    Phenomenal wedding coordinator!

    My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of hiring Melissa as our day of coordinator for our special day. From the start, Melissa was truly spectacular. To this day, I still don’t know how I got so lucky to find someone as special as her, especially as I was planning a destination wedding in Oahu, during a pandemic!!
    Organized, efficient, thoughtful, attentive and incredibly detailed, Melissa came through over and over again. As I began putting the pieces in place for our wedding, she provided all of the necessary feedback and recommendations to make sure our day went smoothly. She is an expert on all things, ranging from the best cake in town, to which steaming service is trustworthy, to even how to best help me surprise my husband with a special singer!

    On the day of the wedding, Melissa was my go to and my right hand. My entire bridal suite team immediately recognized her hard work. She was always available and made sure everything was going smoothly behind the scenes so that I could simply enjoy my time in the bridal suite and throughout our wedding. She was so incredible and hands on. Many of our guests approached me throughout and after the wedding to let me know just how amazing they found her to be.

    Our wedding day would not have been the same without her. We are so blessed to have had such an amazing experience. I could not have asked for a better team.

    Melissa and her team were amazing! Melissa was great in the many weeks leading up to the wedding with countless suggestions and advice. But she really outdid herself the week of our wedding. The week of our wedding there were two hurricanes, one was set to hit on the day of our wedding (on the same side of the island of our wedding). Needless to say, there was a lot of stress. Especially when the tent company cancelled our tent the day before our wedding (due to insurance not allowing them to set up the tent because of the approaching hurricane)!!! Melissa and my sister were miracle workers and figured out a plan B. Then had the plan B set up before the rehearsal so that I could see everything. By many miracles, the hurricane was cancelled the day of our wedding and we had a wonderful wedding that was perfected with rainbow. Melissa really worked hard to make sure that everything went as smoothly as it could with so many last minute changes. She was really flexible and professional, not to mention that she was really pregnant during all of this! She was amazing and did an fabulous job, I would recommend her to anyone.

    Melissa and I started working together 1 year before the wedding. Being local, I figured I could do everything myself and use her guidance along the way. Until we found out we were moving & our Hawaiian wedding would now become a destination wedding for us too. Thank g-d for Melissa! She helped us every step of the way. Planning from Connecticut & having your fiancé out of town more then home is not something I'd recommend--but because of Melissa it all worked out. The last weeks leading up to the wedding were easy, everything was done and in her hands we could simply enjoy our friends & family on the island. There weren't any last minute surprises or hiccups that I know of, Melissa did it all AND she had just had her baby!! She is super sweet, super professional and a true beauty.     Melissa coordinated our wedding/elopement. She only had less than 12 hours notice to put everything together. She got the pastor to Marry us she also got a photographer who was awesome. She also got us Lei . And champagne for a toast after the wedding. All of this, with less than 12 hours notice.! I have also worked with her in catering and other things. This is the best service that you can get!

    Let's Do This is where it is at! The level of professionalism is impeccable! They do a full assessment of your needs and desires for your big day, during the initial phone consultation. Melissa has so many contacts on the island and she had suggestions that helped me plan my wedding, with her support. They were always there to listen as I planned. On the day of, they went above and beyond the call of duty. I had absolutely nothing to worry about, because I knew I was in good hands. They make sure that your wedding runs fluidly without hiccups. If there is a problem, you as the bride or groom would have no idea..because that's how professional they are. I couldn't have chose a better day of coordinator.

    Melissa and LDT were awesome. Super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. She made it as stress free a second possible. I honestly don't think everything would have come together without her!

    We loved working with Candace! She was always very organized and minimized the communication needed between us and our vendors. She always accommodated our requests, even the last minute ones, and made sure our wedding day proceeded smoothly. The wedding was a huge success and we are so glad we hired a planner to help and highly recommend her!

    Candace and Melissa were so wonderful to work with. Candace was great at answering my emails in a speedy manner. They have so many great connections to vendors that it really made the planning process easy. Their support and ideas helped us focus on what mattered rather than minute details. We had an unconventional wedding, but Candace did an amazing job making it all come together on the big day. I had no worries about the wedding logistics, because I knew the team would take care of things. Super helpful! We would definitely recommend Let's Do This!

    Melissa and her team were beyond AMAZING and so incredibly helpful and insightful that I can't imagine how I would have ever pulled off my wedding without her and her team. Our wedding was definitely not a traditional set up in some ways and there were a lot of details that I was juggling and Melissa and her team were completely on top of the details and thought through things I wouldn't ever have remembered to think about. In addition, if you're willing to listen to advice Melissa had lots of helpful suggestions and feedback that changed the route I was taking with details that were ultimately l going to cost me lots of unnecessary money and headache. Her suggestions made my life much easier and I am so glad she was willing to suggest things and that I was open to listening because her experience proved to be spot on time and time again! Everyone was also extremely friendly and supportive and I kept feeling so cared for thoughout my wedding planning and especially on the day of our big event. I would receommend them without hesitation and with the highest regard and know you won't be disappointed no matter how you've envisioned your big day.

    'Let's Do This Event and Wedding Planning' (LDT) gave me the wedding of my dreams at a fraction of the cost. My wedding was big and expensive, but Melissa's planning service was so much affordable than any other event coordinators who I interviewed with. Her various coordinating packages could appeal to any Bride's preference. I chose a sort vendor and day-of package. So I shared my "vision" and Melissa told me where to go and who to use... Melissa was very budget focused, which was extremely helpful when you can get caught up in the big-wedding-machine... Apart from the value, my 'day-of' experience with LDT was priceless. My wedding day was the most stress-free day of the entire planning process and I enjoyed every minute of it. Melissa took care of everything and everyone. LDT is a must for any bride who wants an absolutely perfect day.

    Many write reviews that make you wonder how true they are. I can say with certainty that my wedding would not have seemed so effortless without the services of Let's Do This Event and Wedding Management. Melissa and Candace helped with each step of the wedding process. As a destination wedding event, managing this from a distance was a challenge. Having someone I trusted to give me guidance was important. On the day of my event, the last thing I wanted to do is worry about any of the details, timing and expectations of family & guests. Having someone manage vendors, review contracts, handle guests, traffic of the day and the tear down when it's all over is the best $ you can spend. Melissa and Candace were both very responsive as well as always communicated in a timely manner. Our thanks for their outstanding service!

    Hiring Let's Do This was one of the best decisions we made in the whole wedding process!! Melissa did all the planning for us from the beginning, and she was super-responsive and organized yet totally flexible and easy to work with. We never even had to think about 90% of the details, much less worry about them. Day of, Melissa had totally briefed the whole staff on every detail, so everyone knew the answer to every question. There were zero hitches, and I am so grateful for making the wedding planning and wedding day a complete breeze for me and my husband!

    I have to say that at first I really did not want to hire a Day Of Coordinator but the site that I was getting married at required one. I thought that I could save money and do it myself. Let me say, hiring Candace and the team at Let's Do This was one of the BEST decision I made during the whole wedding planning process! Candace and her team went over and above anything we expected! Candace and I first talked and I described what I was looking for in my wedding. She then sent me a VERY describe and detailed minute to minute layout of how the wedding would go. We worked together until my husband and I were 100% satisfied with everything (which didn't take long at all). Candace made my wedding day perfect. I know that sounds cliche but she did! Everyone at the wedding was commented on how great she was and how everything turned out amazing and went so smooth. She was very professional, great with communication and so very kind. I would highly recommend Candace and the Let's Do It team! Not only were their services outstanding, so were their prices! Thank you so much, Candace!

    Candace and the Let's Do This team are amazing! We would have been lost without Candace's guidance and coordination. She stepped in a few weeks before our wedding through email. Candace was very responsive and helpful. She helped us focus on what we needed to, and organized our event. There are so many things I didn't even consider until Candace pointed it out. There are tiny details that you can easily miss when planning a wedding without the guidance of a pro. We had most of our vendors already, so we asked for a day-of coordinator, but we got so much more than that! In addition to guiding us through email, she met with us about a week prior for an additional consultation which helped us a lot. She gave us a to-do list for the week. Planning became so much more manageable with Candace's help.

    On the day of the wedding, I did no logistics, didn't handle vendor deliveries, never even looked at my phone. That is exactly what I wanted. I was able to relax and savor the day knowing that Candace and her assistant were handling everything. I trusted that she would carry out the look and feel I wanted for my wedding, and she did. She handled all the logistics with our vendors for us, so we could just enjoy the day. Any hiccups, like me forgetting where I put the rings, were taken care of. I had no stress at all, even when I saw rain clouds rolling in. There was occasional light rain the day of the wedding, but they handled it like pros. Candace and her assistant went above and beyond my expectations. They got every detail right. My family told me how impressed they were with Candace and her assistant as well. They worked hard to make the day go well, and I am incredibly grateful to have found Let's Do This. We owe our beautiful and memorable day to Candace and LDT.

    My experience with Candace and Maria was absolutely great! I had my ceremony and reception in different spots which means they had to divide and conquer. Everything turned out exactly how I imagined(even setting up 30 pineapples ?? For centerpieces) not to mention keeping everyone on the timeline and in the right spot at the right time. Candace was very sweet and checked in with me first thing the morning of the wedding to remind to drink lots of water and not forget to eat. I thought this was especially nice because as a bride you're worrying about everything else going on and it was nice to have that. I live out of state and was constantly emailing them with questions and they always got back to me right away. Candace also orchestrated the ceremony rehearsal, which can be similar to herding cats, and she did a great job rounding everyone up and making sure they knew exactly what their role was for the big day. By the end of the wedding night I felt like these girls were my friends. They were nothing but friendly, professional, and were always one step ahead and anticipating our needs. We could not have done it without them! Big mahalo to the Let's Do This team. ??

    The entire experience with Melissa was perfect, from the months of planning to the day of the wedding. She was easy to get ahold of and always called back or responded to emails in a timely manner. I highly recommend Melissa as your wedding planner. She knows her stuff and will point you in the right direction with everything you need to make your wedding day perfect!

    Melissa was incredibly attentive to my needs and handled every detail so we could enjoy the planning process and the actual wedding day. She gave me monthly checklists and responded to my emails with supportive answers and ideas, often within minutes. She really made sure that the wedding reflected our tastes as a couple and that we got exactly what we wanted. Our food, flowers, cake, and rentals were all perfect, and on the day of the wedding, we just showed up and had a great time. Both my husband and I were amazed that we had so much fun and really got to spend time with our guests and enjoy the day, because she handled everything. She's also so sweet and thoughtful!     Melissa was wonderful. The vendors (ie food, cake, photographers) she sent my daughter to were amazing. She sent out monthly "to do" lists to keep us on schedule. I don't know what we would have done without her. She listened to what my daughter wanted and directed her accordingly. I have been to many weddings with wedding planners and I can say that Melissa went "above and beyond" what any other planner has done. She wanted us to enjoy the reception - and we did, as parents of the bride. I can't say enough good things about her.

    Melissa and Candace are just amazing! We live in Seattle and having a destination wedding at Kualoa Ranch. Melissa is talking care of all of planning for us, she is responsible, flexible, thoughtful, reliable. She responded to us quickly(less than 24 hours) every time for any question we have, and even gave us so many suggestions we don't think of. A week prior to our wedding she took over everything(all questions from vendor and confirmation... etc), and made everything stress free for us. On the day of wedding, of course she did a great job! We could just enjoy our wedding. Candace mainly took care of our rental, she is also just amazing! We had a lot of change before the wedding, but she is patient and professional. Melissa and Candace are great team, so they team it up to make everything go smoothly.
    We highly recommend Let's Do This if you have a destination wedding. Thank you very much for your great help!!!

    Melissa and Candace were simply wonderful! They are true professionals, very hard working, and they went "over and above" for us on our rehearsal and wedding days. When other vendors (florist, venue, photographer, DJ) found out we were working with Melissa and Candace , they told us how lucky we were. They spoke very highly of Melissa and Candace - who are obviously well known and respected in the Honolulu wedding circles. We couldn't agree more!
    We were mostly DIY and hired Let's Do This (LDT) for onsite and day of services starting about two weeks out. In retrospect, DIY was stressful and time consuming - and if we had to do it over we might have just hired LDT for the majority of the planning. Candace met us at our venue six months before, and Melissa was always available for questions via email. They reached out to the vendors prior to the event and made a detailed timeline for all. When the MC could not make it, Melissa stood in for him and made sure the event went smoothly. Candace stayed all night and made sure everything was cleaned up, put away, and loaded into the cars. There were no problems or drama! Both Melissa and Candace were so very helpful, kind, and proactive. We really feel grateful that they were part of our wedding event. It was truly a perfect celebration and LDT was instrumental in making sure everything went smoothly!

    If you are planning a wedding in Hawaii, you have to contact Let's Do This! I live in San Diego, CA and planned my destination wedding in Oahu, and I couldn't have pulled the day off without Candace! We hired her for day of coordination, and my husband and I were thrilled with the service. Candace is extremely organized, and took care of every little detail. Knowing she was there made everything stress free for me so I could truly enjoy my special day. She is extremely easy to communicate with, and very responsive. It was also very comforting having someone in Hawaii with her knowledge and wedding network to bounce things off of from the mainland. I had some trouble getting timely responses from other vendors I booked for the wedding, and Candace came to the rescue. I highly recommend Candace and Let's Do This Event and Wedding Planning for your big day. In fact, they should be the first vendor you book!

    We were extremely lucky and won a runner-up prize to have Let's Do This do partial day-of coordination for us. Candace met with us at the rehearsal and was there before we were on the day of the wedding. Without a doubt I would recommend her to anyone thinking about hiring a DOC. I actually do not know how things would have gone without her there on the day! We had a small wedding (26 people) but barely had to think about logistics because she was so professional and helpful. I can't believe we were going to try and do it without a coordinator - we would have had no idea what we were doing! Candace was awesome, and although I only communicated with Melissa over email, she was great as well. Thank you SO much for your help!

    Working with Candace was amazing! She helped with day-of wedding coordination, and she went above and beyond to offer ideas and to make sure that everything ran smoothly. Since Candace took care of the details--from meeting the flower delivery to coordinating with the Halekulani to making sure everyone was in place and prepared according to the timeline--I thoroughly enjoyed a stress-free wedding day thanks to Candace!

    In preparing for the wedding, Candace was flexible with a time to meet to talk about the wedding day, which was especially helpful since I was out of town until two weeks before the wedding. During our meeting, she offered numerous ideas from alternative guest books to when to carve out time greet all the guests. We used her ideas for anything we didn't yet have in place. She also took all of the escort cards, favors, cocktail hour games, cranes, etc. ahead of time (such a weight off my shoulders!) and coordinated an efficient rehearsal.

    Candace's relationship with the Halekulani and with other vendors was also key! Her working relationship with the Halekulani allowed her to answer any venue questions and to coordinate changes a couple of days before the wedding, for example.

    I appreciated all of Candace's work! She was a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend her wedding-coordination services!

    Let's do this had all the answers to my questions. This was my first event I had ever done so I was feeling like a complete amateur. They came in and didn't make me feel stupid for the questions I was asking. They were able to recommend the perfect vendors that fit my budget. I can honestly say I wasn't stressed, worried, or nervous because I knew they were going to be there that night and make me look like I've done this many many times before. Let's do this made me look good to not only my boss but the attendees as well. Sometimes it's just easier to pay than stress and let's do this is a company that I would pay for every single time!

    We contacted Melissa in the winter of 2013 and every step of the way, Melissa and her team at Let's Do This were incredible to work with. Not only were they so helpful in finalizing the details, but they were such a pleasure to work with. So many details in the wedding process are easy to overlook, and Let's Do This ensures everything went smoothly. Melissa and her team provided us with so much help leading up to the wedding, including invitation etiquette and how to address envelopes, etc. If we had a question, Melissa had an answer.
    She also helped us scout for venues when we were on the island, execute the overall design, helped with our vendor contracts and ensured we stayed within our budget, which took the stress off the wedding planning process from the mainland. On our wedding day, everything went as planned and the event design was absolutely beautiful.
    Melissa and Candace are amazing and I am so grateful each day for their help, guidance, and support!

    We needed help with our destination wedding on the North Shore (planning it all the way from Austin, TX) and mostly needed someone to help with day of coordination since it was a small wedding. I found Let's do this and am so glad I did because my experience with them was great from start to finish. Candace was our "day of" coordinator and we can't praise her enough for going above and beyond, staying on top of all the details and making sure the whole day ran smoothly. The day was amazing and truly the best day ever, and we could not have pulled it off without Candace and her assistant's help. If you are having your destination wedding in Hawaii, we would highly recommend getting in touch with Let's do this because you will not find a more professional, responsive, and awesome group of girls than them to help you keep your sanity ;) Mahalo!

    Hiring Melissa and her LDT all-stars for my "day-of" coordination was the best planning decision I made.

    I wedding planned and DIY'ed until I thought Pinterest was going to start charging me for all of my pins. However, I knew that I wouldn't be able to enjoy my special day without some back up. From our first meeting, Melissa provided great planning insights and suggestions, while affirming that my wedding day is all about what I wanted it to be. I didn't envision a textbook wedding but my plan was met with, "I love that idea!" and "Yes, we can make that happen". Just prior to our big day, she followed up on every detail and with every vendor to familiarize herself with the vision and the day. And she executed our plan flawlessly. Every hiccup was handled so professionally. I still haven't figured out how she relocated the reception decor and dining in under an hour, where she found a replacement lei in Mokuleia, and how she got the popcorn machine going when the power went out. I never had to worry about any of that because I knew I was in good hands. So many people commented that it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to and I know that we have LDT to thank for that.

    Melissa & Candace from "Let's Do This" were absolutely amazing to work with! From our first meeting until the day of, they made me feel comfortable, confident, relaxed, reassured that my wedding would be the best day ever... and it was! They went above and beyond on the day of, from setting up all day when vendors arrived, to running to the store because we forgot smore's for our smore station (oops!), even packing us to-go food boxes and placing them in our get-away car for us to enjoy at the end of the night!     In August of 2013, Melissa provided day-of wedding coordination, which had included some very helpful advice during the planning stages. Her advice during the planning stage and her management on the day of our wedding were key to creating a great event. We had wonderful help from family, friends, and other vendors, but Melissa's professionalism, knowledge, and skill caused everything to be coordinated with grace and a minimum of stress. We all enjoyed the day so much the more for having her help.

    Melissa and her Let’s Do This team are absolutely fabulous to work with, and I cannot recommend them enough. At our initial meeting, I was immediately impressed with Melissa as she easily solved layout issues I had been struggling with for days. In just a few minutes of seeing the venue, she gave me her opinion of where everything should be set-up, and it made complete sense for the flow of the reception. Another aspect that Melissa impressed me with was her customer service and loyalty. After meeting with Melissa, I definitely wanted to use her services, but was a little slow in getting my signed contract back to her. In between our first meeting and me returning the contract, Melissa was offered an event planning job for a corporate event that would be taking place the same time as my wedding. Instead of just writing me off, Melissa checked with me first to see if I still wanted to use her services and said her first commitment was to me, and she would say no to the other offer. WOW!!! The fact that she would be willing to say no to a large corporate event, that I am sure paid much more than my small 75 person wedding, really spoke volumes about Melissa’s character. Luckily, Melissa was able to work both events; the only compromise I made was Candace (who is wonderful and extremely competent), her assistant, ran my rehearsal. Lastly, on the day of the wedding, I was planning to put an orchid in my hair for the reception. My mom mistakenly put the orchid in the freezer and ruined the flower. Without me knowing, Melissa drove all the way into Kailua to get a replacement orchid and had it waiting for me at the reception. Talk about the world’s BEST event planner!
    Because of Let’s Do This, my entire wedding day was absolutely flawless, and my mind was at ease knowing I was in the hands of Melissa and her team, Candace and Alex. I would whole-heartedly recommend Let’s Do This if you want capable, friendly, and awesome people to work with!

    We couldn't be happier with how Melissa handled our diverse wedding between our American family and our Japanese family. The fact that we were planning a Hawaii wedding from California didn't even matter. She personally made sure everything was right.     My husband and I would not have had our amazing wedding without Melissa. With my husband being in Afghanistan during the wedding planning and myself in Arizona it was difficult to plan our large, dream wedding in Hawaii. Melissa made the impossible-possible! She answered frantic calls, texts and emails from both of us at any time of day. She kept us inline with out budget and due dates, prevented bridezilla moments and dealt with all of our families with a smile.     We used Lets Do This for our wedding in Kailua January 2013. We were very happy with the service and the day was perfect. Melissa helped us a lot and really made an effort to make our day special. We had a potential problem with the venue announcing some construction after we booked and Melissa really fought for us, going to the venue and meeting with managers and ensuring the problem was solved. It turned out to be a wonderful wedding and the venue was fantastic as well.

    Melissa and her girls at LDT were super helpful and attentive on our crazy day. Melissa even helped make some decisions for us when we were being indecisive in time crucial decisions. That may seem out of place to some people, but it really got things going. I liked that.

    Even when my bride-to-be was freaking out about all the little things (like brides usually do) Melissa was there to save the day by recommending a new makeup girl and contacting all the vendors to make sure they were where they need to be ON TIME. Overall a great experience thanks to Melissa and her team; and I'm not just saying that because I was the groom!

    Let's Do This was amazing! I'd been to other weddings and events planned by Let's Do This, so when it was my turn to get married I knew who to call! Everything was perfect: Melissa scouted the location and found the picture-perfect beach setting for our ceremony and photos...in fact, we did not have a professional photographer lined up but Melissa came to the rescue with a wonderful surprise--a photographer in a bikini to capture our once-in-a-lifetime moments! She worked out a fantastic deal for us and we are so happy we ended up with professional photos. She thought of everything--pastor, location, flowers, photographer...and she arranged everything without us having to pick up the phone except for our one phone call to her!     My Husband Josef and I chose Let's Do This Event & Wedding Planning for our special day because they were highly recommended. Melissa Laudise Veenstra was my Wedding Planner. From her sending me texts telling me she found escort cards half off and will pick them up for me to texts just asking me how I'm feeling that day. I honestly felt like she wasn't just my wedding planner but my maid of honor too. She gets involved emotionally (is known to send you a card on your One year wedding anniversary) physically (will make a cord stretch for your slideshow to play correctly) and creatively. (With me being an Actress and my husband being a Producer, she suggested printing out 4x6 movie posters to be our table names) Her ideas were original and totally affordable. This woman knows what she's doing and the best part is she has a passion for it! My wedding was flawless thanks to her and if something almost happened (which it didn't) her team fixed it.     We had Candace as our Day of Coordinator for our wedding at Lanikuhonua. Supposedly she was an intern so the rate was unbelievable, but she worked at the highest leek and we could not have been more pleased with her. She did everything to make the stress of the upcoming wedding go away. I trusted her to get things done that she said she would. She was also amazing at dealing with a vendor that we were particularly frustrated with.

    Candace worked so hard for us and the wedding turned out amazing. She was able to fix a few glitches on the fly plus she used all the extra flowers I had to make the decor awesome.

    What can I possibly write that would actually glorify this amazing woman and her company in the proper light? To be fair, words cannot truly describe how wonderful it is to work with Melissa and her team through out your entire wedding planning experience.     I had the great pleasure of working with Candace Redongo and Let’s Do This Event and Wedding Planning in early November of 2011. Melissa Laudise recommended Candace to me and when I met her for the first time it was clear why. Candace is extremely calm, collected, professional and kind. I was a frantic mess (destination bride syndrome) and she made me feel 100% better. She asked all the right questions, made sure I had thought through all the details that simply don’t occur to you, and made sure that I had expressed my vision to her so she could be sure it was executed.
    The days leading up to the main event she was attentive and available. She sent helpful reminders and was patient and kind. At the rehearsal she was able to manage some very big personalities with grace. The day of the wedding there was nothing she hadn’t thought of or already done. She played liaison to everyone around me. She was working constantly behind the scenes making sure we kept on schedule - but never disrupting the natural flow of the event. She is what I like to call, a wedding ninja. She even sent my husband and I off with little pre-packed dinners to go and drove out the day after to meet my mother at a dinner to drop something off that had been left at the venue!
    Having her there was the best decision I ever made. Even my photographer mentioned how incredibly proactive and professional she was while also being an incredibly calming presence – the exact thing you need at a wedding.

    Melissa is super organized, professional, friendly and AWESOME. She helped me tie up the loose ends that I never thought about and kept me relaxed and informed. While I used her as my "Two Weeks Out" Coordinator, I definitely would consider her to do everything from soup to nuts if I were to go back in time and do it again.

    If there were any glitches on the big day, I had no idea - Which is the most important part! The wedding day was seamless thanks to Melissa and her team. I would recommend her to anyone thinking of hiring a coordinator.

    Candace Redongo of Let's Do This! was my day of coordinator for my wedding at the Mid Pacific Country Club in Hawaii. Candace was an absolute professional in every sense of the word, and very good at what she does. My event was a huge success to all who were present, and much of the credit goes to Candace for keeping everything organized, under control, and running smoothly. She went above and beyond to help me secure a DJ when mine cancelled in the last minute, she acquired a cupcake tier in the last minute, and she came in early and set the decor up so beautifully and exceeded my vision of what I wanted. She coordinated the day perfectly so everything went smoothly and incorporated ideas for making things even better than I had planned. My family and everyone who had contact with her were really impressed by her work. I am so glad that I went with Let's Do This and that I had Candace as my coordinator, as the day was really just perfect thanks to Candace's fine work in tying everything together.

    Melissa is awesome! We got the two weeks package, which was just right for us. I am originally from HI but now live in LA, so I am a destination bride. Melissa was very quick to respond to emails and texts. I passed on all the contracts and our general timeline at the two week mark. From there, Melissa took over and contacted all the vendors to confirm times. She got us our timeline within a few days. Our very first meeting was about 45 minutes long. Melissa basically had a list of all the detailed questions she had with what we wanted and what we had requested of our vendors. She's very efficient, professional, and so upbeat! The day of the wedding, I felt so relaxed that I think I neglected some of my duties as host. Not to worry, though, because Melissa and her assistant were quick to remind me. She was also very good at directing my hubby and his groomsmen on decorating. I would recommend her to everyone! All the other vendors kept telling me... your wedding coordinator is so on it! Yup! Day of the wedding, she wore a "Let's Do This!" shirt and everyone loved it! She's quick thinking, great at solving any last minute problems/concerns. She does the rehearsal as well, which made me breathe a lot easier. Melissa is superwoman!!

    It was incredibly helpful to have Melissa be our wedding planner because she helped execute our ideas. She is a great listener and 'get's our style after spending time /sharing our ideas with her over the 8 months of our planning. Because of that, she is able to execute seamlessly and able to make executive decisions for us the week leading up to our wedding so we can relax and enjoy being with our friends and family.

    Melissa is awesome! Her team made sure my day was absolutely perfect from start to finish. She took care of every last detail, made the day run smoothly and kept me (and my mother) worry-free.     Let's Do This Event and Wedding Planning is THE ABSOLUTE BEST. Once Melissa took over we truly DID NOT have to worry about a thing. She took care of everything. She was organized, thoughtful, supportive and let us relax during a very stressful time. Even for a simple wedding celebration there are so many details to consider and Melissa knew them all and guided us through them. No issue was too big, or samll, for her and her staff to take care of. I can highly recommend her and her staff without any hesitation. She is the best.....

    Melissa Laudise was an amazing coordinator! We felt rest assured from day one. She was so on it in every aspect. Her response time to calls, texts, emails, etc was remarkable. She took the stress out of the process and let us focus on the fun. She made the planning stages feel like smooth sailing and kept that same vibe for wedding week and most important wedding day! Anyone would be lucky to have her helping with their wedding. Melissa was a big part in our wedding turing out better than we had ever imagined and has become a dear friend we will cherish always! :)

    Let's Do This Event & Wedding Planning were great. Melissa was a big help every step of the way. She also handled any and all issues that came up so that we did not have to. She also kept us focused on our special day by working so hard to make sure everything ran smoothly. She also has a good network of vendors that she has worked with before. There is not a more committed wedding planner around.

    Melissa and her team were phenomenal!! I was planning my wedding full time so I didn't think I needed a wedding planner. Boy was I wrong!! After meeting Melissa at a friends wedding I knew I desperately needed her! I had a few surprise guests that we were thrilled to see, but if Melissa wasn't there to handle the seating chart I know I would have broken down. I just remember looking in her direction and seeing that she already had it covered! She and her team even surprised my husband and I by setting up our presidential suite before we got there! It was amazing. I cannot imagine how my day would have went without her. She is extremely professional, sweet, easy going and for me a total life saver! Especially through the times when I thought I was gonna lose it she was absolutely calm and instantly soothed my nerves! I know it sounds corny, but she truly made my dream wedding come true.

    Melissa did our event for 10/09/10. My now wife and I are very busy professionals and very little time to plan things. We had picked the venue and the theme and did very little else. She brought all the details out, finding our cake maker, florist, bar staff, and all the details we had little time for.

    The Wedding was fantastic!! Many of our friends thought it was one of the best weddings they attended, as well as one even commented it was "A fariytale meets Paradise"

    She is truely the best!!

    Mellisa was an amazing planner for me. Like all brides I was frantic up until the day of the wedding but she made sure that everything was taken care of on our special day. I actually enjoyed my wedding day and none of the seams of the logistics were ever visible. Everything was taken care of and she even brought her own holders for my flower arrangements at no cost.

    It was a perfect experience and I am so glad we found her. She and the people she interacted with are the only wedding vendors I had who didn't try to upsell me. In fact, she stayed well within budget and let me know as soon as I was requesting something over my own limit. She's incredibly patient, cool and smart enough to know which questions to ask. Hire her and you'll be happy.

    I was SO impressed with Let's Do This Event & Wedding Planning. I hired them as my day of coordinators, and it was the BEST decision that I ever made. Both Melissa and Jess went above and beyond to make my day seamless and special - they answered countless emails, told my vendors to call them instead of me (I loved that!), and even packed up to-go plates of dinner for my husband and I to eat after our reception (which we did eat! We didn't realize how hungry we were at the end of the night!). Look NO further for your wedding planning needs....

    It was a pleasure working with Let's Do This. The CEO/Owner went over and beyond our expectations! Melissa is very meticulous with the details and very attentive to the wedding parties needs.     Melissa was wonderful, quick to respond to my emails and had fixes to all the problems we brought to her!! She had great suggestions for vendors we ended up using, money saver, plus they've worked with Melissa before, so the ease of the vendors having worked together before was priceless!!     If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further - Melissa Laudise is your gal. In all honesty, she made not only our special day come off without a hitch, she offered up numerous thoughtful ideas to enhance our day (such as replacing our guest book with postcards that our guests wrote to us from the wedding, and upon arrival home had them in our mailbox). She goes above and beyond no matter what you request her to help you with. There is no issue or task too difficult for her and her staff to tackle. Her problem solving skills and personality make you feel like you should on your wedding day - relaxed and blissful. She puts her heart and soul into her work, and she is a consummate professional.

    Candace was our wedding planner and she was amazing!!! We are so happy we went with her! She was so awesome and made the day go so smoothly! I would recommend let's do this to anyone! Only thing is I wish we could have met with her a little earlier (like at least 2 weeks before) to relieve some of the anxiety I was having! Mahalo let's do this for making our wedding day and rehearsal a dream come true!!!

    Candace Redongo from Let's Do This exceeded my expectations for the services which a "Day-of-wedding coordinator" provides. She was readily available by phone or email, and was very organized with my vendors and timeline. She definitely saved the day when my DJ lost the edited song for my surprise hula, and rushed to get my IPhone in the hotel room, where I had a version of the song saved. She kept everyone on track, and my husband and I were able to entirely enjoy ourselves on our special day. I don't know what I would have done without her.. I definitely would have been a mess of nerves and would not even have performed my surprise hula for my husband if it weren't for her encouragement. We cannot thank Candace enough for making our day so special and memorable!

    We had Candace and her assistant as our day of coordinator and it was the best investment we made that day. In the past we have attended weddings where family members or friends were asked to be a coordinator, but the bride and groom still ended up having to do a majority of tasks on their wedding day. I personally did not want to stress out family or friends with the daunting task of coordinator the time line. The goal of our wedding was to have everyone enjoy that day and not worry about the details and that's where Candace stepped in.

    Lets Do This Wedding steps in a few weeks before the wedding day (for day of coordination) and really tries to get to know the bride and groom. Fast response with both email and phone are a plus! Fast forward to the wedding day...one thing that really stands out from that day was when I received the wedding bouquets from our florist and they wrapped the stems in pink ribbon (I wanted ivory) and Candace said "No problem, I got it." She came back with our beautiful bouquets wrapped in ivory ribbon, looked like it was done by a pro. I also had her decorate the cake table and she did it so well without any guidance!

    I must say that my husband and I really were able to take in every moment of our special day because of Lets Do This weddings. Candace had every detail covered and her team went above and beyond to help make the day run so smoothly.

    Melissa recently helped us with our wedding, (day of event coordinator) and her friendly charm and professionalism was greatly appreciated. I truly was able to enjoy my daughter's wedding knowing Melissa would handle all the details. And she did! Everything went very smoothly and I would highly recommend her.

    Candice helped us plan our perfect wedding. She was very professional, warm and detail oriented. She helped us through issues that we did not think of. Also, since we live in California, it was particularly important to us that she understand all of the logistical issues that we faced. Overall, Candice was a delight to work with and helped us stay calm when emotions ran high.

    Melissa was a great asset to us for both the planning of and day of the wedding. She was incredibly patient during the planning process and was very helpful in explaining the nuances of the decisions we needed to make.
