Lexie of Lulu Bee helped me immensely when I realized I was behind on sending out invitations for my wedding. I was unsure where to start but luckily I found Lexie just as she launched her business! Lexie came up with a stunning invitation suite ( a few actually!) that was so fitting for my National Park wedding. She really exceeded my expectations and allowed me to make changes and incorporate important elements that were special to me. Lexie was so kind and made the process so smooth. I also had the option for expedited shipping which I sure appreciated! I'm very grateful to be Lulu Bee's first client! -

We absolutely loved working with Lexie (Lulu Bee Weddings). She was everything we could have hoped for and so much more. As our wedding coordinator, she took so much stress off of our plates and kept everything so smooth and organized on our wedding day. Our guests, family, and other vendors all loved her too! I’m so happy that we got to work with Lexie and would 1000% recommend her to anyone and everyone! -

Could not recommend Lexie with Lulu Bee Weddings & Events more!
It is hard to find the words how much I appreciate Lexie and the team she has built at Lulu Bee Weddings & Events! From the first conversation Lexie and I had all the way up to the wedding day, she made me feel like I was the only bride she was working with. I reached out to Lexie for month of coordination & assistance with the design aspect of our wedding. She was right there for every question I had with the design process and did a phenomenal job helping turn my Pinterest board vision to life. I enjoy planning things and generally I am the friend for others who sets things up, helps design things, and make ideas happen. For my own wedding I came to realize especially closer to the end that there was more that went into making all my visions come true then just “doing it” like I had in the past and became overwhelming in my own head. The month of every question I had, phone call we had, text, email, etc Lexie was the one to be right there and either give me an answer or make me feel confident with my own decisions. Up to the day of she helped set up and execute the wedding of my dreams from decor to working with every other vendor and execute a seamless timeline. If you happen to be debating between hiring someone to assist and guide you down your path of getting married, I couldn’t recommend Lexie & her team any more! -

We recently planned our entire wedding, and was looking for a Day of Coordinator that could help tie all the pieces together on our special day. We found Lulu Bee and spoke with the owner Lexie, she was really understanding, was a great fit, and provided insights and questions we had not thought of. Carol was our Day of Coordinator and excelled the day of our Wedding with her expert coordination and guidance. There was not a single moment throughout the day that Carol did not proactively anticipate our needs as she provided us with comfort, care, understanding, and a true dedication to making our day the best it could be. -

Planning a wedding far from home with very few recommendations to work with, I stalked online and lucked into finding Lexie and Lulu Bee for help with our daughter’s DC wedding. From our first chat, I knew we’d found the right fit. She found the perfect hotel block and getting ready suites for us and on wedding weekend made sure everything ran smoothly! Extra bonus, she’s a delight to work with! When the bride’s wedding vows needed to be reprinted and pasted into her vow book 30 minutes before the ceremony, she magically made it happen❤️ and even did the final floral touches to the wedding cake! Thanks, Lexie, for making it look effortless. We couldn’t BEE happier! -

I had the pleasure of working with Lexie at Lulu Bee Weddings for an intimate wedding at Rust Manor House, and she was truly fantastic. From start to finish, she was incredibly flexible, helpful, and always ready to find solutions—exactly the kind of planner every couple (and every vendor) hopes to have by their side.
She not only helped bring the couple’s vision to life but also personally took care of the decor setup, creating a beautiful vintage vibe that perfectly complemented the venue. Her attention to detail and warm, kind approach made the entire day flow seamlessly, ensuring the couple could fully enjoy their celebration without stress.
As a photographer, I appreciated how smoothly everything ran, allowing me to focus on capturing all the meaningful moments without worrying about logistics. Lulu Bee is a no brainer!
SO happy I hired Lulu Bee! Lexi was extremely punctual and responded right away to all my texts, calls, and emails. I had one hiccup during the planning process with a flooring/onsite vendor and once I got Lexi involved she fully took the reigns and took the stress off my shoulders and it all worked out. She was extremely passionate about making my vision come to life as seamlessly as possible from our first call through to the lights coming on at our wedding after party. She was truly lovely to work with throughout the entire process! -
