It's been a month since we got married, and my husband and I are still just in awe of the most perfect weekend of our lives.
We came to Misty at Luxe Productions with a venue and a vision and she took that vision and turned it into an unforgettable weekend---and with only a four month lead time!
We're so grateful for the thoughtful and kind communication throughout the whole process. I can't overstate how wonderful it was to have her expert advise and guidance. I had a lot of fun in the planning process and a huge part of that was kicking around ideas with Misty. You can tell that she genuinely cares and that means so much when it's such a big moment for us.
My husband and I got married on a beautiful day, during the first weekend of October at Wind Mountain Ranch.
We rented out the whole venue for a full weekend of events.
On Friday we hosted our guests in the main building for a night of wine tasting from our favorite wineries and paired it with an Indian Buffet from local restaurant Kirpas Indian Cuisine. We also had Alex from Soothe Folk customizing vintage handkerchiefs for our guests.
Saturday morning we hosted yoga + soundbath, followed by a beautiful French-inspired picnic on the lawn. Misty and team really outdid themselves with the setup. It was so, so good! Kids and adults alike flew kites and threw frisbees and soaked in the scenery.
We really wanted to take advantage of the whole venue, so we had welcome cocktails by the pond, and followed with the ceremony on the main lawn. We couldn't pick a favorite view, so chose to have all of them and had the ceremony in the round. Afterwards, we had a seated, family-style dinner catered by Grand Cru in the main building. Misty's vision for table set-up and suggestion for our seating chart was impeccable.
Our guests loved it and haven't stopped talking about all the details from the event.
The only negative was that it was over too soon. ;)
Highly recommend Misty and the team at Luxe Productions. They are passionate, kind, resourceful and will bring your dream wedding to life.

Hiring Brooke from Luxe as our coordinator and planner was the best decision my wife and I made in our wedding planning process. Brooke was our lifeline the whole way through, and was always so kind and helpful. From our intro meeting to midpoint check-ins to day-of coordination, Brooke was on top of it all and kept us on schedule and well-informed. With Brooke's guidance we felt like we had a good handle on what needed to get done and when it needed to be done by, which meant that in the weeks before our wedding there were no last-minute scrambles. Brooke had great recommendations for vendors and we are thrilled with the ones we went with. Whenever we told a prospective venue or vendor that we were working with Luxe, they would say "oh, Luxe is the best!" Now I am telling you that, too. I have been saying since month 3-4 of planning that the best money we spent on the entire wedding was committing to a wedding planner with Luxe, and after our big day, I can't stress this enough. It was absolutely perfect. Brooke made our wedding planning process as seamless as possible and checked in often to see how we were doing. We were connected with vendors who have an existing relationship with Luxe, which meant discounts and a camaraderie we wouldn't have had if planning on our own. On the day of the wedding, if there were any issues, I certainly didn't know about them. Every detail and aspect of the timeline was planned to a tee and Brooke's (and her team) work enabled us to just be present and soak up the love. There is a 0% chance we could have planned a wedding even half as beautiful as what we had without Brooke and the Luxe team. We will forever be grateful. Luxe was easily the best investment in our wedding. We had a two year engagement and Luxe worked with us for over a year and a half of that. Brooke (who we worked with primarily) was instrumental in how well our wedding turned out. With how much work we had put into our wedding ourselves, we couldn't have imagined if we hadn't also had Brooke to help guide us along. Not only did Brooke help us with figuring out all of the little details to make sure our wedding ran smoothly, but she helped us find our vendors, kept us to a timeline so that we didn't miss windows of opportunity, and completely coordinated the day of the wedding.
Something that was immensely helpful for the planning of the wedding was the website that they utilized for the wedding. It allowed us to keep track of all of our events, timelines, due dates, budget, guests, inspirations, and design. We were able to use this during all of our meetings, whether digital or in person.
Brooke and the rest of those we worked with in Luxe were incredibly professional, kind, responsive, and we incredibly appreciated them for everything they did. I would highly recommend them to anybody who is even thinking of utilizing a planner/coordinator. For what you pay for their services, it was more than worth it, especially if you have a longer engagement. Thank you again for everything you did for us! I cannot recommend Luxe enough. We ended up working with Brooke for our event. My husband and I got married privately in August and hosted a reception on a friends property in September. The private party made things a little bit more complicated but it did not show thanks to Brooke!
From the time I got on the phone with them for the initial questions to the very end of our party, Brooke was there every step of the way. She was knowledgable and got things done efficiently! She worked with our budget, answered any and all questions we had, and thought of every single detail. I could have not been more impressed. You will not be disappointed if you hire Luxe! -

Brooke is incredible. Her can-do attitude and attention to detail is second to none, and we would have been totally out to sea without her.
I've always loved art and wanted to design our signage myself, but hadn't ever produced at such a large scale. Brooke was there every step of the way, helping me through each iteration and patiently responding to the approximately 40 billion texts and emails I sent.
We wanted our wedding to feel like an extension of our home; Brooke took a few pictures and phone calls and turned it into a whole vision, helping us plan the space & source the best vendors for the job. I don't imagine many people would be willing to construct a 40' gallery wall, but Brooke did.
I had friends pull me aside at the end of the night to tell me how flawlessly the event was run; everyone knew what to do and when to do it. Brooke and team allowed my husband and I to be fully present on our wedding day, and we couldn't be more grateful.
If you're planning a big event, I really don't think there's a better person for the job. Hiring Brooke was one of the best decisions we made all year, and I'm honestly going to miss our planning calls! -

We got married last summer and Brooke, Misty and the Luxe Team effortlessly transformed our dream wedding into a reality. I consider myself a hyper-planner and very Type A. I thought I had considered every possible scenario and contingency plan, however the Luxe Team anticipated challenges and contingencies that I hadn't even imagined, ensuring that everything ran smoothly behind the scenes (i.e. weather changes, shuttle transportation logistics, day of flow, guest experience). Their expertise and experience in coordinating vendors saved an enormous amount of time and stress, allowing my husband and I to relax and enjoy the wedding planning process. Words cannot begin to describe how much I love this company. They were more than just people we hired to plan our wedding, they are family. Brooke and Misty are women you want in your life forever. I cannot even begin to describe how amazing working with Luxe was! Every single member of the team was knowledgeable and helpful, and kept everything organized for us. I can’t over-emphasize how much we recommend working with Luxe for your wedding.
We booked them for month-of coordination after a year + of planning and postponing. I was stressing about missing something, who was going to do what, and all the fine details.
Brooke immediately came in with a plan, a spreadsheet, timelines, and vendor lists. My husband and I got to pick all of the details and make the day our own but Brooke kept us on track and had suggestions to make everything we wanted to do a reality. She made suggestions on where to cut costs and how to get the most value for what we wanted, and how to make everything run smooth.
Brooke led our rehearsal with a positive energy and walked our families and wedding party through everything down to the last detail. So many things we never would have even thought about! From where we wanted family seated to a special ceremony we wanted to include, she thought of everything.
The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect. 100%. Everyone talks about what went wrong on their wedding day, but we don’t have anything that didn’t turn out well and most of the credit for that goes to Luxe.
They were on-site and communicating with vendors early on, which meant my husband and I got to enjoy our day and focus on each other. They did such a good job of solving problems without needing us and brought only the most important issues to us for final approval.
They kept our wedding on time, managed our vendors, brought us champagne before the ceremony and made sure we got to sample all the cocktails and apps during cocktail hour alone.
They nipped all problems in the bud before we ever even knew there was an issue. They passed out our payments to vendors and checked that everything was as we wanted it.
I remember watching our moms get ready to walk down the aisle and realizing they had purses in hand - in swooped the team and the purses were removed to a safe location until after the ceremony. The custom cocktail napkins were only supposed to be handed out during cocktail hour, when we spotted some passed out too early Luxe jumped in and asked the bartender to save them until later.
Table decor was too busy - Luxe had a solution, set it up for us to see and approve in seconds. It RAINED - they had an umbrella to keep me dry as I walked through the one little gap in the building before the ceremony. There was another event on-site; Luxe managed our timeline to make sure we never even noticed they were there.
Honestly, there were probably a million and one ways they saved our event that we never even knew about. My now-husband turned to me about a thousand times between our rehearsal and wedding day and said “thank god for Luxe”.
I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Worth every penny!! -

We cannot say enough about how amazing the Luxe team is!!! Our destination wedding would not have happened without them & we are so grateful for everything. We worked with Brooke Garbett as a Day of Coordinator throughout our planning process and she is the absolute best!! Brooke was always on top of everything and has every last detail (even ones you’ll never think of) handled. She is so kind and fun to work with, it truly was a pleasure to work with her. She helped us make so many decisions, gave us advice, and gave her aesthetic expertise throughout the process. She makes you feel so at ease and is always willing to hop on a call and answer any questions you have. Brooke communicated with all of our vendors and made everything so easy for us. We are so grateful to have worked with her! What definitely made it worth every penny was that on our wedding day, we did not worry about a single thing! The day was so calm that we were able to just focus on enjoying the special day and we had confidence that they were taking care of everything for us. Lex Foster stayed with us to finish out the night on our wedding day and she was so awesome!!! She took care of everything we asked for and little issues that popped up (I’m sure even some we don’t know about)! The Luxe team is so professional and lovely to work with. If you’re planning a wedding, Luxe is a MUST! Working with them was the best decision we made!!! -

Brooke was more than willing to address, answer, solve and manage any concerns, questions or unknowns throughout this planning process. She and the team took care of every detail throughout the day so we could relax and stay in the moment completely. Weather incoming? We got a plan! Electronics issues? Handled. Unwanted guests knocking? Bye bye!

There are so many stressors that come with planning a wedding, and I could not be more thankful to have had them by my side throughout the whole process. What can we say except fabulous things about Brooke, Misty, and the entire Luxe NW Team? As an East Coast couple planning a wedding in our home town (Portland, OR), we recruited Luxe's services in 2019 with the hope of an easier time at planning a wedding across country, and man oh man did they deliver... in ways we never would have seen coming.
Every monthly planning call was seamless and straight forward, with a range of vetted vendors who were absolutely fantastic and on a scale of price ranges, so we could decide where to allocate money towards what was important to us.
When our original planning timeline shifted due to the pandemic, LUXE handled the transition with grace and ease, laying out every possibility on the table so that we wouldn’t have to compromise anything unless it was a conscious decision.
Drew and I decided to have an intimate ceremony followed by a larger one with family and friends in 2021, and in both instances, from start to finish, Luxe made sure that the only things on our minds on each days were each other, our family and friends, and the commitment we were making to one another. We could not have been more at ease.
I can not imagine having planned a wedding without them, and when I say their full service package is worth every penny, I mean it. It is worth every cent and more. We had the wedding of our dreams (twice!!), nobody got sick, and we have memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Luxe is in the business of making dream events a reality, and we would recommend them, without hesitation, to anybody, anywhere. We LOVE Luxe!!!

OH MY GOD - if you were hesitant on getting an event planner due to costs, etc., whatever - DON'T.
Misty and her team were THE BEST money I spent for my wedding!
My husband and I moved to Oregon from California on March 2020, right before the pandemic put us all on lockdown. We had no idea which vendors were good, who to contact, where to go, where to even start. I was stressed out looking - and then finally I decided to give LUXE a try. And I am so happy that I did. We first worked with Allison, and right away I knew that this team was different from all the other planners I interviewed. I loved her demeanor and she just got what I wanted out of our wedding.
Unfortunately, Allison moved, but then I got the honor to work with the AMAZING FIERCE HBIC (head bitch in charge) herself, Misty! She got our vision right away and created the most beautiful moody forest wedding that as my friends put it "something that should be in a wedding magazine".
On our wedding day, I saw her sprinting 100 mph to make sure everything was on time, in order, and just perfect for me and my husband. I really appreciated that she would take the time to make me realize that I am getting married. Told us all to breath and just take in this time to be present in the moment. Everything was handled by Misty so gracefully so my husband and I didn’t have to worry about anything else except to just focus on our wedding day and each other.
I cannot say enough good things about Misty and her team, but I come from a very traditional strict asian household, and if MY PARENTS who are not satisfied with anything said that she was AMAZING- that just says millions.
Some people would only keep in touch with their planner up to their wedding, but I can truly say that I consider Misty my friend. Who wouldn’t want to be? SHE’S THAT AWESOME. -

Even for a Micro Wedding, Hire Luxe
We had a small 2021 wedding in Portland and Misty and Catherine were instrumental in making sure everything was perfect. Even as someone who is used to managing aerospace programs, it was a dream to have someone else arrive early for setup and make sure the wedding ran smoothly. Luxe took care of everything - vendor communication, rentals, setup, timing, tear down... And after a busy weekend, it truly was a huge relief to not have to be the person thinking about that. This is the one time you can buy reduced anxiety - via a day of coordinator - even for a micro wedding! I originally chose Luxe because of their social media presence, and I have not been disappointed. These ladies truly are open to unique weddings of all sorts and will not judge your choices - from bridesmaids in pants, to gay marriage, to weed bars, to llama photo shoots. If it's legal in Oregon, they will make your dreams a reality. I highly recommend Luxe Event Productions for your wedding coordination needs in the Portland area. -

We had planned on a large wedding in Summer 2020, but postponed to 2021 and slimmed down our guest count substantially due to COVID-19. We were originally not going to hire a coordinator (which is now a horrifying thought!), but decided to hire Luxe to make our small day extra special. We specifically worked with Brooke Garbett. We already had some vendors booked, so Brooke suggested Luxe's most modest package. Despite this, from the beginning, Brooke genuinely made me feel like our wedding was her highest priority. To say she was on top of everything would be a huge understatement. She immediately picked up what my Pinterest board was putting down. Her communication, both with myself and our vendors, was top notch. She worked so hard on our wedding day, always checking in with me, my husband, and our families to make sure we were happy and aware of what was happening next. (My parents still talk about her!!!!) We also ended up adding the end-of-night package which I'm so thankful for. All in all, everything Luxe provided was just completely invaluable. I cannot imagine how stressful it would have been to plan all of these details without Brooke - especially had we kept the original guest count!!! I recommend Luxe, and Brooke especially, with my highest regard! -

Where do I even begin to express the immeasurable gratitude I have for the girls at Luxe Event Productions, they are absolutely amazing, and dream-come-true wedding planners!! This is going to be a long review because they deserve the same thought and detail that they put into our wedding. Brooke was my ‘before the wedding’ coordinator and Lex was my day of wedding coordinator. To give a little background, I am a high anxiety kind of person, and the kind of bride who was very indecisive, didn't have a clear vision and required a lot of guidance with decision making. I knew I needed full wedding planning services. Brooke and I worked together for an entire 14 months!! On our first phone call I noticed how warm, friendly and kind Brooke was. All communication with Brooke was smooth, open and she was easily accessible through email and text if I had a more urgent question/concern. The whole process was highly organized. I was provided a detailed checklist/planner that kept me on top of the many tasks that overwhelmed me. Almost every part of this wedding planning stressed me out and I had some "freak out” moments especially in regards to planning a wedding during a pandemic, but whether it'd be through email or via phone during one of our check-in meetings, Brooke always put me at ease, continued to encourage me, was patient with me, and had this confidence and grace about her that made me know that everything would be OK. I really feel like I don't have the words to describe how much of an angel she was to me for over the year we worked together. Some staffing changes resulted in Brooke having to pass the duties to Lex for the actual day. Brooke took several meetings to hand off to Lex in preparation for day-of duties, but even up to the day of, Brooke was making sure that information was getting to the right people and tying up loose ends.
I met Lex at our rehearsal the day before the wedding. Lex was so personable, warm and friendly and knew how to take control of my 20 person bridal party while remaining extremely professional, patient and kind. During rehearsal and the day of the wedding, Lex would frequently check in on me and knew exactly how to handle my anxiousness. Our wedding had a lot of performances and surprises, including multiple hula dances, a surprise dance for the groom and a surprise flashmob by our guests! She was essential in planning the cueing and getting everyone in place. I don't know how I could have remained sane without her and this wedding would not have been the amazingness that it was if not for both Brooke and Lex. I cannot thank them enough. Choosing Luxe was one of the best decisions I made. I am more than happy with the outcome and I HIGHLY recommend these girls if you want a smooth running, magical wedding. They are literally the best. -

At first I was hesitant to hire a wedding coordinator but WOW. All I can say is that Brooke from the Luxe team made wedding planning a DREAM. Best decision of my wedding planning experience was hiring Luxe!! Trust me, a planner is a MUST. As a pretty organized and motivated person I thought I could maybe do things on my own…Nope!! Luxe brings so much to the table that you don't realize you need - design expertise, industry knowledge, constant advice/support, and of course, the coordination of it all so you and your family don't have to on your special day!
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Misty (Owner). She took my very vague vision, put it on steroids, and brought it to life. Misty knew exactly how to set up and decorate our venue, what to put on our rental order, what our timeline should look like, etc. It was the most surreal feeling to have the luxury of just walking into our venue and seeing the masterpiece Misty and our vendors put together.
Thank you, Luxe/Misty, for being with us every step of the way, for holding our stress, for providing constant advice and support, and for helping us throw the party of the year! We couldn't have done it without you. -

Hiring Luxe was by far the one of the BEST DECISIONs we could have made throughout our wedding journey. Being from North Carolina, Misty and her team were AMAZING at helping us pulling of our wedding cross-country. Allison and Brooke were just so wonderful to work with! From the entire start of the process, the communication was stellar, and we were always updated on what was going on with the restrictions in the state of Oregon. They really are everything you would want in a planning and coordination team: organized, professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Misty would check in regularly to see how things were going with everything. We really felt valued as clients. There are not enough words to thank them enough for helping us plan our day. We did have to shift a lot of the original ideas because of the restrictions, which was fine, they were right on top of that too! and we had the most gorgeous little micro wedding. I 100% recommend these guys to anyone getting married in the Portland Area.

Brooke and Allison killed it the day of. I didn’t have to worry about a thing, because they handled everything.
They also had to deal with my friends being complete shit shows, so they deserve an award for that.
I also really appreciated hearing from you (Misty, OWNER) throughout the process. The black sign you sent us was such a nice kind gesture.

Luxe Productions should be synonymous with weddings! They came highly recommended to us, and everyone we know that has worked with them has showered praise on their team. During our initial meeting, the energy from Misty, Brooke and Allison gave us confidence that we had picked the right wedding coordinator. They have different price points for different levels of service you would need, even if you just need a little more than just a day-of coordinator. I have no idea how we would have pulled off the wedding that we did without the help of Misty and her team. We wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Brooke, who worked relentlessly from planning to execution to ensure that we stayed on track with everything that needed to be done. She went above and beyond what was expected of her and made us feel like we always had someone to call on if were were stuck, or just simply needed some advice. Their vendor connections and recommendations and plug into the wedding industry is unparalleled. I would definitely hire Luxe Event Productions for any other events that I might hold in the future, as they do so much more than just weddings.
If you are fielding other options, don't. Just take a visit to their office and meet with any of their staff, and you will feel that sense of ease and comfort that we felt when we hired them!

Brooke the Amazing
Our wedding was the most beautiful wedding anyone could have ever imagined. Around 200 people over three days at a giant venue out of our area. It could have been a disaster if not for the trusted coordinated efforts of Brooke at luxe event productions!! Brooke was a hundred percent on top of every detail. Not just during the wedding, but all the way through the planning process. Brooke made choosing all the wedding options easy and was available for questions and concerns at a moments notice. All I had to do was show up and smile which is what every bride truly wants. -

We reached out to Luxe more than 18 months before our desired wedding date. From the moment we hopped on a call with Allison, we knew we made the right decision! Allison + Misty and team were beyond helpful and aided us throughout each step of the process with attentiveness to our needs and reassurance that our big day would go without any issue. We are out of towners, but had a specific list of details we wanted at the wedding, and the team took everything in stride with patience and executed all of our asks without an issue. Their coordination and recommendations created an atmosphere that was beyond words, we are forever thankful for how perfect our wedding day went.
Luxe has weddings and events in Portland on lock! This was reiterated when we spoke to all of our vendors who echoed our sentiment "we love working with Luxe!!" Since we did not have any knowledge regarding vendors in Portland, Allison and team were ready with a list of their preferred vendors and even narrowed down even further after learning more about us. This paid off in dividends, as 1) we could not meet every single vendor since we’re living in another state and 2) each and every one of these vendors were at the very top of their fields in Portland.
From day one, we felt as if we were extremely valued as a client, and even more so important a part of the team. Allison took the time to really get to know us, and when were finally met in person (months into the process) it's as if we'd been friends all along. The regular calls and meetings we had were more like playing catchup with friends, and then mixing in planning, rather than a cut and paste dry conversation around what we still needed to do. She was really what we needed, as we're both busy individuals.
Our wedding day was a perfect as we drew up. We did not worry one bit, and the day flew by without us even knowing. Allison was there throughout the entire time, and made sure everything ran as smoothly. Honestly, there was nothing that we would have changed, it was amazing. My wedding day was the best day of my life! I not only married my husband and best friend in the whole world, but Brooke and Luxe made our beyond-our-wildest-dreams wedding come true. As a wedding coordinator, Brooke is unrivaled. Words cannot express my gratitude for Brooke and the Luxe team. My wedding was absolutely PERFECT…I seriously cannot think of a single thing that I would have changed…and it is all because of them.
I started searching for a wedding coordinator with my mom, who is a perfectionist and has a track record of being impossible to please. After our consultation with Brooke, my mom and I were blown away with Brooke’s attention to detail, warm (but no-nonsense!) personality, and excitement to create something magical and classic but ultimately, unique and edgy.
From the initial consultation to the day of the wedding, Brooke continued to impress us with her ability to help make our vision a reality. While working with my husband to sort through all of the details, Brooke was so gracious with her time and expertise, always making it a priority to meet with us, come up with an amazing suggestion, or find the perfect vendor. My husband and I had a pretty unique vision for our wedding from a celestial theme, to some eclectic, modern choices, to some touches that were an homage to Chicago; Brooke knew EXACTLY how to execute this vision while keeping everything elegant and irreverent and NOT campy.
Coming up with an amazing vision for a wedding is one thing, but coming up with a plan and executing it flawlessly is quite another! From the many personalities that come with blending families, to the seemingly endless tasks that go into the preparation for the perfect event, planning a wedding is a HUGE job, and I would not have been able to do it without Brooke. She made everything seem so easy (though, as you can imagine, it is far from it!) and took all of the stress off of me so that I could enjoy everything from the site visits to the catering tastings. Brooke was like my wedding planning fairy godmother!
When the day of the actual wedding arrived, Brooke and the Luxe staff made the event picture perfect. To boot, Misty, the owner of Luxe, hand delivered lunch and snacks to the both halves of the bridal party at their respective “getting ready” locations. Brooke knew exactly what to say and do to keep me calm, allow me to be carefree and have fun, and to really enjoy and treasure each moment. The event from beginning to end was so seamless and wonderful. Brooke thought of EVERYTHING and even designed components of the wedding that gave it another special touch. The guests had THE BEST time and could not have been more complimentary of the event from every vendor to the coordination team. I could go on forever!
Ultimately, Luxe is the best in the business, full stop. After the wedding, so many of my guests told my family that this was the best wedding that they had ever been to and EVERYONE was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the coordination staff. Furthermore, my mom (the ultimately nay-sayer) was so moved by Brooke’s coordination that she couldn’t stop telling me how much she loved Brooke and that hiring Luxe was “the best decision I made!” I couldn’t agree more! I really had the most magical night of my entire life and I cannot thank Luxe enough for giving my husband and me the best gift that we could have asked for - a perfect night. Judie Sent on 09/27/2018My daughter's wedding was last Saturday, 9/22, and we are still basking in the glow of a perfect day. She lives out of state, works full time, and is in grad school. With a quick five month engagement I was enlisted to take the lead in planning. Between our conversations and her Pinterest boards I had a fairly clear vision of how they wanted their wedding to be. I knew I wanted a wedding coordinator because I wanted other people in charge on the day, to execute our plans. Not only were the ladies at Luxe flawless in fully implementing our vision, they organized the other vendors, dealt with the prospect of rain and created and ran the timeline. We chose the Extended Day of Coordination package. Brooke and CeCelia provided help with vendor selections and assisted with our communication with vendors. They took us on a site walk and we discussed options for set up and a rainplan. They were always available, throughout the entire process, providing answers to our questions and direction. They held monthly scheduled phone meetings with the bride, and followed up with to-do lists for her and themselves. 9 days before the wedding day there was rain in the forecast. Even though our rainplan called for double purposing and flipping the ballroom the bride really wanted to stay with the original plan and have the ceremony on the lawn. Luxe secured a clear top tent and tirelessly worked out logistics for set up between the rental agency, the venue and the caterer. They also swooped in to rent 60 white golf umbrellas. I am positive they were successful in these last minute arrangements when I would not have been, due to much competition for these items. Despite the hours they spent working out our new rainplans, they left the tent/no tent call to us- with a 9:00 am decision time on the wedding day. Although it rained hard earlier that day the bride decided- no tent. It was a great call. Luxe was with us and for us the entire way. They were the BEST CHOICE! highly recommended!

We had booked a farm venue that required a lot more work than we anticipated (we had to rent/bring in EVERYTHING) but I was hesitant to hire a coordinator since I had a very specific vision for our wedding. Brooke worked along side what we wanted and provided super thorough and professional help and advice through every step of the planning. There were so many things I would have been totally lost on or completely missed all together without the confidence and expertise of Luxe. The best part was, most of it was set up the day of without me, the groom or family having to worry about a thing. We got to completely enjoy the best day ever!

I was one of those brides that had no idea what I even wanted and Brooke did an amazing job of helping lead me in the right direction. She provided us with ideas and suggestions but ultimately left the decisions up to us. She was organized and asked our vendors all the right questions that we would have never even thought to ask.
