I truly cannot say enough good things about Hannah and her team. She made what can be such a chaotic and overwhelming season of life feel fun, exciting, and special. From the very beginning, she was organized, creative, encouraging, and always one step ahead of everything. Not only is Hannah unbelievably talented at what she does, but she also genuinely cares about her couples. She made our entire wedding planning process feel seamless and allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment of the weekend. Her attention to detail, vision, creativity, and ability to bring everything and everyone together exceeded anything we could have ever imagined. Beyond being an amazing wedding planner, Hannah has also become such a dear friend to our family (and wedding party!!). She’s truly such a blessing to us. Hannah came highly recommended and now I understand why! She is the main reason that my daughter's wedding day was stress-free and truly unforgettable. Really quite perfect!
Hannah is very professional, highly experienced, and very organized. But she is also delightfully personable and fun! Her patience with us was exceptional, and she worked tirelessly to coordinate all of our vendors to ensure that our timeline ran smoothly on my daughter's special day. She has a fabulous work ethic and makes you feel that your wedding is the only wedding she is working with, ever!
Hannah handled everything efficiently and quietly, and if there were any problems we sure did not know about them. We really could enjoy the entire wedding day, and that is what makes Hannah priceless!
She has a great eye for details and a gift for knowing exactly how to communicate with others. Her dedication to us exceeded our expectations. Hannah was the best investment we made for our daughter’s wedding. From her ideas, suggestions, guidance, and reassurances. She made everything about the planning process so easy and stress free.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From day one, I felt zero stress because Hannah handled every detail with such care and professionalism. She curated the most beautiful design and brought our vision to life in a way that was beyond anything I could have imagined.
One of the things I appreciated most was how she helped us build the perfect vendor team. She took the time to get to know us and recommended vendors who truly fit our style, personalities, and vision. Her experience and relationships in the industry made every decision feel easy, and we always felt confident knowing we were working with the very best.
Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and that’s entirely thanks to her hard work, creativity, and dedication. She made the entire process enjoyable and allowed us to truly soak in every moment without worrying about a thing.

Incredible Planner
As a wedding photographer, I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hannah for Emily + Joey’s wedding this past November, and she was truly incredible.
From a vendor perspective, Hannah is everything you hope for in a planner. She is thoughtful, organized, calm under pressure, and incredibly detail oriented. The entire day flowed beautifully, and that is a direct reflection of her preparation, communication, and care for both her couples and her vendor team.

Working with Hannah was truly the best decision we made during the entire wedding process. She is incredibly talented and has such an amazing vision for wedding design that she often knew what I wanted better than I did. I showed her photos of what I envisioned, and she somehow elevated them beyond anything I could have imagined. Hannah truly brought my dream wedding to life with breathtaking precision.
Her attention to detail is unmatched; she thinks of every little element that most people would never even consider. She truly brought so much joy to the wedding planning process. And she is genuinely one of the most selfless and dedicated people you will ever meet. On our wedding day, she literally gave me her own water and snacks without hesitation!! She always ensured Chris & I were taken care of.
The day of the wedding, she was absolutely phenomenal. My mom and I still say she must have multiplied herself because she was everywhere at once. Anytime we needed anything, she was already there. She anticipated every need before we could even express it. Thanks to Hannah, I was able to completely relax and enjoy my day. My lifesaver, absolute best!
I was recommended by one of my bridesmaids that was a bridesmaid for another wedding that Hannah was the planner for, and let me tell you, very best decision I’ve ever made. She was attentive from start to finish, she made wedding planning feel way less stressful and more fun!! From planning to the day of, Hannah was on top of it, I seriously never had to worry about anything. She is very meticulous, gave me ideas (big or small) that I never would have even thought about and my guests are still talking about it!! Whenever my guests ask how I did it all, I tell them right off the bat, if it wasn’t for Hannah, I couldn’t have done it. She truly helped us plan out the wedding of our dreams and we couldn’t be more grateful. Don’t walk RUNNNNN!!! You couldn’t ask for a better person to plan your wedding. -

We had the best night of our lives and it was all because of Hannah. Everything about our wedding was more beautiful, joyful, and seamless than I ever could have imagined. If you’re considering hiring a wedding planner, definitely hire Hannah! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would... keep reading to understand why she is truly one of a kind.
From the very beginning, Hannah understood my vision better than I could describe it myself. I told her I wanted color and she found the most incredible florist who made my bold, vibrant dreams come to life in the most cohesive, beautiful way. She found every single vendor for us. The florist, photographer, band, rentals, dance floor, and venue were all top-tier and absolutely perfect for our style. She has the best connections and the best taste.
Hannah thought of everything. Truly, every single little detail was covered. She knew what we needed before we did and took care of it with such calm confidence that I never once felt overwhelmed. I genuinely felt like I had a best friend by my side making everything come together even better than I imagined.
When our original venue’s catering shut down without even telling us, Hannah caught it before we knew anything. She worked her magic and got us a new venue at Hotel Zaza only four months before the wedding. I would have been a hysterical mess without her but instead, I felt calm and completely taken care of.
People kept telling me I was the most relaxed bride they had ever seen and that is entirely because of Hannah. I trusted her with everything and she delivered the most perfect day I could have ever dreamed of. I am still getting messages from guests saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to.
I do not know what I would have done without Hannah. I am endlessly grateful and completely in awe of everything she did. If you are even thinking about hiring her, do it. You will have the wedding of your dreams and more. I truly could not have asked for a more perfect experience.

I truly cannot say enough good things about our wedding planner, Hannah. From start to finish, she was the most incredible partner to have in the planning process—detail-oriented, kind, creative, patient, and so incredibly intentional with every aspect of our day. She made everything run so smoothly, and her calm, organized presence kept us feeling at ease the whole time.
Our guests were constantly telling us how beautiful and seamless the wedding was, and that is all thanks to Hannah. She took the time to understand our vision and recommended vendors that perfectly matched our style and needs. Every detail felt so curated and so personal!!
One example that really shows just how thoughtful and dedicated she is: it was supposed to rain on our wedding day, and I had my heart set on taking photos with our floral arch outside. While the ceremony had to be moved indoors, Hannah worked her magic and coordinated everything so that the arch could be moved outside after the ceremony. As soon as the rain let up, we were able to get those beautiful photos—and it meant the world to me.
I would recommend Hannah again in a heartbeat to anyone getting married. Our wedding truly was the most beautiful day ever, and we couldn’t have done it without her. Thank you so much Hannah for giving Christian and I the wedding of our dreams!! ❤️ -

Every detail, every design, and every decision was just perfect from the start. With Loose Ends leading the way, we knew we were in great hands with Hannah. I love that she worked to find out the best solutions for our budget while not changing my daughter’s vision. We knew that no matter what issues we faced in the planning process that Hannah would take care of it. She took so much stress off of us and let us enjoy every minute of the planning. Hannah is amazing! Hiring her as our wedding planner was one of the best things we did in our whole process.
To begin, Hannah is organized! Like so on top of every detail. I desperately needed that, and she kept everything in line. Having her took off so much weight in the whole process.
Hannah is encouraging with amazing ideas! I truly loved the way she truly heard me and exactly what I wanted. She took my vision and made it come to life, never pushing anything that I did not want or that was not in line with our vision. She only added to the process and ran with each idea I had to begin with. I love how she valued my voice and only wanted to make my perfect day come to life with her wonderful ideas and additions.
Hannah is a true designer! I loved the way Hannah paid attention to every detail, making a mood board with every aspect of design laid out. She knows what works well together, and with every idea we would think... "Wow! She is good!"
Hannah is experienced. While this is my first wedding to plan, it is most definitely not hers. Knowing that my wedding was in the hands of someone who is a professional was amazing. The amount of times we said "Thank goodness we have Hannah" during this process is unreal.
We cannot thank Loose Ends enough for our wonderful wedding day. It was perfect in every way. From every meeting, to phone call, to walk through, to the day itself, Hannah was nothing but wonderful, encouraging, and helpful. -

Thank you Hannah for crafting and executing such a fabulous and special wedding day! From the very beginning helping me get the most basic of logistics together, to helping me articulate and then ultimately creating the perfect design concept to fit my loose vision, pulling together everything into a gloriously structured timeline and then ultimately directing/executing the perfect day. My dad turned to me once we arrived at the venue and said "Can you even imagine trying to do this day without Hannah? She is worth her weight in GOLD." And its true! Despite my type A nature, weddings are a different beast and she is a tamer! LOL. Everyone kept telling me what a "chill" bride I was (those who had to deal with me the week before probably disagree LOL), but I kept saying it was all because of Hannah. I really got to just show up on my wedding day and be pampered by the MUAH team she recommended, enjoy the time with my friends and family, and let her run the day without a worry. I don’t even know where to begin explaining how pivotal Hannah was to our wedding day and all the planning beforehand. The whole planning process with Hannah was extremely smooth and low stress. I truly put all of my trust into Hannah and her passion and abilities. Every meeting with Hannah was such a great experience. Not only is she such a happy, bubbly person to be around, she is extremely organized and truly takes the time to listen to all of your wants, needs, and concerns. On top of that, Hannah works with some amazing vendors who are all so kind and professional. Each vendor meeting we had I was so amazed at how well Hannah and the vendors work together to create something unique for my wedding. And each meeting I left feeling more excited and giddy for our wedding day. Hannah’s relationships and connections with vendors just show the kind of person she is and how easy she is to work with. Throughout this design process I leaned heavily on Hannah’s judgment. She touched on every aspect and every single small detail for the design. Things I would have never thought of if I was doing this on my own. I cannot say enough good things about Hannah and Loose Ends, she has such a unique and genuine way of making you feel special. You can tell she truly takes pride in her work, loves what she does, and loves even more making people feel happy and special on their wedding day. The day of the wedding everything ran so smoothly. Words cannot describe how grateful we are that we chose to work with Hannah for our wedding! From our first phone call, Hannah made us feel like we were talking to a friend we had known forever, and she treated us that way throughout our whole wedding planning process. She helped us feel organized and on top of everything, and was so responsive and understanding every step of the way, so that we didn't even have the opportunity to feel overwhelmed by the planning process.
There is something so special about the passion and energy that Hannah and Tina brought to our wedding day. They have the ability to make you feel calm, cool, and collected, yet so incredibly excited about your day (and trust me I have otherwise never been calm a day in my life). When it ended up thunderstorming for most of the day of our wedding, they kept us informed about the plans and helped us feel relaxed and stay excited despite some details of our day not going to plan. Hannah and Tina last-minute made it happen for us to have our ceremony outside after the weather ended up letting up just minutes before our ceremony start time, which truly meant the world to us because she knew just how excited we had been about the ceremony location we had chosen. The entire evening went so perfectly and seamlessly because of her and Tina, I truly cannot imagine how we would have ever pulled off a wedding without her! Hannah even captured SO many behind-the-scenes photos and videos all day long which are such special memories to have! We are so grateful looking back on our day that we were able to truly soak in and enjoy every moment without a worry because of Hannah. You will absolutely not regret booking Loose Ends for your day!! -

Planned the perfect day for us
Hannah was indispensable for planning and truly made our wedding the best day ever. She worked tirelessly to create the best version of our vision for the day and was able to suggest ideas that we would never have thought of which perfectly complemented what we wanted. She was able to suggest an incredible team of vendors for us and worked perfectly with them to make sure that everyone was on the same page. From the design to the timeline, she nailed every detail. She is one of the kindest people we've ever met, but also makes sure that stuff gets done. When I reached out to Hannah in April 2023 and asked for her help to plan an ‘engagement party’ that turned into our wedding reception…she agreed and never waivered from her dedication to keep our surprise so special for us!
Hannah with Loose Ends made it easy for us to access AMAZING vendors who made our wedding day so special and her ability to remain true to our vision but also incorporate her professional opinions/ideas is hands down why she is THE BEST!
Working with Hannah prior to our wedding was awesome, but seeing her flawlessly execute every.single.detail on our wedding day was even better! She is talented and selfless and went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable night celebrating with our family and friends!

Hannah took my fragmented mismatched pinterest board and magically pulled all of the pieces together into the perfect beautiful cohesive design I wanted, but couldn’t have even begun to articulate myself. If I saw pictures of what our wedding actually turned out like a year ago, that would be the entire pinterest board! I look at our pictures and still think #goals - It was everything!! We wanted an outdoor ceremony but Houston weather had other plans… As I was anxiously watching the forecast Hannah formed the perfect plan B that ended up truly feeling like Plan A because it was so flawless you never would have known it was a change of venue -

Where do I even begin?! If you're on the fence about booking, just do it. I truly couldn't have imagined our wedding day/planning process without Hannah being by my side every step of the way. She knocked it out of the park - did I mention that we only had 11 weeks to plan a wedding? Starting from no venue or date..and she pulled through on every level. We could not have imagined a better wedding, wedding planner, and design and coordination!! We got married in January 2023 but booked Loose Ends ~1.5 years before the day. After our engagement, we waited almost 6 months before starting wedding planning because we were so overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start –but then we found Hannah and Loose Ends and everything ~magically~ changed. We booked her for full service, and I wouldn’t do it any other way. If within your budget, PLEASE book her for Full Service for your wedding – wedding planning will be such a breeze AND enjoyable this way! But whatever you do -- HIRE HANNAH!
Hannah took our vague ideas and preferences and turned our wedding day into a magical, overgrown rose garden vibe – and wow- was it a vibe. She is so creative - I am forever impressed. Throughout the entire planning process, we felt so supported and heard as she guided us through each step. She was very clear and communicative on next steps/timelines and was honest throughout the process. Hannah only works with the BEST vendor team (i.e. florals, wedding dress stores, décor rentals, etc), which we loved because 1. We got top tier quality and 2. It saved us a ton of time looking through reviews online and negotiating details with other vendors.
Even our families and wedding guests commented on how great Loose Ends was – from the design, planning, coordination, and inevitable fire drills during planning and on wedding day. She balanced organization and not making people feel stressed. Most importantly, she was as approachable as a lifelong friend—no question or concern was too small – from “to wear a headband or not” to broken bustles on the day of to finding how to bring an ice cream cart to the venue – Hannah always had our back and advocated for us as a couple.
By booking LE, we were able to work full time jobs, continue Masters programs, navigate career changes, while still having a personal life – and wedding planning wasn't stressful at all for us (it was fun and full of friendship and laughter)—all thanks to Loose Ends! Hannah is magical!
There are no words to describe how amazing Hannah and the staff at Loose Ends are. From the very beginning until even after the wedding day, Hannah is there every step of the way. I truly can’t thank her enough for how perfect my wedding day was, and how helpful she was through all of it. If anything went wrong that day.. I sure didn’t know about it! Loose Ends is Amazing!
Friends don’t let friends plan a wedding without booking Loose Ends. Our venue closed down two months before our wedding. Hannah went above and beyond for us and found a new venue that matched our design. The florist that we initially booked also fell through, and Hannah found another florist that ended up being even better for us! We honestly would not have had a wedding without her. With all these things going wrong, it was somehow still our dream wedding! Several people mentioned how calm I was on the wedding day, but that was just because we had Hannah helping us. She communicated effectively beforehand and was responsive to our questions. While planning the design, she did a great job of listening to what we wanted and executing our vision in a beautiful way. I’ve had the pleasure (but honestly more like honor) of working with Hannah twice now— once as the MOH in my best friends wedding that she coordinated and now as my wedding coordinator. When we were thinking about coordinators we entertained the idea of other vendors because we were getting married in Waco, but as we continued to plan it truly was a no brainer that Hannah was who we wanted to be apart of our big day.
When my husband and I look back on our wedding day, it truly feels perfect. I could write a novel about how Hannah made our day possible because there are so many qualities that she processes that makes working with her a dream. But the best one has to be how working with her is like working with a friend. There wasn’t one moment where we didn’t feel seen, heard, understood & deeply cared for. What sets Hannah apart is that she doesn’t just care about running an event or making a wedding happen. She doesn’t even just care about creating a perfect wedding for you. Don't miss out - book Loose Ends!
I cannot say enough good things about Hannah. Hannah is the owner of her company and you work directly with her throughout the process (this was a big selling point for me at the beginning). I went with partial planning because I work a lot and did not want to research a ton of vendors; it can be overwhelming, so it was an easy choice to work with folks that Hannah recommended and trusted. (PS - I received so many compliments regarding the vendors I used for my wedding, everyone was super impressed).
The entire process was so fun and seamless, minus one small issue, two months before our wedding, the venue cancelled on us!! They had been bought out and were under construction before we even found out. Hannah was quick to brainstorm and come up with options and assured us that everything would work out and she didn't lie. The month out from the wedding she completely took over and was AMAZING at follow up and was super responsive - coming from a consultant these things are important! The new venue turned out even better than the original one. Hannah has great taste and really made sure all of the details came together. The entire day turned out beautifully and I couldn't be happier! I don't know how many brides can say this but the day went seamless and no hiccups.
Finally, Hannah becomes more than a Wedding Planner or Day of Coordinator you hire, she becomes a friend throughout the process. I would recommend Hannah to anyone in a heartbeat. -

There is so much I could say about Hannah. She is funny, creative, professional, and such a wonderful person! You often hear the stories of wedding day mishaps or “things gone wrong”, but I can honestly say that our wedding was the most stress-free, enjoyable, blissful, and beautiful day that my husband and I (AND ALL OF OUR GUESTS) can’t stop talking about… and that’s all thanks to Hannah!!! From day one, Hannah showered us with so much excitement and support. I could not sing higher praises for Hannah and her team at Loose Ends Event Design. She helped to make my entire wedding planning experience so smooth. When you hire her, she helps you coordinate the day of, but you also get several meetings with her where she helps you create a plan of all the things you need to do and she gives you her recommendations of the best vendors that she has fully vetted. So Hannah is the place to start and then all of her fabulous vendor recommendations stem from her to create the dream team for your special day. She’s also there the entire time you’re planning your wedding to answer any questions you may have.
On the day of your wedding, she frees you up from “hosting” your wedding, so that you get to attend your wedding and focus on what’s most important on that day; you and your partner. I really don’t know how she manages to take care of an entire wedding of 220+ people, plus all of the vendors, but she does it. She made sure I was taken care of, she made sure the groom was taken care of, the whole wedding party, our families, every single guest, and every vendor. I had people say to me the next day “who was the girl in black? She was EVERYWHERE”.
Weddings are so so expensive and a wedding planner can seem like a place that you could save money, but trust me, this is the best money that you will spend. The services that Hannah provides are of such high value and it increases the value of the other money that you spend on food, alcohol, the venue, the photographer, flowers, etc. because she makes sure that everything comes together perfectly. What’s the point in spending tons of money on food if its served cold because the schedule isn’t right?
You will not regret hiring Hannah. She’ll help you create the day of your dreams and she’ll be smiling the whole time she does it. She’s a joy to be around and she’ll bring joy to your day. Congratulations and best of luck as you plan your wedding!

We loved our wedding planning process! Hannah was excellent at listening to our ideas and making them a reality.
My husband is a dreamer, and she did a great job of incorporating his vision but reigning him in when needed.
We wanted to get married at our friend's home, which had a unique set of challenges given it wasn’t a typical wedding venue. Hannah handled all of the day’s challenges with grace and as a professional. She is your biggest advocate and your shield for the day! She made sure we had a dream day and had no idea what went wrong.
We are trying to convince her to do vow renewals because we want to do it all over again! -

I hired Hannah as the coordinator for my November 2021 wedding at Hughes Manor, and I am so glad I did!
As someone who is very organized, detail oriented, and punctual, I needed a coordinator who also had these qualities. Hannah was extremely thorough and communicative throughout. I appreciated the very detailed word document that she sends you and has you fill out. It has a lot of information about timelines, vendors (and her recommendations), and all the little details you don't even think about. She was extremely helpful during our meetings to guide me, and to give me extra tips and her honest opinion about the vendors. When I got more busy towards the end, I was able to ask for more of her services for a reasonable price, and she was very flexible as to what I needed her to do.
The day of, I was SO GRATEFUL that she was there, as she pretty much took care of everything. She really was the person in charge, directing all the vendors, working flawlessly with the venue, shepherding the wedding party and the family members, and trying to make it as least stressful for me as possible. She really is a "boss lady" - which is exactly what you want on the day of!! Someone who can get things done, make sure everyone stays on the timeline, and calm down anyone having a mild freak out :) I 100% trusted her to take care of things. I never had to worry that things would fall through the cracks or be forgotten. I knew they would be executed to perfection.
All in all, I would definitely hire Hannah again, and I probably should have gotten more of her services. In fact, looking back at it, I should have just given her a big check and had her do everything!

I cannot recommend Hannah enough! I got engaged the day before COVID “started.” I work full time as an attorney, and I was moving from Texas to New Hampshire during the planning process (wedding still happening in Houston). Hannah is simply amazing! My husband and I had a small ceremony on 8/8/20 but brought in Hannah for our vow renewal/wedding reception on 9/11/21. Hands down - hire Loose Ends to plan your special day! Hannah took my all over the place Pinterest and combined elements into a succinct theme. As we got to know each other through her client meetings, I’d sprinkle in a few more things, say I was interested in something and thanks to Hannah’s highly organized setup she always remembered those new details! The best part is she’d work directly with vendors and come up with ideas to make it all happen. Kyle and I trusted her recommendations all the way. We lived in California while she planned our wedding in Texas.

We selected Hannah’s full service package for our wedding a little over a year before our wedding date and this was the best decision we made during the planning process! From the start, she listened to our ideas and recommended the best vendors that fit our style and budget. Her recommended vendor list is top notch. We met regularly over coffee, brunch, or dinner to discuss the next steps in planning and design. She knew how to make my “Pinterest” ideas a reality and cohesively bring them all together into a beautiful wedding day! She made sure we didn’t forget any detail in the planning process and that we were happy with all decisions along the way. Immeasurably more than we could have asked or imagined!
From what I had heard, wedding planning can end up being slightly overwhelming and even more so during covid times. We felt we needed someone to help us along and Hannah was the perfect person for the job! We chose to do the Full Service planning with her and at our initial phone call and consultation, she listened intentionally to the vision we had for our day. She embraced our vision fully with enthusiasm and excitement, adding her own fun ideas along the way to help bring it to life. It was all so perfect and it was more than we could have asked for or imagined. She is very organized and detail oriented and understands the ins and outs of all the wedding planning stages.
We loved that Hannah has a deep love for the meaning of marriage and sees the wedding day as a stepping stone into the couple's future. Hire Hannah - The Best Wedding Planner EVER
Hiring Hannah was the best decision we made for our wedding! We did the full service and were so glad we did! It took so much stress off of us. She was always available with any questions that I had. She took her time to get to know exactly what we envisioned for our big day. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! Hannah knows what she is doing! Our wedding day was super smooth and we didn't have to worry about anything because of how detailed she was with our timeline. We joked that we would use her again, even though we don't plan on getting married again but would love if she did other events because of how stress free everything was. If you are on the fence about hiring a planner, READ THIS. I am a very money conscious bride and didnt understand why my sister said I needed to hire Hannah but omg I am SO glad she convinced me to. I 100% dont think my wedding would have happened without Hannah. Our original date was cancelled because of COVID, so we had to reschedule and re-plan and Hannah was the glue holding us all together. She made sure every single detail was taken care of. She helped us brainstorm during all of the changing rules and came up with our new wedding day plan. Without her, I would have mentally lost it. Hannah and her event team are extremely organized and diligent when it comes to planning. We had a timeline and a client packet. There are items and details on these that I would have totally forgotten about if we had not hired Hannah for a wedding and pre- planning.
Our wedding ran incredibly smoothly and allowed my family and our wedding party to not have to worry about any of the stress of the day. We got to relax before the wedding and soak it all in. She has an eye for design and detail. We continued to hear throughout the night from the

As a bride, you can definitely get lost in the stress of Wedding Planning. This is a once in a lifetime moment, and I wanted to enjoy and soak up every moment of the experience with my Fiancée. Having Hannah and Tim as my Wedding Coordinators definitely made that happen, and I could not be more Thankful. I used to work in the Events Industry here in Houston as a Venue Coordinator and I have worked with countless of Wedding Planners and Vendors, and I personally have not encountered and met anyone as knowledgeable, DEPENDABLE, attentive, detailed, organized, and PASSIONATE as Hannah. She is absolutely incredible and has everything you want in a Wedding Planner and MORE.
She treats all her clients equally and is very trustworthy. You can ask her any meticulous question that you might think is stupid in your head but yet want answered, and she will answer it with no judgement and will put you at ease instantly. When I was stressed about a couple of things during the planning, she immediately soaked it all up and reassured me with a detailed plan.
She listens and takes note everything that is important to you and remembers to implement the little details (and I had a lot of them). Her timeline is detailed and organized and her execution the day of, is perfection.
She has tons of experience and has tips and tricks from left and right. She knows how to help you prioritize especially if you have a tight budget. She is prepared and resourceful and knows how to handle every situation thrown her way with professionalism, poise, grace and a smile (you wouldn’t even know she was stressed).
I had a huge Wedding Party and a hard-headed Asian-Mexican----diverse Family and her and Tim made the impossible happen and kept them all on task and on schedule. Everyone respected her and wants to hire her for everything lol.
Absolutely no one bothered me about anything the day of my Wedding because Hannah handled EVERYTHING, and I enjoyed every second of it. And the minute she smelled or saw anyone giving me any type of stress she handles it on the spot and pushes it away from me.

Hannah Hester is THE person you want by your side while planning your big day. We did the Coordinator (Cory & Topanga) package. This was perfect if you are a Type A/ hyper-planner like me. As organized as I am, Hannah always took it 5 steps further. She has the process 100% down, shes thoughtful in every detail & genuinely wants the most out of your day for you. Not only was she organized & had every bit of detail together, but I trusted her opinion and gut more than my own. She is kind, absolutely hysterical, and has the biggest heart & passion for what she does. Amazing! Hannah is a must have!
We hired Hannah for Month of Coordinator and I’m so happy we did. She’s AMAZING! so helpful, attentive and organized. She kept me on track and stress free! I could not have planned this wedding without her. As we approached 4 weeks out, she took the stress off of coordinating with vendors and provided me with insight and tips on how to handle certain things. The day of she was absolutely amazing, we had a huge wedding party (30 people) and she managed to make it easy and stress free for everyone. She coordinated from start to finish and even remembered the little things as we were all running around getting ready and having fun. Hannah does not miss a beat! From the beginning she was attentive and organized. She provided an effective way for us to communicate and keep track of all our ideas.
As we approached 4 weeks out, Hannah was very direct with necessary vendors, and she took the stress off of coordinating vendor arrivals.
Day of, I am sure that things went wrong, but I still to this day have no idea what went wrong! She did a great job of handling issues as they arose, and she was great at making sure I was okay.
She took care of every detail from the placement of picture frames to the set up of large vendors. She made sure that guys were doing what they needed to be doing which was nice because we all know how men are!
Loose Ends Event Design gave recommendations for vendors, and they took care of all the unnecessary stress! -

We met Hannah and immediately loved her! A few months into planning my husband and I changed our mind to elope and then come back and have a party with our friends and family. We would of been so lost without Hannah! She has so much experience and knows so many vendors to suggest. She is very organized and detail oriented about everything wedding.
