Best wedding food EVER!

We LOVED working with Lola's - and both on our wedding day and after, so many guests have come up to us and said it's the best wedding food they ever had. My husband and I got married in Ghent NY at The Barn at Liberty Farms last week and working with Lola's was a dream. We first heard about them when touring venues in the Hudson Valley and their name came up again and again as a standard of excellence - and I remembered going to the cafe in Poughkeepsie when I was younger for their amazing peanut noodles. We knew we wanted to do food stations (e.g. a taco bar, a BBQ station, etc) and not all caterers would work with us or understood the vision (they were more comfortable with the 3 options of plated, family style, or traditional buffet) but in talking with catering director Michaela she immediately got it and riffed on the idea with us. In the end, we decided on three stations in the theme of His, Hers, and Ours to highlight some of our favorite foods individually and as a couple - His (Southern/BBQ) had delicious brisket, chicken sliders, collards etc; Hers (Hudson Valley seasonal) had an heirloom tomato nectarine salad, peanut noodles, Aleppo dusted salmon, etc. and Ours was an amazing taco bar. Lola's also worked with us to do such fun and delicious cocktail hour food - a stationary mezze table and cheese/fruit board that was instagrammed by many guests and the most fun/delicious lineup of pass hors d'oeuvres - mini cheesecakes with milkshake shooters, mini gazpacho cups, salmon tartare spoons and several others. I can't stress enough how delicious all of the food was, but even better was working with Michaela and Eddie. We did a tasting in spring 2021 and in addition to loving the food, just loved their warmth and great attitudes. Michaela is the most competent and on top of everything thought partner in the business and my fiance and I said to each other throughout the process how much we appreciated her. They also handled food restrictions SO well - I am allergic to dairy and they actually basically made everything without dairy except some of the passed apps and cheese on the side of tacos, which I don't think anyone noticed, and they made a couple of guests with severe food allergies feel so much more comfortable than they usually do when eating out. We cannot recommend Lola's highly enough - go book them for your wedding!!!

Unbelievable wedding caterer!!!

I cannot speak highly enough of Eddie, Michaela, and the entire team at Lola's Weddings & Events. They catered our wedding at Gather Greene in the Hudson Valley and we were truly blown away. We had multiple guests tell us it was the best wedding food they've ever had, with perfectly cooked halibut and steak for 140 guests. Eddie and Michaela worked together to devise the menu of our dreams. My husband and I are both veg-forward but we wanted to provide our guests with a fresh, locally sourced menu. They really delivered - we had an oyster bar that was freshly shucked on site, a beautiful mezze and charcuterie spread, the list goes on. The Lola's team was also so attentive to us throughout the day, always making sure we had what we needed. Look no further than Lola's for a wedding caterer! You will not be disappointed!

Amazing!!!

Lola’s is absolutely the best! Everyone on their team was so thoughtful and down to earth and incredibly organized. So, just for that, they were wonderful to work with. But now, THE FOOD! We got married almost a month ago now and our guests are still talking about an appetizer they ate, or the main course, or the honey-rosemary-butter (!!!) It is so rare to have good food at a wedding, but this wasn’t just good, it was amazing!! Every single dish was incredibly well composed, fresh, and delicious. Hire Lola’s for your wedding! You will be so happy you did :)

Look no further than Lola's!! INCREDIBLE

What an unbelievable experience working with Lola's! My husband and I are big foodies, and knew we wanted a fun menu with a range of options that reflected this. We're talking everything from a raw bar and tuna tartar to chicken & waffles, NY style chopped cheese, mini sausage & pepper sandwiches and an entire Japanese station with steamed bao buns and fried rice in Chinese take-out containers—and that was JUST cocktail hour!

For our reception, we had plated dinner where guests could choose from NY Strip, Branzino, or Ricotta Gnocchi. Each dish was absolutely delicious. Our guests are STILL raving about how incredible our wedding food was, but the real highlight were the fried oreos for dessert. YES, you heard that right - FRIED OREOS!!! Our guests could not get over these and thought it was so cool that we had them passed around while they danced the night away.

As the bride, my only regret was not eating more!!

If you're looking for a unique, fresh, creative spin on food for your wedding, look no further than Lola's. Eddie and Michaela GET IT and will create a wonderful menu that will knock your socks off. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Run, don’t walk!

If you need a caterer for an event and you’re on the fence about using Lola’s, just do it. I promise you won’t regret it. Michaela, Eddie, and team went above and beyond for our wedding this year. The food was amazing—people could not stop talking about it. Michaela was my point of contact throughout the entire process and she made me feel at ease every step of the way. You can tell that she really cares about her clients. While we were bummed she couldn’t be there the day of, Dawn was our events coordinator and she was AMAZING. From set up through breakdown Dawn and team made us feel so well taken care of. Truly a dream. Michaela and Dawn made our wedding perfectly seamless and we would have been lost without them. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire Lola’s team. I would use them again and again.

Lola's is truly the best of the best!!

I seriously cannot recommend Lola’s enough for your next event. My husband and I are BIG foodies. We love going out to eat and trying new food. Lola’s gave us literally the best food we could have ever asked for at our wedding. The professionalism and care that they exhibited the whole day blew everyone away. When I ask my guests about my wedding they always bring up the food and the drinks!! They helped customize our menu to exactly what we wanted and by using the freshest, most delicious food in the Hudson Valley! My husband and I knew we were in good hands when we spoke to Eddie about our menu. His knowledge and passion for food shines through with even just one conversation with him. Michaela, who is the head of event catering at Lola’s was also so extremely accommodating and was so good at giving us advice and recommendations. Her experience and knowledge on how to plan a large event while catering to every guest was spot on and very much appreciated!! Our catering manager on the day of was Patty, and we were SO lucky to have her!!! She made sure from start to finish to bring us drinks, food, and always with pleasure and happiness. Patty executed our wedding flawlessly. We love you so much Patty!! Thank you!! If you are looking for a unique, one of a kind caterer to blow your guests away with the quality of their food, drinks, and professionalism look no further! Absolutely Nailed it

Lola's absolutely nailed the catering, the best wedding food I've ever had. The menu is fresh, seasonal and cooked perfect! Everyone was raving about the appetizers and the entree's. Being in recovery the fact that they offered mocktails and featured them at the bar was AMAZING. Everyone in and out of recovery absolutely loved them. The professionalism of the staff was also top notch. Each one I talked to seemed so nice and professional. Would absolutely recommend.

Blown away by food and service

Lola’s was one of the best decisions we made for vendors at our wedding. We ended up postponing in due to Covid and they stuck with us the entire time! Michaela and Eddie absolutely delivered every detail we asked for and were very responsive leading up to the big day, dealing with my many questions and emails! The food - was exquisite- from a raw bar to late night bites to a massive cocktail hour and incredible seasonal entrees and bar service - the staff led by Michaela made our day so smooth! If you are getting married in the Hudson Valley, there is no other caterer I can recommend more.

We had a big crowd with many details and felt like VIPs the entire night! Thank you so much to Michaela and Eddie and their entire crew!

Lola's catering is AMAZING

RUN, DON'T WALK, to hire Lola's as your wedding caterer. It was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. They are professional, amicable, flexible, and we worked seamlessly together. Make sure you have Michaela working with you. She basically double-timed as a wedding planner and day-of coordinator for us and she is such an incredible person. Lola's food tastes great and is presented as works of art. I had a 250 person wedding and the execution of the meals was perfect. There was not one mistake, and that is a pretty big wedding!! It was seamless! All in all, they were fantastic and I can't stress enough how much you should choose Lola's for your wedding. You will not regret it!

Beyond Perfection

I cannot say enough about how fabulous my experience with Lola's. I worked with Michaela and Eddie. They catered the entire wedding, start to finish. My location was an a la carte venue so integration with food, rentals and venue was essential. Everything was perfect, food was presented beautifully, temperature appropriate, and delicious. The signature drinks were fantastic and the bar was very well run, both for the wedding proper and the after party. We had a lot of allergies and they accommodated seamlessly. Staff was superb. The dessert, which we begged them to take on, was stellar (cookies on the tables and homemade ice cream!) and highlighted the entire evening. OH! And the pizza truck! For the after party, they made fresh, out of the oven pizzas that were to die for! I didn't think people would eat pizza after a whole meal and dessert but they were GONE, also with rave reviews! People are still talking about the food and dessert and it's been weeks. I rarely write reviews, but had to take the time to let everyone know how much I would recommend Lola's as your caterer.

Lola's was a dream come true

Working with Lola's was one of the best decisions we made for our big day. Every single person at our wedding was blown away by the food, staff and overall Lola's experience. From start to finish working with Lola's was a pleasure. They were extremely helpful with the logistics, were flexible and creative in helping us achieve our dream wedding day. The cocktail hour horderves, raw bar and charcuterie table were phenomenal. There was no shortage of food and everything was beautifully presented, no-one had an empty plate or glass. Chef Eddie is an artist and every plate was beautiful. Aside from the food itself, the ambiance of the event was beautiful, largely due to Lola's touch. We would work with Lola's over and over again and truly cannot thank the Lola's team for most amazing day. We would 12/10 recommend!!

Book them now!

If you are considering using Lola’s Catering for an event, do not hesitate and do not look elsewhere! Book them now! We used them for our twice postponed wedding and they were so helpful, kind and understanding throughout the entire process. Michaela is a gem- she went above and beyond to make sure that our day was perfect. She made me feel so at ease all day and graciously handled the weather/guest hiccups that were thrown at her. Eddie and his chefs are amazing! The food was incredible and every single one of our guests raved about it! I still get a big smile on my face when I think about our menu! They are the best!

The BEST decision

Wow, where do I even begin. Michaela and the team at Lola's were absolutely incredible, I truly am still in awe of them and the work they did. From helping me organize and fine-tune all of the rentals for my backyard wedding, to the most amazing food all of my guests are still raving about, to the incredibly fun bartenders, to Michaela who saw it all through and kept me stress-free in the process, I could go on and on and on about how incredible they are. Michaela was so helpful and responsive in the many months of planning leading up to the big day, I could never have done it without her. Everything was so beautiful, beyond what I ever imagined. And the food!! Guests are still reaching out about how it was the best wedding food they've ever had, and better believe it was! I was blown away. The bartenders they had work the event just added to the party, they were so much fun, everyone still brings them up when talking about some of the most fun parts of the night. And again, Michaela, who made sure my husband and I had a drink in our hands and food in front of us throughout the night, I could never thank her enough for the work she put into this day. Do not hesitate to hire them, Lola's truly made my wedding the amazing and beautiful day that it was.

Cannot recommend enough!

Lola's came recommended from our venue, and when we went to our tasting we knew they were a great decision! We had to delay our wedding due to the pandemic, and they were one of the few vendors who we never worried about trying to pull one over on us or raise costs or change contracts. We felt completely taken care of in their well-trusted hands! They were truly good people, from the owner to the maitre d' to the waitstaff and bartenders. We worked with Eddie, Tyler, Michaela, Annalise, and Patty, and all were exceptional and lovely. The people and staff aside, the food was DELICIOUS. Everyone was saying for weeks how they had not had such great food at a wedding before. Their food is fresh, unique, and amazing. The service on the day-of was great as well; multiple Lola's staff members looked for my husband and I to make sure we had food and drink at all times. Choosing Lola's was one of the best decisions we made in my wedding planning!

Michaela and Patty Rule

Lolas was phenomenal from start to finish. The food was phenomenal, the workers were phenomenal. Patty helped us through out our entire day with anything we needed. We wanna get married all over again just to eat the food and have the Lolas experience again!!!

Amazing food and the loveliest people

We could not have asked for a better catering experience for our wedding. Every member of the Lola's team was incredible. Eddie runs the show and is head chef. His food is AMAZING. Michaela is the event coordinator and is an expert through every part of the process. She devoted so much time to us finalizing every aspect of our wedding day. No detail was too small. We truly appreciated her patience and advice. Patty was our day-of coordinator and she is a powerhouse. She made sure every phase of the wedding ran according to plan. The entire team was so accommodating and did their absolute best to incorporate every request.

The staff that worked our event were extremely professional. One of them actually saw one of our older guests sitting inside during cocktail hour and brought over water to check on him. To us, that is above and beyond.

My husband and I really appreciate food so we wanted to present a stellar cocktail hour. Lola's made it happen. We had several different options served and everything was delicious. We got fantastic feedback from all of our guests. It also shows the enormous range Eddie has as a chef to provide such unique and diverse hors d'oeuvres. It goes without saying that the entrees served at reception were of the same outstanding quality.

Our experience with Lola's was exceptional and we would highly recommend them to anyone for a wedding or any event. We love Lola's food so much that we've visited their restaurant since our wedding for more!

Most amazing experience with a caterer!

Working with the Lola's Cafe and Catering team was truly a dream! From our initial call, they truly understood our vision and crafted a creative, seasonal menu that captured personal touches that were important to us. They were also able to accommodate a variety of allergies and food preferences for our guests. On the day of the wedding, they were so attentive to us as well as our guests and truly executed service seamlessly. We got so many compliments on the food! I cannot recommend them enough!

Lola's is fantastic!! We worked closely with Eddie and Mikaela - they are so professional and completely put our minds at ease during the planning process. Every detail they touch - from the food, to the event set up, to the service - far exceeded our expectations and we couldn’t be happier. Perfect Wedding Made Possible by the Lola's Team

We had our wedding at Nostrano Vineyards June 27, 2021, after moving it from September 2020. Lola's and the team was extremely flexible. Everything the day of was on time, as scheduled, and absolutely perfect. Everyone came up to us and said how amazing the food and service was. If you want exceptional service at your wedding and great food, Lola's is right for you.

They helped us throughout the entire process and made our lives so much easier leading up to the wedding. We could not have asked for a better vendor. Many people described the Wedding as a movie and it definitely did not feel like a Sunday.

Lola's was the perfect choice for our wedding caterer

Lola's was our caterer for our wedding on August 1, 2020. Our wedding was originally supposed to be in VT with 150 people but had to cancel due to the pandemic. We decided to scale it down to 35 people and move it to my brothers property in Millbrook with about 8 weeks left until our day so we had to, very quickly, find new vendors. We grew up in the Hudson Valley and are huge fans of Lola's Cafe in Poughkeepsie so they were our first choice but we did our research and looked into a bunch of other local caterers as well. Lola's was, without a doubt, the most professional, flexible, and appealing as far as their menu options. I come from a family of chefs and people in the industry, so we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted on our menu and a certain standard of service. Lola's came up with a pretty custom menu that was exactly what we were looking for. Michaela came out to the property on more than one occasion to ensure they were organized and had everything they needed to be ready for the day. I didn't have anyone there to coordinate the day with the DJ, florist, photographer, officiant, or just with the general processions of the day like you normally would at a regular venue. Michaela stepped into that role without even being asked to and was involved with EVERYTHING. I am so thankful she was there to ensure it all ran smoothly. Lola's went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect and we weren't stressed. Everything was extremely COVID compliant and they went the extra mile to make sure we were all safe as well as their staff. I knew the food was going to be good but it really exceeded our expectations. It was delicious as well as beautifully plated and displayed. We were so happy with their service. I will be using Lola's for any future catered events and would recommend them to everyone for any catering needs without hesitation. Thank you Lolas!

The best EVER.

I can't sing my praises enough about Lola's; their food, staff, and specifically Michaela, our point of contact and Maitre D, were all unbelievably incredible. I will recommend them endlessly! The whole team truly cared about the wedding and helped make the day unforgettable. From the get-go I instantly had confidence and trust in Michaela and her team, and with every call, text, email, and meeting we had she only further reinforced those feelings! We were in great hands. She even helped us plan our rentals! No detail was missed and I will be forever grateful that she was co-captain of our planning team! MVP for sure! As for the food, everything was absolutely delicious. Farm to table ingredients and the presentation was beautiful. The chefs and servers catered to every need we requested to make the wedding as Covid-Friendly as possible. It was amazing how every hors d'oeuvre and dish was customized exactly for the bride and groom. The chef took the knowledge of their likes and dislikes into everything that he made and created food that embodied for our wonderful couple. Everything Lola's handled from planning, to service, to food, to execution, and everything in between far exceed all expectations we had. Working with Lola's Cafe and Michaela was a phenomenal experience and I cannot wait to do it again!

Superb in every way!

We highly recommend Lola’s Cafe & Catering. From planning the menu and coordinating the rentals, to setting up, serving and post-event clean-up, Ed Kowalski and his team attended to every detail. The hors d’ouvres and dinner were excellent and the catering staff was very responsive to every guest’s requests. We highly recommend Lola’s.

Fantastic food, lovely service, curated experience with real hand-holding

Based out of Poughkeepsie, once we found a venue we liked their name kept coming up as the only game in town. Having a strong culinary team and such a warm and welcoming support staff, we honestly knew right from the start that they would be great. Ours was a "covid-wedding" so when we asked to scale things back, move the event to our home in CT, and work with them to ensure top safety procedures, they were right there supporting us and reassuring us of their procedures and our decision. We were fortunate to get a beautiful day and every guest could not stop raving about the food and drinks. Michaela, our maitre's d was phenomenal (kept things flowing, knew all the details leading up to, did our rental ordering for us in terms of the scale we needed for wedding, and kept us fed the entire night!), we kept hearing that the bartender was so sweet and funny and making great drinks, and every server was so thoughtful and paid attention to details. Honestly could not recommend them enough, I can't wait until the next time we have a party need that warrants their catering.

Mohr wedding

Lola Cafe is an amazing catering company . They made planning Stephen and I special day so easy. Annalise was amazing to work with as she helped us every step of the way. Chef Edward farm to table cuisines are to die for. After the wedding all my guest couldn’t get enough and said it was the best. The hor d'oeuvres were unique and so good and the dinner looks like it came out of a magazine. Stephen and I are over the moon with Lola cafe a highly recommended them

Amazing Caterers!!

I can't say enough great things about Patty and Billy and the Lola's team. They accommodated all of our requests and preferences.
Patty made the whole planning process fun and stress free. Billy is an amazing chef. Not only was the food delicious, but the presentation was spectacular. On the day of our wedding, the staff was very attentive to us, our guests, and even our dog. Our family and friends are still talking about the food and service. I highly recommend Lola's Catering for your special day.

Absolute best Caterer!

Lolas catered our wedding in October and it was everything we could have dreams of and more! We wanted a fall wedding to go along with our fall themed wedding. Lolas catering made our dreams come true with butternut squash ravioli and pumpkin butter and everything in between! Our guests have not stopped talking about the food since the night of our wedding! We wanted to incorporate everything we could about the Hudson Valley and Lolas was the perfect piece to our puzzle! Using all local ingredients and local beers! In addition to the food, Annalise and her staff are incredible! Throughout the entire process of our planning we never had to worry about food or rentals because Annalise had everything covered! So thankful for Lolas and their team for making our wedding perfectly delicious!

the BEST caterer

Where do I even begin?! Annalise and her team were absolutely AMAZING!! They set everything up perfectly for us so that all we had to do was show up. Throughout this entire process, I wasn't even stressed about how everything would come together because I knew they would have everything taken care of. They are so good at what they do that I knew I was in good hands. I honestly couldn't have set up my reception as nicely as they did. They were extremely accommodating, even at the food tasting. My dad wanted tartar sauce to try with the salmon, and since they didn't have any on sight, they made their own! (which he ended up liking better than the real thing). Annalise knew I was making every effort to be at cocktail hour, and when she noticed we weren't inside yet, she put together a platter of the hors d'oeuvres for my husband and I while we were taking pictures- she also personally brought out signature cocktails for us! The food was absolutely amazing and presented perfectly. EVERYONE has told us they never had food like that at a wedding, and some even said it's the best food they've ever had! It was an absolute pleasure to work with Lola's, and I hope to be invited to another wedding that has them as their caterers so that we can enjoy it all again!

Outstanding

Lola’s catered our wedding at Locust Grove, and we had a wonderful experience with them. From our initial meeting, to the tasting, to the wedding day, everything ran smoothly and we could not be happier. Our guests loved the food and I’m still getting compliments. The servers and staff were extremely professional and helpful, multiple guests complemented the team to us afterwards. Annalise is amazing and went above and beyond and was a joy to work with. Lola’s catering is truly outstanding.

Delicious food and quality service

The Lola's team is amazing. From working out every detail of the menu and accommodating dietary needs, they've got it covered. We had an incredible harvest table and delicious buffet that our guests are still talking about. The best part is the team made sure my husband and I got enough food, which we really appreciated! Amazing!!!!

Patty, Billy and the Lola’s team are all absolutely amazing, professional and wonderful to work with. We got married at a Vineyard in August and had to bring in almost everything. Patty helped me coordinate all of that and more. She checked in with me almost every day in the week leading up to the wedding, answering all my questions and calming my nerves. She was there the day before helping me get all the details in place. Everything went perfectly and smoothly the day of the wedding. If I forgot anything, Patty had it done already or had what I needed. She is a godsend!

The food was absolutely delicious and Billy is a talented and creative chef. I had multiple guests tell me it was the best meal they had had at a wedding! The cocktail hour display was gorgeous and passed apps were great. I highly recommend this team for your wedding.

Incredible Food and Service!!!!

We had the most amazing experience with Lola's Cafe and Catering! They came highly recommended by our planner and did not disappoint. Chef Eddie is an incredible chef and a great guy, so down to earth and humble. His colleague Annalise is also lovely and incredible at the planning and execution of the event. After talking to us to understand our preferences he created a draft menu which we could revise as we liked, though we were so impressed with it we didn't change much if anything!! We then had a tasting where he made a beautiful fully plated version of each dish so we could see how it would be presented at the wedding. It was all so delicious, way beyond what we are used to eating at weddings. We hired Lola's to do our rehearsal dinner, wedding, and next-day brunch. Every single meal was delicious, fresh, and beautiful. Eddie takes a lot of pride in how he sources his food and cooks everything fresh on site. Their staff was so amazing, professional, friendly and courteous, the execution was absolutely seamless. So many people raved to us about how delicious the food was, far surpassing typical wedding fare. The harvest table at our cocktail hour was a huge hit, abundantly overflowing with amazing meats, vegetables, and even giant farm fresh strawberries. They also handled all of the alcohol selections and bartending. Can't say enough good things about Eddie, Annalise and Lola's. Book them today! We entrusted them with our whole wedding weekend and could not have made a better choice.

Lola's is an amazing team!

WOW! I dont even know where to start. Lola's catering was our team that executed our wedding day at Locust Grove Estate this past weekend.
1st- the food is amazing there is no arguing that, we knew the food was good based on previous reviews but after meeting Chef Billy and after the tasting we were soo excited to EAT at our wedding. Our guests raved about the cocktail hour (swedish meatballs and chicken wings were Huge hits) and the meals were mouth watering, My groom LOVED his steak and the chicken with risotto was all my family could talk about.

As a bride, my favorite part of Lola's team was Patty, the day of WOMAN!! She started working with me in the fall, and always kept me on track, handled all our rentals, and set up everything I asked day of. She did it all with a smile and my groom and I joked she felt like she was our mom and made sure our day was perfect like we were her kids. We cant thank her enough!

The staff we had, waiters, bartenders were sooo nice. They were at our beck and call and had drinks in our hands before we even asked. They had the whole room packed up with our personal items before I could even ask at the end of the night. Huge help, I could just relax and say goodbye to guests, we didn't want to leave the room. Chef Billy and his team are a well oiled machine.

I wish I could do it all again and would not change a thing. Thank you Lola's,Chef Billy and Patty.

Work with this Caterer!!!!

I cannot begin to quantify how amazing it was to work with Lola’s Catering. If you need a wedding catered, look no further!! Seriously, Lola’s was the bright spot of our wedding and wedding planning. There is not one guest we speak to that doesn’t mention amazing food, amazing service, and amazing cocktail hour. People were gushing over the steak and chicken that was served. The bar service was top notch!

Our wedding was May 25th 2019 and we started working with Annalise Puckette back in early 2018. She hopped on numerous calls to go over planning and came up with a plan. After a few easy months of decisions, we circled back and Annalise created our wonderful menu. Fast forward about 30 days before the big day and we met on site to go through the plan of the day.

Annalise was so incredibly thorough, detailed, and just all around amazing. We felt super settled and excited about our wedding. It was one huge item that we just did not need to worry about, because we knew Lola’s was on top of it.

We ended up utilizing their recommended rental company and we purchased our own linens. It turns out we were a bit short on the linen count about 5 hours before the reception. Totally our fault. Have no fear though, BOOM, Annalise takes care of it and saves the day.

I pride myself on eating good food, and i can say without question, the food I ate at my wedding was the best food I will eat all summer. It was so good!!!! Best wedding ever, in large part due to the amazing execution of Lola’s Catering!

Lolas Catering Is The Best

We used Lola's Catering for our wedding at the Hill in Hudson NY in May 2019, and they were AMAZING! Everyone was commenting on how the food was "The best wedding food they've ever had" and our wedding planner couldn't stop complimenting the food. The best part for the bride and groom is that they're amazing to work with throughout the entire planning process. From menu preparation to the tasting to the final presentation during the reception, they delivered. Annalise is one of the easiest people you will ever have the pleasure of working with and Abby helped everything run smoothly on the day of. Eddie is an incredible chef with a vision for your wedding so trust him thorughout the menu development process, you will thank us you did! Couldn't be happier

This review is for Patty and Billy at Lola's catering.

My wife and I were doing all of the planning ourselves, and Patty was unbelievably helpful. She walked us through every step of the process, from the menu to the setup and coordination on the day of the event. She had already worked with all of our vendors at previous events, and took care of all the small details. She was very responsive and easy to communicate with.

On our wedding day, Lola's staff was super attentive, even making sure that my elderly grandfather had everything the needed. They were extremely professional, and very attentive to the guests' needs.

Would give 6 stars if I could. Can't go wrong with this dynamic duo, they are a well oiled machine!

Delicious food!

Choosing Lola's was by far the easiest decision we made for the wedding. Annalise and Chef Ed worked with my husband and I to create a menu that was inspired by our travels and with ingredients that were also in season. They were always available to answer any questions I had and were super flexible when it came to last minute changes. The food, the staff, and the service were all amazing. Everyone raved about the food and the service all night long.

Lola's is incredible and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for delicious food and the ability to create a one-of-a-kind menu!

Amazing!

All I can say is AMAZING. Amazing food, Amazing staff and Amazing service. I'm a culinary grad and hard to please. The Lola's team absolutely knocked it out of the park. Chef Ed worked with me on creating a fun, unique and inspired seasonal menu that pleased my taste buds as well as my guests. Annalise worked with me from start to finish to make sure my vision was delivered (it was better than I could have ever imagined!). They were always available to answer my questions and made the wedding planning process a breeze. Their team has such experience doing large catered events, I am still getting compliments from my wedding guests a month later.

If you're looking for a creative menu (not the same old meat and potatoes) with incredible personal decor touches.... Lola's is a no brain-er. They are professional and I cannot say enough great things about them!

Choosing Lola's was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. When you book Lola's you get delicious, beautiful presented food, expertly crafted cocktails, a rental liaison, event set up and design, and a team of top talent dedicated to making sure everything is perfect on your day.

We got married at Nostrano Vineyards on 9/8/18. Nostrano's is a drop dead gorgeous site, but in order to have a wedding there you need to bring in outside catering and rentals. Lola's has a great relationship with Nostrano's. Before booking Nostrano's we scheduled introduction calls with a few caterers to get a better sense of what the costs would be for catering and event rentals. Lola's came highly recommended and after our call with Annalise we could totally see why! She immediately put us at ease and was entirely accommodating of our requests and budget. She also coordinated all the rentals through Events Unlimited. Shortly after booking Lola's we met Annalise at the rental showroom and selected our rentals. She was a key adviser during this process. We also did our tasting at Lola's restaurant and everything was delicious - putting us further at ease!

Our wedding was executed perfectly - thanks in a tremendous part to the team at Lola's. Annalise was on hand to ensure everything was set up to our specifications. The team really went above and beyond to set up the ceremony, our cocktail hour lounge, welcome table, escort card display, all the reception tables and I'm sure a ton of other things! Much of their work is behind the scenes, but we completely appreciated the care and effort they put into everything! Not to mention the food was delicious! The presentation of the cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres was perfect and they set up a fantastic harvest table. Our wedding guests raved about the food and drinks!

We had the wedding of our dreams thanks to Lola's! I couldn't recommend them more highly! Book them!!

I literally do not know where to start! Choosing a caterer that offered our guests fresh, local ingredients was number one on our wedding to-do list! When I reached out to Annalise at Lola's Cafe, she was extremely friendly and enthusiastic about creating a menu that was perfect for all of our guests. We had a handful of guests attending our wedding who are gluten free and Annalise reassured us that Eddie could create a menu with this in mind. Throughout the process, Annalise graciously tolerated my indecisiveness and offered guidance/support making us ALWAYS feel confident in our decisions. On the day of our wedding, the staff arrived with smiles and created an eating experience that our guests are still talking about! One of our ring bearers (who is quite picky) was so excited to share with us that Lola's herb roasted chicken with lemon parsley butter was "the best darn chicken" he had ever tasted! The guests were raving about the butternut squash ravioli and mini meatball parmesan - we even heard one guest say "this is the best wedding food we have ever had!"
For those of you looking for a wedding caterer that exceeds all of your expectations, stop searching now and choose Lola's! To Eddie, Annalise, and all of the catering staff - thank you for making our wedding that much more special!

OMG. You will NOT go wrong with choosing Lola’s for your catering needs! We still have guests from our wedding that was at The Hill in Hudson I’m May 26th 2018 raving about them! The food was UNBELIVEABLE, and the staff was AMAZING!! They were so incredibly helpful and attentive. It was incredibly hot the day of our wedding and the staff busted their butts running up and sown the stairs and constantly had cold water refills. The food and cocktails were unreal, and I had so many guests say it was the BEST wedding food they had ever had. Everything was so fresh and delicious! The strawberry mojitos they served for our cocktail hour were so refreshing. My husband and I are so happy we chose Lola’s- Eddie and Annalise we so helpful and on point from start to finish! Annalise was a rockstar the day of! She put our minds at ease, and made sure everything came out perfect! I was to host another event just so they can cater it. Lola's catered our wedding at the Farm at Pond Lily, and we were blown away by both the quality of the food and how wonderful they were to work with. From our first inquiry onward, Lola's was always prompt, informative, and accurate with answers to our (many, many) questions by email or phone. Lola's was able to quickly provide us an accurate quote and they were incredibly accommodating of our requests. Their culinary abilities and range is truly staggering, and I have no doubt that they can put together a fantastic menu of whatever dishes you could want. We were able to tweak the menu to our exact specifications.

The food itself was exceptional. I went into this process with the assumption that all wedding food kind of sucked because it had to be prepared on such a large scale. Our tasting at Lola's in New Paltz gave me hope, as everything we had was phenomenal, and what was served on the day of was equal to or better than what we had for just the two of us. What you sample will truly be representative of what you get! Lola's makes ample use of Hudson Valley produce and many of the dishes we chose were vegetable-focused because the quality was just outrageously good.

All told, this was the first (and hopefully only) wedding caterer I've ever booked, but I have absolutely no misgivings about recommending Lola's for any event. The team you work with is responsive, professional, and talented, and will work tirelessly to give you the best possible menu and experience you can dream up. Do yourself and your wedding guests a favor and book them today!

Lola's was our caterer for our wedding at A Private Estate in Germantown, NY, and we had such an incredible experience with them. Everyone on their team is pleasant and professional. Both the appetizers and entrees were delicious (we had chicken, steak, and vegetarian pasta), and our guests commented to us directly how good the food was (especially given the low bar many guests have for wedding food). Lola's even created a custom late-night to-go snack that our guests loved. The service the day of the wedding was flawless. I would highly recommend using Lola's for your wedding!

I honestly don’t even know where to begin!!!!!!! I used Lola’s Cafe for my wedding at Brotherhood Winery. Annalise went ABOVE & BEYOND for an entire year: menu planning, working with our budget, phone conferences, timely emails, organizing rentals, table layouts, & setting up tables & centerpieces. Not only that, but she lent me her own personal snowboots for my outdoor pictures (we had a snowstorm on our wedding day). Annalise, you are a miracle worker! Ed took the time to come out and speak to us during our private tasting at Crave - he was so receptive to our questions & concerns. He was creative & professional which was clearly portrayed in his dishes. Fast foward to the wedding day....the venue was set up PERFECTLY by Annalise & the staff (exactly how I envisioned), the cocktail hour & entrees were UNBELIEVABLE...I don’t have a SINGLE negative thing to say about the food or service, nor did my guests! Everyone was RAVING about the food (and still are). The servers & staff were SO attentive and professional - I was blown away. I could go on and on about how amazing Lola’s Cafe is. My now-husband is a chef, so when we started planning our wedding, we knew our friends and family would all be anticipating an amazing, top-notch meal and we've always believed "Food is Love." We met with several caterers and were seriously underwhelmed with their limited menus. Finally, we sat down with Eddie and Annalise and right away, we knew we'd found the right fit!

From Eddie's off-the-cuff and brilliant menu ideas to Annalise's professional manor and generous attention to EVERY detail, there was not a single part of our cocktail hour, dinner, or dessert that was not awe-inspiring and delicious. Annalise answered all of my (numerous) questions and checked on us throughout the process. She made sure we got to try a little bit of everything -- this bride actually ATE at her wedding thanks to Annalise and the whole staff!

And let's talk servers!!! Like well-dressed clockwork, they trooped around each table in turn so no one was left waiting to be served. From the creative salad and personalized gnocchi courses (and if you've ever made it, you can imagine, homemade from scratch gnocchi for 100 guests is NOTHING to sniff at!) to the melt-in-your-mouth entree choices, our guests were STUFFED before dessert was even offered. Eddie and his team catered to the fussy-eater guests, the children, the dietarily restricted guests, and the oh-my-God-it's-so-good-can-I-have-more guests with ease and professionalism, as if this were an intimate dinner party, not a full blown, Italian-Irish wedding extravaganza.

My biggest fear was for my husband to wind up throwing an apron over his tuxedo to help out in the kitchen if he thought they needed it -- he never once left the party and we made it a point to thank Eddie and his whole team at the end of the night for pulling off such a masterful evening.

Eddie and Annalise from Lola's cafe went above and beyond to make our wedding day everything we wanted and more.
the food was exceptional our guests have not stopped raving about it! every step of the planning process was made simple while working with them. Where do I start! Annalise and her team were seriously what brought ALL our hard work together and made our wedding everything we could have imagined! We had a list of caterer’s we wanted to check out in the area. We stopped at Lola’s Café to taste their food, and canceled all the rest of our appointments because everyone was so friendly, and the food was delicious. My mom said she couldn’t count the number of people who came up to her at my wedding to tell her that they have never met a catering company with such friendly employees, and went out of their way to make sure every guest was happy. Annalise also went above and beyond putting the last details on our venue to make sure everything looked perfect. Chef Ed put together a menu that catered to what we wanted, as well as a brunch menu for the next morning. Seriously, multiple people still tell ask me what was in that yogurt. If they can get people excited about yogurt for 3 months, they can do anything!

My husband and I had always heard of Lola's Cafe through their reputation so when we were looking for a caterer, we knew we had to meet with them. All it took was one visit with Chef Eddie and we were convinced that Lola's was the caterer for our Wedding. Chef Eddie was professional, knowledgeable and efficient but still very friendly and open to listening to your suggestions. He created a custom menu that was perfect for our small fall wedding, using delicious and seasonal ingredients. We literally can not stop hearing raving reviews from our families about how great the food was. Our families agree that it was hands down the best meal they have ever eaten at a wedding, and my husband and I feel that it was the best meal we have ever eaten, period.
The tasting was a great opportunity to get an idea of the look and taste, and service that will be provided at the wedding. All the staff was extremely efficient and provided excellent service. Annalise was especially helpful in answering all of our questions quickly and was always available to meet and reassure us that everything was taken care of. Lola's cafe took a huge chunk of the work off our shoulders - they set up rentals, stayed connected with vendors and set-up everything for our wedding day. We literally just had to show up and enjoy ourselves!

BOOK LOLA'S AND NEVER LOOK BACK ! When searching for the perfect caterer for our wedding at Brotherhood Winery we knew we would have a challenge ahead of us. After the first few meetings and tastings with other caterers we were losing hope until we contacted Lola's. Owner Eddie Kowalski and catering manager/wedding planner extraordinaire Annalise are the most professional, kind, amazing and talented people you can ever meet in your life. From the first meeting with them they made you feel comfortable and right at home. They didn't try to sell you on everything and talk up how amazing they were like other caterers we met with. They let their food & service the talking and WOW were we floored. Eddie's creativity and passion is completely evident in his dishes. The quality of ingredients and flavors in every dish we tried were unlike any other we ever ate in our lives. We booked them immediately after our tasting! From picking the appetizers, pasta dishes, main courses and down to decoration ideas along with everything else involved in a wedding Annalise handled it to perfection. She is one of the sweetest, most professional and organized people you ever want to meet and have as a part of your wedding day. From helping us book the rentals to assisting us with our vision there was nothing that she didnt do. To the days leading up to the wedding we are at ease knowing we were in such amazing hands. The wedding day was absolutely stunning, every table was perfect, all the decorations and rentals down to the silverware were setup by Annalise and Lola's incredible staff. Eddie and his chefs cooked up some of the most amazing food that had our guests raving not only the day of the wedding, but still to this day! I cannot say enough about how fabulous Lola's was for our wedding! First- the food: Months later we are still getting rave reviews from our guests! They loved the apps, the entrees, all of it! Second-- the bar: I was a littleness nervous about what to get, how much, etc. and Eddie had great advice as well as great suggestions! Third- Eddie and Annalise are the BEST! Throughout the whole process, I felt we were in great hands-- they were awesome when my mom and I got nervous or stressed-- and they executed on the day of perfectly! The only thing I would have done differently is hire Annalise as my whole wedding coordinator! She was a rockstar!!

Lola's was amazing!

Lola's cafe was so good to us! They were by far the most affordable option that we considered and honestly was why we leaned towards them and after we tried the food there was no question that they were the caterers for us. The food was STELLAR! I got so many compliments throughout the wedding and onward on how good the food was. They even created a vegan dish at my request that everyone loved! They were able to work seamlessly with our outdoor venue. Annalise and Ed make the process very easy to understand and were always available to troubleshoot, brainstorm and offer their very experienced opinions. I'm very grateful to them for making the day so enjoyable.

We used Lola's for our wedding in July 2016 and could not have been happier. They were beyond helpful with creating our menu, attentive to our budget, used locally grown food where they could and the food was delicious! I have received so many compliments from our guests. Lola's is incredible. We got married at The Hill in Hudson and they had catered several events at the venue before so were experts and made the process incredibly smooth for us. My husband and I decided we wanted a short engagement so called Lola's 3 months before the event and they worked with us to make a lot happen in a short period of time. Both Annalise and Eddie were incredibly responsive, willing to work with us, had hours of conversations with my mom, husband and I and were so lovely to talk to. They made the entire process leading up to the wedding stress free and were on top of EVERYTHING. Then, the night of the wedding they blew us away. The food was incredible, the service extraordinary, and our guests raved about everything. I really can't say enough good things about our experience with Lola's and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone hosting an event.

There is not enough praise in the world for the Lola’s team. From the very first meeting to the day of our wedding, we were amazed by the professionalism, creativity, and care we experienced from the whole team. Our menu was a very important aspect for us and our family and friends have said over and over that this was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. Chef Ed created a menu that incorporated so much of what we enjoy and brought it to life at our wedding. Annalise was a joy to work with and went so far above and beyond to make sure each detail was in place. Annalise also coordinated the alcohol and rentals, which made things much easier for us since we were out-of-state. The day of, Chef Ed, Annalise, and the Lola’s team worked to make sure everything was on track and running smoothly. I can not speak highly enough about Lola's Cafe & Gourmet Catering and our experience with them. From our first email to our wedding day Eddie and Annalise were friendly, attentive, and helpful which kept our planning fun and stress free. When we sat down with them both for our tasting we knew we were in great hands! They were excited about our ideas and Eddie came up with a creative and unique menu. We could tell right away their passion for great food and it came through in all of the dishes at our wedding. When my now husband and I first started planning we knew immediately we wanted a memorable venue with delicious food for our guests and Lola's did not disappoint. They even took care of rentals for us which was a huge help considering we were planning our New York wedding from Chicago. Communication was always easy and I felt like Annalise was always there for me when I had a question about something and always got back to me in a timely manner. Their entire staff the day of the wedding was wonderful and friendly, everything ran so smoothly, we could not have been happier with how Lola's put everything together for us. The dishes the day of were absolutely beautiful and so, so delicious. Our guests were talking about everything from the cheese table at the cocktail hour to their main dishes for days and days after the wedding which is exactly what we were hoping for! I would highly recommend using them for any event, the way the whole crew operates is so impressive and they provide a personal and friendly experience from start to finish. They are a group of hard working, creative, and truly genuine people. Eddie, Annalise, Mary, Sarah, and the rest of the staff, we can not thank you enough for going above and beyond to make our day so memorable and stress free, our gratitude is endless. Lola's wedding coordinator helped with every aspect of planning my daughter's reception dinner. We had a family-style dinner in an outdoor venue, and they reviewed and advised improvements to our floor plan, our seating chart, and our selections for china and serving pieces, Ed was so flexible in coming up with a menu that was distinctive, delicious, and Lola's menu emphasized the farm-to-table theme my daughter and son-in-law wanted. My NYC family said it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding, and they go to many events. We used another vendor for our mini dessert bar, but Lola's took great care to create a beautiful display. Thank you, Lola's, for delivering on your well-earned reputation!

Working with Eddie and Annalise was an absolute dream!

The food speaks for itself -- visit Lola's or Crave, they are both excellent. Eddie knows how to take seasonal ingredients and let them shine; how to build a menu that is creative but still accessible. Beyond his CIA training, you can see that he just loves delicious food and is passionate and bold about seeking out different/new flavors -- without forgetting that sometimes simple is best.

Both Eddie and Annalise also really know how to listen -- an incredibly important part of any client-vendor relationship's success. They didn't push us on any decisions, they asked us questions, they answered all our (gazillion) questions with kindness, patience, and enthusiasm.

And Annalise is a total "front of house" pro. She was our main point of contact through all the planning; she never missed a beat. Service on the night of the wedding was perfect. She never forgot about us, made sure we were eating & drinking. Her staff were all friendly and attentive -- so important, but not something you can "test" in advance. I have been to so many events where you can't get a single cater-waiter to make eye contact with you -- but Lola's servers were really helpful and professional. They also handled flower and decor set-up, working easily with our friends and family who were also helping with set-up.

And all for a price that felt like a good value. We were pretty firm on our budget, and they worked with us to put together a menu that didn't compromise on flavor or creativity and remained within our overall budget. We received a quote from a different vendor whose menu didn't seem as creative, but was priced at nearly double. We also received a quote that was lower than Lola's, but when we experienced their catering at our friend's wedding, the food was just okay, and the service very unimpressive.

The true test? My husband & I (who live a few hours' drive away) can't wait to eat at Crave to experience it all again!

INCREDIBLE. Lola's was the best decision we ever made and hands down an easy one. Working with Ed and Annalise is like working with friends you have known for years. We worked with Lola's for our May 2016 wedding at Locust Grove in Poughkeepsie and could not be more happy with our choice. From the very start Annalise and Ed were extremely professional to work with, incredibly responsive, and were the type of people you want to be around you on your wedding day. Ed put together an incredible spring menu which blew us away at first glace. He had a couple small changes to the menu as the wedding got closer, we could tell that he thought a lot about what was in season, what works well together, and the type of food we like as a couple (the menu was 90% vegetarian with a few seafood options). With Annalise at the helm of the wedding and reception, the day went off without a hitch thanks to her organization, professionalism, and eye for detail.

The food itself was absolutely outstanding. We had several guests comment that it was without a doubt the best wedding food that they had ever tried and I've had several friends already try to recreate his tomato and nectarine salad at home. We personally have never had a piece of salmon that good and we LOVE salmon. We were just thrilled.

I cannot recommend Lola's enough for catering and wedding coordination. 5 stars all around.

If you are getting married in the Hudson Valley and are look for the absolute most amazing off-site caterer, Lola's Cafe is the ONLY choice. Ed Kowalski and his team are second to none. I am an odd case when it comes to wedding planning, as I knew of the Lola's team and have experienced their catering at different events, so I knew immediately that I wanted to have them cater my wedding. With that also came the understanding that I would need to choose a venue that didn't already have an in house caterer. I met with Eddie while I was venue hunting and he recommended The Hill in Hudson, NY. As soon as I went there I fell in love with the venue, but realized I would need help bringing my vision to life. I refused to hire a wedding planner and quite frankly I didn't need to. The Lola's team took care of so many things and they really know how to bring a space to life. Eddie helped me scout my rentals, as he already worked with different rental companies in the area, as well as gave me recommendations for a DJ, Lighting tech's and bakers! They are so much more than a catering team, they are your 'everything wedding' team!

Now about the food. I am Italian American and my Husband is from Poland. Needless to say we had a lot of flavors to work with. I wanted a Farm-to-table style entre, which Eddie knew right away, but the cocktail hour was free-reign. I wanted to bring together both cultures with the food and Eddie was the perfect person to do that! My husband's father was able to bring Eddie different beer and food the day before our wedding and Eddie used all of it throughout our day, making sure to set it up just the way my husbands family would as if they were back in Poland. Don't even get me started on the free-standing Pierogi station... amazing! Eddie and his team surprised me everywhere I turned. I gave him suggestions and ideas of course and every time his answer was the same "Don't worry Lauren, I got this." And Lola's definitely nailed it!

Annalise was absolutely amazing with helping organizing our wedding. She took care of everything with the rentals and stuff I had no idea about. She was so kind and answered all my emails right away. The day of my wedding the maitre de was beyond anything I could have ever imagined. She and her team were so friendly and everything ran so smoothly. It rained on and off before the ceremony and she was in constant contact asking our opinion and giving her advice. She was one of the best parts of my day. I felt lucky to have her there! Everything was cleaned up and put back into boxes for us to take home the next day. Lola's is worth the price!

I can't say enough good things about Lola's. They were responsive, food at the tasting was delicious as was the food the day of our wedding. Their lead person while setting everything up for us was Annalise and she took in everything we requested and delivered without us have to follow up. Their lead person on our wedding day was Mary and she had great advice during our final walk through, remembered all of the little details, and problem solved without alarming us (our cake split and she handled it well). They were also fair in their pricing by working with us when two people canceled 8 days before the wedding. The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception set up was perfect. They allotted ample drinks for everyone and their bartender was a hit with our guests. With weddings it's often hard to say that everything went as planned but with Lola's every really did go perfectly.

I cannot say enough good things about Lola's. Without them our wedding would not have been the same. From the beginning Annalise was available for our every question or concern to guide us through the entire process. She coordinated with all our other vendors and joined us on site visits. Now, the food. My husband was in heaven at our tasting, each dish was better than the last. They fulfilled my vision of elegant, heavy passed appetizers for our cocktail hour and accommodated my every request for specific items. We loved each entree at the wedding and got many compliments from our guests. In addition, their staff was wonderful throughout the entire event, helping it to move seamlessly. It was misty to pouring during our wedding and they accommodated by chaperoning our guests with umbrellas wherever they wanted to go and flawlessly executed the flow of the event. A truly personal, hands on wonderful job. We loved our experience working with them and would highly recommend.

We got married at Locust Grove last year and we used Lola's as our caterers. I can't believe it has taken me this long to write a review, but since our anniversary is approaching I figured better late than never!

Everything with Lola's from start to finish was amazing from the tasting, to consulting with Annalise and Ed on the menu and logistics, to the day of the event. Everything was beyond our wildest dreams! All of our guests kept raving about the food saying it was the best food they've ever had! Annalise took care of everything. She coordinated all the vendors, brought over and set up our favors, guest book, and photo decorations. She made sure everything went according to plan and she even seamlessly handled an error in the number of centerpieces that were delivered. It's crazy! She was everywhere and yet somehow, we barely even noticed she was there. Everything just flowed so smoothly!

My favorite moment of all was towards the end of cocktail hour. I asked the waitress if there were any more sliders left. (One of our passed hors d'oeuvres was sliders and vanilla milk shake shooters) She said she wasn't sure but that she would check. She returned shortly thereafter with sliders. I then asked, "Are there any more milkshakes?" She then came back with a full size vanilla milk shake with a lovely flower garnish just for me. This is just one anecdote but the entire evening I was treated like a queen and I owe it all to Lola's! It was absolutely the best day of my life!

As we wrote to Annalise the following day, "Listing 'thank you' one hundred times in a row would not even begin to capture our gratitude."

Annalise is marvelous and adapted to our unconventional tastes and desires both leading up to and on our day so easily. The day-of staff was friendly, efficient and all had enjoyable presences. The food was superb and we had a few people explicitly tell us that it was the best wedding food they've ever eaten. Equally importantly, the event flow was seamless, a task in itself as our wedding was a "walking love tour" of the expansive Innisfree Garden. The day exceeded all of our grand expectations and would certainly have fallen short had it not been for Annalise, Ed and the entire team at Lola's.

It is without hesitation that we recommend Lola's to any and all who may be considering. A true pleasure to partner with.

Helping my daughter plan her wedding here in New York, while she is living in Michigan was challenging! Annalise was very professional, after going for a tasting and meeting her & Edward I knew that they were more than capable of making my daughters special day the best it could be!! From beginning to end they were amazing, with the set up & break down of the event. The food was so fresh & delouses. The staff were very attentive to our guest. I never had to worry, I had full confidence in them after our first meeting & they did not let me down. I recommend them highly.

WE LOVE LOLA'S! Everyone we worked with at Lola's was fantastic. Annalise helped us plan our menu and details and Mary was our Maitre D, and they were both amazing. They both had so much expertise, were so patient and helpful, and really wanted to make our day exactly how we wanted it. Mary was so awesome about taking care of me and my husband -- she checked in with us to be sure we got to eat (I know, right?), got some time alone, and that the event ran at the pace that we were comfortable with. The food couldn't have been more delicious, and the staff was very respectful and professional. We got so many compliments from our guests. Seriously, couldn't recommend these guys more highly!

Working with Annalise and Eddie was awesome. They worked with us to create a menu that had exactly what wanted to serve our guests. They will go above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect. Annalise made sure that everything on the day of the wedding was set up exactly how I asked. The food and drinks were amazing and we are still getting compliments about how delicious everything was. I would recommend Lola's to anyone that needs a caterer in the area.

We cannot say enough how wonderful it was to work with Lola's Catering for our wedding. From the very first time we sat down with Annalise and began to plan our big day, we received impeccable professionalism, flexibility, and understanding with what we were looking for in our caterer. Our menu was completely personalized to fit our specific requests, and the food prepared by Chef Ed was incredible! On our wedding day, there was not one thing to worry about, Lola's took care of everything. Our venue was set up perfectly, the waiters were professional and courteous, and again, the food was outstanding. Every guest we spoke to was raving about the quality and taste. Many said it was the best food they had ever had, not just at a wedding, but better than anything they ever ordered at a restaurant. The entire night was flawless because of every last detail being taken care of; from the tables, centerpiece setups, and bar, to the professional service we received. We highly recommend Lola's to anyone who is searching for the best in catering, and we can confidently say that Lola's helped to make our wedding day incredible.

Lola's did a fabulous job of catering my daughter's wedding reception. The food was excellent. The staff was so helpful, so polite, accommodating and easy to work with. Annalise assisted us with the planning and Mary was our Maitre'd. Everything went smoothly, and I have heard nothing but complements from the guests. When you hire this team you will be able to relax and know that you have put your faith in the right people!

Without a question of a doubt, we would use Lola's Catering (Ed & Annalise) OVER AND OVER AND OVER...
With doing a very unique destination wedding...the set up was fabulous, and Annalise was just such a pleasure to work with...and the staff was FABULOUS!!!!

I (mother of the bride) couldn't have been happier with Lola's Cafe and Catering. From the moment I accidentally met Annalise the banquet coordinator I knew this was the caterer for my daughter's wedding. Annalise was perfect in helping make preliminary decisions about the menu and in executing all the details of the wedding day. Her level of professionalism will relieve you of all catering related stresses. The service staff went above and beyond professional and thoroughly kept our guests happy and satisfied. The food was amazing and wonderful!! I have received numerous compliments from my guests stating that they thought the food was superb. I believe we made the perfect decision in choosing Lola's Cafe and Catering for the wedding and strongly recommend their service for your party needs as well.

Annalise and Eddie of Lola's Cafe made our wedding everything we spent 2 years dreaming about! Their responsiveness to my endless emails, incredible organization, flexibility and calm demeanor made me feel confident that everything was under control while we planned our wedding from across the country. In the days before the event, they went out of their way to meet with us to review last-minute details and make adjustments to the menu, rentals, and setup, even meeting us on a holiday! Beyond the amazing customer service and hospitality, the food was incredible. All our guests raved about the food, and many told us it was the best meal they'd ever eaten. Lola's Cafe absolutely made our wedding the event that it was and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer.

The whole staff was amazing. From our menu planning and tasting to the event. Annalise was amazing to work with. She and her staff made the day go flawlessly. Annalise made sure the walk down the aisle was the best it could be arranging the seating and timing the bridal party. She even made sure that my 3 year old niece (flower girl) went the right way. Through out the cocktail hour she was bringing us food and drinks. During the reception the crew made sure that every one was fed and that the cake was cut. Annalise worked with our DJ to make sure that first dances were coordinated with the courses, she even helped keep the less than perfect Photographer in line. I got to eat the delicious food we had, spend time with my guests, and dance the night away all thanks to Lola's Catering

Lola's was absolutely perfect! We could not have asked for anything better. Not only was the food incredible, Annalise did an amazing job of coordinating on the day of. We were 100% focused on each other, our family, and our friends because she was so organized and proactive. And, she did it all with a warm smile and a sense of ease that really put us at ease. Throughout every step of the process we loved working with Annalise and Eddie.

Lola’s is a phenomenal caterer! Eddie’s food is amazing. We had different food stations at our wedding, so our guests could mingle and choose what they wanted, when they wanted it. Annalise, the maître d walked us through the entire process of planning and helped organize everything to fit our needs. All of our guests raved about the food and service. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend them!

It was an absolute delight to plan my daughter's and son-in-law's wedding with Lola's. Annalise answered all questions and offered great advice. Working with her made our year of planning far less stressful than it could have been -- meetings were actually fun. Eddie was 100% responsive to our menu requests and accommodated our particular requirements. The staff on the day of the event, maitre d' Mary, waiters, bar tenders were fabulous. The presentation was beautiful and the guests, including two professional chefs, loved the food. I could not be happier with how the wedding turned out.
