asked when we were planning, “so why do we need wedding coordinators?” Well let me tell you he was the first to say how thankful he was to have Amanda and Lora there for us. They made everything so smooth and easy. From getting everything set up, to running out during our big day for allergy medicine when my bridesmaid had an allergic reaction to the hand soap (not kidding!) They tag teamed everything and at the end of the night, everyone from family to friends were able to just enjoy and jump in their cars and leave. Thank you ladies for everything!!!!

    I cannot say enough about the professionalism, creativity, and overall experience with Magical Moments. They are truly amazing from beginning to end. With their experience and all their contacts, they really made my daughters wedding very special and NO STRESS for me. This was my 3rd daughter getting married and I have never hired a wedding planner before. I am so glad that I finally realized the importance of a wedding planner! It was so nice the day of the wedding when people asked question after question and my response was: Go ask Lora/Amanda, they have all the answers - PRICELESS!! They made the day all about the bride and groom and always had things in control. I had several guests approach me afterwards asking me how to contact them.

    The ladies of Magical Moments Event Planning are absolutely incredible! Throughout the process of planning my wedding I was out of state for nearly the entire time, and the way they handled everything that needed to be done relieved me of so much stress! Both ladies are so kind, so professional, and above all so passionate about their work, I could not possibly recommend any planner duo more highly. It is also worth mentioning that they made sure my wedding day went so smoothly that I got to enjoy every moment of it, which was extremely special. Thank you Amanda and Lora!

    Where do I begin???....... I had absolutely NO plans to hire a wedding coordinator. What was I thinking?? From the very first phone call with Magical Moments, I was hooked!! I could not have pulled off the most beautiful and amazing wedding without them. Amanda and Lora returned every email and phone call within a reasonable time. They helped me tremendously with major aspects of the wedding, they definitely have an eye to detail and their EXCELLENT and strong interpersonal skills made the day of my wedding a very stress free, fun day for me to enjoy. Amanda and Lora oversaw EVERY detail and ensured that everything went smoothly and it most certainly did! Amanda and Lora are an excellent team and were such a pleasure to have at the wedding. Magical Moments was the best investment I made out of the entire wedding.

    The BEST money my husband and I spent on our wedding was on a wedding planner. Worth every single penny!
    At our first meeting with Magical Moments, I knew we had to hire them. It was essential that we hired someone to help plan and make recommendations since we lived out of town. Lora & Amanda were so personal and so genuine but always maintained that professional balance. They asked questions about us and wanted to get a good feel for what we were looking for. I loved their energy and how passionate they were about our wedding. I cannot stress enough how much better off we were in the long run because we hired them for Full Service package and it ended up saving us so much money!! Lora and Amanda were efficient, organized, helpful, kind, detail-oriented, has impeccable taste, and they were not phased but the incessant questions I asked! They handled the details and helped keep everything on track. In particular, they helped us save so much money on my wedding dress, transportation, our photo booth, photographer, room blocks, flowers, DJ, Band, linens, etc.....you name it and they negotiated it no matter what and made it work! The money there were able to save us was more than worth their personal fee.
    It was such a joy working with Amanda and Lora. They truly care about her brides and makes you feel like you are planning your wedding with your best friend.
    Magical Moments Event Planning leaves no detail overlooked and are so wonderful to work with. They worked with my husband and I to achieve our vision and helped us stay within our budget. My wedding was amazing!!

    I couldn't have better things to say about working with Lora and Amanda. Throughout the planning process, they were attentive, organized and resourceful. Magical Moments helped to alleviate any additional stress leading up to the wedding by providing helpful tips and resources that kept me and my husband on track for our big day. They took the reigns on our rehearsal day and made sure all of our attendants knew exactly what they were doing, and made it fun and enjoyable throughout. On our wedding day, I knew I had absolutely nothing to stress about because Amanda and Lora were on it. Every little detail, every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better planner, and am so grateful that we picked them to help us throughout our wedding planning. I would recommend Magical Moments Event Planning to absolutely anyone!

    Magical moments were life savers! We thought we had everything under control until about three months out and we quickly noticed we needed some extra help putting the final touches on our big day. Lora and Amanda stepped right in and took charge. From leading up to our day they offered valuable advice and tips and tricks. On our wedding day, they were so professional, made sure every thing flowed so smoothly. They were key in creating the best day of our lives!!

    Our original wedding was planned for May, but we found out we were expecting in November. Magical Moments stepped up to the challenge of putting together a wedding for January. We had two months to put together a wedding and they went above and beyond our expectations. It was the most beautiful and least stressful day. The event planners took control of everything and allowed my husband and I to truly enjoy our day. I highly recommend these ladies for planning your next event, big or small they can do it all.

    This mother daughter duo were fantastic to work with. From my initial meeting with Amanda to the very end of the wedding she was right there supporting and guiding me along the way. Amanda has a very bubbly personality and the moment I met her I knew she was going to be our wedding planner. I felt very comfortable telling her what I liked and didn't like and she was very quick to provide guidance and recommendations based on my feedback. She and her mother Lora have great industry experience and were able to make multiple recommendations that fit exactly what I wanted. Their experience really ensured the vendors I chose were perfect for our big day and would help make our dreams come true. Although I was impressed throughout the entire process, the day of the wedding really blew me away. They both ensured the vendors knew exactly what to do and where to be and also ensured everyone in the wedding party was in the right spot at the right time. If I wanted any accommodations or if anything came up, they were right there to make it happen. Having their support and guidance along the way really made me feel like my family and I could enjoy our day. I wanted to ensure the wedding was as stress-free as possible for everyone and they truly made that happen. I can't thank them enough for making our big day so amazing!

    Great planning, excellent day of coordination

    Lora helped us remember all the little details we needed to get in order before the wedding. She communicated with and coordinated all the other vendors and helped think of things we didn’t know we needed to think of! On the day of our wedding, Katlyn was awesome! She made sure everything ran on time, was set up the way we wanted, and even helped our little flower girls and ring bearer get down the aisle. She communicated just enough (so we knew what was going on but didn’t stress about small details) with us during the wedding and we were able to have fun and mingle while she took care of everything.

    A Great Investment for a Stress-Free Wedding

    At first we weren't sure if we wanted a wedding planner to be involved in our planning process (we at least wanted a day-of coordinator) but we are so glad we decided to work with Magical Moments Event Planning. When you pay for a wedding planner, you are paying to have a much less stressful and easier planning process. If you value peace of mind, the investment is worth it! It was such a relief to us and our families to not have to worry about the small logistical details during our wedding (for example, our wedding presents magically appeared in our car so we could simply leave when the night was over). Amanda was great to work with. She kept track of contracts, vendors, and our to-do list. She was honest but understanding of bumps we encountered. It was great to have a resource when we were having trouble or hit a wall. One reason we were hesitant to have a planner was because we had perhaps an "unconventional" vision in certain regards (at least to some) so we didn't want to be pushed to do something we didn't want to. Amanda really helped us develop and pursue a vision we were happy with. On our wedding day, it was so wonderful to see all our details finally pulled together! We are so grateful to have been able to work with the Magical Moments team.

    Day of Coordination Services

    We ended up hiring a day of coordinator (Katelyn) after meeting her at our initial venue tour and that was one of the best decisions we made. Even though we just hired her as a day of coordinator, Katelyn went above and beyond through the entire planning process by answering my questions and occasionally meeting with us. As someone who had never planned a wedding before and was trying to DIY as much as possible, Katelyn’s advice and guidance was much needed. There are only 2 “negatives” I have, however they do not even compare to all of the positives we had. The first being, I did have a few guests tell me after the wedding that her and our venue coordinator tried to get in line for food before half of our guests had food. I personally didn’t see this, but, if that did happen I don’t think that’s appropriate or fair to the rest of the guests. Secondly, we paid extra for the tear down services which was godsend. However, we were missing a bridesmaid bouquet and some groomsmen boutonnieres (which could have been on the bridal party even though they all said they didn’t loose them) and some of the boxes with our glass vases were haphazardly packed. Overall though, Katelyn was absolutely incredible and I would 100% recommend Magical Moments!

    I want to preface that my wedding went very smoothly and things worked out in the end and that the Magical Moments team is a great day-of coordinator. The rating I am giving, though, is based on the full package that I selected which includes planning and décor. We hired the Magical Moments team about 15 months before our wedding so there was plenty of time built in to plan. Please see attached photo for full review.
