When I reached out to Lo in March 2025, the only thing I knew for sure was that I wanted to host a wedding in Key Largo that August, but being from out of state, I had absolutely no idea where or how I was going to pull this off. Lo jumped into action! Within less than two weeks, she had secured me a venue, a photographer, a caterer and a glam squad to prepare me for the big day. She led me down a path over the next 5 months to ensure that every little detail was perfect. She was constantly available to me and kept me on track to ensure that everything was executed seamlessly. My entire wedding weekend was amazing and I really do believe that was all because of Lo-Key events. -

We were recently married in May 2025 at Largo Resort in Key Largo, and living in Minnesota, I quickly realized that planning the wedding we envisioned from afar would be nearly impossible without help. While searching online for planners in the Key Largo area, I came across Lo-Key Weddings & Events and reached out to Lo. From our very first conversation, I knew without a doubt she was the right person for us.
Throughout the entire planning process, Lo was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and endlessly patient. She guided us through every decision, big and small, and brought up details we never would have thought to consider on our own. We worked closely together to plan every aspect of the day, and thanks to Lo’s dedication, our wedding vision came to life—even more beautifully than we could have dreamed.
When the big weekend arrived, Lo’s coordination allowed us to truly relax and enjoy every moment without stress. She had everything completely under control—directing vendors, managing the setup, assisting guests, wrangling the wedding party, keeping us on schedule—all with the help of her wonderful mom, who stepped in for backup. Lo was everywhere at once, and I honestly don’t know how she did it.
By the end of the experience, not only were we in awe of our perfect wedding, but we also felt we had gained a friend in Lo. If you need a wedding planner in any capacity, hiring Lo and Lo-Key Weddings & Events is the best decision you could make. Lo, thank you for everything—you gave us the most amazing wedding, and we’ll cherish it forever. We can’t wait to see you next time we’re in Key Largo! -

Lo was fantastic. She coordinated our vendors so seamlessly. It was like she could read my mind. With very little direction she was able to set up our decor perfectly—better than I could have expected. Before our wedding many friends/family members told me “just be prepared, at least one thing is bound to go wrong on your wedding and you just need to roll with it.” I can honestly say that not a single thing went wrong on our wedding day and that is all because of Lo! Thank you Lo! I am so grateful for you, and I would highly recommend you to anyone who asked!! -

Take this is as your sign, you found your coordinator/wedding planner. Lo is incredible, outstanding, caring, assertive, meticulous, supportive, organized, I could genuinely go on. She made it so I could enjoy my wedding day absolutely effortlessly. She went not only above and beyond, but held my hand and walked me through the entire month before my wedding. I couldn’t say enough nice things about her, her work, and her work ethic because truly deserves them. -

Where do I even begin?
Working with Lauren and the Lo-Key Events team was an absolute dream. Planning a destination wedding in the Keys on a tight budget seemed like a daunting task, but Lauren made it happen effortlessly.
We initially signed up for her month-of planning service, so while she wasn’t heavily involved at the beginning, she provided us with the guidance we needed to get started. But let me tell you—when that final month arrived, she kicked into high gear and ensured every last detail was in place.
The wedding day itself was nothing short of perfect. Lauren helped us assemble an incredible team of vendors she regularly works with, and it showed. Everything ran like clockwork, with the team functioning like a well-oiled machine—seamless, stress-free, and absolutely beautiful in every way.

My daughter is a Keys local who wanted an unconventional, very personalized wedding in the Middle Keys...planned in the space of 4 months! Lo/Lauren with Lo-Key Weddings made the whole process so much easier! Lo listened to my daughter's vision for her dream wedding & reception, and made it all happen. Wedding in a church 30 minutes from the reception? No problem. Reception on a private beach so lots of vendors are needed to make the event run smoothly? Lo's got you. She is a Keys local and has so many connections that every time we thought we had an unsolvable problem, Lo knew who to contact to help, or how to solve the issue. Lo's patience, kindness, and flexibility is amazing. Her willingness to truly listen to the bride and make the bride's vision a reality was just incredible. Whether your dream is a traditional event or something a little more uncommon, Lo will keep you organized and focused, and make sure your event runs exactly as planned.

Lo is AMAZING!!! She was such a welcome addition to our wedding day, helping to ensure that everything ran smoothly and beautifully and hyping up my girls, my groom, and me :) She was kind, professional, fun, energetic, and organized, and really went above and beyond to make sure I had the wedding of my dreams! We are so glad we met her and can now call her friend :) Highly recommend, thank you so much!!
