  Working with Lydia was incredible! Our wedding pictures turned out perfect. Lydia is great to work with, very knowledgeable and very very funny. She made us feel comfortable and relaxed straight away. Thank you for the wonderful afternoon.

  Lydia was our photographer for our wedding in June, and she was absolutely fabulous. She was so flexible and easy to work with. We chose her out of the hundreds of photographers because of her beautiful and unique photos. She captured all the best moments of our special day. I would HIGHLY recommend Lydia!

  We booked Lydia based on her stunning portfolio of documentary style photographs, and she far exceeded our expectations. She was both warm and professional throughout our correspondence leading up to our wedding day. We had emails and phone calls where we outlined what style and specific shots we were looking for. From the moment she arrived on the day of our wedding, we instantly felt comfortable and in capable hands. She had fun, creative ideas and also checked in with us as needed to make sure she was getting the shots we wanted. The very same evening, after she went home from our wedding, she sent us a few select photos from our wedding and they were stunning - we can't stop looking at them. She knew exactly how to read the lighting in a new environment, how to position our group in the wedding party shots, and how to capture creative photos from a unique point of view. She captured key moments during our wedding day without us even noticing that she was doing it. We're going to recommend Lydia to everyone we meet; we honestly couldn't be happier with her role in making our big day something to remember for years to come!

  I would highly recommend Lydia for any event. She photographed an engagement session and wedding for my now husband and I. She was accommodating, open to discussing what my husband and I wanted for the event, and provided suggestions in a manner that put us both at ease. During communications before the event, I was beyond impressed with her responsiveness and professionalism.

  Lydia took the the most beautiful, magical pictures of my wedding. She was practically invisible the entire time, yet I had photos I didn't even think she could have gotten. And so many! Usually you want your photographer to take a ton of photos with the hope that you get a few really great ones. When we got our pictures back, it felt like EVERY picture was worth framing! I cannot believe how lucky we are to have had such an amazing photographer. I will hire her over and over and recommend to everyone I know. Thank you, Lydia!!!

  We found Lydia's information online and became interested in her right away. When my now wife and I met with her she was very easy to talk to! We had a great connection right away.   Lydia has an extraordinary way of seeing the world. When we were hiring a photographer for our wedding, we saw a portfolio she had of safari and wildlife shoots . . . and we were completely mesmerized by the startling contexts and angles she created, as well as uncommon ways she played with light. We instantly knew we'd found our photographer.
  
  Ours was an unusual wedding in a tropical backyard setting, with a very small group that included almost as many dogs as people. We were not interested in the conventional series of posed photos, and we needed someone who could very actively capture all the moments without being intrusive. Lydia excelled at this as well -- she is incredibly personable and laid-back, and, at the same time, highly professional.
  
  She naturally carries a familiar, down-to-earth vibe with her, and put us instantly at ease -- she felt as much like one of the guests as a photographer. And she completely captured the atmosphere of the event with the same candid clarity we had seen in her other photos; her work surpassed our greatest expectations. She created some of the most eclectic wedding photos I have ever seen, along with some more traditional shots -- I simply cannot say enough about what a pleasure she was to work with.
  
  Perhaps the greatest testimonial that I can provide to the distinguished quality of her work is this: at each and every wedding anniversary since (for five years now) I have returned to Lydia for assistance in converting one or more of her wedding photos into the form of the traditional medium for that anniversary. She advises closely at every step of the creation . . . and she never ceases to astound me with her talent for discerning the precisely perfect gift and the way to personalize it with images of our special day.

  We are so lucky to have found Lydia! After having a blast during our engagement shoot, we knew we really chose the right person to capture our wedding. She was on time, extremely flexible and creative, and worked so hard all day long to get just the right shots. She was all over the place, yet very stealthy at the same time. Every time I wished I could take a photo, I looked up and she was capturing the moment already. We hired a second photographer to shoot part of our day, but in hindsight, we didn't need one. Lydia was so detail oriented and efficient. We are so looking forward to going back down to Harwich and having a little viewing in her new studio. Lydia has definitely become our new family photographer, and we look forward to working with her again in the future.

  Lydia did our engagement and wedding photos. We used the engagement photos as a chance to understand her style and were very specific about what we wanted for the wedding. Lydia listened to everything we asked for, and we love our wedding photos! She was positive, fun, and made us feel comfortable!
