Lindsay is the absolute best!!! Having her as our wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and always there with guidance, reassurance, and answers. She made everything feel manageable and walked us through every step.
Our wedding day was absolutely fabulous, and if anything went wrong, I had no idea. Lindsay handled everything seamlessly from start to finish, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy every moment, completely stress-free.
On top of being incredibly organized and professional, Lindsay is so nice, so fun, and we genuinely loved spending time with her. Wedding planning never felt stressful because she had everything covered, and she truly felt like a friend throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend her enough! -

Lindsay was the BEST month-of coordinator I could’ve asked for — truly PHENOMENAL. She was actually recommended to me by two of my coworkers, and now I completely understand why.
From the moment she stepped in, she was organized, responsive, and immediately made me feel like everything was under control. She handled all the timeline details, vendor communication, and last-minute logistics so smoothly, and on the wedding day she kept everything running seamlessly without ever adding stress.
Because of Lindsay, I was able to actually relax and enjoy my wedding knowing she had every detail covered. She was so amazing that my mother-in-law literally wants to hire her for my sister-in-law’s wedding in Rhode Island. If you’re looking for someone who is calm, professional, and on top of everything, Lindsay is it. I can’t recommend her enough!!!! -

The best decision you can make for your wedding!!
Words cannot express our gratitude for everything Lindsay did to make our planning experience and our wedding incredible! From her communication and coordination leading up to the big day, to her efficiency and ability to anticipate needs at our wedding, she really can do it all! Lindsay has tiers to her services so clients can pick what works for them. We booked the partial planning which was perfect for us! She was still very involved and provided great insight, suggestions, ideas and vendors tips based on our vision. It is clear that she has been doing this for years due to her knowledge and ease at which she guided us through the somewhat daunting process of planning a wedding. One quality I absolutely loved about Lindsay is that she listens to what you envision for the day and tailors her planning so that everything feels authentic to you and your partner. I never felt pressured to be “traditional” or make a choice based on her preferences, but rather she would provide different options and ideas and we would work together to figure out the best fit. In addition, she had lots of suggestions and ideas for saving money and staying within our budget while maintaining the beauty of the day. She went above and beyond many times during the planning and especially on our wedding day. If anything went wrong on the big day, we had no idea! Multiple family members and friends told us how amazing Lindsay was - and that alone speaks volumes. Planning a wedding (even as a Type A person) can feel overwhelming, but doing it alongside Lindsay made the process so much more exciting and enjoyable than I think it would have been had I done it alone. I cannot recommend Lindsay’s services enough to anyone planning a wedding! -

Lindsay quite literally saved our wedding. She stepped in last minute when we needed help the most, and from the moment she came on board, everything felt calm, organized, and completely under control. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and on top of every detail, including things we did not even realize needed handling. On top of that, she connected us with amazing vendors at the best prices, which made a huge difference and took so much stress off our plate. Because of Lindsay, we were actually able to relax and truly enjoy our wedding day knowing everything was being taken care of. She went above and beyond, handled challenges seamlessly, and executed the day beautifully. We are beyond grateful for her and genuinely do not know what we would have done without her. If you are even considering hiring Lindsay, do it. She is worth every penny and then some. -

We truly think the best money we spent on our wedding was hiring Lindsay! From the moment we spoke on the phone to the moment our special day ended she was there every step of the way. My husband and I live out of state now so we were worried about executing everything from so far, but Lindsay handled everything with such professionalism! She was always thinking ten steps ahead so we were prepared for every scenario. Also, I really appreciated her responsiveness and availability throughout our time working together!

Stop looking and just book Lindsay
We booked Lindsay as she was one of the wedding coordinators recommended from our venue. We went with the partial planning package.
Everyone told us how stressful planning a wedding is and as a extremely busy professional who also had little to no interest in the design on the wedding I let Lindsay have all the creative freedom and she gave us the best wedding day ever. All her vendor recommendations were amazing and she truly made this experience stress free.
So many of our guests told us that this was the smoothest wedding they have ever been to with things just flowing perfectly into each other and a sister that is in the wedding industry as well mentioned just how perfect and organized everything was.
If there was anything that went wrong that evening I was never aware of it. Lindsay just took care of everything and let us enjoy our day to the fullest. She was even prepared when my belt started to fall apart with some double sided sticky tape.
She is awesome and you won’t regret booking her to plan your perfect day!

Lindsay is the BEST in the business!! We LOVED working with her to plan our October 2025 wedding in a little less than 12 months. I would recommend her to my best friend no question!! Not only is she responsive, knowledgable, helpful and incredibly good at her job, she is also creative, solutions-oriented and has en eye for design! Having never planned a wedding before we relied on her for a lot and asked her a lot of questions, and she answered all of them from both a professional and personal angle which we really appreciated! I knew she was the queen of planning from the moment we met her, but I have never felt more relaxed when she arrived to the bridal suite on our wedding day-- I was immediately at ease and I knew we were in great hands! I would especially consider Lindsay if you are looking at Rancho Guejito Vineyard as your venue-- she knows that place in and out! Thank you Lindsay for EVERYTHING, we are so so so appreciative!! A Fairy Tale Wedding!
My daughter Kate got married in February at Fairbanks Ranch Country Club. Lindsay had done several events there and came highly recommended by the Club Manager. We hired Lindsay to help plan the whole wedding and everything she did was beyond anything we imagined!
Her attention to detail, her design concepts, ideas, suggestions, contacts came together in complete harmony with what Kate dreamed of.
And she is an absolute joy to be around. She is funny, intelligent, quick witted,
and so knowledgeable. We had so much fun during the whole planning stage.
It was amazing to plan such a beautiful event totally stress free!
The day of the wedding was so beautiful and memorable. She added details I wasn’t aware of. Beautiful flowers down the walkway, and surrounding the wedding table for the reception. She was with us every single step of the way.
I can’t imagine having done all of this without her expertise.

Lindsay did an incredible job planning our wedding at Rancho Guejito Vineyards. We hired her about a year out, and she made the entire process so smooth. She knew exactly what we needed and when we needed it and gave us fantastic vendor recommendations. (Special shoutout for recommending her favorite florist—never in a million years did I think we could have such a stunning setup with our budget!)
She worked seamlessly with the vendors we chose to bring in, like our caterer, and knew how to navigate the ins and outs of our DIY venue. There were countless details I never would have thought of on my own, but she handled them all effortlessly. Thanks to her, we were fully set up with most of our vendors well in advance, so the final months were low-stress and focused on fun details. She even helped us save money by lending things like her card box and table numbers, and pointed us to affordable options for everything else.
Where Lindsay really shone was in the days leading up to the wedding and on the big day itself. After over a year of stressing, I didn’t worry about a single thing on the wedding day. When rain suddenly appeared in the forecast the day before, I was ready to spiral—but Lindsay calmly reassured me and had a backup plan in place. (She was right—it drizzled a little, and everything went off without a hitch.)
At our rehearsal (which we were super late to), she ran everything with total confidence—down to tiny details like where the groomsmen should place their hands and how long we should kiss for a great photo. Her timeline was so organized we ended up running ahead of schedule on the wedding day. I got to truly enjoy the day with my friends and family while Lindsay took care of everything behind the scenes.
She made sure we got to try all our food, reminded me to actually eat, and gracefully managed everything from rescheduled golden hour photos to gently herding our guests from one place to another (no small feat at a wedding full of Indians!). Everyone—our vendors, our friends, and especially our families—were so impressed with how on top of everything she was.
I can’t recommend Lindsay enough. She brought our dream wedding to life, and I’m so grateful we had her by our side. -

Where do I start - Lindsay is truly incredible. The absolute cream of the crop. She is so easy to work with and simply "gets it." She has an eye for beauty and detail; and an extraordinary ability to put together your dream wedding. Coming from someone who is not very creative - she made my life so easy. I hired her for her for full wedding planning and it was the best investment I could have made. She's so talented and trustworthy. Knows the best vendors in town. So personable and willing to jump on a call anytime or answer questions when needed.
Moreover, the day of the wedding was absolutely seamless thanks to her. She catered to the smallest of details (think signage, place settings, flower arrangements, welcome drinks etc.), which made the wedding even more perfect. Not only that, she was fun and funny during what could otherwise be a stressful process. My husband even asked for a piece of gum on the day of, then as a joke she set about 10 pieces on his dinner plate when we arrived to the reception =) Honestly, the wedding day was a blur (aside from how beautiful it was thanks to Lindsay). So the fact that she literally "moved my body" to where it needed to be was the best part of having her. I didn't have to think about a single thing and trusted her completely in making it the wedding of my dreams.
Lindsay is a gem - if you are lucky enough to work with her you will not be disappointed! To date, my wedding day was the best day of my life and I could not be more grateful to Lindsay and her team! -

Lindsay made it so easy to trust her with our wedding. Her experience shows with how prepared she is for everything! Lindsay was great as our month-of wedding coordinator!
She offered useful advice and thoughtful recommendations throughout planning leading up to the big day. Lindsay brought up things I didn't even know I needed to think about. She truly had our and our guests' experience in mind the entire time.
On the wedding night, Lindsay handled everything so well, I didn't have to think about literally anything. She always seemed to appear just when you needed her. It felt like she could anticipate things before they happened. Lindsay is a magician. And she was doing things behind the scenes that I wasn’t even aware of; I had family members tell me how great she was, and I was confused they even interacted with her but she was really out there looking out for everyone's needs. And she expertly coordinated with all our vendors and was assertive with them when she needed to be.
Lindsay runs a tight ship.
And if you're having your wedding at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club, you definitely need Lindsay. She knows the venue inside and out, along with the staff and all the vendors who work there. If we’d had the budget for a full wedding planner, we would’ve hired her to plan the entire event from start to finish. -

My daughter wanted her large wedding reception in our backyard. Typically this is called an estate wedding- but we kept the wedding small and the reception was about 200 people. Lindsay completely nailed my daughter's vision, from the food to the timing to the band to the decor... all the tiny beautiful details. Two weeks before our wedding date, COVID shutdowns forced us to make the difficult decision to postpone our wedding. Lindsay was extremely supportive and empathetic about the situation. Little did any of us know it would be 2 years and 4 dates later that we’d finally get to do the dang thing! Lindsay was a lifesaver leading up to and day of the wedding. Two years of anticipation really got to me and Lindsay was patient, communicative, and supportive to me and all the vendors. WOW I don't even know where to start. LINDSAY WAS MY ROCK, ESPECIALLY ON MY WEDDING DAY. Lindsay has been absolutely fantastic throughout the past year and a half we have been working with her. She gracefully and seamlessly guided us through postponing our wedding during COVID and helped ensure all our vendors were available and set up for the new date. All the vendors she recommended were absolutely phenomenal. She was so fantastic to work with and was always super quick to respond and available and always made me feel heard and cared for. It honestly felt like working with a close friend who really cared about me and about how my wedding was going to turn out. On the wedding day itself, everyone loved her. Both of our parents and members of the bridal party and immediate family were just gushing over what a great job she did. She made my dream wedding into a reality. I used to show my girlfriends pictures of my "wedding vision/goals" and they were slightly all over the place and they would joke "Lindsay Dean EVENTS HAS HER WORK CUT OUT FOR HER", but she seemingly effortlessly executed a perfect wedding. Also, I had a minor bride meltdown in the middle of my wedding and she validated my feelings and then helped me relax, calm down, brought me a drink and I got back out on the dance floor and continued to have the time of my life! :) Seriously, stop your search here and hire Lindsay. I wish I could get married again so I could work with her all over again! -

This review is long overdue and for that, I apologize! My tardiness is in no way a reflection of Lindsay’s exceptional coordinating skills!
I had my wedding 9/13/20. I was on a limited budget but knew I’d need someone to streamline my day since I obviously couldn’t do so myself on the day of. I found Lindsay via a word of mouth referral and reached out. From the start, she was very communicative and flexible, based on what I was needing. After settling on a $ amount, I hired her and was so relieved to do so!
From the get go, she was incredibly responsive and communicative. Her resources were so valuable to me and saved me a ton of headaches for sure.
Lindsay structured an easy to follow timeline/excel sheet for the day of which was very helpful and easy to navigate. She was fabulous at our rehearsal to get everyone on the same page and most importantly, was so kind and personable with everybody, vendors included!
Lindsay put me in touch with a fabulous florist who was able to work within my budget and provided quality arrangements that were GORGEOUS! I mean... downright BEAUTIFUL and for such a reasonable cost! No way would I have ever known about them had it not been for Lindsay.
She also handled getting all my vendors insurance certificates to the right people and handled hiccups that came up with both the caterer and rental company leading up to and on the day of the wedding. Had I not had her, I very likely would have gone into full panic mode and would probably still be hiding in a corner crying lol.
Lindsay brought me my bouquet and bridesmaids hoops the day of and seamlessly orchestrated the shuttling of our close fam/friends and bridal party to and from our two venues on the party bus we rented.
At the reception, she made sure that when it was time to eat, my husband and I had a full plate of yummy food so we didn’t have to wait in line and could just sit and relax for a few minutes. Much appreciated.
So many of our guests have said that our wedding day was so fun and streamlined. That is all thanks to Lindsay for keeping everything running smoothly. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her.
If you’re contemplating getting a coordinator, JUST DO IT. And don’t hesitate for a minute to hire Lindsay Dean. She is undoubtedly going to be the superhero on your Big Day and is worth every single penny and more!

Lindsay was an absolute dream to work with, she made every detail of our special day, and leading up to it, absolutely amazing! I can't say enough about her and everything she did to make our wedding PERFECT! She gave great recommendations for vendors from hair and makeup to the best ice cream bar, she even handled the escort cards and provided extra decor as needed! I hardly gave her much direction at all when it came to how I wanted everything set up and she somehow blew my expectations out of the water. She kept the day on track and made sure everything went off without a hitch! Outside of that, she's such a sweetheart and we got along so well, which made the whole experience that much more enjoyable! I would absolutely recommend Lindsay time and time again! Lindsay was a dream to work with with! The property manager of our venue recommended her, and during our first phone conversation we connected immediately. She's highly experienced, ultra organized and very sweet and easy going. I was a laid back bride, and Lindsay kept me organized and zen - she was direct with my vendors/wedding party when needed and totally took charge. Our wedding flowed PERFECTLY, the decorations were beautifully executed and she took care of every single detail - plus I didn't have to answer any questions or deal with any issues! Our wedding was the best day of my life, and it was in large part due to Lindsay and her assistant - they went above and beyond. I cannot recommend her enough!!! -

There's no word can express our appreciation to Lindsay. She was absolutely the best wedding coordinator and her personality is amazing. First of all, Linsday really was able to accommodate and work within your budget. We were one of the couples who wanted to save more money to buy a house rather than break our bank for a day. Linsday was really understanding and willing to work with our budget. You're probably wrong if you think you can coordinate your own wedding. Linsday helped me find my last-minute hair and make-up stylist since my original one did a terrible job at the trail. Linsday made sure our big day was stress-free and we weren't starved. I was really obsessed with the details of the wedding and Linsday gave us everything we wanted. The arch decor, escort cards, table numbers, signs all turned our perfect. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator who is really on top of everything and super easy to work with, Linsday is your girl!! -

To say that Lindsay was exactly what we needed on our wedding day is an understatement. From day one, Lindsay made us feel assured about every step. Many thanks to the beautiful soul that made our big day magical! She came highly recommended from our venue vendor and I immediately clicked with her upon reaching out! She kept me calm through the whole year of planning! So easy going and is amazing at what she does! Made sure to catch everything and anything that fell through the cracks. Working with Lindsay made everything so much more simple and so much less stressful. She helped coordinate with our vendors wonderfully and worked closely with the venue on our big day to come up with a Plan B for moving our ceremony inside since it unexpectedly rained. I felt great knowing I could trust Lindsay to make everything work! Along with her planning services, she also helped us with place cards and additional signage for tables which we had initially completely forgotten about. Talk about a life saver! Lindsay was a fantastic wedding coordinator! We highly recommend her. We got married at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club on May 4th, 2019. She has worked with this venue many times and has a great relationship with the staff. She did a great job working with our other vendors who she hadn't worked with before and it seemed there was excellent communication both ways! She went above and beyond to make our wedding day special and gorgeous! Lindsay is very organized and it shows she has a lot of experience. I had forgotten some last minute details and Lindsay was able to help me out to bring it all together. Throughout the process, she was always available via email or text -- especially in the last couple weeks leading up to the wedding. Hire her if you can! You won't regret it! -

Lindsay is the absolute best
Lindsay was my month of coordinator for my wedding on 8/18/18 at Lomas Santa Fe Country Club. She was so helpful in coordinating my vendors on my wedding day, styling my decorations and also helped with negotiations with vendors as needed. She literally does everything she can to ensure the wedding went smoothly. She was so organized and she really thinks of everything so I knew I was in good hands when I hired her! -
