I do not know where to begin with Jacqueline and Darryl. As the groom, my Involvement did not much exceed the food tasting and tux fitting. To be honest, I was pretty useless. However, as the groom, I absolutely did not have to endure a ‘bridezilla.’ Jacqueline and Darryl were the primary factors for this. Jacqueline was at every dress fitting, and the bridal shower. She helped form the strategic plan, but was on point with the smallest of details. The contacts they had for every imaginable service made planning a breeze. Although they are very busy (for obvious reasons), they promptly replied to every email, text message and phone call. They went above and beyond to serve as referee, counselor, mediator, and fixer. I cannot accurately describe how reassuring it is having a go-to (or two) to put out any fires or better yet, prevent them before they started.
For brides-to-be, you will not find a better planner with more solid contacts in the industry. For grooms, cut the check! In retrospect I would have paid triple what they charged for the quality of life and piece of mind leading up to the events, and for the smile on the face of my beautiful bride on the day of.
Stop searching, you have found your people!

Perfect experience

Where do we begin to thank Jacqueline for the most SPECTACULAR day & evening we've ever experienced! Thanks to her and her great team the day went very smooth and on target. There was nothing we had to do but sit back and enjoy.... Jacqueline took care of everything! Calmness prevailed..... her attentiveness, help and guidance were over the top. Just when I thought I needed to do something ... she was there to fill in the blanks! Darryl was an amazing help to everyone.. as were rest of Jacqueline's team. The day was a magical event... A fairytale to say the least and Jacqueline was our Fairy Godmother! LEBJV will definitely be the Coordinators I will work with for my next daughters grand event! Thank you .... thank you .... thank you!

Ok, so I can not say enough how AWESOME! AMAZING! FABULOUS! It is to work with Jacqueline and Darryl. We had a destination wedding with many mini-events within the big event. The wedding was absolutely PERFECT! Every time I asked about a detail Jacqueline had it all taken care of already. I had no worries at all because they handled it all and we truly were able to be in the moment and enjoy the day. It was everything I pictured and more because of them.

Very courteous, professional and efficient. Darryl was wonderful at smoothing things out when there was difficulty with a vendor. Excellent in general with rapport with vendors and getting everyone working as a team. There was a very smooth flow throughout the event, which made for an enjoyable experience for all.

Words can't describe the unbelievable talent and execution in planning that Jacquline and her team have. We hired Jacquline and the LEBJV (Lifetime Events by Jacquline) team to handle day of coordination for our wedding. She was so much more than I ever hoped and dreamed for. She was everything we needed to get us to our dream wedding and she made it all happen for us!!!
I had already booked all of the vendors, but Jacquline met with each of them to coordinate every single detail. Her plans were extensive and she updated them frequently as more details from the vendors came in. She was extremely responsive and available when needed. She was always on time or early. She went above and beyond and gave 110% the entire time we worked with her. She was always ready with "plans A-Z" as she puts it. We, of course, also have to give a shout out to Derrell her business partner. His professionalism, extra attention to detail, and execution the day of was spot on and then some. We can definitely see why Derrell is Jacquline's other working half.
The level of service provided by Jacquline and her team leaves me wanting to keep writing here forever. I almost want to say call me and I would definitely give a money back guarantee that you will love her. If you want the very best Jacqueline is it. She was beyond incredible. Her team was beyond incredible. We can't say enough good things. There is no one else but her for coordinating any event of ours in the future!

While we were planning our wedding we realized that we needed someone to help us out, especially on the day of. Once we met Jacqueline and Darryl we knew we found the perfect people to help make our day run smooth and be a memorable one. She made every vision we had come to life and the day was flawless. Lifetime Events by Jacqueline made it possible for us to enjoy our wedding day. Jacqueline and Darryl knew exactly what questions to ask and what details to pay attention to. They were detail oriented, responsible, on top of our vendors, very responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. I work long hours in a veterinary hospital and my husband is active duty military, so when it came to planning our "I Do, Take Two" Vow Renewal Ceremony....we had no idea where to start!! But from the very first correspondence with Jacqueline and Darryl, I knew we were in the best of hands and we could finally have the wedding ceremony with friends and family that we had always dreamed of. Their level of creativity and organization is out of this world and I was almost speechless when they were able to deliver an ABSOLUTELY PERFECT inspiration board for our Appalachian Farmhouse ceremony!! They are so amazing about asking the right questions to plan your vision and are with you every step of the way, they are never out of reach and love to keep you involved with the planning process. They have connections with many of the top local vendors, and are not afraid to get down and dirty researching and coordinating with companies in less familiar areas. Both truly care about the value of service, are fantastic people to work with, and sincerely strive to make your event one of the best experiences of your life. And as if things could get even better, Darryl even personally drove from NY to my venue in VA for set-up, take-down and to make sure that every single detail went smoothly behind the scenes for our special day!! Lifetime Events, LLC is the best event coordinator I have EVER personally worked with, I will always recommend them without hesitation. You guys rock!!!!!!

Planning a wedding can feel like a difficult affair. That is until you begin to work with Jaqueline and Darryl. Once you have them on your team, you can breathe a TOTAL sigh of relief!! We utilized Darryl as our Wedding Coordinator, and the full team at Lifetime Events by Jacqueline was an integral part of our entire wedding planning process. While we only had Darryl and the LEJBV team for the BIG DAY, the amount of detail and effort that went into the planning and prep was monumental. Darryl met with us at length several times to go over every aspect and detail of the wedding. From the basic help we needed (rain plans, seating, timelines, decor), to the larger-scale problem-solving they mastered (wrangling problem vendors, chasing down lost wedding bands), they were the clockwork engineering beneath the surface of a crazy day. They were always there if we needed them, but otherwise behind the scenes keeping everything moving. Even our other vendors told us how amazing and on-point they were. They kept us on track and made our day smooth and unforgettable. They are truly masters and we can recommend no better planners than Darryl and the entire LEBJV team!!! Thank you!

We wanted a day-of coordinator for our wedding and upon meeting Jacqueline and Darryl we instantly felt a great connection. To say that the entire team made our wedding day run flawlessly is an understatement; we wanted to enjoy our special day to the fullest and because of Lifetime by Jacqueline that was made possible. They were responsive, knowledgeable, detailed oriented, professional, responsible and on top of every one of our vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly. They went above and beyond and planned for things we would have never thought of to ensure if an issue came up, they would have solutions. There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing and sweet Jacqueline is and how comfortable she makes you feel. Jackie was an amazing planner to work with on my baby shower. She executed my vision beyond what I could have imagined. On the day of her team were on time and made sure that everything went super smooth. Jackie is such a sweet person to work with and super organized, which is something I need being an organized freak myself. All of my guests are still commenting on how beautiful the set up was and said it was the best baby shower they have been too. I would highly recommend Jackie and her team for ANY event. Being in the event industry myself I knew that I had no worries at all in having Jackie plan my baby shower. I would say that I was way too laid back and calm because I knew she would take care of all of the details.

After interviewing 3-4 people to be our day-of coordinator, we met Jacqueline. From the 1st sit down meeting we had with her, we were clear that she was the one for us. Of all the money we spent on our wedding, Jacqueline, Darryl, and her team was the best money we spent. Jacqueline did a lot more than day of coordinating. She confirmed with our vendors and because she had worked with all of our vendors before, she was able to handle all of the details and manage our day of timeline. We met with her 5-6 times before the wedding and she made sure that our wishes from the flowers to the food, the church, transportation for our guest, all worked together for a perfect day. She asked us at our 1st meeting what parts of our day were most important to us. We wanted our ceremony to be most memorable. Thanks to Jacqueline and Darryl, our out-of-town guests arrived from the hotel to the church on time, and our ceremony started promptly. Our trumpeter for the ceremony did not show, but sent a substitute who had not rehearsed with us. Jacqueline handled it like the professional she is. The substitute played beautifully and most importantly, neither of us knew of the problem or the substitution until the ceremony was over. The ceremony was beautiful, the church was decorated exactly the way we wanted, Jacqueline made sure that all the details and touches were exactly as we had described to her. She made sure that nothing disrupted our special day and worked behind the scene to make our ceremony flawless. While the day was perfect, the planning and meetings with Jacqueline was just plain fun.

Jacqueline, Darryl and their team helped to make our wedding day a dream come true. My husband and I decided to get married at my parents home in upstate NY and wanted it to be a very intimate event with a lot of personal touches. I knew planning a wedding at their home would be a tremendous undertaking so we decided to hire a day of coordinator to help with all of the moving pieces. Immediately after meeting Jacqueline and Darryl we knew they were the best team for the job. Jacqueline's attention to every detail and superb organization set my mind at ease from our initial planning meeting, until the day we got married on October 10th. Her list of recommended vendors was very extensive, providing a range of budget options and styles, and we wound up using most of them for various services at our wedding. She really tailored her recommendations to fit our style. She was able to pull all of our vendors together to work flawlessly as a cohesive team. Jacqueline kept me on track with my timeline, was always available to discuss any concerns I had and responded immediately to all phone calls and emails. I really enjoyed the planning process! I was most impressed on the day before our wedding, during our final walk through when I went over my last minute to-do list (which was quite lengthy) with her. Jacqueline was calm yet commanding as she assured me it would all be taken care of. When I saw how she turned my vision into a stunning reality, I was blown away. She even took my by the hand before all of the guests came into the tent to show me how beautiful it all looked, and pointed out all of the special details that were so important to me. At one point right before the ceremony a very important family member was sick and not ready to proceed, putting us behind schedule. Jacqueline handled the situation seamlessly and with expertise. All of our guests were exclaiming how impressed they were with her team and how helpful, friendly, and accommodating they were.

I can’t say enough good things about Jacqueline. I don’t know how people plan a wedding without a Wedding Planner.

Jacqueline was such a pleasure to work with. The amount of issues that pop up in the planning process was very surprising - but Jacqueline was there to help us with every issue and help us solve problems to make our wedding day perfect.

Jacqueline always over-delivered. Not only with helping us with issues that came up, but with the fun stuff too! At our wedding she pulled off some really cool decor highlights, like a gold ampersands, etc. that really added a wonderful touch to the look of our day!

Jacqueline is organized, professional, friendly - and just a doll to work with.

Everything was beautiful and amazing on our wedding day! She made things happen behind the scenes without a hitch. Thank you to Jacqueline and her team.

I would recommend Jacqueline to anyone who is looking to have an event- it will turn out perfect! We can't wait to work with her again one day for another life event!

After quickly becoming overwhelmed with the wedding planning process I hired Jacqueline for partial wedding planning services and day of coordination. She was professional and organized from start to finish. I had a dual ceremony all on one day with both an indoor and outdoor component full American style wedding and reception plus a Nigerian traditional style wedding and reception. This was no easy task as the venue provided the space alone and Lifetime Events by Jacqueline handled all other aspects. I was very impressed with the number of people she had on the day of the event to make sure it ran successfully. With her services you definitely get the most bang for your buck. It was literally like a theatrical production as her team setup and broken down spaces for different uses throughout the event. Everything looked beautiful, flowed seamless with family and guests having a wonderful time. Jacqueline and team wore many hats to get the job done. Looking back on things I can't see how I could have possibly handled this without them. Kudos to LEBJ!!

Jackie, Daryl, and the rest of the team are GREAT! They are very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient which are all MUSTS when planning a wedding from scratch and you're not sure what you want. Although we could go on and on about how much help they were during the planning process, the WEDDING DAY is where they really shine! Jacqueline and Deryl were a dream come true !!! She made me and my husband confident that everything was going to be ok the day of the wedding, forget about OK, it was perfect thanks to them! She and her husband offer impeccable service! Organized, professional, friendly , she becomes apart of your family the day of the wedding. They treated everyone the day of my wedding as if they were her clients as well.

Jackie and her team are absolutely incredible! They do not miss a beat. I went a little crazy with the amount of DIY stuff I decided to do for my own wedding, but when at the end there were some decorations I couldn't finish - Jackie and her team were able to make my ideas a reality based on pictures I had taken of my samples. The day went without a hitch and my family and friends are calling it "the wedding of the century" and "the most beautiful and organized" wedding they've ever attended. Jackie is the most amazing wedding planner that you can find in NY. She will be the best money that you will spend for your wedding because after you hire her everything is a piece of cake.
She is an amazing professional who at no time leaves her calm and professional demeanour. She walks into the most stressful months of your life and makes it seem like a walk in the park. She perfectly understands what you need and promptly delivers it. Even if you change your mind about what you need, she goes back and gets you what you want. MIRACLE WORKER!!!
There is no question that she doesnot answer, if she doesnt know then she gets back to you within 12 hours. There is no stupid question with Jackie. It doesnt matter how many other clients she has, when it concerns your wedding you are the most important one.
Her ideas and methods make the reality meet the picture in your head.

It is not just a job for Jackie, its her passion. There is no one better to have your back on the most important day of your life than the person who understands you and your needs. JACKIE IS THAT PERSON FOR YOU.

Jackie was my month/day of coordinator and a blessing, truly! There aren't enough words to describe her! Initially, I hired another planner who completely screwed me over and took all my money and ran. Jackie was recommended and from the beginning, her goal was to help me and make my day special. My wedding day was somewhat of a fiasco because the decorators did not want to do what they were paid to do. So, poor Jackie and her staff got all muddy and dirty and moved all 260 chairs, 26 tables and a ton more just to make my day special so no problems happen. And trust me, moving all those things were NOT part of her contract and she simply says " I just wanted to make your day special so I do what it takes"

She dealt with all the problems the day of, made sure all my vendors were doing everything, fixed ALL the mistakes my decorator made and made the event look flawless. I didn't even know so much went on and was so happy Jackie handles everything so effortlessly. My venue was extremely complex, had a ton of rules and regulations, was an empty space venue, historic site and on top of it, this was an indian wedding which means lots of guests, a horse, Bollywood style dance perfomances, which usually equals pure chaos. But, Jackie found the order in it all and she made everything awesome. My fiance is very tough to please and he calls her his "favorite vendor" and initially, he was completely against hiring a planner but loved Jackie!! None of you out there will regret hiring her and Darryl, who also is great. Very detail-oriented, very thorough!

Lifetime Events by Jacqueline was the best event planning company ever. My wedding was September 18, 2010 and everything ran smoothly. Jacqueline was the wedding planner for my Oct 1st 2010 wedding. Jackie was fantastic! I am a meticulous bride who pays attention to detail. But Jacqueline's eye exceeded mine. I was extremely satisfied with the amount of time and concern she put into my wedding. Also customer service, as far as attitude is important to me, she was very flexible and responded to any questions day or night! I can say i was a bridezilla!!! I changed everything a least once. And she adjusted well to whatever vision I wanted. It was as if she could read my thoughts and make them into a reality. Thanks again Jackie i could not have envisioned a more perfect wedding.

As the Groom not only was I CLUELESS about anything and everything wedding-related, but I didn't know what to expect, how to prepare, and the proper etiquette's involved. Thankfully, Lifetime Events came to the rescue and put me at ease with their inside knowledge, their patience, their ideas and numerous advice. Jacqueline and Daryl were amazing. So helpful with helping us plan and especially day of. Jacqueline helped us with all the details of the day, and helped make sure that everything we wanted we got, and for a good price!

The day of was great! Both Jacqueline and Daryl made sure that everything went smoothly and that any issues that came up were dealt with and we didn't even know about the problem. They made sure that everything we needed was there, that everything and everyone was on time (which is SO helpful as we were always running late!) and that we all knew what was going on.

Simply put, we couldn't have pulled off the day without her!

Choosing Lifetime Event by Jacqueline was the best decision I have ever made. Jacqueline and Darryl make the best team. They are both curtious, knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and I could just keep going on. They take excellent communication to another level. I could always count on a response to my emails no matter how crazy the question was in a matter of minutes, and if Jacqueline was busy, she would still send me an email to let me know she would get back to me within a time frame. I felt like I had a team always on my side. I had to worry about nothing the day of my wedding because they were on top of everything. Darryl also takes some great pictures on the wedding day! Some of the pictures other people never even thought to take of, so it was so great to see them.

Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. She exceeded our expectations. It was located in the Bettye Smith Cultural Arts Center in Sanford, Florida. Life Time Events by Jacqueline meet every one of our needs and more. They went about and beyond the day of our wedding to make sure our wedding went off with out a hitch.
There is not one word that I could use to describe what Jackie and Darryl did for us on our wedding day. What made them so special is that they just dont service the bride; Jackie had her assistant Darryl to help out with me the groom and my groomsmen. As a groom that was very important to because there was a time that I need a man to man talk and Darryl was there for me. He also made sure that my groomsmen and I had everything that we needed and we were where on time and we were supposed to be.

Life Time Events by Jacqueline more than met our needs and expectations. Their services were ABOVE and BEYOND anything we could have imagined. We could not have accomplished our dream wedding with their services. Life Time Events by Jacqueline made sure that my parents, my husband, and I did not have to worry or think about anything on our wedding day. They took care of every detail, right down to driving us back to our hotel after the reception. They were also there to support us throughout our planning and on our big day. Jackie was my sounding board for my ideas, and my concerns. She was there with pep talks and a shoulder to lean on when the planning got tough! Their services were truly invaluable to us.

All aspects of wedding ceremony and reception coordination were addressed in a timely and professional manner by Jackie and Darryl of Lifetime Events. Services included helping to locate vendors, maintaining contact with wedding reception site and addressing all our questions and concerns. They coordinated the wedding ceremony rehearsal and, on the day of the wedding, were present at the hotel to coordinate flower delivery, photographer, scheduled arrival of limo and members of the wedding party at the church, timing of the ceremony, photography and arrival at reception site. At the reception they coordinated the timing of cocktail hour, introductions, dancing, etc. After reception they insured that gifts, vases, etc. were packed up and returned to the proper place or person. In addition, they served as the voices of the bride, groom and hosts by speaking to the proper person in answer to any concern or question we had .
Their services exceeded our expectations. Jackie and Darrly took care of all those things that we, the bride's parents, needed to have done and others that we weren't even aware of! Their services allowed us to relax and enjoy our daughter's wedding.

The advice is that I would give is it's always better working together face to face. They are superior listeners and great and documenting your vision. Listen to the suggestions given, they are always beneficial at the end. They work for you and take time out for you. They are Very positive and motivating, that's is the most important thing about them.
