We loved our wedding cake and working with Alison and her team at Liberty Baking Co.! From our initial cake box tasting and the variety of fun flavors, we knew we had made the right choice. Alison helped turn our vision into life with a beautiful and clean design, not to mention a delicious tasting cake with two different flavors. The cake was moist and flavorful, and we loved both the coconut cake with passionfruit curd and cream cheese frosting, as well as the chocolate cake with espresso-bourbon buttercream. -

The perfect cake for the perfect wedding
We got our three-tier wedding cake from Liberty Baking, and we were absolutely head over heels in love! The whole process of working with Alison and her very professional team was incredibly smooth, from tasting the samples to collaborating on the design to the delivery of the final cake to our venue. So many of our guests raved about how delicious the cake was (ube and coconut cream and red velvet), and the cake design was exactly how I had dreamed it. We are already planning the next event/occasion that will justify a custom cake just so we can have another slice :) -

We ordered a small cutting cake for our wedding from Liberty's online shop and it worked out perfectly! When I emailed with a question about my order, Liberty's team took it over and handled every detail, including helping us load the cake into our car for transport to the venue, which is outside their delivery range, and above and beyond considering our small order! I have been a fan of Liberty's wedding cakes' beauty for a long time and and am delighted to report that they are as delicious as they look. Would highly recommend. -

Our wedding cake was absolutely amazing, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Alison at Liberty Baking Co. She nailed my vision for the 3-tier cake and got the colors and design just right!
The best part, though, was how delicious it was. We had two flavors: Strawberry pound cake with fresh strawberries, and Almond pound cake with bourbon salted caramel. Both flavors were to die for! I’m still dreaming about that cake, and so are our guests.
If you want a cake that looks incredible and tastes even better, I can't recommend Liberty Baking Co. enough! -

Liberty Baking Co was awesome! They have so many amazing flavors to choose from that it was difficult to pick what flavors we wanted for our wedding cake. We decided on the almond cake with chocolate frosting and the strawberry cake. They were both so amazing during the tasting, but unfortunately we were not able to eat any of the cake at our wedding! So we decided to order more cake for our birthday as well. It was amazing. Would highly recommend for your wedding or next big event. -

I honestly grew up thinking I would probably be making my own wedding cake because of my nut allergy but the team at Liberty Baking takes allergies so seriously that I felt comfortable ordering from them. I fell in love with their fun and floral designs and knew that I had to have a Liberty Baking Co cake for my wedding. They were super awesome to work with, they totally got my vision and absolutely nailed it on the final product. We got the lemon cake with fresh strawberries, and everyone kept commenting on how good it was! We also got cookies from them to give out as wedding favors, which I couldn't recommend more. Everyone loved them, and they even packaged them up nicely for us with custom stickers!! -

Don't even think about using another baker. DON'T DO IT!! These ladies are amazing, hilarious and extremely good at what they do. Also. Even if you're not getting married or having a fancy get-together... do yourself a favor and order the cake samples. They will MAIL THEM TO YOUR HOUSE. Did you hear what I said? You can have absolutely flawlessly created and delicious cake slices delivered to your house. Just.. trust me. It's a great time. These ladies took VERY little (almost nothing) info on what we wanted and just ran with it and made us the MOST beautiful wedding cake. It was so pretty, we almost didn't want to eat it. ALMOST. Obviously once you cut into it, it disappeared very quickly because....well, it would be a long debate to settle on whether it was more beautiful or more delicious. So YES. Let these ladies help you. You'll see what I mean. Who even knew cakes could be FINE ART. They know. Let them show you :) -

Delicious cakes, wonderful service!!
Liberty Baking is an awesome company and so great to work with for designing a wedding cake! Their flavors are unique and delicious; our guests loved the ube cake with marshmallow cream as it wasn’t overwhelmingly sweet! Our wedding planner recommended them to us and we reached out for an initial quote - Alison was so much fun from our first meeting and immediately understood our vision. They created an elegant yet simple cake that was absolutely delicious! 10/10 would recommend them for any couples looking for a wedding cake!! -

Liberty Baking Co. was a fantastic partner to work with for our wedding. We decided relatively late in the game to have a small cake for a private cake cutting and they absolutely delivered. Trying all the flavors was a blast and it was tricky to even narrow down our top pick. They also made the most beautiful vintage-style cake. This was all in addition to being really funny and nice people to work with. We absolutely recommend booking the Liberty Baking Co. team for any event! -

We got our wedding cake from liberty. Their cakes are AMAZING. So moist and great quality fresh flavors. In addition, Alison is very easy to work with. All the guests of course loved the cake. Another convenient thing about liberty is that they have their own florist they work with to get fresh flowers to decorate cakes. This is very convenient as all other bakers we talked with would need us or our florist to provide flowers. With liberty, that is one extra thing you don’t have to worry about. They delivered a beautiful, great tasting cake. -

My husband and I hired Liberty for our wedding cake -- and WOW did they deliver. The cake itself was DELICIOUS but the look of the cake was absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I had described to Alison. It also fit the color palette and theme of our wedding, wonderfully!
We admit that we were very indecisive during the wedding planning process and we went back and forth for a while on how much cake to get but Alison and her team were very patient with us and gave us their best advice. Highly recommend booking Liberty for your wedding - we will be going back next year for our anniversary!! -

If you are looking for not-too-sweet cakes, this is the best!
I am from Asia, and I don't like too sugary taste cake. So I wanted to get something naturally sweet, and this cake was perfect for me. This cake is the MOST favourite cake ever in the US.
We ordered three tiers, decorated with flowers and blue lines. You can choose from so many flavors and frosting. I chose Lemon pound cake with yuzu blackberry buttercream and fresh raspberries, and chocolate cake with chocolate cream cheese frosting.
They are selling the tasting box from the website too, so you can taste them before you get a contact.
Highly recommend! -

We hired Liberty Baking Co. to provide our 3-layer wedding cake, and it was a great decision! They Liberty team was extremely communicative and responsive to our questions about the cake, design, etc. and quickly captured our vision. The cake was absolutely stunning, and insanely tasty! At the last minute, we asked for custom cookies of our dog for our reception and the Liberty team was up to the challenge! The cookies turned out perfect! We received so many compliments of the cookies and cake from our guests. Excellent Bakery
Liberty Baking Co. were a pleasure to work with, even willing to make our cake on one of their birthdays! Communication was easy, and they were able to work with us to make our (poor) sketches of what our dream cake looked like come to life! With expert advice around flower types, color pallets, and visualization of the end result, we couldn't have been happier with our wedding cake. The cake itself was delicious, and the multiple different frostings and cake types we were able to try beforehand helped make our final decision that much easier. Liberty Baking Co. made our incredibly delicious, two-flavor wedding cake, as well as supplying "dessert-bar" items (cowgirl blondies, chocolate chip cookies, brown butter rice crispies, and macarons) that so many guests raved about. We especially loved their cream cheese frosting and the fact that they let us sample so many flavors of cake before settling on red velvet and carrot cake! Highly recommend working with them. -

Liberty Baking Co. is the real deal!! Their cake is absolutely delicious and gorgeous! We received a cake tasting box to help decide what flavors we wanted for a wedding cake. Though it could not be done in person, the company adapted so well to covid times. My husband and I loved our cake tasting experience from home. The cake was packaged beautifully and was delicious even a few days after. There was also so much cake to try! My husband and I ended up with two flavors with two different frostings. Lemon cake with cream cheese frosting and fresh strawberries (YUM!) and hummingbird cake with cream cheese frosting (DROOL!). We really love hummingbird cake but have really high standards as my mother in law makes the best hummingbird cake ever. We were blown away when the hummingbird cake was on par with our moms!
In addition, Alison is such a pleasure to work with. She is full of energy and and passion for her work. She is an artist -- she immediately knew how she wanted to design our cake just on a few comments we made. As pretty indecisive people, we also really appreciated her confidence and honesty when it came to all of our questions. Thanks Alison for the most beautiful and delicious cake we could have ever imagined. Can't wait to order from you guys again on our anniversary -

We initially looked at booking Liberty Baking Co for our wedding back in 2019 we did a tasting box and fell in love with their cakes. However, with changes to our wedding date due to COVID we held off on the final stages of booking.
Fast forward a year and we were anxious to make sure we had Liberty Baking Co because we remembered how phenomenal they’re cakes were. We were in luck and they still had our date available, we ordered a second cake tasting box and had our initial consultation with Alyson! She was amazing during the consultation process and helped with planning everything to make sure we had why we wanted while also making sure everything was feasible and would go off without a hitch. I gave her full creative liberties for designing the cake and I’m so happy I did because it turned out gorgeous! I’d highly recommend Liberty Baking Co for any of your cake/cupcake needs and especially for your wedding day! -

The Liberty Baking team made a cake that consistently drew raves from our wedding guests! Alison was professional and friendly during our tasting, demonstrating her command of a wide range of different cake and icing flavors. After our initial wedding cake vendor became unavailable a few months before our wedding, Liberty Baking Co stepped in last minute and we are so grateful that they baked delicious treats for our day! They sent us a box with different cake flavors so we could still have the experience of a tasting, and we were so happy with the flavor combinations we ended up with. In addition to our cake, they also baked chocolate chip cookies for post-reception favors, and we heard rave reviews from our guests. We can’t recommend Liberty’s desserts and professionalism enough! -

We absolutely loved our wedding cake from Liberty Baking Co.
We ordered the tasting in the midst of COVID; it was delivered right to our home, and we immediately decided to go with chocolate cake, chocolate frosting, with strawberries. We were not disappointed!
Allison was a joy to work with. She was so flexible, especially considering COVID downsized our wedding from 115 to 25 three weeks before our wedding.
We had the most beautiful and delicious cake, and we would HIGHLY recommend working with them for your wedding day! -

Alison was great when coming to helping us make a custom cake for our last minute elopement. What superseded my expectations was that she was able to coordinate with our florist (Cedar & Lime Co.) to get our cake delivered to our private dinner "reception" so we had one less thing to worry about on our day since it was just the two of us in the city! It really made all the difference and the cake was so stunning!! Matched so well with our florals! -

The perfect cake!
Stop looking and hire Liberty! Alison was so great to work with and made the process so simple. The tasting and her sample cake boxes are still to this day the only thing my husband enjoyed about wedding planning. He even keeps asking when we can order another cake, we will be repeat customers for life! The only difficult part is picking which amazing flavors to go with. We had a simple vision for our cake which was executed perfectly and turned out exactly how we hoped! I also received so many complements from guest about how delicious our cake was. An added bonus was getting to have leftovers for breakfast the morning after the wedding. Thank you Alison for the PERFECT wedding cake! -

We had breakfast for dinner and the Canadian Breakfast cake was the PERFECT desert for our night. The cake was amazing! All of the ingredients were fresh and the cake was delicious. Everyone loved it and we even had people asking about it a week later trying to get some leftovers. I think the thing I am most excited for with our one year anniversary is going to be eating the piece of the cake we have in the freezer. We highly recommend Liberty Baking Co and their delicious cake. -

My husband found Allison and Liberty Baking Co after a few very disappointing tastings. The tasting we had was funny, delicious and we ate the leftover cake for at least the next week! The cakes are gorgeous and we knew Allison's cake was what we needed/wanted, along with her need for perfection business practices. We received a beautiful cake that tasted amazing! If only there was 10 stars for responsiveness... one tip- don't stalk her social media on your wedding day. Just trust her! She will give you everything you want and more!! -

Alison is amazing!
I don't know where to begin. Our first meeting starting out with me noticing a girl with a bag of cake samples and asked if she happened to have cake for me to taste. With her witty response, I instantly knew she was going to be our cake baker. Alison made us feel so comfortable as she watched us down 6 slices of cake, easy. Her knowledge in the industry and recommendations were wonderful. We literally said we want 3 layers, simple with green and these are the flowers we're using. She was able to take that bit of detail and turn it in to something beautiful. She was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. We jokingly asked that she arrives to the venue in her chef attire and a bandana on, classic baker move. She delivered and we were lucky enough to run in to her while taking photos, both her and Kim arrived decked out in their attire and it made our evening! Such a memorable experience and secretly but not so secretly hope she feels the same way about us. #fangirl -

Wedding Cake
The wedding cake was absolutely stunning and it tasted good. We aren't big cake people, but still wanted to do a traditional cake cutting. We like that Liberty Baking uses a pound cake so that the cake was moist. We opted for strawberry cake with cream cheese frosting and fresh strawberries as well as chocolate cake with marshmallow cream cheese frosting and Bischof cookie. -
