They have a deal on some where you can opt for "no frills" if you buy 3 or more which means you take them home when they come in and get alterations elsewhere - good options if you are looking for price reducion. We didn't opt for this just for convenience. The dresses came in quickly and alterations were great. Good selection as well. -

I spent a ton of time searching for the perfect dress, not finding anything remotely close to what I wanted (head to toe beading) and lo and behold, my consultant pulls out my dream dress from the back room! She really understand what I wanted, and she and the whole team there make the entire experience so fun! -
User1293553 Sent on 08/19/2013We went to about 20 bridal stores in vancouver and seattle area and Lisa's was the best. It had great/large dress selection and reasonable prices.
Lisa's bridal went above and beyond for us when I had a panic moment and realized I had accidentally ordered the wrong dress (my mistake - I was very last minute and frazzled the day I put the order through). Though it was very close to the wedding, Lisa's staff worked with me to help rectify the situation and get me in my dream dress for the wedding (and they magically did so without asking much from me). What's more, the seamstress helped rush the alterations and everything came together seamlessly.

User1861291 Sent on 10/13/2014The choices are endless, the staff are really friendly. Got my dress and my bridesmaid dresses all in one at this very location. It wasn't easy to make a weekend appointment but it was worth it to get all done at one location!

I thought their prices were a little pricier, but again which Bridal store isn't!!... they have lots of option and very patient with your decision. I went over 6 times to finally commit to my dress and every time I went my consultant (Maggie!) was very patient with me.

User1456076 Sent on 11/27/2013Lisa's has a great and beautiful selection of wedding dresses. My consultant was amazing and helped me find a perfect dress. The only downfall is the cost of alterations. Very expensive. Sheila was by far the best seamstress there. She altered my wedding dress perfectly. Someone else altered the bridesmaids dresses and the work wasn't done very well. Overall, I enjoyed my experience with Lisa's.

User2075292 Sent on 03/24/2015Lisa's Bridal has so many options and a great variety to choose from. My consultant was especially friendly and detail oriented! She helped me find the perfect dress in less than an hour! AMAZING! I went in with some pictures from my Pinterest account and she listened to every word I said. She brought me dresses that were exactly the style I was looking for and I didn't feel overwhelmed at all. -
User2104750 Sent on 04/22/2015Despite some reviews I had seen about Lisa's Bridal, I had a good experience here. I purchased a dress from a trunk show, which was reasonably priced and very unique. I got tons of compliments on it, both in the store and at my wedding. The dress arrived in the time promised, and even though it was about 6 months before my wedding, they accommodated me to come in twice to try it on, in addition to coming in for alterations. The seamstress who did my alterations, Sheila, was lovely and did an excellent job (and I am a perfectionist). I can't speak to the cost of alterations as I luckily needed almost none. The only disappointments I had were with respect to their veil selection (very few were plain (almost all had edges, sparkles, etc), so I ended up getting mine elsewhere), and the fact that they rip the tags out of their dresses so that you don't know who the designers are (and don't technically allow photos). I think ripping the tags out is very objectionable, and totally unnecessary, as if someone was going to copy a dress, they could do it from photos. It just cheapened my whole view of the store. Luckily I was able to determine the designer of my dress because of the trunk show.

User1596089 Sent on 04/24/2014I found exactly what I was looking for and it was within my budget of $1000.00! The staff are all very kind and helpful. My one complaint is that I also ordered my bridesmaid dresses here and they told me that I had to put my order in that day or the dresses would not be on time for my wedding. I was forced to make a rushed decision and the dresses have come in 3 months before the wedding.

Everything I ordered arrived on time, and the alterations (though very costly!!!) were impeccable. -
User1400450 Sent on 10/25/2013I had a great appointment with my consultant and found the dress I loved. But then I found the same dress at a different store for a few hundred cheaper. When I went back to Lisa's and told them, they offered to sell it to me for the cheaper price. So I bought the dress. I was on a time crunch as my wedding was in 4 months! Then almost 3 weeks later I got a call from the manager and he informed me that they could not honor that price. I was very upset since I already paid them and signed a contract and they hadn't even ordered my dress and I was only finding this out 3 weeks later! He was really rude to me on the phone and refused to order my dress unless I came in and paid the difference. So my husband looked it up and it was against sales and services law and he printed it out and marched in there the next day and basically chewed out the manager. At first he was rude to us but then when my husband asked him if he was familiar with that law and brought out the papers, he was all of a sudden super nice and said it was no problem to sell me it at that price.
Also they try to get you to order a dress too big so you have to pay a lot for alterations. I was told I needed a size that was 2 sizes bigger then the sample I tried on which fit me perfectly...I refused and ordered only 1 size up and still needed alterations.
