Absolutely beautiful wedding cake!! Highly recommend!
Gayle & the team at Let Them Eat Cake are absolutely wonderful in every way! My wedding cake was BEYOND gorgeous - so much better than I could have imagined - and absolutely DELICIOUS. My guests couldn’t stop commenting on how tasty it was! I was unsure of my cake design & Gayle helped my wedding cake dreams come to life and then some. I couldn’t be happier!! Highly, highly recommend! -

We are from Kansas and had our wedding on the beach in Kennebunk, Maine. After researching online reviews I came across Let Them Eat Cake and decided to reach out. Gayle was very quick to respond and after a few shared emails, we decided to go with this her company. Boy did she not disappoint! Not only was the cake absolutely stunning, it was exactly what we wanted and tasted AMAZING! If I knew more people in that area she would be my recommendation for all. Fabulous! -

Wedding Cupcakes
Let Them Eat Cake did an amazing job with our cupcakes and 7” cake for our wedding in Kennebunkport, Maine. Not only did they look amazing but they were absolutely delicious. All of our guests raved about them.

Gorgeous and Delicious Carrot Cake
Not only was Gayle's cake stunning, but our guests could not get enough. Her carrot cake had people going back for seconds and even thirds! You can't go wrong with Gayle!

Amazing and Artistic Buttercream Cake Painting
Gayle from Let Them Eat Cake Is not just a baker, she’s an artist! We sent her our vision for our cake and she knew exactly what to do. The painted buttercream flowers looked like they were straight from a painting. We also got several compliments on how our cake tasted. The strawberry grand mariner option was inexpensive and ready added a lot to the taste: it has real strawberries layered between the cake! -

Great Experience and Delicious Desserts
Gayle was amazing! The desserts were beautiful and tasted so good. She provided us with a tasting and sketches of our desserts after a consultation phone call. She additionally catered to our parties allergies which was such a relief! Great experience 👍🏻 -

Let Them Eat Cake is the best! Gayle helped myself and my now husband through the process she knew our vision before we could even say it!
When I came down from the bridal suite and saw the cake on the table I was taking away. Let Them Eat Cake did an AMAZING job! I couldn't stop looking at it!

Gayle's cakes are to die for - our guests were all asking for her contact info! Beyond the incredible taste, she was a dream to work with - took my mess of inspiration photos and after a quick phone call and a matter of a couple hours came up with three completely original designs, all so beautiful we wanted to order three cakes. We ended up with a blend of two and couldnt be more grateful for what she did for us. Next time we throw a party in Maine, we're calling Gayle! -

Working with Gayle was a great experience! She has a really expansive portfolio of cakes she’s created, which helped me with the vision, but then she made sure that she brought the vision to life with uniqueness. We had 3 different flavors for our cake because we couldn’t narrow it down-they we’re all so good! Our guests loved it, and we did too! -

Incredible experience with Gayle!
We hired Gayle to make our wedding cake. She was super helpful from day 1. Provided two separate tasting packets, sketched our cake from scratch and provided great suggestions to make our wedding cake the best possible. Everyone not only loved the beautiful appearance of the cake, but it tasted amazing too. Would recommend her 11x over! -

Wedding Cake
We were referred to Let Them Eat Cake As part of our wedding package at Village by the Sea in Wells, Maine. Gayle was easy to work with and talk with on the phone. The process went well and I was able to set up phone meetings and send emails in order to go over ideas which made it easy to work with her while I was working California and being behind 3 hrs from her in New England. She sent me all the information I needed in a email and my fiancé and I were able to talk over the options with her and let her know what we wanted for our cake. She sent over 3 different sketches of her ideas for the cake and we choose one then she sent us a cake tasting and we choose our cake flavor and frosting. The cake came out beautiful and it was yummy! -

Gayle outdid herself with our wedding cake on April 30th! From the moment that we first interacted with her, she was very friendly and informative! Despite being 16 hours away from our venue, Gayle made a cake tasting happen, which was beyond our expectations or hopes! Her cake is moist and full of flavor, and you can tell that she puts a lot of time, effort and passion into it! Despite being a micro wedding, she made my husbands dream cake a reality! We could not have dreamed of it coming out any better than it did! -

We ordered a cake for us to cut and three different types of cupcakes to give our guests variety. Everyone raved about how fabulous the cupcakes were. We could not be happier! We had look at a local place to deliver a large wedding cake for us, but at the tasting, we weren't in love with it. We are so glad we decided to look for someone else for our big day. We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend using Gayle if you're in the Maine area. She is wonderful to work with. -
