Can't recommend Yanina and Robert enough! We had never been to PV prior to our wedding and were a bit nervous of whether everything would turn out the way we wanted, but everything turned out perfect!! They made the planning process so seamless, and it was such a relief not to have to worry about finding or vetting vendors. They are so experienced and were never fazed by any of our questions or requests.
Our guests raved about the food through Bahia Catering, which we highly recommend. Yanina helped coordinate our welcome dinner at Xalli Beach Club, which was a BEAUTIFUL venue and had very delicious food.
Overall, we were so thrilled with how everything turned out and it was all thanks to Yanina and Robert. They are true professionals of wedding planning, and you can rest easy knowing they will take care of you. -

Yanina and Robert were absolutely amazing! They were organized and so thoughtful throughout the entire process, which made planning our wedding as stress free as possible. On the wedding day, everything ran perfectly and I was able to relax and enjoy everything. They both genuinely cares about their couples, and it shows in every detail. Highly recommend! -

We found Yanina and Robert through weddingwire after contacting our preferred destination wedding venue. We had 4 months to plan and they were responsive, extremely knowledgeable of the process and connected us with local vendors who were all phenomenal. We met over zoom then in person and they understood the vision we had for our day and helped us to achieve it by using tools at their disposal such as their Trello board which helped us to select all accessories. Planning a large scale destination wedding in 4months felt daunting but after our initial meeting with Robert and Yanina, I knew that we could make it happen and that it would be fine. The final result was spectacular and beyond what I had imagined
Other than their business know how, they are truly wonderful people who deeply care about all that they interact with. We truly felt cared for and their warmth and kindness resonated through all our interactions. I highly recommend their services not only for their expertise in the event planning realm but also for the wonderful individuals that they are. They made our destination wedding in Puerto Vallarta memorable not only for ourselves but also for our 90 friends and family who attended our weekend long events. -

Robert and Yanis listened carefully to our vision and brought it to life even more beautifully than we ever imagined. From the venue and vendors to the timeline, décor, and guest coordination—everything was flawless. Their communication was always clear and prompt, and they were calm, patient, and solution-oriented every step of the way.

The most magical wedding
From the beginning, Yanina and her team went above and beyond with giving us many choices and options and creating our vision into reality. She did this without overwhelming us, answered every question we had. She thought of things that i didn’t (which is never usually the case). our wedding looked and felt more beautiful than i could have imagined. She checked with me multiple times and made suggestions to ensure everything ran smoothly. She coordinated with all vendors on our behalf and always made sure our wishes were met. had so so many compliments and although most design ideas were ours i could have not done this without Yanina and her team. She also took beautiful pictures of our wedding and sent them to us the same night so we had beautiful memories while awaiting for the official photography. She’s the wedding coordinator every single bride deserves -

Yanina and Robert were amazing to work with. They made our vision into reality and was always so flexible with my indecisiveness, changes, and many many questions. They are calm and poised and made our big day so seamless. Since this was a destination wedding for us, they helped us tremendously by vetting venue options, rehearsal dinner options and wedding vendors. They were attentive to our concerns such as budgets, creative decisions, operations/logistics, etc. We got married at the Grand Miramar Hotel and everyone was blown away by the view this hotel had to offer.. we would not have known about this venue without Yanina and Robert's help. So many of our guests came up to us saying that our wedding was the best one they've been to. This could not have been possible without Yanina and Robert! My Partner and I decided long ago that we wanted a destination wedding but we had no idea what to expect or how to execute it. Fortunately, we found Yanina at Love Producciones y Eventos who helped us out from the very beginning. We live in the US, and interaction was seamless, we were confident from the early brainstorming sessions that we were made the right decision to partner with Yanina. The year leading up to the wedding was organized, we were guided through some critical decisions by someone who knows the business and the local vendors/options every step of the way. We were married a couple weeks ago and about a dozen of our 120 guests told us that it was the best wedding they've ever been to, including their own!
I highly recommend hiring Yanina/Love Producciones not only because your wedding will be handled well, but also for the peace of mind that comes along with KNOWING that your wedding will be handled well. -

Amazing planner that helped create our dream wedding!
Robert & Yanina were such wonderful wedding planners. From the moment we first zoomed with them I felt comfortable & at ease with the whole process. Planning a wedding in a different country is overwhelming but when you have these two as wedding planners they make it feel manageable! We could not have executed our dream wedding without them. The day of our wedding I had no stress because I knew everything would be handled. They were so flexible, honest & kind. They worked with us to stay with our budget and also went above & beyond the day before the wedding trying to figure out options for if we had rain. Everything came out better than we could have imagined on wedding day. Our guests still talk about how incredible the service was. Thank you Yanina & Robert! -

Our wedding was incredible. The flowers and decorations by our wedding planners in the set up were just a few of our favorite parts. We had a mariachi band with dancers that stole the show as well. There was a little miscommunication on the side of the meals and guests location after the ceremony, that caused a little frustration with the guests due to the heat on this day. Photographer (Eduardo) was fantastic. Overall, I married the love of my life in a beautiful location with our friends and family, a day/night we will never forget. They helped us to plan the details that are very difficult to plan in a different country. -

Robert and Yanina are incredible! My wife and I are so appreciative for the work they each put in to make all our wedding festivities so memorable. Planning a large destination wedding (~90 people) from a different country can be a daunting thought, but Robert and Yanina did everything to support us and make our vision a reality! There was no shortage of details and planning with us reserving Casa Karma for our wedding party, hosting a welcome event for all our guests at a restaurant in Zona Romántica, as well as arranging everything necessary for the wedding ceremony and reception. It was all executed flawlessly though! Robert and Yanina were very proactive in the months leading up to our arrival, hosting conference calls to review and confirm all details, as well as answer any of our questions. Throughout this process, they were both very friendly and attentive to our requests, and they each had wonderful suggestions concerning everything from restaurants and local activities to try, and even what to consider for decorations and logistics on our wedding day. More importantly, they knew how to make us smile and laugh as we navigated all the options! We're very grateful for all their help and we would recommend working with them to anyone! -

Leave it to Yanina and her team to make your wedding seamless!
We were very lucky to find Yanina and Robert through our wedding photographer after a bad experience with a resort. If you are planning to get married in Puerto Vallarta, you NEED to hire them. You will have peace of mind knowing that ALL of their vendors are AMAZING. Also, they have developed relationships with vendors in PV for 20+ years. Something always goes "not as planned" during a wedding, and they have helped couples get married in hurricanes, pandemics, you name it! We originally planned to get married on a small beach by our venue, but the tide was too high. Robert was honest (but kind) about it not being the best idea. I'm glad that we changed it at the last minute! For destination brides, you will also be glad that you hired local vendors who pay a fair wage instead of getting married at an all-inclusive resort that hosts multiple weddings per day. -

Yanina was simply the best throughout the entire process! She and Robert were so attentive and helped walk us through the entire process from afar. They answered my many questions, helped fulfill my unique requests, and even worked to help me have custom linens made. Yanina and Robert were very professional from the first interaction. They understood our dream event and were able to guide us thru the whole process.
They shared with us very professional documentation to accelerate our decision process for locations and extras. They provided an interactive portal where we were able to capture all the options and decision making process.
They know all the local providers in Puerto Vallarta and can get all the last minute details quickly fixed during the day of the wedding.. They were even able to reach out to providers that they haven’t worked before to do some additional activities that we wanted as part of our event. They gave a safe a secure way of doing the money transfer and pay all the local providers.
They were flexible and always gave us options closer to our budget.
They were able to deliver an amazing event, great decoration, and a fun night for all our guests. -

Any couple thinking of a local or destination wedding in Puerto Vallarta need to contact Yanina and Robert... We cannot thank them enough for making our dream wedding come true.. We both work full time in Vallarta and we did not have time to plan what we wanted so we put our thoughts *combined of course with theirs* in their capable hands and we still look back at the videos and pictures and cry with joy... Our wedding was amazing from the Church Service, Stroll down the Famous Malecon Followed by the Mariachi, back to the Grand Villa in Conchas Chinas overlooking the entire bay we entertained our guests on 3 different levels... Welcome cocktails, dinner, banda dance. All the lighting, flowers, place settings, FireWorks, MC, cake, transportation, security,.. we can just go on and on at how organized and thorough Yanina and Robert both are We LOve ... BRAVO…what a spectacular event you and Robert put together to celebrate our wedding.
Every aspect was superb and very comfortable from the planning thru to the execution. Your help with the venue, your orchestration of the timing of the event, arranging for a magnificent table and flower arrangements and catering were all beyond excellent. The way you worked with other people (us, the caterers, the venue staff, the musicians) produced a seamless and extraordinary event. We had guests from Toronto who wondered what we were doing putting together a wedding in Mexico and they were absolutely blown away. Words like Magical, Exceptional and Sophisticated were words we heard repeatedly from our guests. And to top it all off the two of you were delightful to work with and you kept on budget with absolutely no surprises.

Wedding planning is stressful, especially when you don't live in the country where you are to be married! Yanina & Robert helped to ease my anxiety and were always available whenever I had questions. After deciding on a destination wedding in our favorite place, my (now) husband and I felt it was important to hire a planner to assist with our day. I connected with Robert and Yanina via Wedding Wire in 2021, and we initially felt they were a great fit, especially due to being bilingual as we wanted help negotiating with vendors.
I should have seen red flags sooner, but when their preferred vendors failed to send proposals, menus, etc, I honestly figured it was on the vendors and not Robert and Yanina. I did a bulk of the planning/vendor selection myself because I work in the PR/events industry. I was able to call in a handful of favors for our wedding which included catering and live music, had selected our venue prior to hiring, and chose a florist after I never heard back from their suggestion (up until 2 months from the day of the wedding).
While I made my selections for bar, tables, chairs, etc in 2021, these were the main items we needed a headcount for. As we neared our date, we set a final call to review what was left, as well as pricing on the items I had selected so many months before (our date was 02/25/23). Prior to the final call, about 3 weeks out, I received a bill for nearly the entirety of my wedding budget. Full disclosure, my budget was 27k. The bill I received did not include food, entertainment, etc as I had already secured them. Instead, it had the wrong table and chairs, incorrect counts of many items, and 2k of fireworks I had not asked for, amongst other very large (and expensive) mistakes.
One of the main issues I had was that the vendors they had stuck me with, with zero notice or communication, were asking for hundreds of dollars each way as “transportation fees” for the wrong items. Frustrated after the call, I began calling vendors myself only to find out there were other options without such egregious fees (truly, if someone is making 700$ to drive 45 mins, I am in the WRONG industry and will quit my job tomorrow!) but that if there were fees they were about $100 usd.
Perhaps Robert and Yanina put my wedding to the wayside because I had done so much on the front end, but I feel there is no excuse to disrespect the budget and boundaries I had set from the very initial call. I felt there was zero transparency when it came to their vendors / pricing, and frankly did not feel they ever went “above and beyond” as their job description entails.
After the complete breakdown of trust, we ultimately parted ways with Robert and Yanina as our planners three weeks from our wedding-- meaning I had to scramble to secure all outstanding items on my own. While they were gracious enough to refund out initial deposit (due to the fact we had not made our first payment with them, and we were able to get out of the contract), we felt we wanted them nowhere near our day after their lack of care. The only vendor we kept from them was the sound coordinator, because with such short notice there was no way to track down all the sound rentals we would need for the band we had flying in. Robert and Yanina were able to find a substitute a day of coordinator, who ended up bailing, but the second substitute was absolutely lovely... yet at the end of the day I still had to be the one to draw up seating charts, timelines, and vendor contact sheets for the DOC. Even on my wedding day, with a full face of makeup, I was running around working until it was time to get dressed.
If you’re looking for a planner who truly handles the details, respects your budget, pays attention to your selections, and fully discloses pricing, I suggest you look elsewhere for your special day.
