It wouldn't have been I Do without Sherlene and LT Events!! Every Type A bride needs a Sherlene in her life! Sherlene knew just how to support this strong independent, I'll do it all myself, bride through every step from gentle nudges in the right direction to a more stern its time to hand it over! She knew just what I needed at every twist and turn! There's not many people in life that can support and get me to just hand over the most important day of my life.... but through her amazing personality, grace, patience, and taking all the moments to make a true connection with me, she did it!! My husband, friends, and even me are still in Aww! The day was a true whirlwind and although I don't remember all the details I very clearly remember so many times throughout the day that she looked at me with a reminder to breathe, an encouraging "its ok", "ive got this" or just that amazing smile of hers! I have never been able to truly enjoy myself at anything without worry like I did that day! I have true admiration for the whole package this woman is!! She coordinated my day through my eyes without me, and it was so beautiful and perfect!! She even remember details I had forgot i wanted in my planning rambles we had! I would work with her a million times more!! Thank you so much, Sherlene, for your experience, patience, resilience, and just being you. Warren and I couldn't have said i do so perfectly if you weren't by our side!!! -

Sharlene was hands down, the best decision we made for our wedding. What an absolute rock star! She was extremely responsive, so charismatic and personable (which made it like planning with a friend versus someone who is just in it for the money), so organized, and made our day so easy.
I was walking around our venue the morning of and it was still getting ready so it looked a bit plain and still full of boxes. The next time I opened the doors, everything was organized and STUNNING and was ready. I barely had to lift a finger the day of. She made sure my husband and I had time to ourselves, catered to our needs (she even carried lactase pills for me! lol), and made sure everything we wanted was met to the best of her ability.
Having her at our wedding was such a blessing. I could seriously write an essay on how amazing she is at her job. Book her!! You won't regret a second of it. -

Sharlene and her team were amazing! We spoke with Sharlene many times about our vision and how we wanted things to go and she made it happen! We even got compliments from our guests and bridal party on what a great team we had planning our day. Even little things like knowing our favorite drinks and making sure we are able to sip on them while we were getting photos taken or making sure we had our hors d’oeuvres set aside in the bridal suite for us when photos were done made it that much more special. She always had a smile and took the stress away from us. She made sure all the big things were where they needed to be and was just as attentive to the little things. Will 110% recommend her to anyone!
Also, the planning portal that came with her planning services was a life-saver! It kept us up to date with a full checklist of all tasks needing to be done and allowed us to create our venue layout and seating chart so seamlessly! -

Sharlene is hands down the best at what she does. She has a passion for making your wedding everything you could ever dream of and more. Our wedding was not easy at all. We had four different venue planners/coordinators within one year. Sharlene toke a mess made by our venue and made our day shine. She did not let the chaos of our venue mess up our day. She toke action and made sure all promises were kept within our contract and even more. She went above and beyond always keeping us informed during the whole process. She kept notes of all meetings and didn't miss a beat. I could count on her every step.
Our actual wedding day was flawless! Many couples can not say that but we can. Sharlene made a minute by minute timeline that was followed without any hiccups. Even though she did not have to she always made sure my husband and I had everything we needed such as getting us our signature drinks, appetizer, helping with my bussle and fanning my husband because he was sweating hahaha.
Her kind personality is just one quality we loved but more than ever it is her passion that shines thru her work. I will forever recommend LT Events to any new engaged couple.

I cannot overstate how *incredible* Sharlene and her team at LT events are, and how *critical* they were to the flawless success of my wedding day and the 9 month planning process. I worked with her in a "month-of coordination" capacity, meaning I took the lead on most day to day planning and we had monthly check-ins. Then Sharlene stepped in full time about 30 days out to run the whole show and bring all the pieces together.
Sharlene (who co-owns the company with her partner) is a real life wonder woman -- she manages to be extremely detail oriented, great at follow through, and maintain the sunniest, most positive attitude al the time. I so looked forward to our talks because she was just such a loveable person throughout a sometimes tense process.
Despite having a ton of clients to juggle, Sharlene manages to make you feel like your wedding vision is her only priority. Availability wise, she's happy to join walk through's, important vendor calls and give feedback on negotiations and contracts.
LT Events also has an *amazing* online planning tool that was a godsend in helping us design our layout for a 200 person wedding, seating charts and track a robust to-do list.
The LT events preferred vendors list is also awesome, and helped us find a caterer (Tabletop Catering) and DJ (Al Dee Productions) we were SO happy with.
To this day, wedding attendees tell me we what a fabulous planner we had, and how clear it was that she was a pro!
Sharlene went above and beyond, and I know she will for all her brides. (Especially those who are kind, communicative and respectful people!) -

I can't believe I ever thought I could plan a wedding alone. The incomparable Sharlene was indispensable on the day of our wedding and in the months leading to it. Sharlene was incredibly transparent from start to finish about the tools and organization we needed to accomplish every little detail that we wanted. What was so apparent was that Sharlene cared most about what OUR dreams were for our wedding day, and with her communication (in both Spanish and English), her structural guidance, and her willingness to go the extra mile, she made our destination San Juan wedding during a global pandemic into the best day of our lives where all of our wedding dreams came true. From small personal touches like making sure she gave us our favorite snacks on the way to our venue from our photo location, to organizing a grander surprise for us with our family members, there is no doubt in my mind that without Sharlene our dream wedding wouldn't have been half as wonderful as it was with her there at the helm. There was a time when we weren't even sure if we could have a destination wedding anymore because of the pandemic, and Sharlene was there to expertly communicate with our venue to discuss the legalities of our contract. One thing is for certain, Sharlene is first and foremost a professional and there is no one else like her. My husband and I are so honored to have had LT Events plan our most perfect day. -

Sharlene made our day perfect!!! She stuck by our side through all the crazy rescheduling with covid from last year. Our family and friends raved about her after the wedding. Sharlene also pulled off something amazing for my husband and I on our wedding day. We met at House of Blues nine years prior and wanted to do our first look there. Sharlene reached out for us and made it possible!!! She is one of a kind, professional, detailed oriented, and a true blessing to us on our special day!! -

Words cannot describe how amazing Sharlene is! The moment we met her at I do’s and Brews we knew we had to have her a part of our wedding. She was such an incredible help the entire way and created a seamless schedule for the rehearsal and wedding day. If we didn’t have Sharlene, who knows what we would have done! She eliminates any and all stress before it even gets to the bride and groom. Her sincere care for our special day really showed. If you’re looking for the most incredible wedding coordinator/planner, I cannot recommend Sharlene and LT Events enough! Truly the best around! -

There is so much to say about LT Events, Sharlene and team! They are top notch professionals and a ton of fun! Sharlene knew I needed her before I even knew I needed her. She helped myself and my parents plan my wedding as our month-of and day-of coordinator. She took care of every single detail and went above and beyond on her service. From meeting us at our first venue to meeting us at our second venue (since our first canceled on us), from her sanity check "check-ins", reviewing every contract, collecting and storing ALL wedding items we had for day of, stocking the wedding party limo with goodies and snacks, and making sure my parents and I didn't have to worry about a thing on wedding day! She is a brides DREAM and I would recommend her time and time again! -

I had the opportunity to work with Sharlene and her theme on a recent wedding where I was the photographer. Sharlene contacted me well in advance to keep me updated on every single detail and updates in the timeline. She was always prompt and sweet. She and her team were so on point with the timeline, took care of every single request the bride and groom had, and even went above and beyond taking care of extra tasks other coordinators wouldn't. Look no further! Sharlene must be your event planner if you want a flawless event.
