Megan and her team are AMAZING! We chose the Month of Magic and Day-of Coordination package and it was the best decision we made. Megan swooped in and took over communication with all of our vendors, leaving those last few weeks stress free. She is very easy to work with, extremely organized, and definitely gets things done!
The wedding day went so smoothly and as the bride, I could relax and enjoy the day with my loved ones. Megan had the whole day planned and it flowed so nicely. She grabbed drinks for us during cocktail hour, plated the food for us, and even checked in later to make sure we ate or wanted seconds. She really takes care of you.

Best Coordinator
Congratulations! You can finally cross off “Find a Coordinator” from your to do list because you’re on the right page already! Megan and her team were PHENOMENAL! I chose their “Month of Magic + Day-Of Coordination” for my wedding and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Megan was hands on with everything and so easy to communicate with. She and her team are super friendly and so fun to be with! Not only did I have a wonderful coordinator, but I also made a lifetime friend ❤️ Here’s a picture of me with the team that made my day ✨magical✨ Can you tell I was lit? 🤪
I had some trouble with the choir at church, but Megan made sure that the songs I wanted were played and the program I wanted was followed and in the end, everything worked out. That’s the type of coordinator she is, you can sit back and relax and she’ll do all the talking for you! Lol!
There is no such thing as a perfect wedding, but I had a BLAST at my wedding, and that’s all that matters to me. I was literally STRESS FREE! Megan and I discussed a timeline, and of course, when it was actually time to follow the program, I had no idea what was next so I just went with Megan’s flow and she made sure every part of the program was followed. I enjoyed every moment of my wedding and didn’t have to worry about a single thing! My guests even told me that it was the best wedding they’ve been to, so save yourself the headache from searching and book them now! -

Stop searching. Just hire Megan. We interviewed wedding planners, because some of the venues we were looking at required a day-of coordinator. Megan was the most professional and put together wedding planner we met with. She is exact and concise. We decided to do a month-before package, where we would do all the planning but a month before the wedding Megan would step in and take over the communication. She had the best vendor recommendations that fit our exact budget. We actually have no idea of how much she did, because she did it all. She handled the communication with all our vendors, editing our catering order, and editing our rental inventory. By the time I was done with my hair and make up, the entire venue was set up by her team. She dealt with our venue. There was a miscommunication with the venue staff and Megan handled everything so gracefully and kindly. Just stop searching and hire Megan and her team. -

Megan made magic on our special day!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Megan for my intimate desert wedding and I couldn't be happier with the results. We planned our wedding in less than 60 days and could not have done it without Megan's help. From start to finish, Megan was an absolute godsend.
Right from the beginning, Megan listened to my vision for the day and helped bring it to life. They took care of every little detail, from helping us find the perfect venue to coordinating with vendors and making sure everything ran smoothly on the day of the wedding. Megan even brought decor and toiletries for the bathrooms to make sure no area was left untouched.
One of the things I appreciated most about working with Megan was their ability to stay calm and collected under pressure. With a wedding, there are always a million little details to take care of and Megan handled everything with grace and professionalism.

Where do I even start! Megan is an absolute gem and lifesaver in the entire wedding process. When we first reached out to Megan (she came highly recommended from a friend) she gave a huge sense of relief knowing we would be in good hands. From the very start, Megan was so detail oriented and made us feel so special and excited. Megan had a trip pre-planned during our wedding but ensured us that her team would be there to make our day flawless and it truly was. Leading up to our wedding, Megan was extremely thorough and supportive. I loved how organized she was and sharing google docs made it so nice to see things updated in real time. Megan took the time to reach out to me simply to "check in" and see how I was feeling, if there was anything else she could help with, and just sharing kind words. The attention to detail was so obvious when working with Megan. She communicated with all of our vendors, created an extremely detailed timeline of the big day and even sent emails to our entire wedding party with details on rehearsal and Wedding day. It was so nice to have one less thing to think about!
On our wedding day, we also had the privilege to work with Jessica and two assistants and were blown away by their attentiveness and care. Our wedding was majority DIY and Megan's team assisted with so much of the set up. This allowed our family to truly enjoy the day and not feel stressed or miss any special moments.
My husband's shoes became quickly very uncomfortable after our ceremony and when I mentioned to Jessica that I forgot to bring an extra pair, without hesitation, told us that someone from the team would go out and grab a new pair for him. Within the hour (probably closer to 30 minutes) they came back with pair of shoes. Megan (and team), I don't think I could say this enough times... we are so incredibly thankful for everything. I HIGHLY recommend working with Magical Moments by Megan. -

Fantastic Multi-Day Wedding Planner
Megan is a fantastic wedding planner and perfect for our multi day event wedding. We were married at the Dana Point Yacht Club and had our reception at the Catalina Island Museum. You can imagine the logistics involved in organizing an event that required luggage transfers, ferrry shuttles, drone footage, videographers, photographers, plated meals, and that is some of it before we even arrived on Catalina Island. Once we landed on the island Megan and her team (Tristen) started working with the venue/caterers and because beverage delivery wasn't available, they went and sourced/purchased all of the beverages for the Catalina Island Reception. It was no small feat and her company handled it all in stride and as true professionals. We appreciated the generosity of Megan's time and cost conscious way she handled our event.
Thank you for guiding us on our once in a lifetime journey!

After having the wedding of our dreams, the one main advice I would recommend to any bride and groom is to hire a wedding planner/coordinator.
When we selected our vendors, we were essentially building the best team possible. Without a shadow of a doubt, the MVP was Megan Tinio, our wedding planner.
We knew we wanted either day/month of wedding planner when we started our wedding planning. Our goal was to have all of our guests enjoy the wedding and didn’t want friends/family running around running errands for us. I had spoken to a wedding planner before Megan, and I didn’t vibe with her or the company based on the initial interaction. I asked around for other wedding planners/coordinators, and Megan’s name came up. I immediately knew I wanted Megan to be part of our wedding during our first call. She was personable, understanding, knowledgeable, and simply a great human being who, at that moment, I wanted to be my personal friend. My Fiancée wasn’t on that call, and he wanted to talk to Megan as well since he knew we would be working so closely with her. After his call with Megan, he verified my feelings and immediately said, “Let’s book her!”.
Unfortunately, I’m a COVID bride. That came with rescheduling and emotional roller coasters. We booked Megan in late 2019 and didn’t get married until December 2021. That meant she was with us the entire two years. She was our rock the whole time. Anytime we ran into a wall or had questions/uncertainty, we said, “Let’s call Megan .” Megan does other weddings/events throughout the year, but I wouldn’t have known that had I not checked social media. That’s how much 1:1 attention she provides! She makes it seem like you’re her only wedding couple because that’s how much she cares. Yes, we originally booked her for the month of the wedding, but once we had to cancel our original date, she worked with us throughout the two years to help us finalize a new wedding date, new venue, and an entirely new plan. I was anxious the entire two years, unsure of what would happen. After each phone call with Megan, I felt a sense of calm and reassurance that everything would be fine (and that in itself, I would pay for it again).
Megan is highly knowledgeable of the wedding industry. You have questions; she has answers! She knew our budget and vision and did everything she could to bring that to life.
When it came to “game day,” Megan was highly organized and on top of everything. We had a welcome reception/rehearsal the day before, and I could already see her mind working to ensure everything the next day went smoothly. Megan was already in touch with all of our vendors the month before. So when it got closer to the wedding day, we didn’t have to worry about any vendors. All questions went through her, and she filtered them to us if she needed a response from us. Also, the timeline she created for us for the day accounted for everything up until the very minute. Even when drafting up our timeline, she realized that the time between finishing getting ready and going to the church was tight, she asked my hair and makeup artist to move the getting ready time by an hour, and I’m so glad we did. We needed that extra time! As a wedding planner, Megan anticipated possible problems and came up with solutions before they became actual problems.
Our wedding day went off without a hitch! Megan was an invisible ninja running around between the hotel, church, and reception venue. When we had our reception reveal, it was exactly how I imagined it would be. Megan brought my wedding vision to life! I don’t know how she did it, but she made sure everything was set up where it should be and even had time throughout the day to check in on my husband and me to see how we were doing. We had appetizers passed around at the reception, and the catering staff was nice enough to leave some on a separate plate for us to enjoy. They had dropped it off at our table, but since we were running around greeting our guests, Megan went and grabbed the plate and was holding it next to us while we ate it. Yes, she had a wedding to produce, but her number one priority was my husband and I. The team she had with her was also excellent; they also checked in on us throughout the night.
When our night ended, I couldn’t have been more grateful to have Megan by our side. Megan loves what she does and will put her heart and soul into every detail to ensure your wedding day is perfect. The bride and groom is always at the forefront of her mind and you will see that when you hire her. We hired Megan as our wedding planner, but we got so much more. We ended up having a friend we never knew we needed, and I can say that she will be in our lives for a very long time. I’ve already asked if she does “life planning.”
Do what you can to include a wedding planner/coordinator in your budget. If you want that perfect wedding and have a friend you never knew you needed, hire Megan Tinio.

Megan and the MMM team were a god-send! Planning a wedding during a global pandemic is less than ideal, but was as stress-free as possible with Megan's team on our side. She helped us bring our vision to life, was there when we needed to make pivots, and managed all communication leading up to our big day so that we could just enjoy and take it all in. Earlier this August, I had the great privilege of working with Megan for a wedding at Michael's Tuscany Room (I'm a wedding DJ/MC). Megan's professionalism, communication, and execution of the couple's vision were stellar. The venue looked amazing, the timeline was a perfect fit, and the couple was so happy with how their wedding went.
Most of the time, I have to create my own timeline/notes for a wedding because the one provided by the coordinator is missing key info (or because the coordinator doesn't even design one). It was a pleasant surprise to see how thorough Megan's was–it made my job as a wedding DJ/MC so much easier, and I think Megan's organization as a whole really showed in how successful the wedding was.
I'd gladly work with Megan again in a heartbeat, and I'll definitely be referring her to future clients in need of a coordinator. -

Megan always says that there was a reason she was brought into her couples’ lives - this couldn’t be more true. From the very beginning, Megan clicked with us. She was everything that we needed in a wedding planner/ coordinator. For example, I had changed my mind about getting a videographer and like out of thin air she finds one a week before the wedding AND in budget - magic. The day of the wedding, we didn’t have to worry about anything because we knew she had it handled.
If I had to pick out Megan’s best quality (she has so many), it would be her communication. Not once during our planning, then replanning did she lose communication. She had tons of other things going on, but we knew if we had questions/ concerns, it would be answered promptly.
Megan, you do such amazing things for all your couples and you can see it in your work. We love and appreciate all that you’ve done for us. 💜 -

Megan is Amazing
Where do I even begin? I was confident Megan was the perfect fit for my needs from the very first phone conversation. Crazy right? Right off the bat I felt reassured, which is rare on an introductory call (I also spoke to other prospective planners/coordinators). Megan knew what she was talking about but more than that, you can tell she LOVES what she does. You can also tell that she cares about getting to know her clients. She is also very detailed and organized and helps you feel prepared. This meant a lot to me because it allowed me to have that peace of mind, that trust, and it also let me relax days leading up to the big day! Megan is also very sweet and thoughtful, yet is not afraid to take charge of certain things when you're not sure. On the day of, logistics was ON POINT thanks to her. She was a strong pillar in the whole wedding planning process and I am so grateful we had her on this journey because her execution was amazing. She made everything make sense and was there for us 100%. Our wedding was magical thanks to Megan! -

She is so incredibly detail oriented and made sure our wedding happened without any stress on the day of! I would work with Megan a million times over for any event in need of a coordinator. I freaking LOOOVE Megan! To this day, I still believe that hiring her as our wedding coordinator was the BEST decision I have ever made. After getting engaged, I felt overwhelmed and knew that I wouldn't be able to organize the wedding by myself. My (now) husband and I work a lot (and have opposite schedules) and I didn't have that many people that can help with the wedding planning. Granted that I had a whole year to plan the wedding, I didn't even know where to start!
I found Megan on WeddingWire and set up an appointment with her. I already knew that she will be amazing during our first meeting. She was so detailed & organized. It really showed me that she knew and LOVE what she does. I gave her a rough idea of what I was thinking and she helped me finalize and fine tune the details to make our wedding an unforgettable MAGICAL moment for us and our family and friends. My venue was indoors requiring a flip from the ceremony to reception set up. There were some restrictions on what we can do as far as decorations were concerned, but everything looked so well put together thanks to Megan. All her recommendations were spot on! She really knows the industry and have the right connections.
I truly appreciate how organized and detailed she is. Our weekly emails that keeps track of the whole process was such a comfort to me in knowing that everything is being taken care of. She is also compassionate and very understanding of the stress brides are under. She has even (on more than one occasion) listen to me rant about things... preventing a full meltdown (LOL). She is easy to talk to, practical, and upfront about everything. I didn't even worry about a single detail during my wedding day, knowing that she was taking care of everything made me enjoy our day to the fullest.
She is a truly amazing person who goes above and beyond for her clients. I would recommend her to anyone who wants their wedding or any event to be a truly magical moment. Her services are worth every penny and more! Our family and friends knows how invaluable she was during the whole process. Thank you Megan!!!! -

I got married during the pandemic in my living room with less than one month's notice.
Once engaged, I found a dress, rings, an officiant, and stalled out. I called Megan to see if she could help me find dinner, and instead I found the one thing I really needed but didn’t know it: a creative coordinator who loves her job and knows her industry well.
Megan made a schedule for the big day where my now-husband and I would be ready by 2:00pm (virtual ceremony at 4:30) and then leave the house (masked!) for photos. We were out of the house for about two hours, and came back to a totally transformed, magical (truth in advertising!) setting.
Using her vendor relationships she created a spectacular setting for our ceremony, and a sweetheart's table for us to have a really special seafood feast after the deed was done. She created a gorgeous table with unique flowers for us, and that theme echoed through the entire house! Perfect flowers on the "cake table" in the kitchen, and even in the bathrooms! If you're not going to be able to leave the house or celebrate with loved ones on your wedding day, it's a huge blessing to have your whole house transformed into a fairy tale space.
I know I would have gotten married that day regardless. I know just as much that I wouldn't have had a dream wedding like I did without Megan. I cannot recommend her services enough.
She has exceptional knowledge, strong relationships with vendors who deliver, endless patience and the ability to work calmly through all the things you'd expect: nervous bride, distracted groom, slipping timelines. She'll sort everything out with grace, every time.
Last, I'll say that we would have completely forgot to exchange rings without her gentle reminder at the tail end of our Zoom wedding! Megan *made* the day, then *saved* the day!

Hire Megan! You will NOT be disappointed!
Megan is worth her weight in gold. My husband and I found her through another vendor referral and it's been an absolute blessing. We knew we wanted (NEEDED) a Day of Coordinator for our 115 person wedding, and she was starting her business in the OC/LA area. We cannot sing her praises enough...She is extremely organized, professional, genuine, very positive, attuned to details (her timeline is defined to the minute!), and very experienced at what she does. She demonstrated initiative to survey the venue, reach out to my other vendors, and think through all of the nuances that often times get overlooked. During the event, she was an invisible WORKHORSE to execute the setup of our signage, vendor and reception tables, candy station, and their cleanup, as well as looking after my husband and I to make sure we had enough to eat or to offer updates. Megan even helped me pull off a surprise hula for my husband! She also helped transport items, coordinate last minute rentals, and was very good about checking in to make sure that I was doing okay during the planning process as well as the day of. Megan ran a tight ship and the entire day/evening ran so smoothly. No question: my wedding party, family, and my husband and I unanimously agree that the success of our wedding is because of Megan. I now not only have found my go-to event planner, but a great friend. I have zero hesitation to recommend Megan for other weddings/events! -

I want to rave about how wonderful Megan is as a wedding coordinator and planner! She was my day-of coordinator for my wedding in San Diego in April 2018 and from the beginning of our interactions in 2017, she went above and beyond in her duties to ensure our wedding day was seamless, even before the day actually arrived.
She's very personable and takes an earnest desire to get to know you as a bride and as a person. This really helps as she brings your dreams of a perfect wedding into reality for the big day! She's also very organized and worked well and communicated thoroughly with all of our vendors. Everyone knew where and when to show up, what needed to be done and by when, and helped clean up. No one thinks of the clean-up after the party but her willingness and organization lasted until the last minute when everything was packed. Megan also knows her stuff! You could tell she's worked in events before so she knew the routine, worked well with others, and was quick to trouble-shoot when things don't happen quite as planned. (I only know this bc we talked after the wedding and I forced her to tell me everything from her perspective that I didn't even know the day of!). So many of our other vendors and my family members commented on how organized and professional Megan was and what a tremendous help it was for her to be there.
With that, I want to highlight the ease, peace of mind, and behind the scenes work that a wedding coordinator provides and how valuable it is to have one at your wedding. There's a lot to handle on the day-of with the organization of brides varying in levels, but even the most organized bride benefits from having a professional coordinator like Megan take the reigns for the day. Also, if you flip the room and overlap any of your materials/props/decor from ceremony to reception, a wedding coordinator like Megan plays a critical role in making sure one thing gets to the next!
Megan is well acquainted with San Diego vendors and came down often to meet. She still has a lot of connections in the area. I'm grateful for her and her work and she really helped make our wedding perfect for us! We didn't have to worry about anything and instead, enjoyed soaking up all the love from our family and friends. I want to keep reliving our wedding day over and over! Thank you Megan! -

Megan. is. freaking. INCREDIBLE!!!
My (now) husband and I live in the SF bay area, and we found our venue (the Darlington House in La Jolla) in August of 2017. We knew that we needed help getting our wedding together since we quite frankly had no idea what we were doing, especially given that we lived 500 miles away.
Luckily we met Megan soon after we found our venue, and realized the incredible mountain of work ahead of us to plan our August 2018 wedding in San Diego. We told Megan candidly "we don't know what we're doing", and our wonderful journey started from there. We hired her as our month-of coordinator, and added destination wedding and vendor referrals and communication help to our package.
She did SO much more than just helping us the month-of:
- She helped form a timeline for us to work through with a checklist of things to do for every 3 months, leading up to the wedding.
- She used her years of experience in the wedding and events industry to recommend only the best vendors for the best price, while also educating us on what we should be looking for and how we should be negotiating these contracts. (We saved a good chunk of money thanks to her!)
- She was always extremely supportive and checked in with us often to answer questions and ease our anxieties about the wedding.
- She was a great partner in bouncing back and forth ideas that we had for vendor selection, decor, and everything else.
- She REALLY made sure to help us bring the wedding that we wanted to life; she spent time getting to know us and gave us so much creative freedom in how we wanted to do our wedding.
And on the month-of, and the day-of, everything went SO smoothly thanks to her diligence in planning. It's clear that she has a ton of experience doing this and we felt so at peace with her at the helm. She helped us with our timeline, our layout, ran our wedding rehearsal, and checked in frequently with us on the day of to make sure we were all good.
Even though she's based in LA, it was so easy to work across 3 cities with her on our La Jolla wedding. She was extremely accommodating with our needs and we can't thank her enough.
Our wedding day was a huge success - I didn't know what to expect but thanks to Megan it was everything we dreamed of, worked for, and so much more. It had to be Megan - I don't know how we could've done this wedding without her. We recommend Magical Moments by Megan SO much we'll be talking about how awesome she is for years and years to come.
