July Wedding
Jen and her team were exceptional partners in our wedding planning experience. We worked with Jen over the course of a year and a half prior to our wedding and she kept us on track and informed throughout the whole process. From deciding on vendors, to workshopping design and layout ideas, to planning all of the logistics of the day and weekend, Jen and her team were consistent, flexible, and creative resources to rely on throughout.
Jen, Riley, and Kacie were also absolutely essential the day of and ensured that everything ran incredibly smoothly and on time, but never rushed. We had a lot of moving logistical elements and it all came together without a hitch.
My husband and I are definitely type A planners and we felt totally at ease with everything in the Lovely Event teams' hands that day. We also had a blast! I would highly recommend Jen and her team! Thank you Lovely Events! -

Patient and structured wedding coordinator who was a pleasure to work with
Jennifer was a life saver for our recent wedding at the Liberty Warehouse. She provided detailed vendor recommendations, particularly on the florist (who we loved!), and kept us organized (and sane) in the busy weeks leading up to the event. The highlight for me was her suggestion to interleave each of our courses with our planned dance routines and sets, which people keep telling us to this day was one of the most creative ways to get them on the dance floor.
I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anybody looking for a day of coordinator, a wedding planner, or anything in between. You will not regret it! -

Simply amazing!
I had the pleasure of working with Jen for our wedding at Blue Hill at Stone Barns and cannot recommend her highly enough! Throughout the entire process, Jen was attentive, patient, and accommodating to all of our needs. In the planning phase, Jen was extremely helpful - she gave us great suggestions on vendors and on how to structure our wedding day. On our wedding day, Jen was absolutely amazing! Everything in her control went exactly as planned. Jen handled last minute weather changes with the calmness and confidence we needed. She was able to work with the venue to quickly move our ceremony to be covered and our cocktail hour indoors. Despite the sudden change, our ceremony and cocktail hour were absolutely beautiful.
Jen was incredibly easy to work with and made us feel supported from start to finish. I highly recommend working with her and will definitely reach out to Jen for any future events!

The best!!!
Jen and her team are exceptional. We got married in April at Blue Hill and we booked the partial planning option with Lovely and we are so glad that we did. The partial planning option was perfect for us -- Jen provided in depth vendor recommendations, assistance with putting together a florist proposal (which was veryyyy helpful!), 12-month timeline and she was always available to us for questions along the way. Then, 2 months before our wedding things really kicked up a notch. Jen was very involved and had regular Zoom and email check-ins with us. She and her team coordinated with all of our vendors and put together a comprehensive timeline. They handled all of the little things that I would never have thought of and luckily didn't have to worry about because Jen had it under control. All of our vendors also loved working with Jen - which makes everything feel great. On the day of the wedding, Jen was amazing. When we were a bit behind schedule she never made us feel rushed or panicked and somehow got us back on schedule. My cousin-in-law who got married the summer before was amazed at how much better Jen and her team were than her own wedding planner (sad, but true!!). If you're getting married at Blue Hill or at another venue in or around Westchester/Upstate NY - you should book Lovely. I recommend Jen so wholeheartedly. We are so appreciative of all of her help and her calm leadership! -

We cannot recommend Jen and Lovely Events enough! We had Jen come on as a partial planner as I had some experience "planning" my sisters wedding years prior, but I quickly realized we needed an expert this time around. Jen was so easy to work with, she was very responsive and no question was too small. She was also able to guide us on any decisions we had and we trusted her expertise! I wasn't sure what to expect with having a wedding planner but Jen went above and beyond anything I thought of! She seamlessly took over as the wedding neared, which put all our nerves at ease. And with so many moving parts on the day of, Jen still managed to come by and pick up all day of items to bring to the venue so we had one less thing to worry about! At the venue, Jen and her assistants Riley and Grace, were amazing! They were always checking in with me and my family to make sure everyone was comfortable while making sure all the vendors were set and things were on schedule. They were also so accomodating when we made some very last minute changes and they did it all with a smile! Jen and her team truly want to make your big day as calm and easy as possible and they definitely suceeded in that! We 10000% recommend Lovely Events and wish we could get married again if only to work with Jen again. -

We are so grateful that we chose to work with Jen for our wedding day and cannot recommend her and her team enough!! Jen constantly kept us on track throughout the whole process, helping shape and bring our vision to life along the way. She was always organized, responsive, and so knowledgeable about the ins and outs of every decision. Possibly the most important takeaway from our experience with Jen was her ability to guide us to trusted vendors. We truly could not have been happier with each and every vendor that we worked with, and we owe that entirely to Jen and her expertise in the field. On the day, Jen, Kacie, and Grace were both seamlessly managing all of our vendors, but also paid us the utmost care, constantly making sure we had what we needed and that we were comfortable and having a great time. Incredible!!
I’m endlessly grateful to Jen and her team for helping to make our dream wedding a reality. From the jump, Jen was always available as a resource and was super responsive to all of my emails/calls/texts. Every vendor she recommended was 10/10 and she made wedding planning a breeze, particularly in the weeks leading up to the wedding. I was anticipating lots of stress, but she was on top of every detail. My day went flawlessly, thanks to Jen and her assistants Kacie and Riley. Our families and bridal party were so impressed by their professionalism and attentiveness. I was initially hesitant about needing a planner, but I can honestly say I don’t think I could’ve pulled it off without them, worth absolutely every penny and one of the best decisions I made! -

Mother of the bride
Jen and her Lovely Event Team were amazing. Her expertise and professionalism were beyond compare. She introduced us to vendors which brought our daughter’s dream wedding to fruition. Jen was great explaining why we should or shouldn’t do something and she was always right.
Working with Jen was easy, her quick responses to questions, her calm demeanor and her coordination of vendors made the process seem effortless to us. If there were any glitches day if I have no knowledge of them- Jen and Riley handled it all.
Jen and Lovely Event went beyond planning and organizing our daughter’s wedding. One of her greatest attributes was how she treated our daughter - like she was the most important bride. Her genuine caring made her feel like a trusted friend!
If I had another daughter getting married Jen would be my 1st phone call. -

Run, don’t walk to hire Lovely Event!
Working with Jen and her team at Lovely Events was the best wedding decision we made. We thought we had everything together and could plan and coordinate a wedding all on our own, but we were sure wrong! Jen kept us on track, and reminded of us tasks we would have never thought of. There are so many small details to think of, and endless things that could go amiss on your wedding day, and we felt at ease knowing the ladies at Lovely Events were there for us. From the two years leading up to our wedding to the end of the night, everything was seamless all thanks to Lovely Events. Worth every penny! We only wish we started working with Jen earlier in the process.-

Look no further than Lovely for your planning needs!
We weren't sold on bringing a planner onboard initially because our venue included some onsite logistical support, but explored lovely and had an initial call w. Jen which sealed the deal. Little did we know - Jen and lovely would be in our lives A LOT longer than expected as we embarked on a 2 year journey w. 2 whole replan's due to COVID. Jen was calm, prepared and professional throughout the entire, unique process. I don't think we would have ultimately had the day we did without her. She kept us on track and never made us feel stressed despite we had only hired Lovely for the day of + a few additional hours. If we weren't impressed in the lead up - the weekend of the actual wedding - Jen and her team were AMAZING. They kept everyone in check - made sure all vendors were jiving and ultimately executed our wedding day perfectly. Jen felt like a partner in our planning process - and when you pair with a vendor that is both authentic and kind - you're truly set up for success. Don't cut cost in your planning process on piece of mind - and definitely consider Lovely!! -

Perfect person to lead on during wedding planning
We had a crazy ride leading up to our June 2021 wedding and I know it would have been a lot less smooth getting to the finish line without Kristen and her team in our corner. Long story short -- after originally postponing our winter 2020 wedding to June 2021 due to the pandemic, we found out about 1.5 months before our new wedding date that our original venue was closing and we had to scramble to find a new one. Kristen was amazing and went above and beyond to help us find and lock in our new venue, make all the changes needed from one venue to the other and make us feel calm and taken care of during the process. She is as kind and warm as she is talented and business savvy and is the perfect person to have your back leading up to your wedding. If she can handle all the curve balls we had to throw at her, I'm sure she can handle anything. -

Amazing combination of organized and creative!
Working with Jen from Lovely Event Planning was one of the best wedding planning decisions we made! She is thorough and organized, but also creative and has an eye for design. She helped us stay on top of all the planning details throughout the year that we worked together and provided amazing guidance on our design decisions from invitations to napkins to lighting. She has relationships with so many wonderful vendors and helped us choose the perfect team to make our vision a reality. She was always available to answer questions or talk us through decisions, and we truly didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day because we knew that she and her team had all the details covered. Best decision we made!
We hired the Lovely Event Planning team to help with our originally planned August 2020 wedding, then the pandemic hit. Jen was so incredibly supportive and we were able to postpone and pull off the most magical day a year later in 2021. Jen was so thoughtful about every little detail and had the best recommendations in terms of vendors. She was very responsive to email and went above and beyond throughout the whole process. On the day of, the entire Lovely Team was so helpful and allowed the entire wedding party to really enjoy the day. Hiring Jen and her team was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. -

We worked with Jen and she made the process stress free & smooth! Jen put up with our constant questions and always answered them so quickly, as well as hoping on video calls with our vendors. Also, she was there day of our wedding, along with Kacie. They both ensured everything went seamless and we did not have to worry about anything day of, thanks to them! You need Jen to help plan your wedding!
Jennifer Andaur was the perfect wedding coordinator! She's ultra supportive, responsive, and honest and helped us create the wedding of our dreams! She went above and beyond to help us through countless reschedulings, helpings us coordinate, and re-rcoordinate, and re-coordinate with our vendors and the venue, and gave us tremendously helpful advise and empathy through all the wedding planning uncertainty of 2020 and 2021.
Day of the wedding went without a hitch due to Jen's expertise and overall awesomeness!! (and we have a lotttt of decorations)
I also LOVE AislePlanner. Honestly don't know how people plan weddings without it, and if you work with Jen -- this tool is included! An absolute must.

Absolutely amazing
I worked with Jen and had a phenomenal experience -- I cannot recommend her and Lovely Event Planning enough!! We had already picked a venue and some vendors but needed help with day-of coordination, some communication with certain vendors, as well as design inspiration, so we did the partial planning package. It was worth every penny. Jen went above and beyond the entire time despite it being a crazy wedding season with all the postponements and COVID protocols changing -- I don't know how she does it! She was super responsive, organized, creative, kind, and accommodating. When we had issues getting responses from a less-than-responsive vendor, Jen was on it. When we last minute found out we needed to rent dishware, Jen was ready with suggestions that matched our other decor and got them reserved right away. Jen was also very respectful of my budget and never pressured me into anything we didn't want. She is clearly very experienced and knowledgable, so I trusted Jen would always get me the right answer and she did! Our wedding itself was just perfect , and it was a joy to have Jen and Kacie there that day. If you're looking for a planner with great taste and exceptional skill at planning and executing a wedding, look no further! -

The best decision we made!
Kristen and her team are incredible and made our wedding day pure magic! From the early planning process, to postponing our wedding and all throughout wedding day, she and her team made us feel organized, confident and relaxed. She handled all of the logistics (i.e., timelines, confirming with vendors, communication with day of transportation - you name it!) leading up to the wedding and we were so grateful for that. Kristen didn't miss a beat on wedding day and I felt like she knew what I needed before I even realized I needed it. The day was run so seamlessly and we were lucky to have her on our team. Amazing experience with Jen from Lovely Events!
Look no further - you've found the best! Jen from Lovely Events was amazing as a partial planner/day-of coordinator. Amidst the anxiety of planning and re-planning and re-planning again due to COVID, Jen was there every step of the way. She helped my husband and I flawlessly pull of the most perfect day and was a constant presence of calm and support during our entire process. We ended up having a much smaller event than originally planned, and Jen made sure every detail and every person was perfectly in place throughout the day. It was such an enjoyable experience and we did not have to worry about anything on our big day. Kristen is the best
Kristen Estela and her team at Lovely Event Planning are beyond amazing. We hired her for partial day-of planning for our wedding in CT, and it was easily one of the best wedding planning decisions we made. From the moment we met, Kristen truly went above and beyond. She helped us with coordinating vendors, organizing our timeline, and helped with dozens of small details that otherwise could have easily fallen through the cracks. Wedding planning can easily become stressful and overwhelming, but Kristen's expertise along with her fun and down-to-earth attitude made the process easy. Kristen is so kind and down-to-earth - each time we would speak throughout this process, I could instantly feel my stress levels decrease. She was also smart and practical about what we needed, and what we didn't need, and helped us be realistic and stick to our budget. By the time of our wedding, it felt like Kristen was an old friend. We couldn't have done it without her, and I recommend her with zero hesitations and endless enthusiasm! Kristen is the best. -

Lovely is the best!
When I began wedding planning I knew I had to get a wedding planner since I was a bride planning from another state (and moving again a few months later) Jen from Lovely from the very start was exactly what I was looking for. Over the course of a year she always answered my emails promptly and took my calls when ever I wanted to chat about ideas. The two months before my wedding she put my mind at ease. She is not only super well organized but also able to fix any issue right away! My wedding venue required me to seek outside vendors for almost every aspect of the wedding (catering, rentals, officiant etc) and she handled contact with them so well I barely had to do anything the month of. She really understood the vibe of my wedding and helped me pick and design a beautiful tablescape with the rental company. The day of my wedding I was able to fully enjoy every moment knowing Jen and her assistant had everything handled. Anything that came up, boom Jen was there to take care of it. Several guests after the wedding commented on how professional and efficient she was! I am so thankful I found lovely and got to work with Jen, she is truly amazing at what she does. -

Working with Kristen and her team at Lovely Event Planning was the best decision we made - there were a lot of things I didn’t know about the wedding planning process and we were having our wedding at a non-traditional venue which made it a bit more complicated than usual. Kristen made sure we were comfortable at every step of the process, and understood my vision right away. Because I knew that Kristen always had my vision and style in mind I could fully rely on her to make decisions with the other vendors without worrying at all. She was communicative, warm, and did an amazing job with everything. We couldn’t have done it without her and the team! -

Kristen and her team were life-savers and hiring Lovely was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day! They took charge and got every.single.thing. done; I don't even know if anything went wrong because everything was taken care of. Kristen is attentive, helpful, knows what she is doing and not to mention extremely sweet and easy to work with and get along with. I also really appreciated that she came to some appointments prior to the big day, so she was able to see how details were to be executed. Like having an extra me, but even better!
Hiring Kristen of Lovely Event Planning was hands down THE BEST decision of my entire wedding planning process. During my search for a day-of coordinator, I quickly found that many planners in the Hudson Valley with good experience where thousands of dollars above my price range and included a list of services a mile long, 9/10ths of which weren't things we needed. When I found Lovely Event Planning, Kristen quickly set up a phone call with me to discuss what I needed exactly, what I already had planned, and most importantly, the price range I was hoping to stay within. She was happy to customize a package for my needs within my budget, and I quickly signed the contract to work with her! So much was included in my contract for a very reasonable price, including unlimited communication (which she responded to promptly every. single. time.), recommendations for vendors I still needed, a tool kit that had the BEST task list, and literally everything that needed to be coordinated with other vendors month-of. She met with me twice in person before our wedding weekend to go into great detail about how the big day would go and she saved me from many meltdowns about not knowing what to do or how to assert what I really wanted! Every step of the way, I felt that Kristen's complete attention was on our wedding. Her passion for this industry - and more importantly, the couples she works with - is evident. The day of our wedding ran incredibly smoothly thanks to Kristen and her assistant Kacie; if anything went wrong, my husband and I had no clue. Our family and friends, and even a few of our vendors commented on how well run the wedding felt thanks to their coordination! I am a serious micromanager (hey, I know what I want!), and I felt the entire time that I could trust Kristen to do that job for me and even better. She coordinated everything from a surprise serenade from my husband to the arrival of vendors, and even the minor details of setting up photos and favors. On top of it all, she captured a bunch of videos and photos to have immediately so that we could remember how wonderful it all was the next day! Kristen is such a gem. She is sweet, funny, empathetic, professional, a great communicator, and has great connections in this industry. I can't say enough good things about Kristen and Lovely Event Planning, I can only thank them from the bottom of my heart for making our wedding an absolute dream!-

Fabulous Job!
I was married two weeks ago at the Rainbow Room in New York City and hired Jennifer Andaur of Lovely Events as my month of coordinator. At the time, I didn’t think I needed a coordinator. Now I truly have no idea what I would have done without Jen. She is everything a planner should be — detail-oriented and flawless. I didn’t have to worry about anything at all on our wedding day. Jen is an easy-going and kind person who helped to keep everyone calm, which was not always an easy task. I will be forever grateful for Jen and the team at Lovely Events for the incredible job they did and for their friendship. My suggestion for anyone who is considering getting a planner is to hire Jen the second you start planning. It will save you so much time, stress, and money in the long run because she is truly a pro! -

Words can hardly describe how grateful we are to have worked with Kristen and Jen for the last 2 and half months leading up to our wedding. They didn't have prior experience working in our venue, but none of that matters at all! They are pros at what they do and they will crush it no matter where you're getting married. They are the best planners I could have ever asked for and they constantly went above and beyond for us. Kristen was amazing talking me through timelines and logistics, as well as with helping us carry out our vision. She got to know us as people and that came through in everything she did. On the day of the wedding, Kristen and Jen were so on top of everything and they were always making sure Peter and I were all good. They even helped us set up our flowers in the ceremony space, which came out perfect! I can't imagine having anyone else by our side! They are the reason we had the most perfect day. One of The Best Decisions!
Hiring Lovely Event Planning was the best choice I could have made pertaining to my wedding (besides choosing my groom of course). I worked closely with Kristen and Jen from the very beginning and could not have been more thankful. Firstly, due to unforeseen circumstances I only had three months to plan my wedding for over 100 people at a private estate. From our first phone call Kristen not only assured me it could be done, but also made the entire process go as smoothly as possible. Kristen and Jen had multiple appointments lined up for me within 24 hours of our first in person meeting. Secondly, they never put added stress on me with the wedding date quickly approaching, but instead always had a motto that it would get done. Not only were they able to make it happen, but they were able to find amazing vendors on such a short time period. Thirdly, they listen to exactly what you want and miraculously bring your dream alive. They never tried to push their own styles on my vision, but instead effortlessly saw what I imaged for my wedding and brought it to life. There were a few unavoidable glitches, such as the generator malfunctioning, but the Lovely Event Planning team handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes while my guests continued to enjoy the celebration. Lastly, not only are Kristen and Jen communicative, organized, and in sync with what you want, but they are also fun people that you enjoy talking to throughout the wedding planning process. Thank you both and to the entire Lovely Event Planning team for making my wedding beautiful, fun, and a stress free day for me! -

Breath of fresh air
Wow. I have been trying to write this review for a few days now, but know what I write won't do justice to how amazing Kristen and Kacie where on our wedding day.
A little context: I planned about 80% of the wedding prior to realizing we would need a day of coordinator at our venue. We were married on a working apple orchard with a hard cider tasting room. Everything had to brought in, accounted for and planned. Every. Detail.
It took me months to find Kristen, and it was worth the wait. So many planners have "set pricing and packages". What I needed was unique since I had done so much prior to contacting the planner. Once I contacted Kristen, I knew I met my match.
I was transparent with our budget and what we needed, and Kristen made it work. I cannot thank her enough for her honesty, and transparency with what we could do with her assistance and how to supplement without breaking the bank. Ex: Hiring one of her assistants, Kacie to take over for her for during our after party.
Kacie, was a gem. She was SO attentive in making sure me and my husband had drinks and food, were happy, and things were moving smoothly.
Kristen, was the best investment we made during our wedding. If you are still reading this and are not sure if you should hire her, do it! No wedding size, venue, budget is out of her scope of business. I cannot stop ranting and raving about how you need to hire her. We both cannot imagine our day without her (and Kacie).
The best was the compliments from wedding guests at how smoothly the day went. Our wedding was different than nearly all others our guests had attended. Lots of moving parts, lots of traditions thrown out the window. Yet, it worked perfectly because she managed it.

With Kristen I don't even know where to begin. We hired her for "day of coordination" but she went so far above and beyond what we had hired her for! We are not super romantic by nature and wanted the wedding to feel authentic to us-Kristen was an amazing listener and really helped make our vision happen. From having great creative ideas to just talking me off the ledge, I was in great hands from start to finish. We also had a non-traditional venue (summer camp) and Kristen took on all the challenges like a pro! For example, when a vintage pickup truck happened to break down in our venue space before the cocktail hour, Kristen and her team rose to the occasion, decorated it and made it our place card display! It was a huge hit with all attending. I truly believe our wedding wouldn't have been nearly as amazing if she had not been involved. I could really go on and on raving about Kristen and her team, so just do yourself a favor and hire Lovely! -

Lovely Event Planning was the greatest decision we made for our wedding day. We did the day of wedding coordination. My goal was to make sure that on the day of our wedding, myself and my mom were not worry about coordinating with vendors, or where things go, given our wedding had to have everything brought in and there were a lot of moving pieces with vendors and the timeline.
Kristen and her team a beyond organized and know the best way to keep things running smoothly and have a great worry free day. When she sent me their link for the wedding coordination and planning document, I was beyond excited, it was so well laid out, organized, and really had everything you could want and think you need for the wedding. We had a few meetings with her, an initial kick-off to go through everything wedding related and talk with her and pick her brain on things we may be overlooking or forgetting about, and then we had a month our planning call to pass the torch and a final week of call to make sure we were all set. Each call and meeting we had was so thorogh it really put my mind at ease that she was going to think of everything we needed, she understood what we were going for, and that she also would be able to think of things we didn't even know we needed to be worried about.
On the day of Kristen, Nicole, and Kacie came to help organize and put everything together for us, and these girls are amazing! They are so lovely, friendly, prepared, easy going and organized. On our wedding day it went exactly how we imagined, and didn't have to think about or worry about a single thing - they ran everything perfectly and were prepared for everything! Even when I got a big red wine stain on my dress, Kristen calmly came over cleaned it off and out for me all while I was still talking to one of our guests, like I said, these girls are amazing. I am so happy that we had a chance to work with them and cannot say enough good things about them and would recommend them in a heartbeat! -

Kristen & Lovely Event Planning were invaluable and made our wedding day perfect in every way - they were no doubt the best hire we made for our wedding! My husband, who was skeptical at first that we needed any help, has said multiple times how Kristen was the best hire we made for our wedding and helped us in more ways than we thought possible. Kristen was flexible with meeting times and details as we live outside of the US and helped us to provide insights and advice on what would or would not work, while also quickly gaining an understanding of the type of wedding we would like to have. On the wedding day we received multiple compliments from friends and family on how smooth the day ran and how they could tell Kristen and her team's organization kept everything on schedule while also being flexible to changes that arised. The absolute best decision any bride and groom could make in the process of wedding planning. As a perfectionist and control freak, most of my family and friends were in awe at how calm and relaxed I was the day of our wedding and this was absolutely thanks to Kristen. From day one she makes you feel like a best friend or part of a family, she listens to all your visions and ideas and gives honest opinions and advice always to your best interest. Even through the end of her pregnancy and after having her beautiful baby girl, Kristen was constantly in contact with me to make sure everything was going well and I was doing okay with the final phase of the process, talk about professionalism to the max! Jen is a visionary! As an event planner myself, I wanted to work with someone I could trust and who I knew would bring my dream wedding to life. I didn't want to worry about a thing and know that the person designing my wedding would think of all the "what ifs" and see the opportunities to make my wedding day that much more special. And Jen did just that!
Jen seamlessly (and what seemed like effortlessly) executed every detail to perfection. I felt as though I was working with a teammate, a friend, the entire time. From the minute we met I knew Jen would be able to find the common thread in my barrage of ideas and design the most beautiful, elegant, New York in Fall wedding (with just enough white but all the pops of color!).
Jen is a true partner and will give care to all of the things you deem important. She will go above and beyond and ensure every ball stays afloat. Jen isn't shy to share her expertise to help guide you to a decision (as we all know we brides think we know best) while staying respectful of opinions and desires. This is what you NEED in a planner.

Kristen is my savior!! As someone who works in the industry…I tried my best to do everything myself. However, I knew I needed someone to be there the day of to troubleshoot any issues. I really just wanted to let go and enjoy every minute of my day! I turned to Kristen, whom I’ve learned from past experience was amazing! That being said…I didn’t know just how much I needed her until the last two weeks. I couldn’t handle any more and she came in and took all of the last minute details off of my very full plate. She was an absolute blessing!!! She contacted all of my vendors, coordinated all deliveries, adjusted timeline issues and made the day run absolutely flawlessly. Kristen is absolutely wonderful and was the best investment we made by far for our wedding day!
Initially I was unsure if we needed a wedding planner and Kristen was open and honest that I could manage on my own but clearly outlined the services she would provide as our day-of-coordinator. When we decided to move forward, we did not realize how much we truly needed Kristen and how beneficial she would be both in the coming months and especially on our wedding day!
She proved to be so much more than a day of coordinator and went above and beyond our expectations to proactively call and confirm all our vendors months in advance, and stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process. I quickly came to value her expert opinion and trust her to get things done and help make my vision come to life. Kristen is extremely well organized, very responsive, and took care of every little detail we asked and many more we would not have known to ask - now we can’t imagine our wedding without her! I felt so relaxed on my wedding day all because of her and I really cannot thank her enough!
We’ve already recommended Kristen and her team to our good family friends and would highly recommend her to anyone else looking to get married!

I can honestly say that hiring Kristen to be the day of coordinator for our wedding was the best money we spent, she is AMAZING at what she does. I had a very large wedding with over 300 people, a large wedding party, and I was bringing in a lot of rentals and decorative items to personalize the event space so I knew I would need some help, and THANK GOD for Kristen. When I initially met Kristen, I knew she was the right girl for the job because I immediately felt like I have known her for years. She is such a personable, caring, down-to-earth person and anytime that I was stressed out about anything she knew just what to say to reassure me that everything was going to work out perfectly, and it did.
Kristen has an amazing sense of detail and organization and since she has such a strong background in this industry she asks questions and brings to your attention details that you would have never even thought of. The weeks leading up to the wedding she did a walkthrough of the venue with me, developed a timeline of the day, hair and makeup timeline for my bridesmaids, a phot shot list, reached out to every vendor to introduce herself and let them know she was the contact for the day, and she even came to our rehearsal to make sure everything was organized and everyone knew where they had to be. The day of she was at our ceremony for flower delivery, set up of other personal items, and organizing the bridal party’s procession. At the reception she set up every personalized detail from signage, to escort cards, candles, flowers, a memory table, our sweetheart table. She even placed the floral on our wedding cake! When it was time for the reception to begin and she brought us into the venue it was beyond what I could have imagined and I owe that in large part to Kristen. If you are thinking of hiring a wedding coordinator or day of coordinator, I highly recommend Kristen as she is truly the best at what she does.

We hired Kristen as our day-of coordinator for our wedding this past July. She was very helpful along the way. I really appreciated her down-to-earth approach. She's sensible and will lay out the pros and cons in various situations to help you come to a decision. Her knowledge is vast and she asks the right questions to make sure everything is accounted for. At our wedding, Kristen was there to make sure everything went smoothly. She assisted with the transitions from the field, to the barn, to the tent, and ensured that our vision was carried out. I'm sure she did a lot behind the scenes, and my bridesmaids told me that Kristen magically appeared when they needed her. Hiring her was one of the best decisions as it took all the wedding day stress off my shoulders and allowed me to truly enjoy the moment. Kristen is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Her attention to detail is crazy, her ideas are sensationally creative and her positivity is contagious. Trust me, you won't be disappointed with Kristen. She planned our entire wedding from start to finish with such precision and focus. Every little detail was considered far beyond anything I would have ever thought of myself. As the groom, she assessed the areas that I was interested in being involved at the beginning of the process (music and food) and made sure to include me when appropriate. There were also several points along the way where she encouraged me to get creative and put my own touch on certain aspects of the wedding (e.g. bathroom signage and amenities). She knew when to take control and make decisions and when to solicit feedback. I'd definitely recommend her to my buddies and I'm sure their (future) wives will also be thoroughly satisfied. -

Kristen was the best decision I made for my wedding. I was planning an at-home wedding on my in-laws property, and thought I just needed her help with the odds and ends, and wanted to secure a day-of coordinator as well. Turns out I actually needed Kristen every step of the way because I'm not even close to being knowledgeable when it comes to the intricacies of event planning.
Kristen understood my budget and had creative alternatives for vendors outside of my price range. One of the toughest vendors for me to lock down was a photographer. Kristen was so patient with me, and kept sending possibilities until we found the most perfect, amazing photographer and hired her on the spot.
Kristen is the person you want in your corner while you're dealing with in-law stress, family chaos, being overbudget -- the works! As my wedding drew closer, I began to get overwhelmed juggling the details and running my own business, and Kristen was the most perfect, calm voice of reason during my bridezilla moments. She stepped right in and took charge of everything, and my vendors loved her.
Since my wedding three months ago, I can happily say that Kristen is now my friend. We even went for mani/pedi's last week because I missed calling her about napkin textures and seat cushions.
And because she gives so much of herself to every client she works with, make sure to book her early before her calendar is full! She's seriously the best decision you could make! -

Out of the many decisions we had to make during the wedding, hiring Kristen was surely one of our best. With our wedding already planned, we were looking for someone to make sure that everything went smoothly on the day. Looking back, we know how valuable it was to have her there. She put us at ease on the day---having witnessed her swift and precise coordination of our vendors throughout the month. She knew every detail of what we wanted, our schedules, photo lists, seating charts, props etc. She is sweet and fierce, open and experienced, the perfect wedding day ally to have on your side. We are truly thankful to her. -

I don't care if you are the most organized person in the world or your venue handles multiple weddings a weekend - Hire Kristen!!
Let me back up - I am an EXTREMELY organized person. My wedding spreadsheet was 21 tabs, with 3 different To Do lists. I booked vendors way in advance and kept close tabs on all of our wedding decisions. I was getting married at a venue that books up more than a year in advance and is used to having multiple weddings each weekend. However, about 3 months before my wedding I started to find myself stressing out about the tiny things I would need to do on the day of. I also started to stress out about having to coordinate across 10+ vendors. My now husband noticed and suggested we look into hiring a wedding coordinator.
Hiring Kristen was hands down the best wedding decision we made. Kristen was so organized and was always two steps ahead of me whether it be related to the weather, handling the gifts, or making sure senior guests were taken care of. I would have been so much more stressed out had Kristen not been there.
I should also note that Kristen had her assistant Nicole also attend the wedding for an extra set of hands, and she was so great. At one point I had off-handedly mentioned to one of my bridesmaids how I hoped one of the buses had made it. Nicole must have overheard because within 5 minutes she came to me and confirmed the bus had made it and the guests were enjoying themselves pre-ceremony.
I really recommend hiring a wedding coordinator and that wedding coordinator being Kristen.

There is a reason I’ve worked with her more than once – Kristen is the best! Kristen has a great vision and will make your vision better. Her eye for detail is unmatched and she puts in the work to make your event appear effortless.
I've hired Kristen on several complicated, high-profile events and we could not have done them without Kristen leading the way. The best part: she’s straightforward, fast, fun, creative and brings joy with her – I would book her for anything!

Kristen is the best! She helped make my wedding everything I could have hoped for. Detail-oriented, responsive 24/7, proactive, and excellent communication. She handled every hiccup from pre-planning throughout the day of, and never missed a beat. She is cordial, professional, and lovely to work with as a Bride and a vendor. Kristen is the "type-A" best friend that you always wish you had around to plan your big day! Not only is she incredibly organized, professional and well put together; she also personalizes every client experience. Kristen literally thinks of everything from big scale work permits that are needed to handle an off-site event to the tiniest of decorative details that will make your event sparkle! Kristen Carro is simple, elegant, beautiful, well spoken and extremely pleasant! My husband & I were looking to plan a wedding and I knew every detail I did not want. But after a few conversations Kristen had the most perfect vision of my wedding all ‘pinned’ up for me to check-in daily.
I never knew she had other clients... when Kristen is on the phone with you, you never feel you’re the lesser client. You ALWAYS feel like THE client!!
She never shot down an idea -- she thoughtfully processed it. You could sense when she didn't particularly care for something and then all of a sudden, it was your original idea just so much better. Kristen always got super excited during those moments. She was happy to help with everything, anything.
I never had to worry about silly petty nonsense like, ‘I haven't heard from her’ or ‘she didn't get back to me fast enough’. She was top notch the whole way. Vendors, florists, who should where this, what to do with this one, etc. She knows everyone and when she doesn't she tracks down the best of the best and then presents options.
She took such wonderful care of myself and my family. After the wedding everyone kept saying ‘Kristen did this, then she did this that and the other thing’. I've never seen my big family learn someone's name so quickly with such love and admiration.
This woman is fully committed to your event, your wedding. The thing that makes her happy is seeing her clients happy.
