What an incredible service. Truly made our ceremony and cocktail hour a dream come true. We had an amazing cello/piano duo and they were spectacular. They even accommodated one my of special requests- they were able to arrange a song that was not on their list and it was better than I could’ve ever imagined. -

We hired Intrinsic Groove to perform at our wedding in April 2026 and it was nothing short of INCREDIBLE. We watched a lot of videos and felt confident they were going to be great, but they far exceeded our expectations. They were high energy, crowd engaging, phenomenal performers who met the vibe every single time. Vocals were KILLER. So many of our guests said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and I credit a lot of that to the energy the band brought. On top of a killer reception, they also did incredible ceremony and cocktail hour music that made everything flow harmoniously. You just can’t beat a killer band for your wedding, worth every penny!

We hired a cello duo through Louis Pettinelli Entertainment for our wedding and they were absolutely wonderful. LPE Snapshot is the best! They kept the energy high from start to finish, and our guests danced for four hours straight — no exaggeration! The musicians of LPE Starsign were top-notch: talented, professional, and full of energy with an especially exceptional performance from the lead singer. They handled our ceremony and cocktail hour as well, delivering beautiful music and smooth transitions that elevated the entire day.

The best decision

We recently utilized the Louis Pettinelli Entertainment Group to provide music for an intimate event (35 guests) at The Williamsburg Inn. Upon initial contact, Louis's team promptly offered several options, including band configuration and music genre. Once we selected a 4-piece band (after reviewing dozens of YouTube videos) featuring a talented lead guitarist and vocalist, we received a song list with over 750 songs to choose from. On the day of the event, the band was fully set up and completed their sound checks, ready to commence on schedule. Their performance was exceptional, and notably, their pricing was very reasonable considering their immense talent. We had the absolute pleasure of hiring Louis Pettinelli Entertainment for our wedding on May 10th, 2025, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the band brought an incredible amount of energy, talent, and professionalism to our big day.
They played a variety of music that kept guests of all ages on the dance floor all night long. The performance was vibrant, polished, and full of life—so much so that weeks later, we're still getting comments from friends and family about how amazing the band was.
One thing we especially loved was the flexibility during band breaks. We were able to choose some of our favorite songs to play over the speakers, giving us the best of both worlds—live music and curated playlists. It was a great way to include songs the band might not typically perform live.
What meant the most to us, though, was their kindness and openness in letting a family member perform a song for us. That moment was so special, and their support and encouragement made it even more meaningful.

Louis, Michelle, and Teresa were so wonderful to work with to have a jazz band at our Boston--area wedding. The whole process was clearly communicated and they were very responsive to questions that came up. They also worked very well with my other vendors who needed their input for timelines and coordination.
On the day, the band sounded absolutely amazing! All of the guests were complimenting them-even my cousin who is a music teacher had very high praise for them! They were on time, very friendly, professional, and, of course, super talented! They were also very flexible with moving around our venue: we had the ceremony in a grassy area outside, then inside for cocktail hour using the venue's on-site piano, and back outside for the reception.
Would absolutely recommend for any event that needs live music! -

We had a trio (Mike, Gabbi, and Camilo) perform the ceremony and cocktail hour music and could not have loved it more! The music itself was perfect, their timing for the processional/recessional was perfect, and they were willing to learn some new songs for us (including creating their own arrangement for the Rudy movie soundtrack). Louis himself was incredibly helpful too - responsive and offered great advice about songs. You can tell that he loves what he does. And their pricing is incredibly reasonable. We could not have been happier with LPE for our wedding! Organising a wedding from overseas was very difficult at times but Louis and his team were such easy vendors to work with and made the planning process seamless and enjoyable.
My husband and I opted for the seven piece band, which included a cello/piano for our ceremony and three-piece Jazz trio for the cocktail hour - which were all incredible.
The band offered to learn a few new songs for us - the main one being Land Down Under (as we live in Australia) and they pulled it off so well.. the crowd actually went wild! Our friends and family were dancing from the moment our bridal party was introduced to the very last minute of our reception - we even got an encore! Booking Intrinsic Groove for our wedding was the best decision we made. Nearly three weeks later, guests are still texting me about how incredible the band was. So many people commented on how well they entertained every age group. Their sound was fantastic, and they brought an amazing, fun energy. LPE's Intrinsic Groove was spectacular. Their sound was great! Full, balanced, tight. Every performer was incredibly talented. We were blown away by their sound and their ability to learn the songs we requested, which included an original piece for cello and piano that the groom arranged for the ceremony. Every one of our guests had high praise for the musicians in all 3 of their performances throughout the night. Louis and the band made special accommodations to allow the groom to play with his band at one point during the night, which was a highlight for many of the guests. And it happened because they were willing to work with us to MAKE it happen, which many other weddings bands were not. We would absolutely hire them again for another event, and encourage anyone looking to liven up their wedding or event to do so as well! DJs just don't have quite the punch that a live band does... it's beyond worth the extra few bucks to have this band play. We all left the wanting more.Louis Pettinelli Entertainment's reply:

We hired LPE StarSign for a corporate conference in Colorado Springs. We wanted to make our evening reception fun for our physician and healthcare executive attendees. LPE StarSign was AMAZING. Louis and his team were great to work with leading up to the conference and during the event. From the moment they started their sound check, even the staff setting up were commenting on how good they sounded. The band chose songs perfectly - starting out a little more low key as people arrived and ate, and then ramping up the energy later in the night. There were so many people on the dance floor, which we don't always expect for a corporate event. My husband wanted a DJ to save on budget, but I was set on booking a live band. After checking out a few of LPE's samples online, I knew LPE was the right band for us. We booked two vocalists, including Dillon, who truly brought the energy and sound we wanted for our wedding. Our wedding guests had nothing but positive things to say about the music. From ceremony, to cocktail hour and reception -- the music was on point.
I will add that Louis has a lot of experience and can help couples decide on the right band and equipment needs given their venue space and size of event. After booking, we did inquire about specific songs that could be played live. Louis was honest/transparent about the fact that our specific requests would cost an extra fee for the time it would take his muscians to learn. While we didnt end up getting custom music, I'm sure it would have been spectacular for those wishing to go that route.
Dillon, our lead male vocalist and emcee, was fantastic as well. He would frequently check in with us to ensure timing and announcements were to our expectations. We really do appreciate Louis recommending Dillon during booking because Dillon made our wedding that much more memorable.
While there were a few planning/coordination details we could have improved on and worked out ahead of time, Louis and his team made themselves available at moment's request to help us get things sorted. We are grateful for their responsiveness and dedication to making our wedding day perfect and would highly recommend them to any couple looking for top-notch entertainment for their special day.Louis Pettinelli Entertainment's reply:

Louis was professional and responsive from the second we were connected. The ease of doing business with them has value in itself. We originally were contacted with a local band in Whitefish MT that backed out. Louis really saved the day with LPE StarSign. They did great from MCing the event, setting up and are truly an incredible band. We could not have had a better experience on the dancefloor. (Yes they will play Freebird). This band is amazing
I wanted to do a Roaring Twenties theme for my wedding and Louis did a great job of accommodating my very specific request. The band arrived in period appropriate attire and blew me away with their amazing performance. The singer Karlea is nothing short of phenomenal and kept our guests engaged all night. The musicians are top notch professionals. Their interpretation of the jazz pop standards I sent to Louis was fantastic. They were courteous and even gave us a private dance to At Last (outstanding version!) when our very exhausted guests left for the evening.
Additionally, the violinist for our ceremony was unable to make it and a cellist was sent instead. David did a wonderful job! I loved their version of Claire de Lune and Y'did Nefesh.

All of the musicians are professionals with a passion for jazz. I wanted to do a Twenties/Gatsby theme for my wedding and they were very accommodating for my very specific niche request. They even came in period attire. In addition to being exceptionally talented and accommodating the band members were courteous and flexible. They allowed us a private dance at the end of the night when all of our guests left for the evening. The singer Karlea was a pro with an amazing voice and really made the night special. I also thought the price was a really good value for your dollar. We were a little skeptical of going with a band that we had not heard in person, yet we were convinced with the responsiveness and reviews that they would be a great fit. I couldn't be happier with this band. We originally did the 7 piece snapshot but last minute decided to upgrade to 10 piece band and they were super flexible and happy to assist with this upgrade. The band did not stop playing the entire time we were there. They were very professional and kept the party going. Our dance floor was packed for the entirety of the wedding. LPE was responsive, thoughtful, and very easy to work with for our wedding! We had the jazz quintet at our reception and they sounded awesome -- they especially nailed our first dance song! The volume tuning was just right too, we had a smaller reception, about 50 people but they kept the party lively without overwhelming guests. We had a 7 piece jazz/pop band for our wedding in the Florida Keys. The band was absolutely phenomenal, and was above and beyond my expectations. We have a cello/pianist for the ceremony, a jazz trio for the reception, and the full 7 piece pop band for the party. Louis was very responsive throughout the entire booking progress. He made a few recommendations and I have to say all of them were the right call and worth it. The band showed up on time, was very well dressed, and there were no technical issues all night. I hired musicians (pianist/keyboard and violinist) from Louis Pettinelli Entertainment for our black tie, city wedding in November. Both Louis and Teresa were prompt in all communication and professional. I was able to select songs a from a large music list of contemporary and traditional music. I also provided them with sheet music for the song played for my walk down the aisle. The musicians were great! It was exactly the vibe I wanted for the ceremony and cocktail hour. They played the instrumental sheet music beautifully— honestly, it sounded even better than I could’ve imagined. I just wish we were able to personally thank them that night.
