Lyndsey and Jill were amazing! My now husband and I wanted an intimate wedding in Marathon Key, Florida. We got everything we dreamed of and more. From the first phone call I felt a connection to Lyndsey. While she’s very professional, she is also very personable, caring and relatable. Any questions or worries I had, she immediately answered and calmed me. Lmae Events connected us to our photographer, Hello Pretty Photography, our florist, KeyLargo Florist, our officiant, Connor and my hair and makeup artist, Melissa at Beauty and the Beach. Jill and her husband were instant friends and got me down the aisle on time to the perfect music and made sure all the details were in order. Thank you all so much for giving us a perfect start to our Happily Ever After!!

Lyndsey & Nina were AHHHMAZING!!! We wouldn't of had the wedding of our dreams without them! For a destination wedding, I needed an inside person who knew which vendors to use and fit what we were looking for. Lyndsey knew exactly what we wanted and made our day perfect! I was so impressed with all the vendors she referred us to. Nina was there to fill in as well and didn't miss a beat! Everything turned out PERFECT for our wedding & it's all kudos to this team!!! We were very impressed with them. I didn't have to worry about anything the day of the wedding. I felt very comfortable talking with both of them. Very, very responsive! They are GREAT!!!! Don't miss out! -

Lyndsey did an amazing job! Though we had a small intimate wedding with just family and a couple friends it felt extraordinary. Lyndsey took care of everything and all we had to do was be where she told us. Best choice we could’ve made was give complete creative freedom to Lindsey and her team! -

I originally hired Lyndsey Mae as a month of coordinator. About 3 weeks out from our wedding date, there were plenty of details left to address. Lyndsey Mae and I met via zoom a few times, and she was able to get me to the finish line! She went above and beyond to keep me on budget and worked with my ideas.
For my rehearsal, her assistant, Nina was there. Nina was a ball of energy moving all the details along and making sure we were prepared for the big day.
The day of, I met Lyndsey Mae in person. She and Nina worked nonstop to make every detail in their power perfect. LMAE / Flaming Flamingos added some beautiful tables and details to dress up the ceremony and reception. Lyndsey Mae designed a petal bar for the guests which was a HIT!
LMAE went above and beyond her contracted responsibilities. Her focus on manifesting our wedding vision outweighed the details on the contract and I was extremely grateful for her enthusiasm and love of her work. In good faith, I did what I felt was right to show appreciation for the level of interest, work, and love put into our wedding.
Thank you very much LMAE and Nina for making our dream wedding come true, and rather quickly! I strongly recommend LMAE and all of her beautiful rentals for anyone planning a wedding! -

My wedding was perfect to the last detail!
LMae Events made my wedding so perfect and easy! From the ceremony, to the cake, the venue, the flowers, everything was 100% taken care of and gorgeous! She made the day so easy and stress free! I am so in love with my Islamorada beach wedding! I cannot thank her enough for her professionalism and all around love! I cannot recommend her enough! -

If you want the most perfect day of your life to come alive, Lyndsey Mae is the one to make that happen! She recently did my daughter's wedding at Cheeca Lodge and it was beyond our wildest expectations. I cannot say enough about her and how she can pick up on what you envision and make it absolutely the most stunning space and time of your life. She turned a plain white tent into an extraordinary wonderland. She is a true professional and was able to pivot with last-minute changes without ever missing a beat. I simply cannot recommend her more and if there were 10 stars to give I would! Communication, creativeness, and beauty are what she provides and words cannot even describe the experience!! Thank you Lyndsey Mae for everything - we are still obsessing about the magical day! -

There are no words to describe how pleased I am with Lyndsey Mae's work and the wedding that she made possible for my husband and me. We got married on June 24th, 2023 in Key West, FL, and, although the wedding was delayed several times, Ms. Mae went above and beyond during the wedding planning process! I used to visualize what my wedding would look like when I was a young girl, and I can honestly say that Ms. Mae exceeded all of my expectations. Everything from the destination to the reception, even the arch was absolutely perfect. When I laid eyes on the decorations, I could tell that so much love and effort went into all of it. Ms. Mae is beyond phenomenal at her craft and I will happily recommend her to friends and family. The vendors who worked with Ms. Mae also deserve praise for making this possible with their hard work and dedication to what they do. Through this process, my husband and I acquire a good friend and someone we can recognize as a family member. We'd want our good friend to know that there aren't enough stars to show how much we appreciate her work and everything that she's done for us. Lynsey Mae is a dream come true wedding planner. She's a stellar at what she does. -

Amazing Attention to Detail
Lyndsey and her team was absolutely out of this world. I was so worried trying to plan a wedding from Maine and she made me feel at ease every step of the way. She was super flexible and was always available if I had a question or needed to confirm anything. She really listened to me and helped me navigate all my options for my special day. You made me feel special and like I was part of your family. 10/10 if you are doing a destination wedding in the Keys. Also LET HER MAKE YOUR BOUQUET! Mine was breathtaking! -

Working with Lmae events was the best thing I ever did for my wedding. Without Lyndsey Maes help I would have never had the wedding I did. She has everything your could ever need and has the best team to work with. I can't say enough about how amazing this woman is. Lindsey Mae did an amazing job helping us with our wedding! She always made time to talk and really helped alleviate all of our concerns throughout the process. She is local to the Keys and has a great network of vendors which was extremely helpful! She put all of us at ease throughout the very stressful wedding planning process! I’m an extremely detail oriented person and she truly helped make my Pinterest come to life! Nina, her assistant, was wonderful as well. She really helped us feel comfortable during the rehearsal and prepared for the big day! -

The best and most amazing person ever!!
Lyndsey Mae is by far the best wedding planner in the keys!!!! From day one our experience with her and her team was amazing! She has the best personality and heart and knows exactly what she’s doing! Being my second marriage and knowing all that goes with it, LMae and I sat down and I told her my vision with some inspo pics and my budget and just simply said “run with it and surprise me” and I will just say my jaw dropped the day of our wedding and she hit our vision above and beyond! Lyndsey Mae was absolutely AMAZING to work with (to say the least). She was our month of + day of coordinator, but I felt like she was with us every step of the way. No matter the day or time, she made time for us. She has so much knowledge, creativity, and experience so is able to give you awesome suggestions and guidance, while brainstorming ideas with you to make it YOUR day! She checked in with us + our vendors a number of times leading up to our big day and checked in with us after our wedding as well! Especially with living in Michigan and getting married in Florida, it was super helpful having her there to make sure things were coming together great. Everything she does is so genuine, thoughtful, kind, and fun!! & her new furniture and design company, Flaming Flamingo… ooo does she have gorgeous items and will put together the most beautiful lounge + photo booth areas and elevate your cocktail hour + dinner with things like chargers, cute tables & more!!
Nina, one of her assistants, helped us run through rehearsal the evening before (she was so patient with our large family/bridal party and extremely helpful + fun!!), then her and I went through a few back up plans and details Lyndsey and I had previously put together, just to make sure all was set. She calmed any nerves I still had and I just felt extremely confident in them making everything happen the next day.
Speaking of back up plans… I think Lyndsey created us a plan a, b, c, d… and they did everything in their power to make plan a work!! Even through hurricane Ian!! They held off on moving our ceremony from the beach and dinner outside because they knew how much we wanted that. & whala! The weather worked in our favor and it was absolutely perfect. They made quick adjustments to move the reception inside once the rain hit, but not until after the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and our first dances took place outside under the sun :)
Lyndsey, Nina, and Savannah were all there the day of our wedding, turning our dreams + plans into reality! They truly went above and beyond. They kept things organized and moving smoothly, brought us our signature drinks right away after the ceremony, and brought us a plate of our apps while we were finishing up photos + video! They also made sure to ask if we wanted a few minutes to ourselves or go to the last bit of cocktail hour which was important for us. Lyndsey hyped me up before walking down the aisle with my dad, chatted with us before our first dance/reception entrance, and timed everything out so well. When the switch was made to the indoor reception, it was all hands on deck and they did everything to get the party started again!! At one point Nina even grabbed my hand to bring me from the back of the dance floor to the front where my now husband was to lead the wobble together which was so amazing + thoughtful.
Long story short… if you’re looking for an incredible team to help bring your wedding together, choose Lyndsey Mae. I wish we lived in the keys so we could hang out haha :) seriously though!!

We were planning everything ourselves for our Florida Keys wedding. Lyndsey Mae delivered and set up all our chairs and then offered MORE help, from greenery and flower arranginh to even lending us an arch that fit us perfectly. She genuinely just wanted to make our day extra special. Still can not get over her kindness. We thank our lucky stars we met you by chance. Our wedding was nothing short of perfect and we couldn’t have done it without Lynsey Mae! LMae knows exactly what she is doing and executed my wedding vision even better than I could have imagined! The details and the small things we so important to me and LMae DELIVERED! She also planned and decorated the CUTEST welcome dinner bbq for us and our guests the night before. She was with us the entire wedding day making sure everything went as planned. I did not have to think or stress about a single thing the entire day of my wedding because LMae had everything handled. I wanted a laidback, stress-free, island-time, Pinterest-worthy wedding weekend and I got just that and more! Lynsey Mae is the best there is and I could not recommend her enough! -

We hired Lyndsey to plan our elopement in Key West. We wanted to be stress free, and it was exactly that. She took care of the spot to get married, decorations, coordinated with the photographer, reserved dinner afterwards and went above and beyond with the little details. We spoke on the phone many times and she was very attentive to my requests. Truly a gem!
Lyndsey Mae was the best decision we made! Hiring her for the month of and day of ensured our entire day went off without a hitch! Seriously, an entire day of events from 10 am to 10 pm!
