I have been saying since month 3-4 of planning that the best money we spent on the entire wedding was committing to a wedding planner with Luxe, and after our big day, I can't stress this enough. It was absolutely perfect. Brooke made our wedding planning process as seamless as possible and checked in often to see how we were doing. We were connected with vendors who have an existing relationship with Luxe, which meant discounts and a camaraderie we wouldn't have had if planning on our own. On the day of the wedding, if there were any issues, I certainly didn't know about them. Every detail and aspect of the timeline was planned to a tee and Brooke's (and her team) work enabled us to just be present and soak up the love. There is a 0% chance we could have planned a wedding even half as beautiful as what we had without Brooke and the Luxe team. We will forever be grateful. It was reviews like mine that convinced me to go with Luxe and their pristine track record. I am so glad we did. We can't recommend Luxe enough! -

The Best!!!
The entire team at Luxe really made our dream wedding come true. All night our guests were raving about how perfect the day was & how every little detail was thought out. This is all because Luxe is on top of everything! The entire wedding planning process can be stressful but Brooke made it all so easy. There is no way this day could have happened without the Luxe team. Thank you for everything!!! -

We chose Luxe’s almost full planning and day-of coordination, transforming what initially seemed like an overwhelming process into a manageable experience. Misty’s tried-and-true processes and comprehensive lists made every detail digestible, even when it felt like there were a million things to juggle. Her reassurance during stressful moments, especially when we felt behind schedule with our planning, was invaluable.
One of Misty's standout qualities was her flexibility and commitment. She went above and beyond to meet us on our time and at locations that worked with our hectic schedules. Luxe was easily the best investment in our wedding. We had a two year engagement and Luxe worked with us for over a year and a half of that. Brooke (who we worked with primarily) was instrumental in how well our wedding turned out. With how much work we had put into our wedding ourselves, we couldn't have imagined if we hadn't also had Brooke to help guide us along. Not only did Brooke help us with figuring out all of the little details to make sure our wedding ran smoothly, but she helped us find our vendors, kept us to a timeline so that we didn't miss windows of opportunity, and completely coordinated the day of the wedding.
Something that was immensely helpful for the planning of the wedding was the website that they utilized for the wedding. It allowed us to keep track of all of our events, timelines, due dates, budget, guests, inspirations, and design. We were able to use this during all of our meetings, whether digital or in person.
Brooke and the rest of those we worked with in Luxe were incredibly professional, kind, responsive, and we incredibly appreciated them for everything they did. I would highly recommend them to anybody who is even thinking of utilizing a planner/coordinator. For what you pay for their services, it was more than worth it, especially if you have a longer engagement. Thank you again for everything you did for us! It wouldn’t have turned out nearly as amazing as it did without you all! -

I cannot recommend Luxe enough. We ended up working with Brooke for our event. My husband and I got married privately in August and hosted a reception on a friends property in September. The private party made things a little bit more complicated but it did not show thanks to Brooke!
From the time I got on the phone with them for the initial questions to the very end of our party, Brooke was there every step of the way. She was knowledgable and got things done efficiently! She worked with our budget, answered any and all questions we had, and thought of every single detail. I could have not been more impressed. You will not be disappointed if you hire Luxe! -

Brooke is incredible. Her can-do attitude and attention to detail is second to none, and we would have been totally out to sea without her.
I've always loved art and wanted to design our signage myself, but hadn't ever produced at such a large scale. Brooke was there every step of the way, helping me through each iteration and patiently responding to the approximately 40 billion texts and emails I sent.
We wanted our wedding to feel like an extension of our home; Brooke took a few pictures and phone calls and turned it into a whole vision, helping us plan the space & source the best vendors for the job. I don't imagine many people would be willing to construct a 40' gallery wall, but Brooke did.
I had friends pull me aside at the end of the night to tell me how flawlessly the event was run; everyone knew what to do and when to do it. Brooke and team allowed my husband and I to be fully present on our wedding day, and we couldn't be more grateful.
If you're planning a big event, I really don't think there's a better person for the job. Hiring Brooke was one of the best decisions we made all year, and I'm honestly going to miss our planning calls! -

If I can summarize how working with Luxe into three words, I'd say it was easy, breezy, and spectacular. From the moment we booked them, they started to work around the clock finding the vendor and venue that suited us. They were so easy to book and made it a breeze to plan. Our coordinator Brooke took the time to listen to us and thought about every single detail. It's funny, because as a bride, I thought I knew how I wanted everything to go but once you get deep into the wedding process, you lose track of things. Brooke had a solution before I realized there was a problem. Thanks to her and her team, I enjoyed every part of the wedding. Amazing experience with Luxe!
We worked with Brooke from Luxe productions - from the start she was incredibly knowledgeable about The Griffin House and helped us get fully set up with planning right away! We are grateful for all of her communications over the months, coordination with vendors, and so appreciate her willingness to try something out. More than anything, Brooke & Team absolutely nailed it on our wedding day! Not one thing was out of place. I really felt comfortable relaxing the day of knowing that Brooke & the Luxe Team had everything under control. Luxe Perfection
Words cannot begin to describe how much I love this company. They were more than just people we hired to plan our wedding, they are family. Brooke and Misty are women you want in your life forever. They are inclusive, empathetic, hardworking, and just all around good people. We gave Brooke a general vision and she made it into reality. They have such a wonderful relationship with vendors everywhere. All our vendors are also now family. They all got to know who we were as a couple. There is NOTHING we would change about our big day and wish we could do it all over again. It was literally perfect in every way. We are forever grateful to the Luxe team and how wonderful they were to us (and continue to be to us). Thank you a million times over! LOVE YOU!

I am beyond thankful to everyone at LuxeNW that was involved in our wedding. You really saved the day for us. My now husband and I had no idea what we were doing and you came in and showed us the way to get everything set up for our wedding. Thank you for always checking on us and keeping us on track, if it wasn't for Lex we probably would have forgotten about getting our Marriage License until the day before the wedding. Thank you, Lex! You made the day of our wedding run so smoothly and helped us to not be stressed at all. Our parents were so appreciative of how much you helped them too. I cannot even begin to describe how amazing working with Luxe was! Every single member of the team was knowledgeable and helpful, and kept everything organized for us. Our wedding was absolutely gorgeous, with our guests still raving about it nearly 6 months later. My husband, myself and our families did not have any stress that day worrying about anything at all because it was already taken care of. I was a very type A bride with a clear vision of what I wanted, and Misty and the Luxe team helped connect me with the perfect vendors to make it happen. I can’t over-emphasize how much we recommend working with Luxe for your wedding.
We booked them for month-of coordination after a year + of planning and postponing. I was stressing about missing something, who was going to do what, and all the fine details.
Brooke immediately came in with a plan, a spreadsheet, timelines, and vendor lists. My husband and I got to pick all of the details and make the day our own but Brooke kept us on track and had suggestions to make everything we wanted to do a reality. She made suggestions on where to cut costs and how to get the most value for what we wanted, and how to make everything run smooth.
Brooke led our rehearsal with a positive energy and walked our families and wedding party through everything down to the last detail. So many things we never would have even thought about! From where we wanted family seated to a special ceremony we wanted to include, she thought of everything.
The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect. 100%. Everyone talks about what went wrong on their wedding day, but we don’t have anything that didn’t turn out well and most of the credit for that goes to Luxe.
They were on-site and communicating with vendors early on, which meant my husband and I got to enjoy our day and focus on each other. They did such a good job of solving problems without needing us and brought only the most important issues to us for final approval.
They kept our wedding on time, managed our vendors, brought us champagne before the ceremony and made sure we got to sample all the cocktails and apps during cocktail hour alone.
They nipped all problems in the bud before we ever even knew there was an issue. They passed out our payments to vendors and checked that everything was as we wanted it.
I remember watching our moms get ready to walk down the aisle and realizing they had purses in hand - in swooped the team and the purses were removed to a safe location until after the ceremony. The custom cocktail napkins were only supposed to be handed out during cocktail hour, when we spotted some passed out too early Luxe jumped in and asked the bartender to save them until later.
Table decor was too busy - Luxe had a solution, set it up for us to see and approve in seconds. It RAINED - they had an umbrella to keep me dry as I walked through the one little gap in the building before the ceremony. There was another event on-site; Luxe managed our timeline to make sure we never even noticed they were there.
Honestly, there were probably a million and one ways they saved our event that we never even knew about. My now-husband turned to me about a thousand times between our rehearsal and wedding day and said “thank god for Luxe”.
I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Worth every penny!! -
