We had the most amazing wedding at Liberty House and we couldn’t have been happier that we chose them for our wedding venue. From start to finish, our coordinator Danielle was absolutely incredible — attentive, organized, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making the evening and wedding planning perfect for us. The service from Danielle and the whole staff was truly bar none: everything ran so smoothly, felt absolutely effortless, and made the night feel magical and fun. Top Takeaway: We are so fortunate that we got to host our wedding at Liberty House – it was the first venue we looked at, and it might as well have been the last because nothing else held a candle to everything they offered.
Prep Process: Liberty House was so accommodating to our every desire on every front. Working with Aurora was a total dream – she handled every request and question with a smile and can-do attitude. She collaborated with our wedding planner seamlessly and was enthusiastically supportive of all of our ideas.
Creative & Execution: On our actual wedding day, Aurora was unflappable as she managed a million moving parts and minor complications. When we arrived at the venue, we’d experienced rain on and off throughout the day; my father asked if we were still going to be outdoors for the ceremony, and she replied, “Of course we are!” The Liberty House team knows how to read the weather and the timeline to ensure we would hit our marks. A team of staffers were on the ceremony lawn thirty minutes before guests arrived, wiping seats down. This was just one small moment of preparedness and attention to detail that made sure the day was
Investment & Value: In the moments before our ceremony, strong wind gusts nearly toppled our chuppah. Aurora and her entire team responded instantaneously – guests later said that no sooner had the chuppah started to tilt than were maintenance staff running in to stabilize it. You want a team who has done a million weddings and is prepared for any combination of circumstances – Liberty House has the most experienced team you can imagine. We especially want to shout out our bridal attendant, Jackie, who was at the ready for any tiny thing – grabbing more food and water; bustling my dress; locating spray-on deodorant for a mid-reception reset. Whatever we needed, she was ready to respond, and she was emblematic of the entire staff.
Our guests were overwhelmingly positive about Liberty House’s food. Many friends and family were convinced that cocktail hour was dinner itself – the selections were so plentiful and varied, it could’ve been the main meal. And where wedding entrees often fail, we universally received praise for all three of the dishes, vegans included! Liberty House undoubtedly benefits from their onsite restaurant and commitment to culinary excellence.
Aurora and Liberty House were also extremely accommodating in our decision to bring in alcohol from an external vendor – the bartenders were communicative in exactly how many cases of beer and wine we needed and served everything without issue.
When you book with Liberty House, you are booking with an extremely experienced, accommodating, friendly, and supportive team who know how to hit their marks perfectly, which leaves more room for creativity and personalization atop a smooth-running machine.
Our Reasoning: Among many reasons, we chose Liberty House because the rain alternative for the ceremony is equal to the outdoor ceremony space (a small thing that ensured we would be happy either way!). We were ultimately & happily married on the lawn, and we were thrilled by how much our guests enjoyed the terrace over the ballroom with the glorious views of Manhattan. Every aspect – the staff, the food, the views, the accommodations, the generosity of spirit – proved that we chose well.

Liberty house is hands-down the best wedding venue ever - stated my our guests!!!! from start to finish, everything was beyond our expectations. Aurora made the process so seamless and fun. The Perfect Wedding
We had our November 1 sunset ceremony and reception at Liberty House, and it was truly the most amazing day! Everything went off without a hitch thanks to our incredible event stylist, Aurora, who was totally on top of every detail from start to finish. She made the planning process so easy and ensured everything ran perfectly the day of. The event was well staffed, and every team member went above and beyond to make sure our guests were taken care of.
The food was absolutely delicious—our friends and family are still talking about it! We loved all the thoughtful touches that made the evening feel warm and personal, like the cider hand warmers and blankets for the ceremony. The mozzarella station at cocktail hour was such a hit, and the espresso martini cart and sundae bar for dessert were amazing upgrades that everyone loved.
And that sunset view—just breathtaking. The skyline backdrop during our ceremony was magical and made for the most stunning photos.
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue or a better team. Thank you to Aurora and everyone at Liberty House for giving us a day we’ll never forget. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful, fun, and delicious everything was!

Perfect wedding venue for your special day!!
We just got married at the Liberty House on 9/27/25 and it was the most perfect day and night! All our guests raved about the food and atmosphere. From the drinks, to the cocktail hour food, to the main course everyone had amazing things to say! The view of the city skyline in the back of the ceremony space and throughout the grand ballroom space makes it gorgeous for pictures during the day and even more stunning with the lights at night. The staff was very accommodating and made sure all our guests had a great time. We worked with Aurora as our memorymaker / event stylist and she was so easy going and relaxed throughout the whole process. She made everything so easy leading up to the wedding and everything ran seamlessly day of. She was very flexible and quick to answer all our questions and make sure our day was what we wanted it to be. We were so lucky to have her as our event stylist and cannot recommend working with the enough. Liberty House is the perfect place to host your wedding and all the staff were great to work with!

Dream Wedding Venue !
If you're thinking about getting married here ... DO IT. Liberty House was everything we wanted from the view to the food to our event stylist (Aurora who was SO helpful). Our guests raved about how great the food and how much we had. The venue is so gorgeous ... nothing can beat the grounds and the view. We celebrated our wedding at Liberty House in Jersey City in past May, and we can confidently say it was the best decision we made — all thanks to Danielle Villa and her incredible team.
From the moment we began planning, Danielle’s professionalism and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless. Planning a wedding without a planner can be overwhelming, but the Liberty House staff made it so much easier. Danielle sent timely reminders for everything — from payment schedules to menu reviews and tastings — keeping us organized and on track throughout.
On the day of the wedding, everything ran seamlessly. The staff coordinated beautifully with all our vendors, allowing us to fully enjoy the day without any worries. The bartenders were amazing, the cocktail hour room was stunning, and the aesthetics of the venue — both indoors and out — were absolutely gorgeous. The views of NYC and Jersey City were the perfect backdrop for such a special day, and our guests are still raving about how beautiful everything was.
We truly couldn’t have imagined a more perfect celebration. It meant the world to us to be surrounded by the people we love in a space as breathtaking as Liberty House, supported by a team as thoughtful and professional as Danielle and her staff.

Indian-American Wedding
My husband and I worked with Aurora Serrano for our reception at Liberty House. The planning process was so smooth - Aurora was so easy to work with and responsive. Weddings are expensive, and she helped us make responsible decisions while making sure the reception looked beautiful. We knew from our fist meeting with Aurora that everything would work out.
We had our wedding ceremony at an outside venue (our Temple). Our reception was at night time in the Liberty Room and it was perfect. The space was beautifully set up and fantastic. My Bridal attendant Jaqkie was incredible and made sure that my husband and I were fed and with drinks. The reception was perfectly paced with everyone was on the floor dancing the entire night with bellies filled of delicious food. We are so happy even months later!

We had our wedding on June 15th. Leading up to the event the team did everything to make our event a success. The dedication the team had on the day of wedding was above and beyond. They were so attentive and caring to us and the guests. We are so grateful for every role and the events were beautiful, even it being a rainy day. We had a really, really wonderful wedding at Liberty House last month. The night went so smoothly and we felt our guests were so well taken care of. I so appreciate Liberty House's attention to detail and professionalism -- they really carried out our vision perfectly. Also, the food was amazing and our guests were raving about it! We worked with Aurora throughout the planning process, and she was extremely responsive and flexible in meeting our particular needs (for example, developing additional vegetarian options on the menu since we had a significant number of vegetarian guests.) Our March 2025 Wedding at Liberty House with Aurora
To say it was the best night of our lives feels like an understatement. Everything was perfect- from the weather, to the food, the setup, the decor- and especially. the warm hospitality both ourselves and our family felt from every single staff member of Liberty House.
But the standout, and the reason we're leaving this review was our event stylist Aurora Serrano. We first toured Liberty House a little over a year ago in February of 2024 which is when we met Aurora. It was actually the first venue we toured- and would turn out to be the only one. As soon as we met Aurora we knew we wanted to work with her and have our wedding at Liberty House- she's THAT good!
Wedding planning is full of tough decisions and wondering if you made the right decisions.... we NEVER questioned our choice of venue thanks to Aurora. She treated us with so much attention, care, and respect whether we were 7 months out, 7 days out, or 7 hours out from our wedding. I don't think I ever heard the words "no" or "I can't do that" come out of her mouth. It sounds cheesy but she literally made our dreams come true.
Liberty House is a REALLY special venue and has an even more special person working there with Aurora!! To say thank you doesn't feel sufficient, but any couple who gets to plan a wedding with her should consider themselves extremely lucky!

February 2025 Wedding
Do not hesitate to book your wedding or special event here, with event stylist Casey Townsend! From the moment we met with her for our tour of the venue, we instantly knew it was "the one." She did everything in her power to ensure this happened, from offering different rooms, packages and dates. The day of room styling came out stunning, as Casey executed our vision perfectly. She was always available to connect with me any time I had a question (and I had a lot lol.) Also a special shout out to Jeff + Jacqie who were beyond exceptional, all all of the other support staff. The spectacular view is UNMATCHED, and in my opinion the best available in New York + New Jersey. The food melted in everyone's mouth, from cocktail hour, to dinner, to desserts. The grounds and restrooms are kept clean. If you're thinking of booking an event here, don't think twice! Thank you Liberty House for making our day so special.

Enchanting Autumn Affair: The Perfect Fall Wedding.
Our search for the perfect venue came down to a few must-have items: the location had to be close enough for our families in the Tri-State Area while also accommodating our out-of-state family and friends; we wanted a place that would awe our guests with spectacular views they hadn’t seen at any other wedding; and finally, the food had to be top-notch, with an amazing selection that everyone could enjoy.
Liberty House went above and beyond all of these requirements. Starting with the location itself, the venue is beautifully set in Liberty State Park, offering breathtaking views of the Statue of Liberty, Downtown NYC, and various monuments, as well as natural features such as gardens and forests. For our photographer and us, it was a dream canvas—every photo we took was in the perfect setting.
The venue’s interior is a stunning combination of sophisticated, high-end elegance and an intimate ambiance that brings everyone together. There are multiple spacious rooms to choose from, and our wedding took place in the Grand Ballroom. Its high ceilings and expansive floor provided the perfect balance for our guests to mingle and enjoy the evening, while also leaving plenty of room for dancing. All of our guests were absolutely in awe of the room and the gorgeous outside view of NYC at night. With the venue’s convenient location in Jersey City, our out-of-town friends and family had a very short trip from Newark Airport, which gave us incredible flexibility.
Our wedding was in October, and the seasonal menu from Liberty House was nothing short of extraordinary. Everything served was delicious and perfectly curated. Our guests kept complimenting us, saying it was the best food they’d ever had at a wedding. The chefs truly exceeded expectations, preparing everything to the highest standard, while the bars were fully stocked to meet all of our guests’ preferences. The cocktail hour was a highlight: each station was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully set up, making everything accessible and enticing. Guests were drawn in by the sight and aroma of the food and were eager to try everything—and they did!
Finally, the service was exceptional. We had such an enjoyable and professional experience throughout the planning process. Everything was well-organized, and the communication from the team was refreshingly clear and prompt. From the moment we sat down with Aurora, we knew we were in great hands. Her experience made us feel completely at ease, and her creativity helped us craft the perfect day. She was always available to assist with anything and everything we needed.
On the day of the wedding, the Liberty House staff was absolutely flawless. They anticipated needs we didn’t even realize we had, always approaching us with open arms and warm hearts, which made the day even more special. After having our wedding here—and after exploring other venues—there’s no doubt in our minds that Liberty House stands head and shoulders above the rest.

Beautiful Venue Location with Phenomenal Team
My partner and I wanted a wedding venue location that needed minimal decor with an amazing skyline and intimate setting. Liberty House delivered on all accounts. The backdrop of the city was so beautiful during our ceremony and our guests loved the nighttime skyline of NYC. One of the best things that Liberty House provided was our very own wedding team on the day of. Our wedding/event stylist was Aurora S. She was amazing! She was super responsive to all our questions during the planning process and everything turned out so beautifully on the day of the actual wedding. She always made herself available whenever we needed her and she went the extra mile to get things done the way that we envisioned. A wedding is such a super stressful, anxiety inducing, massive event and Aurora/Liberty House took so much of the burden off so that we could actually enjoy our wedding and our first day as Mr and Mrs!

Best Venue I Could Ask For!!!!
Thanks to Aurora and her expertise planning, my entire wedding process was absolutely seamless. Aurora greeted us from the start when we visited the venue and stood by our side through the entire process. She was extremely responsive, always willing to chat or meet, and was extremely flexible. She is organized and helped make the entire planning process as stress free as possible. The entire wedding was perfect from start to finish. The service was impeccable, the decor was stunning, and the food was absolutely amazing. My husband and I received endless compliments in regards to the venue, food, and drinks and we could not be more thrilled with our choice to have our wedding reception at Liberty House.

Absolutely Perfect & Headache Free
We ended up coming to Liberty House to book our wedding last minute for Halloween of 2024. We lost our venue 6 weeks before our date so needed to scramble to find another. As soon as we saw the space we knew this was our best option and had our entire contract finalized within two hours. Aurora, our point of contact / day of coordinator was absolutely perfect throughout the entire process. She answered all of our questions quickly and was always easy to reach via phone/email. On the wedding day, the room was clean and beautiful, all of our vendors were managed, the entire staff was amazing and the food was great. Little did we know when we started wedding planning is that you will find some of the absolute worst customer service on the face of the earth in this industry. You don’t have to worry about this at Liberty House and Landmark Hospitality; You’re in great hands here and Aurora and the rest of the team will take care of everything to make your wedding day absolutely perfect. 100 out of 10 rating!

April 2023 Wedding at Liberty House
My husband and I were married at Liberty House, Jersey City in April 2023. Liberty House was the first venue we toured and we knew immediately that this was where we wanted to get married. The views of the Manhattan skyline were spectacular and we loved the lower-level outdoor patio and cocktail room and the wrap around porch on the upstairs grand ballroom. We worked with Casey as our wedding coordinator throughout our planning process. Wedding planning can be a stressful experience; however, Casey alleviated a lot of that stress with her responsiveness, upbeat attitude, and helpful suggestions on all vendors and wedding day setup and breakdown. Additionally, prior to picking out your final wedding day menu, Liberty House hosts a food/wine/cocktail tasting where you can try each dinner option and various hors d’oeuvres and passed apps along with table wines and signature cocktails. This was a fun and tasty way to make our selections.
On the day of our wedding, Casey made certain every detail was to our liking and worked closely with our vendors to ensure our wedding was set up exactly how we envisioned. We had initially planned to have our first look in the garden, but mother nature was not on our side – fortunately Casey was. She even shuttled us in her own vehicle up to the old train station in Liberty State Park for what turned out to be the perfect backdrop, providing some of our favorite memories and photos from our big day. She went above and beyond to ensure our wedding ran smoothly, even after some last-minute change of plans due to the rain. My maître d (Jacqui) assisted me with my intricate dress bustle, made sure I ate before partaking in all the toasts, and saw to it that my husband and I were well taken care of all night. Our guests RAVED about our food, specifically the fresh mozzarella station at cocktail hour and the delicious short ribs during dinner. The level of service was unparalleled, and the entire staff made our guests feel welcome and taken care of throughout the festivities. Also, you and your guests would be hard-pressed to find a better backdrop for photos and selfies with the unobstructed city skyline visible through the floor-to-ceiling windows or the wraparound patio – this ballroom is truly a magical place to dance the night away. Thank you SO much to Casey and the entire Liberty House team for putting together and executing the wedding of our dreams – we can’t say enough great things about all the care and effort that went into our special day!

My husband and I recently hosted our wedding at Liberty House this past October and it was an amazing experience! We worked with Casey Townsend and she played a key role in making our wedding so special and memorable.
All of our guests had a fantastic time and we received so many compliments on the service and the setting. The staff was warm and gracious throughout the event and made us all feel so welcomed.
We had a very specific vision for the menu and service and Chef Nick worked with us to create a unique experience for our guests and then executed everything we had discussed seamlessly the night of. Everyone raved about the food both during cocktail hour and dinner, all of which was absolutely delicious!
Both my husband and I both work in hospitality - I oversee events for a restaurant group in NYC and my husband was formerly a chef and is now a culinary director for a global company. We had very high hopes for the party of our lifetime and the team at Liberty House exceeded our expectations in every way.
Liberty House really is such a special place and we now know it was the perfect choice for our wedding!

The perfect day
My husband I got married at Liberty House on September 1. It was truly the most magical day and turned it so much better than anything we could have imagined. The staff there is incredible! Our event coordinator was Casey and she was so helpful, flexible and easy to work with from day one. We didn’t have a wedding planner but together we planned the most beautiful day.
So many of our friends and family have told us that our wedding was the most fun and beautiful wedding they had been to in years. But more importantly, Casey and Liberty House helped us mark the beginning of our journey in such a beautiful and special way. We are so so grateful and would recommend them to anyone.

The Perfect Day
My husband and I got married here on June 30, 2023 and the whole experience was incredible. We worked with Casey and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She was honestly a selling point for me as I didn’t meet any other venue planner that matched her. The views are unbeatable and the whole day went so smoothly. I cannot recommend enough!!

My wife and I got married on May 19th, 2023 at Liberty House and had Casey as our event stylist. When you think about how you want wedding planning to go, who you'd want to work with, and how you want your day executed - that is exactly how everything went with Liberty House and Casey. They made everything so simple on us during the planning process - Casey was so on top of every little detail and ensured we had everything we needed for the perfect day. All of the staff on the wedding day, from the wait staff to the bartenders to the bridal assistant, were amazing to work with and were great to our guests. Do I even have to mention the views and pictures that come along with this venue as well? We both can not recommend Liberty House and working with Casey enough. With the kindest and most helpful staff and the best food and drinks we looks forward to also celebrating our anniversary here in the years to come.

Beautiful view and wonderful service
Book Liberty House for your wedding venue! Not only is it stunning, but a well-oiled machine. Vivian was our venue coordinator and was always responsive with emails leading up to the day. The tasting was so much fun for our family to attend, and we have to say, the food was absolutely delicious. The day of, we were treated like royalty. Jacquie, our bridal attendant, brought us food and drinks and made sure my dress was bustled. They set up our decor, but the space truly doesn’t need much! Whenever a guest had a question, it seemed like someone appeared out of thin air to help. Our guests still can’t stop talking about the cocktail hour, and about amazing Annette, the head bartender. We would pick Liberty House over and over again.

Best Wedding Venue!
We do not know where to begin to express how AMAZING The Liberty House venue was for our wedding. From the moment we booked, we were thrilled with this beautiful venue, fine cuisine and all that the Liberty House property had to offer. Liberty House had great suggestions for vendors (JR Floral Designs and Emma Cleary Photography). Our Coordinator, Vivian Bifulco, was fantastic and guided us with her expertise! Vivian was hands-on with helping us select the menu (the “tasting” was incredible) as well as being flexible to details that we wanted to incorporate during the event to make sure that our wedding day was all that we dreamed off. We knew the venue provided views that are unbelievable. It rained on our wedding day but our planned garden ceremony was moved into the grand ballroom with confidence and ease. Our guests were blown away by the delicious food offerings, cocktails, and the unsurpassed table service that they received. The weather cleared after the ceremony and a spectacular view of Manhattan sparkled throughout the evening. Our wedding day could not have been more perfect!

Trust me -- THIS is your wedding venue!!
I literally don't even know where to begin about our experience with Liberty House. YOU GUYS. GET MARRIED HERE. My new husband and I tied the knot here a few weeks ago, and there are not enough words that exist to explain how fabulous Liberty House is. We had been working with the literal queen of the universe and a woman I have grown to both adore and respect, Danielle, for the 13 months leading up to the big day. She was EXTREMELY responsive on any and all questions that we had and did everything in her power to help. She was not only knowledgeable about vendor recommendations but was honest and truly wanted to help. I cannot say enough about her expertise, energy and overall FUN -- she is one of my most favorite people on earth. Next, I had the most perfect bridal attendant in the world named Sara. Brides - this is the woman you want by your side on the day of. She was filled with little tricks and made sure that I never went without a drink or a snack. She never left my side and I literally cried at the end of the wedding because I didn't want to say goodbye to her. ASK DANIELLE IF YOU CAN HAVE SARA BE YOUR DAY OF ATTENDANT!!! Every single person who works at Liberty House is someone who I want to hang out with -- they make you feel so special and are complete experts at the wedding scene there. They have an answer for every single question and will bend over backwards to help. In addition to the team, I would be remiss if I didn't talk about the venue itself. The views of Manhattan are the BEST you can find as Liberty State Park and gorgeous greenery leads your eye to the skyline. Stunning -- even for this born and bred New Yorker. Our guests from near and far were absolutely blown away by the beauty of the venue itself as well as the views. The Grand Ballroom upstairs has a chic new floor, and the massive windows allow for a view from any seat up there. Ridic. Also - the food is absolutely AMAZING: a HUGE PERK that Liberty House is also a full restaurant. The cocktail hour food was delish and my guests told me that it was the best entrees they have ever had at a wedding (we went with the Short Rib and Halibut - YUM). I am running out of character counts but I am telling you - I looked at a ton of venues, I have been to a ton of weddings, and you absolutely cannot beat the service and the experience of Danielle, Sara and the entire Liberty House Staff. DO NOT WALK - RUN to book this venue for your special day -- you won't regret it. Danielle and Sara -- miss and love you so much!!! Thank you for making our day the best one ever.

The most perfect wedding venue
The best decision we ever could have made for our wedding day was booking The Liberty House. The moment my husband and I stepped into the venue we felt welcomed and immediately connected with the incredibly kind team that makes The Liberty House so magical.
We were lucky enough to work with the amazing Danielle Villa. We don't have the words to express how perfect Danielle was as our support system and partner in planning our special day. She was with us every step of the way, and made sure we were on top of every single detail. Danielle and the entire team were very responsive to every email or phone call, and are there to make you feel comfortable, supported and taken care of leading up to and on the wedding day.
The Liberty House offers an amazing food tasting event where you get to try so many menu items from cocktail hour items to entrees and more. The venue is very accommodating if you want to adjust or add anything you want served on the wedding day.
The day of our wedding could not have been more smooth, organized and stress free and we attribute the majority of that to the team at The Liberty House. They followed our schedule of events perfectly, had so many food options for our guest and kept the alcohol/bars flowing. There was never a line at the bar, and we had 200 people at our wedding.
If you are deciding between The Liberty House and another venue, DEFINITELY move forward with The Liberty House. You will not be disappointed and your day will be everything you've ever hoped it would be!

We were originally supposed to get married at Liberty House in June 2020, but with Covid-19, we deferred until 2021 and Liberty House was very accommodating. In 2021 we decided to hold off for one more year so we could have a reception with friends and family at a more comfortable time. It was well worth the wait. Danielle was always available and get things moving or answer any question we had. The weeks getting closer to the event we were able to work with the venue to get all in order and on the day it was a blast! The staff working our party were really helpful getting last minute things done so we didn't have to worry. The ceremony area was perfect. The cocktail hour area downstairs had a ton of food and drinks at the ready, and the food was really good for all ages (although the kids probably loved the sliders and fries most!). The reception was in the main room upstairs and we loved the room with its wide open views of manhattan, and the wrap around terrace. Given the time of year and the warm weather a lot of people spent time out there enjoying the views and warmth. All of the food was amazing, the salads, the pastas, the meats were all really good - especially the lamb! Their choice of bakery for a cake was also a great selection - thank you Liberty House for picking Palermo's - their Cannoli cream and Lemon flavors in our cake were amazing. All in all, we were so happy we selected the venue to have our wedding at. Whether it was the food and drink, ALL of the staff, or the location, everything added up to a great day!

Amazing!
Our wedding was an absolute fairy tale. I cannot thank the team at Liberty House enough. We originally were supposed to get married in May of 2021 and made the very difficult decision to postpone to April of 2022. Danielle was EXTERMELY helpful and accommodating throughout all the changes and our needs/wants. We had our wedding in the Grand Ballroom and the room is absolutely gorgeous. We had about 200 people and a 10 piece band and it was plenty big enough. We were able to fit a 36 person bridal party table which was very important to us in place of a sweetheart table. The food....... INCREDIBLE. All of the guests have raved about the cocktail hour to us. We have been to several big family weddings in the past year and this cocktail hour was better than them all. We only added on the raw bar with the standard stations and it was plenty of food. Also, everyone who ordered the short ribs for dinner raved about it. The view of the city skyline is unmatched. We were very lucky and had a gorgeous sunny and 65 degree weather day and the pictures came out amazing. There are just so many photo opportunities at the venue and the park it was hard to find time to for them all. I cannot recommend this venue enough. Just perfect!!!

A Dream Come True!
I can not say enough wonderful things about Danielle Villa and the team at The Liberty House. They made our special day an absolute dream come true! If you are looking for a venue that will wow your guests and have them talking for months to come, this is the place! Danielle Villa was so helpful throughout the entire process. Having to reschedule the wedding once due to Covid, and then dealing with the uncertainty of almost having to postpone again just weeks leading up to the second date due to an unexpected health condition, Danielle Villa was so understanding and did everything she could to make our dreams come true! She was there for us through it all and reassured us that the day would be perfect, no matter when it happened. She definitely, without a doubt, delivered on this promise! After hearing the horror stories of so many friends and family members postponing their weddings at other venues, I must say that Danielle and The Liberty House were a blessing! Danielle was like our own wedding fairy godmother! I truly do not know how I could have gone through the stress of planning our fairytale wedding without Danielle’s help and support throughout the process. From the delicious food, to the breathtaking views, I could not believe the magical night that started our lives together. It was everything I ever imagined it could be and more. To all couples searching for the perfect venue, BOOK THIS PLACE! You will not regret it! The Greatest Of All Time
All I can say... BOOK THIS VENUE. We worked with Liberty House for two years after COVID caused us to push our wedding a full year from December of 2020 to December of 2021. Two days before our wedding this year (we had the wedding on 12/18/21) the Omicron variant wreaked havoc on NYC and New Jersey, and I was an absolute wreck considering it was too late to push the wedding again. Danielle, Reggie and the entire Liberty team did everything they could to calm down and ensured we would have the most magical evening. WE DID!
Our guests RAVED about the incredible food, drinks and service. They felt completely taken care of and with so many out of town guests who had never been to a wedding that close to NYC - they were completely in awe of the caliber of the staff and the beauty of the venue.
After pushing our wedding and talking about nothing but this wedding the last two years... it was everything we could have wished for. I'm not even that sad it's over, because I truly enjoyed every single second. Jackie made sure I ate (GET THE SHORT RIB!!!), drank and felt completely at ease - so I regret absolutely nothing. It was perfect.
My husband Kevin & I could not be more grateful that we chose Liberty House as our venue and therefore Danielle as our incredible coordinator. We feel like family and are so blessed. We can't wait to come back every year for our anniversary.

I mean what more can we say but WOW! From the minute we booked the Liberty House and told people, all they could say was "We can't wait to come to your wedding!" and many were they right! From Danielle helping us book it in February to our wedding reception in September we had nothing but a perfect experience. Danielle was always available to answer questions, give us her opinion based on her experience and even just talk about other things than the wedding planning. The tasting they provided was also top notch. The people who we worked with that night, Jackie, Virgnia, Annette and the other wait staff were so friendly and always on hand to help. Add all that with the city skyline as our backdrop, you seriously couldn't ask for a better place to hold your event. The scenery was beautiful but the people who are affiliated with the Liberty House made our night unforgettable! You will not be disappointed if you choose the Liberty House....we can't wait to go back for our 1 year anniversary dinner!

Liberty House was an easy choice - the venue itself is beautiful, the food is amazing and the staff is very attentive. Amazing Wedding
The Liberty House team was an absolute pleasure to work with, particularly Vivian Bifulco. From the moment we had our first meeting with her, to the very end of our wedding she was engaging, flexible, and made the entire experience enjoyable.
We had booked the Liberty House before the COVID pandemic and Vivian remained flexible and understanding the entire time, particularly as we approached our wedding day.
As for the event, she and the entire team were well organized and friendly with all of our guest. They anticipated our needs during the entire event and made our night truly magical. It has been a month since our wedding and our guest still talk about how beautiful the venue was, how friendly the staff were, and how good the food and drinks were!
There are several factors that make for a memorable wedding day but Vivian and the entire Liberty House team were by far one of the most impactful ones and my wife and I already want to host another event there!

Our dream wedding
We got married at Liberty House last night and it was amazing. We had to postpone our original wedding from July due to COVID and Vivian and Danielle at Liberty House were amazing with helping us transfer our date and making sure to explain the COVID safety measures in place, etc. Vivian was very patient with me insisting the ceremony be outside despite the rainy day and everything turned out perfect. The food was excellent, and the service was amazing. Zoe was my bridal attendant and she was amazing too. Beautiful venue, beautiful views and amazing service. Can't wait to come back for future events :)

We cannot say enough good things about Danielle and the entire staff at Liberty House! Danielle went above and beyond to help us have the most perfect wedding day. We were originally supposed to have our ceremony and reception at Liberty House in June 2020 but due to COVID we had to change our plans. After postponing everything to November 2020, Danielle helped us change our plans once again to a small last-minute ceremony in September 2020 and a reception later in 2021. Danielle helped us navigate a crazy and stressful situation all while remaining calm, thoughtful, and professional. She answered all of our many questions and worked hard to put us at ease. The wedding itself was simply perfect. Danielle helped me sneak in and hide when my husband and I arrived at the same time but didn't want to see each other until our first look. Throughout the ceremony and dinner, Danielle and the entire staff made us all feel safe and comfortable. To top it all off, the view of the Manhattan skyline was stunning and everyone agreed that the food was delicious. We’re so excited to go back to Liberty House for the reception in 2021 (Danielle, get ready to party with us). Don’t waste your time looking at other venues and go check out Liberty House!

Words cannot describe how perfect everything was on our wedding weekend! Danielle at Liberty House went ABOVE and beyond. Our original date was october 31st, but due to Covid we decided to move the date up and reduced our original number to a small intimate affair. She worked with us for the past month and a half as we scrambled to pull things together in such a short amount of time while making sure that all things were going to be corona friendly. WOW! All we want to do is throw another event there because they hands down know how what they are doing! The food was incredible and each and everyone who worked there was SO kind and helpful. Liberty House was a dream come true!!! The best service. The most amazing food. Breathtaking views. This place had it all. We loved working with our coordinator, Vivian. She was fun to work with, super knowledgable, and accommodating. She went above and beyond for us by allowing us to use all three rooms at Liberty House after realizing we were the only couple booked that night. Not only that, Liberty House had fun food options for our guests, like a donut wall and mozzarella station. The tasting was also a really fun experience for us. We highly recommend Liberty House if you want an unforgettable, delicious, and fun experience!

A Beautiful Wedding Venue
Five weeks before our daughter, Jaclyn Michelle, was scheduled to get married at Liberty House in Jersey City she received a text from "C" her Event Coordinator at Liberty House saying she was no longer employed there. Jaclyn & Zach, who had been working with C for 17 months planning the wedding, had an appointment with C that week to finalize all the wedding details that were mostly verbal up to that point. C was great at telling Jaclyn not to worry, she would be there to make their wedding day perfect; so to say Jaclyn was upset would be a gross understatement!
I called Liberty House immediately and was put through to Danielle Villa, Director of Events, who tried to assure me that my daughter's wedding would be perfect, and she (Danielle) would be personally taking over Jaclyn and Zach's wedding. I had many concerns, but after meeting (3.5 hours) with Danielle the following week to review and document all the details, I/we began to relax and have confidence.
Jaclyn and Zach got married at Liberty House on 8/17/19; and the wedding was perfect! Danielle Villa along with the rest of the staff at Liberty House did everything they possibly could to make everything from the outside ceremony, the cocktail hour, the reception, and the after party the best it could possibly be!!
What originally felt like a disaster was truly a blessing in disguise, and my daughter and her husband had the wedding of their dreams!

Truly the best day ever!
My husband and I recently got married at Liberty House on May 24, 2019. We had an amazing experience here and do not have one complaint. The staff truly helped to make this night the best night of our lives. Our event stylist, Christina was truly amazing as well and made the wedding planning process stress free. She made sure everything was exactly how we envisioned it and was there for us through email or text anytime we had a question. Our wedding day was perfect and we cannot thank The Liberty House enough for all the hard work and dedication put into each and every event here. I would highly recommend!

Amazing!
It is a strange thing for regular wedding guests to comment on how smoothly everything ran the day of your wedding. The Liberty House has a lot of obvious merits as a venue: the view, the high-quality food, and the beautiful high ceilings in the ballroom are among them. In the end, the highlight was Alex and the day-off staff. They just do a great job to make sure everything has a purpose, that time never feels wasted or dead, and that the bride and groom are taken care of. Also... that view at night can't be beat, the entree food is good restaurant-quality food which is exceedingly rare for catering large events, and filling that ballroom with love is magical. Thank you Alex and the Liberty House for helping us have a special wedding day.

Dream Wedding come true
Liberty House is the perfect wedding venue. Vivian, our wedding coordinator, walked us through everything on our first meeting and we even got to see the ceremony and reception set up as they were hosting a wedding that day.
Vivian is so lovely and amazing to work with. From the beginning, she answered all our questions, even before we booked with them. Then, she made the process of planning a wedding very easy giving us recommendations with vendors. Even when it came time to decide on our menu options, she was able to accommodate our requests. My husband and I are happy how everything came out.
We got married on Memorial Day (Vivian sold it to us when she mentioned that the restaurant is closed on Mondays) and we had the whole venue to ourselves. We were the only weeding that afternoon/night and it was exceptional. I know, I even thought who gets married on a Monday, but it was worth it. Because we were the only wedding in the afternoon, Vivian was able to accommodate us and gave us the middle of the garden as our ceremony space (and we decided this the day before the wedding).
The most important thing for us was for all our guests to have fun, and we accomplished it. Family and friends are still talking about the food and how mesmerizing the venue itself was. Half of our guests came from out of state so it was important for us that they could go back and have the memory of the NY skyline. And let's not forget about The food which was delicious. We had buffet style so we had plenty of food for our guests to choose from. What else could you ask for, amazing views, delicious food and open bar.

Fairy tale wedding
My husband and I had our wedding there yesterday. It was a true fairytale wedding! Vivian was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the whole wedding planning process so easy! She is simply the best!! Everything was perfect, the gorgeous environment, the helpful/attentive staff, the delicious food, I could go on and on. I would highly recommend this venue! Thank you Vivian for making our dream wedding a reality!!!!

Two happy grooms
The best decision that we ever made was getting married at Liberty House and having Christina Hope as our Memory Maker. The views at this venue are all that you need for a dream wedding but this place does not stop with just the views. Everything was honestly perfect and exactly as we wanted it. From the food, to the decor, to the staff - we couldn’t have asked for anything better.
Christina was a real standout and helped make our wedding everything that we wanted. She was there for us from start to finish, Monday through Friday, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and even when she was on vacation without reliable cell service. Her dedication to making sure that every detail was perfect still surprises us. If we were to say that she went above and beyond, we wouldn’t be giving her enough credit. Christina started out as our Memory Maker and ended up as our friend.

Amazing Venue with Wonderful Staff
I had my wedding two weeks ago at the Liberty House. I did a day wedding and WOW-- it was so memorable. The view of the city is breathtaking. Because of this, you don't have to go as crazy with decor and flowers. The recommended vendor list had very reasonable prices and know the venue very well. The whole process was so easy thanks to Christina Hope (wedding coordinator) and the day-of staff (Gio, Jeffrey, and Zoe).
The food selection was great and everyone enjoyed the food. As a couple you get to do a food tasting prior to the wedding, and you get to try over 20 items. One of our friends could not make the wedding because it was close to her due date, but she was able to come to the tasting and it was a sweet and memorable way to have her as a part of our day and decision making.
The venue is worth every penny, whether you are doing a day or night event. There is a 22% service fee plus NJ tax (pretty standard across venues, but it is well worth it). Everything was perfect and there was so much attention to detail. You get three people the day of to ensure things run smoothly-- a maitre'd, a captain, and a bridal assistant.
I also want to commend the staff. They wrapped all of the decorations carefully and boxed them for us. Overall, I feel like I couldn't have chosen a better venue.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Liberty House. Our wedding day was more perfect than we ever imagined it could be, and we truly believe it was due to the care and attention to detail that the Liberty House staff puts into everything that they do. Our memory maker Christina, maitre d’ Gio, and bridal attendant Zoey were wonderful. Everyone always says that their wedding day is a blur, but my husband and I can honestly say we got to enjoy every moment of our night! After months of planning and making decisions, it was such a relief to leave everything in the capable hands of the Liberty House staff that day. When we first started planning, my husband and I didn’t know where to start. The Liberty House was the first venue we visited; we fell in love with the venue and the view, and we are so glad that we did. We came to realize very quickly that the Liberty House is so much more than just a beautiful view! We know that the Liberty House didn’t just provide a wonderful experience for us, but for every one of our guests as well. If you’re looking for a truly special experience, then the Liberty House is the way to go.

Absolutely amazing venue
We had the best wedding we could have. The Liberty House is a beautiful venue that is worth every penny. We worked with Christina Hope, she is incredible. She answered every question on a timely manner, gave us great suggestions and made wedding planning easier. The wedding was seamless, Virginia (Maitre'D), Vicky (kitchen Captain) and Leslie (bridal attendant) were beyond amazing. The bartenders were accommodating and knowledgeable and the serves paid attention to detail and made our guests feel great. Last I have to mention the view which make the entire even special.

Absolutely Perfect
Liberty House was the perfect wedding venue. The location was absolutely beautiful, the food was fresh and delicious and the Grand Ballroom was exactly the size we needed (we had over 250 guests). However, even more than all of that, the team of staff we worked with at Liberty House were the real stars. We were hooked from the first moment we walked in upon meeting Event Stylist Alex Argenio. We were determined not to make any decisions until seeing at least a couple more venues, but we immediately felt that we were in the very best hands and we felt such a positive energy and warmth. From day one, Alex took care of every detail. We booked over 20 months ahead of our wedding so there was a lot of time in between. Even when I just wanted to check in to make sure I was doing everything I was supposed to, Alex was there as a major source of support. She checked in regularly and met with us on many occasions to work through each and every detail. When the wedding came closer, Alex felt more like my friend and confidante than a coordinator at a venue. Wedding planning is extremely difficult and can be scary, but Alex helped make it feel seamless and fun. The week leading up to the big day we were in touch with her almost every day and met several times at the venue. Never once in those 20 months did Alex make me feel like I was bothering her with silly questions and she always responded within a day (usually within minutes). On the day of the wedding Alex was joined by Gio, our Maitre D', Leslie , my bridal attendant, and the rest of their hands-on team. Alex, Gio & Leslie took care of EVERYTHING. There was not a single detail I needed to worry about - coordinating with our vendors, making sure timing was running smoothly, putting together our decorations and making sure the room looked exactly as we wanted, keeping guests where they were supposed to be, bustling my gown, telling us exactly where to go etc. I honestly could not be more impressed with the system they have - they really have it down to a science. And no matter how many weddings Alex and the team have done, they made my husband and I feel like our day was the only one that mattered in that moment. We felt like the most important and most pampered people in the world. Our family and friends had the absolute best time and were so impressed. I couldn't have had a more positive experience and I would highly recommend Liberty House and working with Alex to anyone.

Had the perfect wedding
Our wedding on 03/30/19 was pure perfection. We felt so lucky to get Vivian, our coordinator, who was amazing every step of the way and the staff is truly unmatched. Our bridal attendant was amazing as well!
From the moment we walked in for a tour, we knew this was our place. Not only is the view breathtaking, the food is also absolutely incredible. Our guests were completely blown away!
Vivian was very accommodating to every request we had, from last minute table changes, adjusting our cocktail hour and buffet menu, setting up our decor, you name it, she handled it! On the day, the staff treated our reception with great care, and it really felt like everyone there was invested in us having the best wedding ever, rather than just any old event. We are beyond happy to have gone with the Liberty House... I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

An Unforgettable Winter Wedding
Words cannot express my gratitude for Alex Argenio and her No.1 staff. Our wedding was something out of a magazine! It was the PERFECT winter February wedding. My husband and I came to Alex with a simple idea and she worked her magic and brought it to life. Alex is a top-notch wedding coordinator and I am incredibly lucky to have had her help. She always made us feel as though she had everything 100% under control. Trust me, you want this!! The day of the wedding ran so smoothly, we were happy with their services.
To add, Alex is very very responsive to any requests and provided great suggestions for vendors. She has been in the business for a long time and is very knowledgeable. She kept it all together and organized for us. Her incredible team helped us set up at the ceremony venue and take the decorations down. We highly recommend her! She will be a great asset for any wedding.

Perfect day, perfect venue!
We had no idea what we were doing when planning our 200 person February wedding. But thankfully Christina Hope was our Liberty House coordinator! She went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. Christina also compassionately worked with us during a difficult family situation and was nothing but sympathetic to our needs. Everyone always told me, "Your wedding will be the best night of your life." And I was like "Eh, I'm not sure. Seems like it might be too stressful." But it was! And that's because Christina made it all possible! Liberty House was the perfect place to have our wedding. Everything went so smoothly and was pretty much flawless. Our guests all had a great time and loved the food and the to die for views. I can't say enough good things!!

Picture Perfect
So imagine this, an indecisive girl who wanted a farm, yet industrial, European, intimate yet elegant wedding. Yup, that was me. I searched for wedding venues in Europe, CT, NY, PA, and all over NJ. When finally I said, I’m going to check the Liberty House and if it doesn’t work out, I quit for a while. Well I’m not sure if I fell more in love with the venue or my event stylist. Alexandra was everything I could have asked for and more. She sold the place to me without a doubt, and both my mother and maid of honor felt the same way. Anytime I felt remotely stressed, a one minute conversation with her had me feeling like everything was going to be not just okay, but perfect. That’s exactly what it was, I had the flu the day of my wedding and forgot a bunch of little things, she managed to take care of all of it without adding any stress to my day. Needless to say, this venue is perfect. You can turn it into any style you wish, even a blend of it! However, you can’t just get the venue without, the one and only, Alex Argenio!!

Best wedding ever!
Our wedding at Liberty House was absolutely phenomenal! We had a 140 person winter wedding in the ballroom. Our coordinator, Danielle, is incredibly energetic and passionate about her work as a memorymaker. She will help you bring your vision to life (and have a lot of fun while doing it)! I can't recommend Liberty House and Danielle highly enough. Our guests are still raving about the experience. The staff, the food, the atmosphere....everything was fantastic. If you are debating booking Liberty House...DO IT!

Pure Perfection
Every girl dreams of her wedding day and wants it to be perfect. Never, however, in my wildest dreams did I expect my wedding day would be so beyond perfect.
Not only did I marry my best friend and the man of my dreams, but the celebration we had at The Liberty House was pure magic!
Our planner, Christina Hope, left no stone unturned as we selected menu items and designed a truly memorable interior experience. Throughout the entire process, she took time to get to know us and the type of wedding we wanted. She answered every question and was there for every moment of uncertainty. On the day of the wedding, when we walked into the room for the first time, we were blown away by the beauty and perfection of the space.
Beyond this, we cannot say enough about the staff that brought this event to life. From the amazing servers, to the bridal attendant, to our wonderful maitre’d, the service was incredible!
In the days following the wedding we have received nothing but the best compliments from friends and family. People cannot say enough about the food and the views.
Scott and I are so happy that we celebrated our wedding at The Liberty House and will cherish this day in our hearts forever!

An Absolute Dream
How do you find the words to describe the place and staff that made your wedding day an absolute dream? No amount of adjectives will do it justice, but here it goes... The Liberty House was incredible from start to finish. Everything from the view to the staff, especially Danielle, to the food was amazing. They really listened to the things I wanted and made them a reality, making our wedding us rather than some cookie cutter event. I was able to set the tables up so everyone had a view of the city, change the menu a bit to fit my picky eating ways, decorate the room so it sparkled and shined just like the city skyline and schedule the day's events to make the most of the day. None of this would have been possible without Danielle, she is truly the reason why everything went off without a hitch and for that, we will be forever grateful for her. This venue can sell itself solely on the amazing views of the NYC skyline that it has, however, they support those views with amazing food and service - something you might not get at other similar locations - making The Liberty House the best venue on the Hudson River!

We got married in early October and had the most incredible wedding thanks to Christina Hope and the Liberty House staff. The outstanding view and the grounds speak for itself. As soon as our tour with Christina was over, we knew LH was where we wanted our ceremony and reception. From the moment Christina sat down with us, we were confident we were in the best hands. She was there for us from the day we booked all the way up to our wedding day a year and a half later. Christina is not only FABULOUS at what she does, but she is passionate about it and it shows. She loves her job and takes pride in giving you the best experience. She is extremely fast at responding to any questions or concerns and she goes out of her way to make sure you’re as stress-free as possible. She also has close relationships with a variety of talented vendors which is a huge advantage in the planning process. I was able to soak up every moment of our wedding day because I knew Christina was there to bring my vision to life. She fixed anything that wasn’t up to her standards (which are very high) without anyone ever knowing it. She’s my wedding fairy godmother! She is such a pleasure to work and we just adore her. She became part of the family! Our Maitre’D Giovanni and my bridal attendant were absolutely fantastic. They were there to ensure everything ran smoothly and it did. I truly had the dream team with me that day and I am forever grateful!
Coming from a large Italian family, food is extremely important. Liberty House delivers. It is not your typical mass produced catering hall food which is what we loved about it. Everything from cocktail hour to dessert was delicious. We are still getting compliments.
We really can go on and on about how wonderful our experience was. Thank you to the amazing staff at Liberty House and all our love to Christina!! LH exceeded our expectations in every way. Beyond what we could have imagined
Just incredible. Vivian was a dream to work with. We never knew we would have such a liaison with our wedding venue. She did not just check boxes and schedule-- she was with us every step of the way, never pushing her opinions but always thorough, patient, and going the extra mile. From the first meeting through the wedding day, there was evidence of her going above and beyond.
Liberty House's beauty is the obvious. I won't go on about that, as the photos show so much. Go visit it, you'll be blown away.
The food is fantastic. Coming from a 'foodie' family, that was important. We had a couple of meals in the restaurant before the day, and every time the service and food quality were excellent. Guests raved about the food as well. We chose the buffet so people could try it all! And the cocktail hour? So much incredible food. We have been to plenty of weddings where there is hardly any food at the cocktail hour....there was so much here!
Having a bridal attendant was an incredible perk as well. She was the right balance of being close by but not hovering, and so warm and attentive.
Any hiccups were handled and smoothed out so no one knew. Every person was treated like a star- us, the bridal party, the guests.
I could go on and on. It was like a dream. Never knew we would find a place in the NYC vicinity that was that caring, that open (floor to ceiling windows!!), in our budget, and with such a view. SO thankful to Vivian and the whole LH team.

Beyond Our Expectations!
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! The Liberty House truly blew us away! My now-husband and I got married on October 7th in the Liberty Room and Garden, and are beyond grateful to Danielle Villa and her entire staff and team for making our wedding a complete dream come true!! Danielle was 100% the reason we booked Liberty House after meeting her for our initial tour. She is so warm, welcoming and enthusiastic about your day and your vision! Without having to say it, you know she completely understands it’s somewhat terrifying to put all your faith in a venue, especially for what is such an special, once-in-a-lifetime day -- but I would without a doubt choose Danielle and Liberty House all over again if I had to!
Danielle works with you from the very beginning up until the very day to ensure all goes smoothly. Her friendly and amazing personality really helped carry us through all the preparations and we honestly could not have done it without her!! She is incredible at what she does and we are sooo thankful for all she did!!
My bridal attendant, maitre d’ and the entire Liberty House staff truly delivered above and beyond our expectations the day of! They made sure everything ran seamlessly and our family and friends could not stop raving about the incredible staff (making sure they were comfortable throughout the day). Best Location, Service and Food!
There are literally NO regrets about selecting this venue for our wedding. Danielle Villa was THE BEST. She was super responsive and helpful guiding our million detailed questions. Came up with great plans against what we wanted to achieve and was a complete pro the whole time. Due to lots of downpours (YAY summer/fall 2018 weather) we changed the location of our ceremony to the patio the day before the wedding. Ceremony was still outdoors, but not on soggy grass. It ended up perfect - higher up with better skyline views, more intimate.. and no steps to walk down and trip! My bridal assistant Leslie was always close by to help fix my dress, keeping me hydrated and fed. Our Maitre D Giovanni kept everything running smoothly, coordinating any time changes with the DJ and MC and ensuring my husband and I had to not worry about a thing. Everything was perfect and I highly recommend this team and venue. Our guests LOVED seeing the skyline views on a beautiful sunny day, and hanging out by the fire pits to see the nighttime views as well.

I got married at Liberty House in July 2018 and could not be happier with my choice of venue. We worked with event planner Christina Hope throughout our process and she was truly wonderful. I loved the venue to begin with, but it was Christina who really sold me on the place—I could tell she was a true professional who would get the job done! Liberty House and Christina were extremely accommodating to us throughout the planning process, welcoming numerous family members for tours of the venue, hosting tastings, and staying in touch with us to make sure we were feeling good about things throughout the year-plus planning process. Christina checked in frequently throughout the year, and was always ready to offer advice on anything we needed, from flowers to ceremony details. The day of our wedding Liberty House truly impressed us. Every single member of the staff went above and beyond to make sure the wedding party, family, and guests were happy and comfortable the entire day. The venue was gorgeous, the food was amazing, and the service was flawless. We had so much fun and truly did not have to worry about anything but enjoying ourselves that day! I'd highly recommend Liberty House (and Christina!) to anyone looking for an amazing wedding venue!

My husband and I got married at Liberty House three weeks ago and it was everything we dreamed AND MORE. Liberty House was the first venue we looked at and while we looked at others, nothing compared. The views of NYC are unparalleled - our guests were blown away! The food was amazing, although as you always hear, we were too busy having the time of our lives to eat, but our bridal attendant made sure we got our penne vodka and whatever else we wanted! If you are planning to visit Liberty House, ask for Alex Argenio - she is the most amazing wedding coordinator you could ask for. We knew when we left the appointment that we wanted to work with her just as much as we wanted LH. Alex LOVES her job and it shows - she is professional, caring, honest and will make sure you have the wedding of your dreams. She is always available to answer a brides million questions and she does it with a smile. We always looked forward to pre-wedding meetings and getting to catch up with Alex. I can’t even find the words to describe how amazing she is - but once you meet her, you know! After more than a year of planning, our day was better than we could have even imagined and in no small part because of our decision to choose Alex and team. We always felt so special and cared for - our maitre d, Jeff, made sure everything went off without a hitch and my bridal attendant even took care of my bustle!!! We wish we could do it over again and again!!!

Originally we thought that we wanted a DIY-style barn wedding in upstate NY, but when we checked out Liberty House, we fell in love. The first person we met with was Vivian, she was warm, understanding of our budget/overall constraints and suggested a Sunday Daytime wedding in the fall. I’ve always wanted a fall wedding, so the Sunday option made it fesible. We liked the venue a lot, so we decided to go to dinner at the restaurant before booking just to check out the food. It did not disappoint, the food was delicious, not your typical “wedding food.” We were so excited to bring our friends and family on a beautiful fall day overlooking manhattan and the Statue of Liberty. We knew the day would be magical. Even though we booked the wedding 18 months in advance, Vivian always answered our questions and helped us tremendously leading up to the big day. From the tasting to the walkthrough, everything went seamlessly. We felt great going into the big day. Our wedding day was perfect. The ceremony was able to take place outdoors, the guests LOVED the view (they could not stop admiring the city in the backdrop) and the food and service was A++. They setup all of my tables and all of the decor ahead of guests arriving. Thankfully we didn’t go with a DIY wedding because Liberty House handled everything and that helped keep us relaxed and calm and we could focus on enjoying ourselves and having fun. I would definitely recommend this polished wedding venue, they have it doqn to a science and they helps with everything that goes into planning a wedding. Ps add the sushi bar, it was an amazing addition to cocktail hour!

I was going for a boho/rustic themed wedding that wasn't too far from the city, so the Liberty House was the perfect venue! I immediately fell in love with the high ceilings and exposed wooden beams in the reception ballroom. That rustic interior combined with the manhattan skyline views created a real unique setting for our special day.
We were fortunate enough to have our ceremony outside as our wedding was on a sunny day in September. The gardens were lush and very well kept. Thanks to all of the outdoor space, both of our dogs were able to participate in the ceremony AND hang out on the balcony during the reception. Our event planner Alex Argenio even served our dogs leftover filet mignon for dinner!
Speaking of Alex, she was such a pleasure to work with. I bombarded her with lists of questions every month, and she promptly answered them within a couple days. Her attitude throughout the whole process was extremely positive. I felt she genuinely cared about making our wedding truly special.
The food and drinks at the venue were also AMAZING. The food was constantly refilled at the cocktail hour stations. We paid extra for a raw seafood bar and sushi bar which everyone loved. Many guests couldn't control themselves and left little room for the reception dinner.
This venue is slightly on the pricey side but so worth it! My advice would be to make sure your RSVP list is as accurate as possible a week before the date, otherwise you end up paying for no shows.

The Liberty House is unlike any other wedding venue location. I searched for a venue that was not a 'cookie cutter catering hall' which is difficulty to come by - until the Liberty House! The upstairs ballroom has high, open ceilings and gives a large, open, lofty feel. The room is surrounded by glass windows which give way to the spectacular views of the Freedom Tower and lower Manhatten! The best views of the city are from Jersey, and in particular, the Liberty House! Our guests all said how the views are an incredible background and enjoyed taking their own pictures with the beautiful and one of a kind NYC skyline! The food is fantastic, which is not always able to be said for wedding food, but the best part of the venue is that they also have a restaurant on site. So again, it is not typical catering hall food. The chef is so creative and the menu and cocktail hour food choices are delicious! Finally- Christina Hope, our event planner and true 'memory maker', made the most magical and memorable night completely possible. She worked with us every step of the way and is literally ALWAYS available with a quick answer to any and all questions. She tried to take any stress off my plate and offered to do whatever she could to help. Christina wants everything to be possible for her couples and we cannot thank her enough for her guidance, patience and friendship. I cannot leave out our Matire D, Geo, who was professional and organized and made the entire night run smoothly. My bridal attendant, Elizabeth was outstanding! She accompanied us throughout our entire 2 hour photo session outside the Liberty House and was steps ahead of me with my bouquet and train before I could ask for her help. Our guests said that it was the best wedding they have been to and we are so grateful for everyone at the Liberty House who helped make this possible! We are forever grateful to you all for making August 11th the most special day of our lives!

I don’t even know where to begin. We got married at Liberty House three weeks ago, and we could not have asked for a better experience. We worked with Christina, and she was our fairy godmother of wedding planning. As soon as Christina brought me into the main ballroom, I knew I was going to have the wedding of my dreams. We really couldn’t picture our wedding anywhere else.
And LH far surpassed our expectations. If you have been there, it’s obvious that the space is gorgeous and the food is delicious. However, what really made our experience so perfect was working with Christina. From day one, she made me feel comfortable and calm. She has the warmest most easy going personality that just made me feel like everything was going to be okay. So many of my married friends advised me that I absolutely needed to hire a day of/month of wedding coordinator, but when Christina assured me I didn’t, I trusted her, and she couldn’t have been more right. She took care of absolutely anything and everything we needed. She was available (through email or text) all hours of the day and all days of the week. It’s obvious that she genuinely loves her job and the couples she works with. She went above and beyond to make not only our wedding day perfect, but our entire wedding planning process. We had a minor family emergency during our reception that forced us to pause the celebrations for about 30 minutes. When everything calmed down, Christina was right there by our sides to not only make sure we were okay but to ensure us that the party would be extended and the night would go on. While this meant so much in the moment, in hindsight it means even more. The entire staff at LH didn’t hesitate to work even later to make sure our wedding was everything we dreamed it would be. And Christina is who made it all possible. She is a true memory maker and friend. Liberty House and their staff (specifically Christina) know how to make dreams come true.

Alexandra took care of us and made our day the best day ever!
From day one she was spot on, worked with our budget, and made sure we had everything we needed.
At our final meeting I was amazed how on top of everything she was. As a bride from out of the country it really helped me relax and take a step back .
Our guests loved the venue, the view, the food and the professionalism of the staff.

We could not be happier with the job Crave Events performed for us. I expect a caterer to provide decent food and have plenty on hand. They did so much more!!! The hors d'oeuvres they served were delicious. And there was plenty for everyone. The signature drink was delicious. Then the dinner - it too was delicious! Our family has food allergies and David was wonderful in supplying appropriate meals with no fuss that also were delicious (I had a previous experience with another caterer who was willing to serve special meals but served them to the wrong people - what a disaster). The cake was part of the package through a bakery and it looked lovely and tasted scrumptious. THEN they served excellent sweets and coffee.
On top of that:
When we first arrived, everyone was hassled and anxious. David and every member of the catering crew were such a pleasure to work with. They handled the shepherding of guests from one place to another, as well as handing out programs and water, making sure the guests were comfortable. The woman assigned to help the bride was incredible! She was warm, competent, hard-working, and devoted to helping my daughter have a wonderful time.
On top of that:
Every member of the staff was not only competent but so warm and friendly! Even at the end of the evening, while they worked efficiently to clean, they were kind and friendly and willing to help after a long day. They helped make my daughter's wedding a joy.

We had our wedding at Liberty House this past July 2018 and it was the most magical night EVER! It is truly the most amazing, spectacular, stunning venue ever with the best staff, service, food, views and atmosphere. What made our experience even more special and wonderful was our AMAZING event specialist/wedding day coordinator Alex Argenio. She is truly the BEST - so warm, patient, personable, and comforting. Alex made the entire 14 months of wedding planning with Liberty House such an great experience, and she was always there for me and my mom every single step of the way. We sent her a million emails with questions and also stopped in for visits, and she was always BEYOND helpful and constantly went above and beyond to answer our questions, make us feel taken care of, and give us the guidance and advice we needed. We didn't have to worry about a thing because of how confident and taken care of Alex always made us feel. She is truly incredible at her job and is so passionate and talented. Alex is such a good person and my mom and I want to keep in touch with her now - that is how much we love her!! She feels like a friend and wedding planner all at the same time, which I love. I can't say enough positive things about Liberty House in general - the staff is fantastic and they are all so good at what they do. Our wedding was absolutely perfect - from Leslie our bridal attendant who was there for us the ENTIRE night and so patient always going above and beyond to take care of us, to the amazing servers, bartenders, Maitre D, chefs (amazing food) and everyone else. I highly recommend Liberty House for any event with the most amazing views, service and food!!!!

GREAT venue and read more to hear about my FANTASTIC event coordinator!!
The venue at Liberty House is PERFECT! My guests cannot stop talking about how much they loved the view of New York City and the beautiful relaxed vibe of the cocktail hour that opens to the front lawn of the restaurant. We had many guests who are NYC natives and family from out of town; and everyone was equally amazed to find themselves that close to the iconic view! Even the big windows that surround the main ballroom, allow you to still admire the beauty of outside with all of the comforts of being inside.
The cake-topper that truly made my experience SO wonderful was my event coordinator, Alexandra Agenio! I really wish I could keep her around with me always! She was the support I needed to stay motivated throughout the wedding planning process. She shared with me very useful advice about the menu and how to organize the ‘day-of’ schedule with all of my different vendors. She was available to listen to my questions and evaluate my concerns to help keep me grounded on the important details of the day – because stressing about every little detail is not worth it! Listen to the advice from other brides; even if you are like me and thought you wouldn’t become overwhelmed, you do. It just naturally happens; and having Alex there was a true blessing! Even the sight of her during our wedding night was that of a comforting friend, who was there to make sure I was fed, hydrated and feeling happy, as she orchestrated the behind-the-scenes show. Lastly, Alex introduced me to Leslie, my bridal attendant, and she fit perfectly into the team! I have never seen anyone bustle a dress (and mine had A LOT of layers) like Leslie; she’s the pro!! These two ladies made it possible to emotionally connect to the chaos of the wedding day, and for them I am eternally grateful. I know for myself, they made my wedding experience the way I will always remember it; indescribable bliss.

We had our wedding at the Liberty House on July 7th, 2018. From the moment we walked into Liberty House we fell in love! My fiance and I met in NYC so having the skyline as the backdrop to our special day was incredible. We had the BEST coordinator, Christina, who from day 1 was amazing. She was kind, funny, calming, and responsive. Wedding planning was stressful-- especially since my fiance and I currently live in Boston so we were planning from afar- but Christina made everything easy and stress free. She was happy to recommend vendors, timelines, and anything else we needed to plan the day. The wedding day itself was out of this world. ‘My bridal attendant, Leslie, was available from the moment we walked through the door to the moment we left to help with anything and everything from bringing us food and drinks, to fixing my dress when a seam kept coming loose from dancing. Christina and Leslie made the most amazing team, making sure we were fed, hydrated, on time, and having the best night our lives! All of our guests commented how amazing the food, venue, ambiance were and we couldn’t agree more! I had my wedding at the Liberty House on July 8th 2018 and Christina Hope was my wedding coordinator. Christina, Jeffrey (our maitre d) and Elizabeth (our bridal attendant) were the absolute best. Throughout my wedding planning process, everyone kept telling me that I seemed so stress free despite my wedding being around the corner; the secret was Christina. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time and she was the most responsive person ever (no joke, like late night email and texting responsive)! The entire wedding went so smooth and I didn't have to worry about anything on the day of.
The Liberty House is a very popular wedding venue and dates get booked a year in advance. If you are looking to book the venue, I would say do it. It is a bit costly to book a wedding there, however, I do not regret a single penny. It was worth everything to be stress free and to be able to enjoy your big day as well. Liberty House was the perfect wedding venue. We cannot say enough great things about the venue, our coordinator Vivian, and the rest of the amazing staff at Liberty House!
Vivian was always responsive our questions throughout the whole process and made planning easy. We were always amazed at how flexible they were. Even the night before the wedding, when Margaret (She is AMAZING! Who gives you their cell number and meets you outside at 1:30am to make sure you're taken care of? ) accepted our decor at 11pm and 1:30am the night before the wedding. The staff went above and beyond to set up everything exactly as we wanted (and we had a pretty detailed setup).
The amazing service and flexibility continued on our wedding day. We had some awful rainy weather in the morning, but Vivian waited to make the final call on our outdoor ceremony until late in the afternoon. She confirmed that we were able to do our outdoor ceremony and they got everything set up very quickly. When the weather looked like it was going to get worse, she and her staff made sure all of the key people had arrived and helped us start the ceremony early. Our cocktail hour was delicious and all our guests raved about it. The reception room was beautiful and the food was delicious! They nailed our signature drink and guests loved it. I know a lot of guests compliment a wedding to the bride and groom, but even my Dad, who is the most honest critic, raved about it!
We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful venue. The view was amazing. They did a beautiful setup for our outdoor ceremony, the tented pavilion was lovely for cocktail hour, and the Grand Ballroom looked amazing with all of our uplighting and string lights over the dance floor. It was so nice to see so many guests taking photos on the balcony and setting them as their profile pics in the days after our wedding!

A month ago, my husband and I started our new adventure together as husband and wife with family and friends at The Liberty House. From our initial meetings with Danielle to our tasting to the final last minute details, the day was absolute perfection! Our guests can’t stop raving about the venue, food, and views of the NYC skyline. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, but when you have AMAZING vendors who help you every step of the way like Danielle did, it makes all the difference. The views are phenomenal, food is superb, and most importantly the service is above and beyond expectation. Christina was our wedding planner for this venue and we couldn’t possibly put in words how helpful she was. From tastings, to linens, to 911 texts, she was immediate to respond and find a solution to help! Christina and her team made the planning process and day of completely stress free. They think of everything before it even crosses your mind. Brides, Christina does a great job getting to know you and what you like/ don’t like. We got married 3/24 at Liberty House. To say it was the best night of our lives is an understatement and that is a huge thanks to the Liberty House team and our amazing wedding coordinator, Alexandra Argenio. From our initial tour with Alex and meetings with her throughout the 18 months of planning, she was there every step of the way, going above and beyond and probably outside her job description to help with whatever we needed. Whether that was advice on other vendors or planning dilemmas, she always knew the right answer and was able to offer suggestions for everything from DIY decor, seating chart, order of the procession, the list goes on and on. Her extensive experience, attention to detail, and ability to provide insight on anything and everything (literally) was invaluable and we are forever appreciative. Besides being a rockstar at her job, her love of her job and her clients really shines through when working with her. She was SO supportive, always putting our worries at ease, calming during one (or two) mini bridal meltdowns, and always knowing the perfect time for supplying hugs and truffles. We felt like she was part of the family and are already coming up with excuses to come back to LH for dinner and visit Alex.
Liberty House itself is more than a dream. Our guests loved taking pictures with the NYC skyline, the food and drinks were absolutely amazing (to say almost all of our guests told us it was the best wedding food they have ever had is not an exaggeration), and the entire staff including the bridal attendant and maitre d’ were so attentive and helpful all night. There were so many little details we never would've even thought of that the liberty house staff did that made a huge difference. It was literally the perfect wedding and we can't imagine getting married anywhere else!

Liberty House Restaurant really provided me the "dream" wedding. I locked the date in 2 years prior. We had 125 guests in the downstairs room on March 24th. There's not one thing I would change. The downstairs room is an awesome space and allowed our guests to sit down and talk, dance on the dance floor or go outside and enjoy the firepits. There was always something going on! The food was the big talk of the night. From the variety of options at cocktail hour to the dinner courses and desserts - everything was delicious and made-to-order! Definitely some of the best food I have ever had at a wedding. Last but not least, the service. Vivian was my memorymaker and kept me sane throughout the planning! She was such a delight to work with, was always available via email to answer my questions and really helped make sure all the details were in place the day of. Our wedding day went so smoothly and perfectly and it's all thanks to the staff at Liberty House! Thank you so much!!

Terrific venue! Alex Argenio and her team were incredibly supportive from the first time we met. They held our hand during the entire process and coordinated with all of our vendors to make the day go by smoothly. They are a well oiled machine and we cannot thank them enough for an unforgettable day. The food was AMAZING and our friends and family have not stopped raving about it, especially their sushi! And to top it off, you can’t beat their views of NYC. If you are able to get married here, do it!

I'm never one to write a review, but I really just needed to add to the already incredible reviews for the Liberty House and Alex, my wedding coordinator, in particular. I got married at the Liberty House on 1/20/18, and it was truly everything I could ever hope for. We are still receiving raving reviews from our guests in regards to food and service - with many guests saying it was the best wedding they have ever attended. From start to finish, Alex was absolutely a dream to work with and put me and my very particular mom at ease. She treated my wedding like it was her own - and honestly, what more could you ask for?! LH - give this girl a pay raise!!! We had a bunch of outside of the box ideas, including hosting cocktail hour and the reception in the same room with a total changeover of stations, place settings, etc. that were accommodated seamlessly by their staff - no idea was too much for them to handle. They also let us handcraft our own cocktail and dinner station ideas. I had a bridal attendant for the evening that was extremely helpful - even having flip-flops in my exact size ready for me (unsolicited) within seconds of taking me shoes off. We are truly so elated. LH- thank you for hosting the best night of our lives!

We just got married on December 1st at The Liberty House and WOW was it perfect. Specifically I wanted to call out my Wedding Coordinator, Alex Argenio. Alex is THE BEST. Her personality is infectious and she is super organized, responsive and made me feel like everything was under control every step of the way during the planning process. I felt so relaxed the day of my wedding knowing she was in charge and running the show...she is a class act! She was super relatable with not only me and my husband, but my entire family...my parents still talk about her today! If you are getting married at The Liberty House, be sure to request Alex because you will have the wedding of your dreams come true!

We just had our wedding here and it was a fairytale come true! Christina Hope helped us in every step of the planning portion and never left an e-mail/text message/phone call unanswered (even on a holiday!) The whole team was detailed oriented and was receptive to all our needs and wishes. Everything was superb from the view, to the food, and to the service.

This venue sells itself! We say it’s the best kept secret in Jersey as most of our friends have never heard of the Liberty House. The grounds are beautiful and restaurant serves great affordable food. The gorgeous reception hall upstairs with unbeatable views of the city is what locked us in for our wedding! While we visited more than a year out, they only had two dates left in 2017! For Fridays and Sundays, the upstairs (there is a smaller reception room downstairs) has a minimum of 150 guests, and 200 on Saturdays. We loved the Liberty House so much we basically shaped our wedding around it – the theme, date, guest list, etc.
We hosted our entire wedding here – ceremony outside in the gardens, cocktail hour in the pavilion and reception upstairs. The flow was easy peasy. We worked with Danielle from day 1 to our wedding day, and she is a pro! A true memory maker!! She’s always got a huge grin and makes things seem so easy, and we trusted she’d be able to handle any hiccups the day-of. She understood our vision and made the perfect suggestions.
Hosting a wedding at Liberty House definitely isn’t “cheap” but its great value! Some venues we spoke to really nickel and dime ya, such as charging per chicken skewer – it seemed so stressful. The Liberty House was super accommodating and easy to work with. For example, Danielle offered to add a menu item for dinner as we were concerned about some dietary needs, and had the bartender whip up some drinks for us to choose our specialty cocktails. Danielle and her team took care of us the whole night. Our guests could not stop commenting on how delicious the food was, how full they were, and how gorgeous the venue was! Our wedding was PERFECT – with much thanks to the Liberty House! <3

I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a fabulous, elegant, easy-flowing event! We had our wedding here and were beyond thrilled with the service, food and professionalism. Christina, our wedding stylist, was amazing and so wonderful to work with. Truly a beautiful person inside and out and a new friend to us and our family ! She was so caring and easy to work with and truly loves what she does. Our wedding couldn’t be more perfect ! We still watch the video everyday ! Thank you to liberty house and staff for making our day better then we could have ever hoped for !!!

Our wedding at the Liberty House could not have turned out more beautiful! We booked our wedding day with plenty of time to plan and Vivian was there for us every step of the way. She had a lot of great experience and it showed in the advice that she offered. We had so many compliments from our guests. They raved about the cocktail hour and food at the reception. Everyone loved the atmosphere and the view is incredible in the grand ballroom. The bridal attendant and maitre d’ were so attentive the day of and did not miss a beat. They were very accommodating to our guests and vendors. Every detail we had expressed was executed perfectly. We cannot wait to go back to Liberty House for dinner or even as a wedding guest! Highly recommend!!!

Words can't express how INCREDIBLE our wedding was at The Liberty House. The minute we stepped onto the property to scout it out, we knew it was a special place. To say that the team has event management down to a science is an understatement. We worked with Christina Hope along the way and she was the first shining star of our wedding event. Christina walked us through all of the fun planning details from the very start and once we decided it was a go, she never wavered in her communication and dedication. Christina put my mind at ease in so many ways. She helped us design a wedding that we tailored just for us and one that we were so excited to share with our guests. Anyone is lucky to work with Christina- she is professional, sincere, kind hearted and an overall ball of joy! Food, venue, event execution, communication, you name it- it was all perfect! The Liberty House staff continued to amaze us on the day of our wedding as well. Gio, the maitre d, and Leslie, my bridal attendant, were such beautiful, hard working people. They really made the event seamless, smooth, and beyond memorable. I miss our wedding event every day now that it has passed and so much so because of Christina and the entire team at The Liberty House! Sending all my local future brides there for sure!

My wife and I had a slightly different vision than your traditional nighttime classic ballroom dancing type wedding. We had a smaller wedding, about 100 guests and we were having our wedding during the day time, which is the brunch wedding package at Liberty House. Which I highly recommend as liberty house was the perfect venue for this theme and with the wedding ending at around 4pm, you have more time to celebrate at the after party. The view is absolutely perfect and the entire grounds and beautiful landscaping works perfectly for a daytime wedding. I don't believe one bad picture was taken the entire day. But this is obvious, just based a some quick googling you can see that the place is beautiful. What you can't see is that the staff is absolutely amazing. Danielle was the perfect wedding planner and extremely helpful during the entire process. She was like our mom during the entire thing, we became so comfortable with her that we were not afraid to be honest about every little detail. She truly cared about every decision we made as if it was her own wedding. You could tell she truly loves her job. She took care of every possible concern that we had. She was even able to customize our wedding package to give us exactly what we wanted and still be within our budget. Everyone at liberty house from the bridal assistant to the waiters were absolutely amazing. Also the food was phenomenal. Can not say enough good things about Liberty House and will not hesitate to plan our next big event there.

One word, AMAZING!! My husband and I just recently had our wedding at the Liberty House and it couldn't have been more perfect! The breathtaking view, fantastic service, delicious food, and the most incredible staff was out of this world! When we first visited the Liberty House, it was love at first sight! Our INCREDIBLE friend and events coordinator for the Liberty House, Christina Wilkie (Hope), made our dream wedding come true!! The minute we sat down with her it's as if she was reading our thoughts, she totally understood what we wanted and made it come to life! We don't know what we'd do without her! Between the late night phone calls, abundant text messages, last minute ideas, emails, and the minor panic attacks she was always there! She's the BEST and we can't wait to plan another wonderful event together! My husband and I keep looking at pictures and videos from our wedding day and wish we could just relive the day over and over again! It was the most perfect day and we couldn't have done it without our friends at the Liberty House! Thank you for making our wedding the talk of the century and most special day of our lives!!

My husband and I were lucky enough to have our dream wedding at Liberty House Restaurant in Jersey City. First, the venue is absolutely stunning. The view is INSANE - our out of town guests were amazed by the backdrop. The outdoor ceremony space was absolutely beautiful and kept in great condition. They also had the best secondary rain option in case we needed to move our ceremony inside. Their staff did NOT disappoint. From day one, Christina helped us to develop our vision, always suggesting new ideas and answering any questions we had. She was so kind, thoughtful and helpful in our planning. She truly made our wedding prep a breeze leading up to the big day. We didn't think Liberty House could get any better until we met their amazing day of staff. Leslie was an AMAZING bridal attendant. She was so sweet and made sure I was always smiling. She knew when to fix my dress, when I needed a kind smile and when I needed a drink! Jeffrey, our maitre d, kept all of our guests happy and everything moving on time. The food was incredible, not one person had a problem with their food and making 165 people happy is never easy! There is nothing I would change about my wedding at Liberty House. The entire staff went above and beyond to give us the best day possible. I wish we could do it all over again!

Writing this review really won’t give you the true value of what the Liberty House has to offer!! From the moment we began our search for a venue it was daunting just to think about, but the Liberty House was the first place we visited and nothing else could compare. Besides the gorgeous views and the amazing food, the liberty house offered more in their package than any other place we went to visit. You definitely get what you pay for and more!!
A special shout out to Alex our planner/coordinator for the Liberty House, from the moment we walked in for our first visit she made us feel comfortable and welcomed us with open arms, which visiting other places I can honestly say we did not get the same response. Alex was one of the major perks of having our wedding at the Liberty House and we can honestly say that she was another major part of us booking our wedding there. Throughout the whole process she was more than a planner, but began to feel like we were working with a friend. No matter what the request she went above and beyond.
The day went wonderful, and anything we asked for all the staff was more than accommodating. We had our ceremony outside and couldn’t ask for better views and that was the first thing everyone talked about. From there everyone was amazed by the venue and the food. This was by far one of the best experiences we had, we would do it all over again and wouldn’t change a thing. I could go on and on, but don’t want to bore you, the best thing you can do it is to see it for yourself!!

That's one word to describe our wedding at The Liberty Warehouse. We really wanted an all inclusive venue so we wouldn't have to worry about hiring a caterer, tables, cutlery etc. Also Valet and coat check are all included!
This venue provided AMAZING FOOD, top shelf alcohol, tables, cutlery, and an amazing staff. We choose to get married on a Friday in March, which is an out of season month. We also decided to have chicken and fish instead of beef or lamb to cut cost. They worked with us to make this venue a bit less expensive than it would have been had we gotten married in the summer or fall. We loved this venue so much so a Friday in March with Chicken and fish was great for us! I will explain why below :-)
OUR EVENT COORDINATOR- We booked this venue a little over a year in advance. Pam Rosenbaum was our event coordinator and she was incredible patient, always available, supportive, professional, and basically made sure our day was executed perfectly. If you decide to do a visit you should absolutely ASK TO WORK WITH PAM. She is a PRO, and Sooooo nice and always so available and on top of everything from the minute you sign to your wedding day. I honesty have love for this women. You become pretty vulnerable during this process and she basically held our hands and got us through.
THE FOOD- I am a huge FOODIE and the Liberty Warehouse offers the option to have a FOUR Course Tasting menu.( At no extra charge!) But before that...Cocktail hour! Our guests are still raving about the cocktail hour food. We had about 10 different passed Hors D' Oeuvres PLUS carving stations! We were able to save a little by doing seafood and chicken for the dinner menu. So our carving stations included grilled skirt steak, Sliders, etc. Everyone RAVED about this food!

Alexandra as our Wedding Coordinator is the best thing happened to us. She is absolutely professional, very hands on, approachable, probably she took all the patience in the world haha with all my crazy questions/concerns. She made our wedding preparation less stressful. My bridal attendant and Maitre D are the best, my bridal entourage kept talking about them how accommodating they are and very helpful. The FOOD!!!! omg! the best and of course, you want an absolute view of nyc skyline?? The Liberty House is the one!!!

The venue is just breath taking, our wedding photos are so beautiful with all of the amazing views that come with having an event at the Liberty House. I had my wedding in August at the Liberty House and from the moment we booked it they treated us outstandingly. I was planning a wedding in NJ from overseas and it was not difficult to communicate or execute anything I needed to do at all! Vivian was my coordinator and she was extremely helpful and made everything go smoothly. On the day of the wedding the team there treated us like royalty, we didn't have to worry about one thing. This made it so memorable because we were able to enjoy every single moment of our wedding. All of our guests raved about how amazingly beautiful the Venue was and thoroughly enjoyed celebrating our wedding somewhere that had spectacular views of Manhattan. The food was also delicious!! I cant thank the liberty house enough for making our wedding a truly unforgettable night!!!!

We had our wedding at The Liberty House on 8/4/17. To be honest, it was the only wedding venue we looked at and we decided that was all we wanted because it is a truly one of a kind location. We live in Jersey City and knew we wanted to have our wedding here so what better location could we have chosen? Their packages included everything-food, alcohol, dessert, valet, linens, etc.
Alex A. is one of the most amazing, helpful, professional and kind event specialists I've ever worked with. Her attention to detail and communication skills are impeccable! She makes you feel important with the amount of attention she gives to you, your guests, your vision and your event. We were incredibly lucky to work with her during the planning and on the day of our wedding. She made us feel relaxed on our wedding day and went above and beyond her role.
The food is spectacular! The alcohol is top shelf. The staff are professional and courteous-shout out to the bartenders for keeping the drinks flowing all night. The view is breathtaking! We had our ceremony in the beautiful garden and our reception downstairs (approx. 115 guests). We used Carlos Bakery for our cupcakes (delicious).
Everything about our wedding was flawless thanks to the Liberty House. Although it is more expensive compared to other local venues, the value is worth it! We truly had an amazing experience working with this venue.
