I can’t express enough how amazing Love Exists Photo & Video was as our videographer for our big day. They were so nice and so communicative it made everything go so smoothly and fun to work with. I am so happy we hired Love Exists Photo & Video as our wedding videographer! They arrived early and spent the day capturing all of the special moments! The team brought such good energy and was so fun and comfortable to have around! The final product was INSANE! We have no idea how they so beautifully and perfectly tied the whole day up into a 6-minute video. It brings us back immediately to that day. Thanks for capturing our special day! We used Love Exists Photo & Video as our videographer. They were very independent and sometimes I forgot they were even there, they needed so little from me! The video arrived just in time to share with our loved ones for the holidays. The video ends with a dip and a kiss on the dance floor, it’s perfection! -

My husband and I were debating on if we wanted a videographer or not for our wedding... and after working with Maribel and seeing what she did for us, we're extremely glad we did. Our friends raved about the "epic" short film Maribel did for us. Her style was different from a lot of the other wedding videos we saw. I cannot say enough good things about Love Exists !! Maribel and Alena were AMAZING to work with! They were super thorough and worked so hard to make sure our day was perfect and that we had the best time. They checked in with us each month leading up to our wedding and even provided recommendations for a few vendors we still needed to book. The month before the wedding they made us feel so much more confident that everything would go smoothly on our big day and they followed up with every single vendor, making sure everyone was on the same page and knew what they needed to do and when. On the wedding day, everything felt incredibly smooth and it was so nice knowing that if anything came up they would take care of it so we could just enjoy our day. We would recommend them 1000%!! -

So I honestly can't say enough about this crew! Working with Maribel was just so great! She made things so easy for me! We emailed a lot! I always had questions! And she always had the answers! When it came close to the wedding we decided to make a few changes to the timeline and add a few hours and she was so helpful in making sure it was all taken care of! Even helped us save a few bucks by going with another package that made more sense for our wants/needs! Beyond helpful! The day went so smoothly. My Photographer and Videographer were like in sync, they were each other's shadows and it was awesome! -

My wedding was in June and I had a horrible experience with Love Exists. To give credit where it’s due, the experience started out well. My husband and I had a consultation with them and sent a comprehensive Pinterest board to let them know the photography style and specific poses we wanted to capture. We were told that they could shoot and edit in this style.
However, on the day of our wedding, the experience was awful. We were in contact with the person we were told would be our photographer the entire time leading up to our wedding day—a period of about four months. She was the one who received our inspiration boards, who got a sense of our style, our needs, our schedule, etc. But on the day of our wedding, she didn’t even show up. We were never given contact information for our photographer, so we had to post someone at the parking lot to find him when he did arrive. This photographer wasn’t someone we had an opportunity to get to know, or familiarize ourselves with him and his work.
This turned out to be a problem because he was awful. He was late to our wedding. He clearly had not looked at our Pinterest board or inspiration at all, and never took the time to get updated on it. He was also incredibly rude everyone. He argued with my mother, my guests, and my family. He even argued with the bridesmaids about pre-determined photos planned for the bridal party. Even several days after the wedding, I was mortified when many of my guests reached out to let me know how rude the photographer was to them personally.
While I would have otherwise assumed that we got one bad apple and not held the company responsible, I was also incredibly disappointed by the response of the team when I complain to them after my wedding about the behavior of the photographer and the poor quality of my photos. There were very few poses that I asked for, the photos were awful quality, and none of them aligned with the style I asked for. When I reached out to express my dissatisfaction with the photos, it took the team several weeks to respond, and I never got a resolution.
The best photos we have were taken by a bridesmaid with a cheap film camera. I am so incredibly disappointed with the service and with the response of the team. I will never refer anyone I know to them. I wasted over a thousand dollars and missed out on capturing beautiful memories of one of the biggest days of my life because of them. -

I’m rewriting my review after being accused of posting my original one solely to receive a refund. I want to start with the positives: the photographer on-site was professional, friendly, and great to work with. The photos we did receive were beautiful, and I truly appreciate the moments that were captured.
That being said, a large portion of our wedding day was never delivered to us. Our cocktail hour photos and the second half of our ceremony were missing entirely. This includes some of the most important moments—such as our first kiss as husband and wife—as well as photos of elderly family members that we may never have the opportunity to capture again.
What has made this even more upsetting is the company’s refusal to take accountability or provide a clear explanation. Instead of acknowledging that something may have happened—whether photos were lost, deleted, or not properly transferred—we were met with excuse after excuse. Statements like “the photographer can’t be at every angle at once” do not apply here, as there is proof the photographer was present and taking photos, and guests can confirm these moments were being documented.
While I am heartbroken that I will never receive these photos, the most disappointing part of this experience has been the company’s lack of professionalism and communication. It took over three weeks for a manager to respond after multiple calls, texts, and emails. When he finally did, he was rude, withdrew the offered gesture of a 20-page album and accused me of writing my review to receive something in return.
At no point did I receive a sincere apology or any real accountability. Instead of being able to look back on our wedding with happiness, I am left feeling dismissed and frustrated over something that was completely out of my control. With all of this being said, I absolutely cannot recommend this vendor.
