Is a Hair And Makeup artist working in the metro tri-state area, I’m always excited when I have a chance to work with Lilo weddings!! Jeanette make sure that everything runs smoothly with her seamless communications between vendors and the clients. On the day of the wedding, I watched her multitask flawlessly, making sure that all of the vendors knew when and where to be, and most importantly what to do to make the wedding party, calm and excited. -

Had the pleasure of working with Jeanette Le as the wedding coordinator at Raspberry Manor this past weekend, and I can’t say enough good things about her. From the moment we arrived, Jeanette had every detail under control — timelines printed, vendors checked in, and everyone knew exactly where they needed to be.
As the officiant, I really appreciated how organized and communicative she was leading up to the ceremony. She made sure I had everything I needed — from the cue for the processional to the mic check — and she did it all with calm professionalism that instantly put everyone at ease. You could tell she had spent weeks coordinating with the florist, DJ, and photographer, because the whole day flowed effortlessly.
Even when little things popped up (as they always do at weddings), Jeanette handled them quietly and efficiently before anyone even noticed. She balanced being in control with being approachable — always smiling, always helpful, and somehow everywhere at once.
It’s rare to see someone so professional, composed, and genuinely kind in the middle of what could be chaos. The Bride and Groom were lucky to have her, and any couple would be too, but I was just as lucky as a vendor for her to be the point person I was dealing with. If you’re looking for a coordinator who keeps everything running seamlessly while letting you actually enjoy the day, Jeanette is absolutely the one to call. :) -

Jennette was absolutely essential to our wedding planning. I honestly do not think we could have pulled off our wedding without her. She recommended essential vendors for us (trilingual MC, lion dancers), helped us resolve a major issue on the day of our wedding (we had forgotten an essential ingredient in one of our signature cocktails at home and she Doordash'd the ingredients!), and was so communicative and helpful throughout the entire planning process. You can tell Jennette loves what she does and we cannot thank her enough. Every single cent spent on her was well worth it, and honestly I feel like we should have paid her more. Issues were resolved quietly behind our back and Jennette always checked in to make sure we were doing well on the day of our wedding. She always knew what was happening and had her pulse on the next thing on the schedule. We had a crazy wedding day schedule and Jennette handled the whole thing masterfully. I interviewed multiple coordinators before finally settling on Jennette, and I cannot recommend her enough. Even days later my husband and I are still raving over everything she did for us, and hearing from friends and family about how helpful she was. PLEASE HIRE JENNETTE! She will make sure your day is AMAZING! -

Where do I even start! From the beginning Jennette has been nothing but amazing to my husband and I. She listened to our concerns and not only found a way to solve them but executed the plans perfectly! Her communication was top tier and she was always available when I needed her.
WEDDING DAY- From rehearsal to wedding day Jennette and her team made the day PERFECT! We had some challenges with the weather but she made sure I had my dream wedding! Jennette and staff worked their butts off EVEN in the down pour rain. The reception was everything I dreamed of and more, she made my dream come true and exceeded my expectations.

Jennette, our lead planner, had the timeline locked down and made regular check-ins to make sure the bride, groom, and wedding party were taken care of with water, food, and anything else we needed. Jeannette and her team were a great help in planning, executing, and delivering our wedding. We had a smaller wedding with a headcount of 55 but there was a ton of personal details and non-traditional elements that we incorporated. They were kind, adaptable, and communicative throughout the entire process and made our lives a lot easier! Highly recommend -

Jennette was a blessing to work with! We booked the 2 months of coordination but from the day of booking up to the 2 months out Jennette was following up with us monthly to ensure we had everything we needed. It was easy to see Jennette loves what she does and holds herself to the highest standards. Every time we saw Jennette, whether it was through Zoom, or in person, she was always gleaming with a smile on her face. Working with Jennette was like talking to a friend. Even when we were stressed about non responsive vendors, or not having items ready the day before the wedding, she was able to proactively find solutions and resolve any issue. We did so many DIY things for our wedding and we had specific ways we wanted things to be placed or shown and with little to no instruction, she set up everything flawlessly. It was breathtaking walking into the reception and seeing everything set up exactly as we imagined it in our heads as if she knew what we wanted. Thank you Jennette and Donna for being with us on our wedding day! -

Working alongside Jeanette from Lilo Weddings was an absolute pleasure! As a wedding photographer, I truly appreciated her organization and attention to detail. She communicated clearly and had every aspect of the day carefully planned out, making it a seamless experience for everyone involved. Jeanette went above and beyond, from coordinating the bridal party, arranging the first look, and grabbing florals, to setting up beautiful table decorations. She even brought 'L-O-V-E' letters as a unique photo prop, adding a special touch to the couple’s big day. We hired Jennette as our day-of coordinator for our Leesburg wedding on 9-14-24, and WOW, she was amazing! From the moment we started working together, Jennette was organized, professional, and on top of it. She checked in consistently over email and text, had multiple Zoom calls, and met in person before the big day, so we felt super prepared and ready. She was on top of every detail, which really took the stress off of me and my family. On our wedding day, everything went seamlessly, and so many guests and vendor reps alike came up to us during the reception, gushing over how well-run the wedding was! Of course, this was all thanks to Jennette and her team. One of my favorite things about Jennette is that she always has a smile on her face, and her energy is infectious. My husband and I both agree that our wedding day wouldn’t have been the same if it wasn’t for Jennette. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, don’t hesitate to book her! -

Our wedding day went without a hitch. Jennette really exceeded our expectations. Always positive, upbeat, and helpful even when we were drowning with wedding to-do’s. Highly recommend the 2 month planning process with Jennette before the wedding as she walks you through all the things you need to think about in a comprehensive excel sheet.
The quality and price of decor rentals through Lilo Weddings made a huge difference for us. The package deal made everything easy both for pre / post wedding (they were able to drop off and pack everything up). You can trust Jennette to make the decor look nice for the reception tables, ceremony, etc.
On the rehearsal day, Jennette had a detailed plan and took charge communicating very well to our wedding party. It made wedding day very smooth. There were clear directions on what was next. And our wedding was picture perfect.
We made a big effort to stay within our budget and it was worth every penny to work with Jennette. 10/10!Lilo Weddings's reply:

If you are planning a wedding do yourself a favor and hire Lilo Weddings! From the very first interaction, Jennette was a calming and organized presence. She took her time to understand our wants and needs from the overall vision to the smallest detail. Some highlights to point out:
Communication and organization- Jennette created a detailed timeline and Google sheet to keep track of everything! It was easy to change/update details at any given moment. I reached out to her via email, text, and calls and she was responsive within a matter of minutes. We scheduled multiple video calls throughout the process and her guidance was extremely helpful. She also brought in an assistant on the wedding day since our guest count was quite large.
Vendor management- Jennette provided a list of vendors with some offering special pricing. After selecting our vendors, she expertly coordinated communication between them and gave them all necessary information. She did the bulk of the heavy lifting here allowing me to focus on other details. She also passed out gratuity at the end of the night, giving us more time to party with our guests.
Collection rental- Who wants to shop for every piece of decor?? I sure didn't and I couldn't be happier that Jenetter offered this service. She has a rental collection consisting of arches, signs, tabletop decor, candles, florals, and so much more! We pretty much used everything she had and it came together beautifully. This one-stop-shop means Jennette is overseeing every aspect of the day and I loved her streamlined process.
Positive energy- Jennette's positive and upbeat personality made the entire planning process enjoyable. She went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. Thank you Jennette at Lilo Weddings! -
