The Loews was a great venue to work with. The property is beautiful and the wedding packages are all inclusive which was a major bonus (this was a destination wedding for us) We worked with Naomi and she was the best! Naomi has this ability to make you feel like you are the only and best wedding she has ever worked with and we really felt special. She has great attention to detail and honestly she is the icing, cherry and sprinkles on top of an already beautiful venue. Beyond our experience with Naomi, we can't say enough about the food and cake. The best you will ever get, hands down (and we've attended a lot of large weddings). The cake was stunning (I wish I could share a picture). It was so delicious that although it was hard to steal me away from the dance floor, I just had to dance around while eating a plate of it! Our only gripe is with some of the front desk staff and booking rooms through the block. Some of the staff was unprofessional and many were clueless when it came to helping guests book their rooms through the block which was frustrating. Overall, everything worked out and management was very professional and helpful.

Kim McFate and the Loews team were INCREDIBLY. Cannot say enough nice things about how they went above and beyond to bring our wedding to life. We had a Kosher Wedding at this venue, and there were plenty of regulations to work around -- and they executed it flawlessly. And everyone was incredibly kind, to boot! Wish we could have another wedding here -- would recommend in a heartbeat. Thanks, Loews!

AmaZing food! Wedding food is usually not that great but oh my was this a surprise!!

We had the most amazing reception at Loews Ventana Canyon, in the Kiva Ballroom... the hotel is amazing and all of our guests really liked the location and the hotel overall. Everyone was really helpful and did everything they could to make our special day perfect.

Audra is amazing!! It's expensive, however, the views are worth it. The food is so tasty. They were incredibly flexible and worked with our budget.

This is an absolutely gorgeous place to get married. Originally I did not want an outdoor wedding, but after seeing this place I knew I wanted to get married outside with the mountains as a backdrop. I loved that they had several ceremony and reception locations on their property to choose from and they also had good backup options in case it rained on our wedding day (thankfully it didn't and the weather was absolutely gorgeous!). Ventana's event coordinator worked very well with our wedding planner to make sure we had everything we needed. My one small complaint was that we had a horrible run-in with a swarm of flies that got into our room but the hotel sprayed our room and thoroughly cleaned it to our satisfaction. Hotel staff is extremely accommodating and the food was EXCELLENT! My guests are still raving about it!

Our wedding at Loews was absolutely beautiful from start to finish. We had our reception on the upper terrace, the cocktail hour on the lawn and the reception on the patio of and inside Canyon Cafe. The scenery was gorgeous and the food was amazing from appetizers to cake. The service we and our guests got over the weekend was great as well, friendly and prompt.

Although everything came together very nicely, I attribute a lot of that to my wedding planner's help. The catering staff was very hard to get in touch with and often took multiple follow ups to get an answer. Had I been handling that myself from out of town it would have been very frustrating. We also had some difficulty with our room block and our guests booking. Specifically that our information hadn't been properly communicated to the people taking the reservations which resulted in a lot of confusion. You'll get everything you pay for and more at Loews, but I would recommend using one of their preferred planners to cut down on some communication frustration.

We had our wedding reception in the Canyon Cafe (inside and outside). It was a beautiful location and the weather was perfect. The food was delicious and we had many compliments from guests. The pastry chef did a wonderful job on our wedding cake as well. All of the staff was professional and did a wonderful job attending to guests. There was a mix up with the open bar, however the staff was quick to fix the error and not worry myself or family during the reception. Would definitely recommend.

I love staying here for wedding night! It was amazing and very relaxing! It is just pretty pricy!

We were told we pre-paid for everything before the wedding except the bar, and to my surprise we got a bill for $19,000 a week after the wedding. Yes, $19,00o! Not a happy feeling for your honeymoon. When i went over the bill there were so many hidden fees and very expensive service charges for everything. Also, it says on the brochure when they are trying to sell you the reception that there is a complimentary champagne toast, don't be fooled like i was. It is "free" for the bride and groom only not your guests, or even your wedding party, so if you spend 50,000 on just food and drinks you get a free sip of sparkling wine. NOT CHAMPAGNE. They also charge $3 per guest to hand your guests a gift bag that you made at the check-in counter. If you want them put in the rooms you have to pay $6 per gift. Just to put in perspective how expensive everything is i will give an example. I had 13 people in my wedding that drink alcohol, this includes my family. I asked that we be served a margarita while we take group pictures at the altar. So for 13 people we got a bill for $500. the math on that is $38 per margarita. We they only had time for one each and the groom and i didn't even have one. There is nothing wrong with a place being expensive but they should advertise that and tell you up front. If i had known i could have just had it at Ritz Carlton, Dove Mountain for the same price and better customer service, or picked a more affordable option. I felt like just a number here and they were all about their money and contracts and never about my happiness or that i was getting married.
