If you are on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator, trust me when I say just do it! Hire Jessica specifically. She is AMAZING. She’s so on top of everything. She handled literally everything. Because of her the day ran so smoothly and I did not have to worry or stress about anything. She helped with all set up and tear down, I mean…she lit so many candles and turned on so many fairy lights for us lol. She coordinated vendors, the ceremony, and the reception. It was so nice to have a go to person to count on. My husband and I can’t say enough good things. She is worth every penny and more! -

Erin Sent on 11/18/2022Where do I even begin? I could not have done it without Jessica
I reached out to Jessica when I decided to throw a wedding in 3 months and 600 miles away from home. My grandfather wasn’t doing well and we wanted him there for our special day so we threw out all our plans of our big upstate NY wedding and decided to elope in Detroit in 90 days. Crazy, right? I learned very quickly that I was not able to plan a whole wedding on my own and in such a short amount of time. I spoke with a handful of event planners on Wedding Wire but immediately chose Jessica based on our initial call.
She went to work for me immediately. I had a cake vendor in seconds (it was the best wedding cake ever), a list of event spaces within our range and with availability in no time and then after narrowing them down she went and took videos and photos for me since I was not in town to view myself. She found me my dream florist, helped me choose my location and made sure the day of went seamlessly.
I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. Jessica was in constant contact, checking in to see if I needed anything else, made sure we were on schedule, etc… she was so supportive, you name it, she did it!
Big wedding, small wedding or elopement I highly recommend Let the Good Times Roll!!! Thank you again for everything Jessica, I would have been lost without you. -

My experience with Jessica was phenomenal! I highly recommend her for many reasons:
1. I contracted her as a day of coordinator - youd think that she would only help just on the wedding day, but no. Jessica helped me since I contacted her. So about 9 months to the wedding, i told her how I envisioned my wedding to be. She gave me some templates so i could get started, and I filled them out as I gathered more vendors/details. We met a few times to talk about my timelines, expectations, etc.
2. Unyielding flexibility - this is a plus! Although she has another full time job and a baby, she was willing to meet with me as I needed. I also got to pick the time and location. This speaks volume of how she prioritizes her clients!
3. Professionalism- I, unfortunately, did not pick the best vendor for Dj, photographer, and Videographer, which caused me the major stress. Jessica was there to be the middle person because at some point, I couldn’t bear talking to their project manager. She held it in such professional manner.
4. The day of the wedding - she was my backbone and my rock! As you may know, the big day goes by fast and some things will not go the way you want it (this is a fact). This is when Jessica comes in. She made sure we stuck to my timeline by leading the entire program. Yes, she owned it! She was telling my vendors what they needed to do and ensured that my most important sections of the wedding wouldn’t be missed! She was the reason I still got to smile even when things got a little out of hand! Things I didn't think of, she was there to remind and guide me. Yes, she was constantly checking up on us if we needed anything(food, drinks, etc.)
5. Payment flexibility - she understands how costly a wedding is. She was very patient with my payment plan. Not a lot of coordinators have this flexibility and understanding, and truly this help especially when you get so pressured on paying your vendors all at the same deadline.
