Lisa is everything you're looking for in a photographer!

Lisa photographed our wedding. From the first time we spoke I knew she was going to be a great fit for our day! She made us feel so comfortable and we had the best time with her. We even climbed a fence to get the perfect sunset picture, and let me tell you, it turned out GORGEOUS! Amazing Wedding Photos!

It was great to work with Lisa during my wedding! She really captured everything we wanted and took our requests and ideas to heart. She was very responsive with any questions I had, and it made me feel at ease to always get quick responses back. I LOVE how our photos turned out. Highly Recommend!

Lisa was our wedding photographer and we were absolutely blown away by the photos! We met her once prior to the wedding to go over expectations, etc. and she was so organized and knowledgeable about the type of photographer we were looking for. We told her we wanted someone who would take charge, direct us and anyone in the bridal party on where to go/stand so our pictures would turn out gorgeous. She was also in constant communication with us through email to ensure us that everything was ready to go. Our wedding ceremony was in a church and she was very respectful and discreet in getting all of the best shots. We've had our photos for a couple weeks now and I am still obsessed... Lisa did not disappoint one bit! Almost 700 pictures and there is not one picture that I don't like. We are looking forward to Lisa taking maternity photos (in a couple years ;) ) and would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

My husband and I hired Lisa to photograph our wedding and we could not be happier with our photos!! If you think the great reviews for Lisa are over-stated, think again. Five stars do not do her justice. In looking for a photographer for our February 2018 wedding at Foothills Golf Club, I first fell in love with Lisa's work on her website. She somehow managed to capture both beauty and authentic emotions in her pictures, and I wanted that for my wedding photos. As an older bride (51), it was important to me to have a certain elegance and sophistication for the pictures as well, without a typical "staged" look. Lisa exceeded expectations every step along the way -- from prompt responses, to affordable costs, to careful planning, to creative shots, to capturing special moments, to an extraordinary set of final photos. She interacted seamlessly during the ceremony and reception, asked questions and calmed our nerves, made the process fun and enjoyable while also keeping us on schedule, and even graciously traveled around the course in a golf cart to help us capture just the perfect sunset shots. Her gallery was posted weeks before the deadline in our contract, and the thumb drive arrived promptly afterward. I couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend Lisa without a moment's hesitation.

We booked Lisa's associate photographer, Paul, for our wedding in February 2018 at Anthem Country Club and I am SO happy we did. Paul was FANTASTIC and our photos are breathtaking (Lisa did the editing)! Paul was such a pleasure, making sure he captured all of the important moments and even pulling us away for sunset and some night photos, but also getting all of the silly, priceless moments from the night. Lisa and Paul were both very responsive and we got our photos 4 weeks after the wedding. I would recommend them to anyone!

So, Lisa was not my fist photographer choice. Not because I didn't want her, but because I had my mind set on someone else. This someone was a photog. from a friend's wedding that had a cool style. My venue had an inclusive package that included this other photog. Along the way, I kept finding things that rubbed my the wrong way about this photog, so I ended up cancelling with her. At the behest of another friend that hired Lisa for her wedding, I chose to go with her. I AM SO DAMN GLAD I DID. I cannot put into words how wonderful it was to work with her. She was prompt, efficient, and so friendly and professional. The pictures of our engagement session were stunning, and I am anxiously awaiting our wedding photos! I sprung to get a second shooter for a few hours during the wedding, and the second shooter that Lisa picked was just as wonderful as Lisa. I am blown away by the service I received from Lisa, and cannot wait until I can take maternity and newborn photos with her! Thank you Lisa!

To say we were blessed to have Lisa do our wedding and engagement photography is an understatement. Lisa did an absolutely AMAZING job with both our engagement and wedding pictures. She is creative, artistic, professional and the quality of the pictures are phenomenal. We were debating on hiring a videographer for our wedding because we were afraid the pictures wouldn't be enough to remember all the little details of our special day. However, after receiving the photographs back from Lisa, she captured even the smallest of details and it really pieced the entire day together, which is proof that a talented photographer does not require one to hire a videographer for your special day. We cannot wait to use Lisa for other events in the future. She is such a wonderful person and truly so talented. I couldn't imagine our special day without her there as she provided us with the best photographs that we can cherish for the rest of our lives. Lisa is amazing to work with! Not only is she incredibly friendly, but she has a great eye! My husband and I were very nervous to take our first look photos but Lisa made us feel so comfortable. Lisa was the best! She was super kind, flexible, professional, prompt and she blended right in! We planned our wedding from Chicago and got married at the Fairmont in Scottsdale. Lisa went to the venue with our coordinator and even checked out places to take photos before the big day. We felt at ease with Lisa even though we were far away. Looking through all of the photos I couldn't believe she captured the shots that she did because it was like she wasn't even there. It was very seamless! The photos are beautiful and we couldn't be happier. You won't be disappointed if you hire Lisa for your big day.

I think that the best part about working with one for a wedding is making sure that you're comfortable and bond very well.
I was very happy to have Lisa do our pictures and making sure that our questions are answered. Just the fact that we were able to get so many compliments of our engagement and wedding pictures made us feel like it was the best choice we made.

I am so happy I chose Lisa to be our photographer. We received our wedding pictures I think 5 or 6 weeks after our wedding day, but Lisa was kind enough to send me a few good shots a couple of days after the wedding so I could post on social media and share with family and friends. She was so helpful the whole day getting everyone where they needed to be. We had a large wedding party so it is difficult to get everyone to places on time and with my hair and makeup crew being 2 hours late, Lisa drove me to the venue for our first look since most of my bridesmaids were still getting ready. She did a great job coordinating everything and making sure we got all of the pictures we wanted. Our pictures are absolutely gorgeous. I loved every single picture. Thank you Lisa for capturing our big day so beautifully!

Lisa is amazing! We had Lisa do our wedding in October, and we could not be happier. We generally look awkward in photos together, and neither of us are photogenic. So we were completely surprised to find that our wedding photos are awesome! Lisa was able to capture my husband’s natural smile, and he looks great in the pictures. I am SO glad my hubby and I chose Lisa to be our photographer. She was the whole package! She was very professional, punctual, but also flexible in working with our requests! And despite us having a large wedding party, she was great in directing everyone. She was on top of giving us times to be ready, where to meet, and during the photos she was great in giving feedback to make the pictures look just right; she had an eye fine details, like having a bridesmaid lean a certain way or how to hold the bouquet. She also directed me on stand or lean back etc., and although my body felt awkward the pictures turned out phenomenal!! I would have looked so goofy in all our pictures without her!

I met Lisa at the Phoenix bridal show about a year ago. The bridal show can be very over whelming but she still managed to stand out to me. oO of the things we love most about her photography is the emotion that she is able to capture. My husband and I lived in a different city at the time and she was always flexible when we needed to talk or meet with her. Beyond that, she is amazingly nice! The package that we got included a engagement session. I highly recomend it. It gave us a chance work with her before the wedding and the engagement photos ( which are amazing!!) flow nicely with the wedding photos. She was also absolutely great on the wedding day. She was very organized yet still flexible and was able to accommodate any requests we had. Then I got the wedding photos!!! I can not describe how happy I am with them! Some make me laugh and others make me cry. The first day I was able to see them I sat and looked through them for 3 hours straight. I couldn't imagine having anyone else capture my wedding and do as good of a job.

It's still weeks away from when Lisa will get our wedding pictures delivered, but I am already incredibly content with giving her 5 stars.

I can't tell you how many compliments I've received on our engagement session pictures (included in our package!), and I'm dying to see the magic she works on our day-of pics. Lisa is so friendly and open to everything! She went with us to a few locations for our engagement pictures, and was even a little early to my hotel the day of my wedding. She took notes from our very initial meeting and remembered things I loved about my friend's wedding pictures and shots I was hoping to get for my own day.

To be honest, I think the quality of her work is a STEAL for her prices. I will absolutely work with her for any other photo needs I have in the future!

I contacted Lisa initially in 2014, due to wedding wire reviews and yelp reviews. She shot my daughter's engagement session in January of 2015 ( amazing photos!) and just did the wedding in October . Lisa was such a pleasure to work with. We met with her prior to the event to discuss our wishes. She worked with us on our price goal to make a package that accommodated our needs. She was always available and prompt with returning all correspondence. On the day of the wedding, she was there early and had all the great landscapes scoped out. She was so great with directing us on positioning. She kept the day running so smoothly.

I could not have been happier with the result of her work. When we got the pictures back, it was just like re-living the day! She was prompt with her editing and final product return. We love our photographs so very much! We have gotten so many compliments on these photos.

We hired Lisa for our engagement and wedding photography. From the beginning, she was very responsive, willing to answer all of my hundreds of questions, and just very easy to work with. In addition to how great she was, her pricing was extremely fair for what we received. She was willing to meet us out of town for our engagement pictures and was flexible enough to fit it in with our hectic schedule. For our wedding, she arrived early, and was ready to go. The best part of using Lisa was that I didn't need to micro manage everything she was doing- meaning, I didn't have to give her a list of all my 'must have' shots. It's nice to hire someone for a job, and they just handle it. From all of her experience, she just really seems to know what she is doing and captured some amazing pictures, literally everything I could have asked for. She took the time to get to know my fiance and I, and took pictures based on our personalities. Since we aren't the best 'pose and smile' couple, she was able to get some really great candid's, as well as get us smiling and laughing for the formal posed pictures as well.
Overall, Lisa did such a wonderful job of capturing the day for us. I hate that it all flew by so quickly; there was so much going on and our wedding day already feels like a distant memory. Now that we have all of these gorgeous photos, I can say that I truly have something that can take me straight back to the moments they were captured! Thank you Lisa!

My husband and I received a recommendation from Lisa from our friends who recently got married and had gotten their pictures taken by her. They had nothing but good things to say about her so we figured we would hire her too. It was seriously one of the best decisions we made during the whole wedding process. She was definitely a joy to work with and a complete professional. She took the most amazing photos, she definitely has a gift, all the pictures she had us take came out so well. Lisa Eley is a fabulous photographer! Lisa is very professional, great prices and fantastic photographs. Our venue at McCormick Ranch gave us about 10 names, and Lisa was the one we chose because of her pricing and artistic photographs. We were very pleased with everything about her. Because our hair/make-up had run behind, we were late starting photographs but Lisa remained calm and was able to get all the pictures we wanted in before the ceremony. She also did a great job photographing our two dogs as they were our ring bearers. Everyone thought she did an awesome job, and she seemed like part of our family. We had not even met her before the ceremony, yet she just fit right in. We highly recommend Lisa for any photo shoot!

From the moment we met with Lisa we felt comfortable with her. She was such a pleasure to work with. She was easy to reach if we had a question or concern. I am so happy and thankful that I found Lisa at the Phoenix Bridal Expo. She's an amazing photographer and her prices are very reasonable for the quality of work she produces!! We just got back our wedding pictures and it only took about 2 and a half weeks. She caught every moment and has photographs of even the smallest details from the ceremony and reception. I am amazed at how well all the pictures turned out. She is so friendly and easy to work with. She took the time to figure out how each person was related to ensure we had pictures with all of the important people in our lives. I loved our experience with Lisa. I told her my vision for our wedding photos and she executed them perfectly. I didn't want a lot of cheesy posed pictures and there were none of those. She has an amazing eye for capturing the perfect moments. If you hire her you will feel so lucky that she added to all your special memories with her photos. I was looking for a specific, stylized type of photography for my wedding and found exactly what I wanted (and an amazing price) with Lisa. She is very professional and gives great instruction. As people who hadn't had professional photos taken before, she put my husband and I at ease for both the engagement and wedding photos which all came out great. She was able to capture all the specific poses and groups that we wanted and more, and half the time I didn't even notice she was taking them. Lisa was responsive and helpful through the whole process, and trusting her to handle the photography took a great deal of worry and work out of my wedding day. Our outdoor venue was incredibly windy, but from the photos you can't even tell! I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone getting married or engaged in the Phoenix area.

Lisa did an amazing job photographing our wedding. She was great at creating amazing shots and stayed out of the way of guests so she could capture moments between the guests. My own guests didn't even know she was there half the time because she stayed back and caught lots of candid shots. She knew all of the great places on the grounds to phonograph and really captured us as a couple.

Lisa was an awesome photographer! She was very responsive when I emailed her a whole bunch of times with my crazy wedding questions. She was on time during the day of the wedding and honestly I didn't know she was there half the time cause I was having such a good time and she took the best pictures. She got a lot of candid shots and posed shots. She had great suggestions on how we should pose. I am SOOOO in love with the photos we got. I looked around a lot for a photographer that did great work, but also reasonable priced. It took awhile but I finally found Lisa. If I had to do it again, I would go with Lisa 100%!

Lisa was an absolute pleasure to work with; she has such a sweet nature and conducts herself with professionalism. One of the things I appreciated most about Lisa is her creativity with her photography. On the day of the wedding I was being pulled in a million different directions, she just calmly and efficiently knew exactly what moments to capture without direction. Lisa was AMAZING to work with! She was the only photographer we had meet in person before our wedding, once we meet her we knew she was the person for the job. She has a bright and friendly personality which makes it hard not to get along with her. The photos are beyond anything we could ever ask for. Throughout all three photo sessions we had with her we were extremely comfortable and were able to truly be ourselves (which showed in the photos). She was able to capture all the special moments at our wedding with her creative eye while going unnoticed by guests. Lisa is AMAZING!!! She was so flexible from the start and so nice. I emailed her about the prices and she made us an incredible custom package that was within our budget and included everything I was looking for. She met with my mother and I and brought albums for us to look at, all of them were beautiful! I loved her right a way, she is so passionate about her work and it really shows. Another thing I liked about her was that she was very professional, and her second photographer is a professional as well, she did not use a student or amateur second photographer. The day of the wedding Lisa and Laura were great, they were fun and energetic, and very patient we have a lot of family members that take pictures but everyone was respectful of the space. One thing I really liked about Lisa was that she was assertive yet respectful. I would absolutey recommend her to anyone, whether it be a wedding, family pictures, or maternity, Lisa is an amazing photographer. Loved her!!!

Choosing your photographer is one of the most important decisions a bride and groom can make, but we found selecting Lisa to be an easy decision. We wanted more candid and playful shots, not many that were staged or positioned. She was able to capture exactly what we wanted while still using her personal style of photography. We gave her a little direction and vision, but Lisa took it to the next level. She scouted the venue site and offered different recommendations for certain photos because of lighting, background, and time of evening. Some of our favorite photos are the ones we didn't even know she was taking - that is a sign of a great photographer who understands her clients wants and produces great photos. You were able to capture the different variety of emotions a bride, groom and guests all have during the course of a wedding day and that is exactly what we we looking for when choosing a photographer. Lisa is a very attractive young woman who was prompt, courteous, reliable and pleasant. You will never have to worry about if and where she will be. She worked continuously and never stopped to take a break. She worked very hard for 10 hours and followed us to three locations for our wedding event. The wedding was on a Hot Summer Day in Arizona and she never once complained about it nor did she ever seam to wear out. She was able to interact with our friends and family in order to get them organized and take the pictures we wanted. Lisa was able to capture the moment in her pictures. You can actually visualize the feeling that was at the wedding. We loved the candid pictures of everyone. We had a wedding of about 250 people total and she was able to move around working and taking pictures without disrupting anything that was going on around her. We really appreciated her work and she was quick to get our pictures complete in into our hands. We will and have highly recommended her to our friends and family and you can feel comfortable hiring her as your photographer for any event. She was great!

Lisa was amazing. She was very quick to respond to timeline changes and emails. On time and very professional and experienced. She even helped the boys put on their boutonnieres! Very helpful with creating a package that worked for us and our budget. Overall, we received about 450 photos touched up in a variety of styles with the rights included. From Black and white, to full color and sepia we love them all. Thanks Lisa!

So many wonderful things to say... Lisa was wonderful from the beginning! She was everything I hoped for. She was very professional and directed us throughout the entire time. Trust me there are a handful of photographers who say they can take professional pictures, but some don't even know the basics. I really didn't need to worry about anything, she captured every meaningful moment. She was creative with her poses, and it really shows in the pictures. I know this is a HOT question when it comes to budgeting for a wedding, what is the pricing like? There are no hidden costs, it was affordable. She did not charge an extra $ 2,000 for copyrights like most photographers do. Her price was all in one. Not only was she affordable, but she returned all 4,000 pictures and up within 3 weeks after the wedding! I will definitely use her services again. I had not one bad thing to say, I wish I would have found her sooner so she could have taken my engagement pictures.

Lisa was a joy to work with, and very flexible. She picked up on our style right away, and did a good job of setting up shots to match it both during the engagement session and the wedding. She got some great candid shots as well. Totally recommend - we are extremely happy with our photos and the pricing.

My husband and I decided early on that selecting our photographer was one of the most important aspects of the wedding day. We were working with a pretty small budget but were willing to spend a greater percentage on the the photos because they mattered so much to us. We spent several weeks researching and actually interviewed multiple photographers.

One of the things that drew us to Lisa was her style. We absolutely love her unique, fun, and romantic shots that use natural light with pops of color. Incredibly classy and full of emotion. We also loved her ability to photo-journalistically tell the story. While we needed some formal shots of the family and such, what we really wanted to capture were the moments. And Lisa did just that!

Lisa is a professional with TONS of experience, a trained eye, and the ability to not miss anything. Working with her was easy because she it 100% on top of everything during the prep, and during your day she will make sure you get everything you need. My guests were amazed by how she "was everywhere at once". You'll also enjoy her because she has a lovely personality and is fun to be with.

We had a complication out of our control with our First Look location, and Lisa rolled with the changes. Even after switching our spot in the moment, she still captured amazing shots and was extremely flexible and gracious.

We have seen our photos online (which were up earlier than expected) and are waiting for files because we ordered the CD of images. Lisa's photos are beyond magazine quality. She is professional and polished. Taking pictures will be fun :) If your photos matter as much to you as they did to my husband and I, go with Lisa.

LIsa's work is AMAZING, not only are her prices competitive but the service she provides is top notch. I have been married now for almost 8 weeks and my husband & I are having trouble picking out the pics we want blown up, they all turned out so well. I love the fact that she uses natural lighting...gives you so many options for enhancements!! Lisa's package provided a free engagement session as well, with the engagement plus the wedding there were to many pictures that we fell in love with so we just bought the rights to both sessions. Lisa is amazing with kids too....my 4 year old was anti picture the day of the wedding but Lisa was determined to get a smile on his face, even if that meant she had to jump in the air 5 times in a row in front of 100 guests. Bottom line, I look forward to working with her in the future for family photo sessions! I truly can't say enough about Lisa and her work....thank you Lisa!!!!

We used Lisa Eley Photography for our September Wedding as well as for our Engagement photos. The engagement session was so fun and while we were pretty nervous for our first "photo shoot" Lisa was great at making as feel at ease. And the pictures came out great! We can't say enough about how much we love our wedding photos and the album that we got with the photo package we picked. We had asked for some posed photos but mostly we wanted photos of everyone being natural and capturing the private moments of our wedding and she gave us just that! She provided us with so many pictures that it is very easy to relive the wedding day whenever we want! The album is beautiful and something that we will always cherish. I have definitely recommended Lisa to all of our friends and we can't wait to use her again :)

Lisa was so nice to work with. She made me feel, comfortable, relaxed, and never ever felt like she was getting in the way. She took very intimate and detailed shots, and I hardly knew she was there. Plus, she made me look the best I ever have, which certainly doesn't hurt. Her photos are excellent, and her prices are well worth the money. I am normally a bargain-hunter, and Lisa was worth every penny and more.

Lisa's creativity and experienced background made for the most beautiful engagement and wedding photos for our November wedding in Phoenix, AZ! With budget in mind, I found Lisa online and after reviewing her online portfolio, we knew that our modern style would mesh with hers. She was so much fun to work with and guided us through the process while letting our own personalities shine through! We were so pleased with Lisa's services. She was quick, professional, on time, and affordable. We were on a budget, but did not want our pictures to suffer the consequences. We searched and searched for an affordable photographer that also provided quality work. We came across Lisa and really liked her work and found her to be very affordable. We had herself and another photographer for 3 hours and just Lisa for the last three hours which was something we really wanted. Lisa was willing to work with us and our finances to create a package that worked for us. We did not get EVERYTHING we wanted, such as a photo book, but that was our choice, as having two photographers for a couple hours was more important to us. At the end of the night Lisa had worked very hard and gotten a lot of pictures. We got our pictures in the mail VERY quickly, a week or two faster than she actually advised us we would get them, so we were very pleased. On top of that we had some technical difficulties and for some reason the pictures got deleted from our disk after we had already seen them, and I let Lisa know and she promptly sent us another CD with our pictures. We were VERY pleased.

We used Lisa for our engagement photos as well as our Wedding photos. We were so impressed by both sessions and would recommend her to everyone. The images were excellent, with a modern style and amazing colors. Her personality is extremely easy to get along with anyone and the amount of time it took to get our pictures back was less than 2 weeks and that was with over 700 photos! Lisa did our engagement and wedding photos. She did everything we had talked about at our first meeting. She is said we would get to view our photos three weeks after our wedding and as promised we did. I would recommend Lisa for wedding couples to check out for your photographer. Lisa is the easiest person to work with and makes sure that you are relaxed and comfortable with the entire photography process. Her attention to detail is impeccable and she has a great eye for what makes a gorgeous shot. We had so much fun with our engagement shoot and the wedding pictures turned out amazing. We've continued to use Lisa for our baby's first year pictures and will continue to use her for all our family portraits from here on out. You won't be sorry if you choose Lisa as your photographer, but you might be if you don't.

Lisa Eley photographed my wedding a couple months ago and I am more than pleased with her work. I was very stressed having to plan a wedding in Arizona, all the way from Florida but Lisa made the process simple and calmed my nerves. She was reliable and available to take all of my calls and answer any questions that I had. She arrived at my wedding location on time and stayed until the last photograph needed to be taken. Lisa was very pleasant and made all of my guests feel comfortable in front of the camera and also listened to my wishes on particular photographs I wanted. I received my photos quickly and was amazed by the beauty and talent that I saw. I love all of my pictures and wish that I could put all of the around my house! When I make my way back to Arizona, I will be sure to have Lisa photography a trash the dress session! Lisa was amazing! She's the sweetest person in the world and she knows how to catch a good shot, which is EXTREMELY important during your special day. Her photographs are amazing. We used Lisa Eley for our wedding and engagement session and she did AMAZING! We had her for 8 hours and she had a 2nd photographer there for 4 hours. We are sooooo incredibly happy with the way our pictures turned out and didn't have to spend a fortune!! we were impatient waiting for our pictures, she did get them to us in a very timely manner! She was professional and agreed to meet us at our venue prior to the wedding to go over what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend her!!!

I had my wedding a few months ago and absolutely loved the memories that Lisa and her second photographer captured! She was very creative in finding amazing places to take formals with my bridal party but also was open to ideas that I had in mind for what I wanted to photos of. Even before she left the wedding, she asked if there was anything more she could do or photo's she could take. I never got a chance to meet with her prior to the wedding but her outgoing, friendly personality made her very easy and pleasurable to work; she has a great eye to capture every moment and in a great artistic professional way. We did not have to wait long at all before we were able to view our wedding photo's online and once we picked our photo's we wanted for our album, timing for receiving that was prompt too! I also did a trash the wedding dress session and we had so much fun, just her and I. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to have a photographer not only for their wedding but other special occasions in their lives.

Lisa is, simply put, amazing. My wife and I could not have asked for a better photographer to capture our special day.

Before I get to the photography bit however, I'd like to say that one of my favorite things about Lisa is the fact that she did an excellent job of respecting our time and our preferences. At our first meeting, she was extremely receptive to our preferences and concerns, and was extremely easy to communicate with before, during, and after our wedding day. As a bonus, her services are quite affordable as far as wedding photography goes, and she chooses not to charge couples an arm and a leg to retain their rights to their wedding photos.

As far as the day itself, Lisa was a delight to work with. She was professional and just as importantly, unobtrusive. Everyone at the event felt comfortable around both her and her assistant, and the two of them did an excellent job of capturing a mix of candid, detail, and posed shots. Neither my wife nor I really have much in the way of patience for being photographed for extended periods of time, but with Lisa, things felt natural and easy. I fully expected to get tired and burned out well before we were done taking photos, and I was surprised when it didn't happen. The whole thing, actually really, really, fun.

It's been a little over a month since our wedding day, and Lisa has remained a delight to work with. I frankly can't recommend her enough, especially if you happen to be in the market for a skilled wedding photographer who charges you a fair price.
