If you’re in the market for a wedding photographer, look no further. Lena was hands down the best choice we made amidst the sea of chaos that was our wedding planning. When we first started the process of looking for a wedding photographer, we were overwhelmed by the multitude of options. That said, being an artist myself, it was important to me that our pictures of our wedding day had a very specific look. I knew what it was in my head, but couldn’t quite put it into words. Enter Lena. We found Lena on Instagram and we instantly fell in love with her aesthetic, the artistic detail in each photo, and I remember commenting how each couple she shot felt unique, each post was absolutely aesthetically Lena, but I could tell instantly who the couple was by just looking at the pictures. It was also important to us to find someone who identified as queer, and or an ally to our community. So, we met Lena for parmesan truffle fries at our favorite dive bar, and the rest is history. Our planning was tumultuous. We had to cancel our wedding twice due to Covid, so Lena has been in our lives since 2019. While we couldn’t be more thrilled with our wedding day pictures (seriously every picture) – you hire Lena for the experience, for the sharing of recipes, for the Christmas holiday present drop offs, for the support of knowing you are hiring someone who doesn’t just look at her couples as a contract, rather as an integral part to both her artistic process, but more importantly her life. There is no doubt Lena will be in our lives for quite some time. Invest in Lena because she’s more than just an incredible artist, she’s an integral part of one of the happiest, most joyful days of your life. -

Where do I begin?! Lena is THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!! Hiring Lena for our wedding photography was the best decision! Lena is an AMAZING photographer (check out her insta, swoon!!) and an even better human! We knew from the moment we looked at her insta and other photos that she was the one for us. Her photography is simply stunning! She is so talented, energetic, and fun, and will bring the best best best energy to your wedding! She goes above and beyond for her couples! She makes you feel so at ease and like you're going to have the best photos ever for your wedding (which you will, duh, I have mine back and OBSESSED). Lena was extremely reachable and responsive, and extremely ORGANIZED! She created a shot list for photographs we wanted to get so nothing was missed. She was organized and in charge on the day of the wedding. She made me and my husband (and all of our wedding party and family!) feel so at ease while we were taking a million photos. I've been in weddings where its a sh!t show coordinating photos, and Lena was the complete opposite. She even provided a list of other vendors she has worked with and was impressed by, incase you needed any other suggestions!! We got our sneak peek photographs back so early the next morning and were in AWE! I die. Gorgeous! We were able to get our entire album of photographs back in an extremely fast and reasonable time. We love our photographs SO SO SO SO SO MUCH and will cherish them forever. HIRE LENA!!!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!! Thank you Lena!!! -

The best! :)
I cannot say enough positive things about Lena. She is an amazing, talented, and simply fantastic to work with. When researching wedding photographers, we pretty quickly zeroed in on Lena. We were so drawn to her energetic and authentic online presence. Everyone in her photos looked so happy and like they were having so much fun!! We wanted to have that much fun on our wedding day :) From the second we started working with her, she immediately made us feel like old friends. As we were planning over email, Lena was incredibly responsive in answering all of our (many!) questions. We still had a lot of details up in the air leading up to the wedding, and Lena gave us thoughtful advice and was so accommodating. When the day of finally arrived, Lena brought the same hype woman energy that she has in her emails, on her website, and on her Instagram. One of the highlights of the wedding day was walking through Beacon Hill doing our couples photos. Lena had a ton of great spots in mind. My husband and I aren't very comfortable in front of the camera, and the idea of posing for a bunch of photos sounds like my nightmare, but Lena made us feel so at ease. We had a ton of fun and spent most of the time laughing!! We also dealt with gale force winds during our family photos. Lena took charge and helped us get them done as quickly as possible, reassuring me that she could photoshop my hair into place (which she did!). When my husband and I were traveling home the day after our wedding, we were surprised to get a ton of "sneak peek" photos from Lena. I mean... So. Fast. It was so fun to get to relive everything the following day. Lena then turned around the final album soon after. They were absolutely amazing. I have no words. We love them!! There wasn't a detail she missed. We're so happy we have them forever to look back on. Working with Lena was worth every penny. Thank you, Lena!!! -

Just hire her...SERIOUSLY
Hey Strangers! You know when you have a friend that gets married and then they talk about how the day goes so fast and they can’t stop looking at their photos and you smile politely and kind of roll your eyes....Well it totally does and I seriously can’t stop OBSESSING over the photos Lena and Genevieve took of our day. She calls herself a hype-woman and I think that is an understatement if possible. From the moment Lena walked into our hotel room she was a total boss and was snapping away. Oh and the best part, it was low key snapping not in your face. Sure she uses you like a prop now and then to get that killer shot with your dress, but 90% of the time you will end up looking at your photos and thinking...How did I not see her there!!?? We picked Lena because her candid shots of guests pulled us in. You can really feel the emotion and energy in her photos and it is clear she is passionate about what she does. She is awesome to be around and can get genuine laughter out of you with her immeasurable enthusiasm. I really can’t say enough other than if you look at her work and get that initial good vibe, don’t let that pass by. Contact her and book her, you will not regret it!

Simply the best!
The first thing you need to do before picking date, venue, or anything else is see if Lena is available! When we got engaged we thought we were going to get married on Cape Cod and found Lena on Instagram and fell in love with her style and energy. Plans changed and we decided to get married at home in NYC and asked Lena if she would be interested. We are so lucky she said yes! Lena is the absolute best at what she does and was the most amazing hype woman throughout our entire engagement. For months she reassured us and made us feel so special - not just a client among many. When we were finally able to meet her at our postponed engagement shoot in Central Park we knew we made the right decision. She made us feel relaxed, comfortable, and excited for the big day! She was available for panic phone calls / texts / DMs, and did her research on areas we might want to take pictures and poses that would suit us as a couple.
When the wedding weekend began it was like meeting up with an old friend. We were lucky enough to hire her for both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding. Her capture of our rehearsal dinner was like receiving an additional wedding album. Lena was able to identify family members, friends, and get those special shots we dreamed of. Her ability to get the entire family and wedding party to relax and engage is unparalleled.
We have both been in a lot of weddings and trust us when we say, LENA GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND. One thing that we were a little worried about was the unique (dark) lighting in our venue space, and Lena didn’t bat an eye, saying simply “oh I got this” and she was right. Also, despite never seeing our church before in person, she had researched the best angles - yet another thing she took off our plate. The day after our wedding we woke up to our sneak peak in our email and the full album was delivered soon after (around four weeks post wedding), even during this crazy fully-booked 2021 wedding year!
Lena was one of the absolute best decisions we made and we feel like not only did we end up with the absolute BEST pictures of our engagement, rehearsal, and wedding but we also gained a friend! “Thank you” doesn’t feel sufficient. -

Lena is SO talented!!! My husband and I and our family/friends were blown away with her photos of our wedding. I had messages from friends of friends of friends who were so impressed and could not stop complimenting her work. Her professionalism is truly unmatched! What I think is most special about Lena is that she is truly passionate about her profession and wants to have a real connection with her couples. She puts in time to get to know you, your significant other, your story, and any important people in your life who will be part of the big day. Since the time I first connected with Lena, I had a feeling that we already knew each other for a long time because she made me feel comfortable right away. Her upbeat personality and positive energy are so contagious and that really made a difference on our special day! Lena is AMAZING, truly amazing, and we have nothing but the highest praise for her. -

Shes the one. Besides your soon to be spouse of course! If you are looking for a photographer theres literally no need to look anywhere else.
Lena was and is fantastic start to finish. I followed her years ago when a coworker used her for their gorgeous engagement shoot and knew from then on that if I got married I wanted her to photograph us.
Her pictures are stunning and they make you feel stunning! If I had a nickel for every time someone commented on how incredible our pictures were we could have a second wedding!
Lena is so much fun and energetic! She keeps the show on the road all the while capturing the most important moments!
Seriously... look no further...she is the one! -

Where do I even begin. Lena was the most amazing photographer we could have ever asked for. We found Lena on Instagram after hours and hours of searching and she was BY FAR the most talented photographer we came across. She stood out more than anyone we looked at. We started out with engagement pictures before committing to being our wedding photographer just to see if we clicked and boy did we click right off the bat. It was safe to say we were obsessed with her by the end of the engagement shoot and we just HAD to book with her for our wedding before we even saw any of the pictures. A few hours after we got home she already sent us a few sneak peaks and I literally cried because I was so floored by how amazing she did in only just a few pics.
Lena was our girl from that day forward. She isn’t an average photographer she is so inlove with what she does and she is the most professional yet silly human I have ever met. Anthony and I are super goofy/high energy people and she met our match. I think the entire wedding day we were laughing so hard through the entire picture process because she is just so freakin hilarious. She might kill me for saying this but I almost fell on the ground laughing from watching her drop it low on a tree.
This woman is my spirit animal! She made taking pictures feel like a hangout session and we didn’t think of it as checking another box of the list. We already got a handful of pictures back and we are nothing less than impressed and completely head over heals inlove with them. I will recommend her to EVERYONE and I know anyone who works with her will be behind happy with her. Lena thank you for being you I hope you never change! We love you and are so incredibly grateful for you and your talent. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! -

As someone who doesn't feel very photogenic, Lena made me look incredible
with the magic of her talent and lenses. She is part hype-woman, part ninja
- making you feel AWESOME on the day of your wedding while seamlessly
blending in to capture every moment and image you could possibly want.
Besides your spouse, your photographer will be the person you spend the
most time with the day of the wedding; Lena feels just like a friend or
sister and made me feel so comfortable in front of the camera. She is
incredibly professional and delivered our beautiful photos at record
speed (honestly weeks before I would have expected). Okay seriously now...
HIRE LENA!!

Lena went above and beyond when it came to capturing everything that was so special about our elopement. She is kind, has the most infectious energy, and she took our group of 11 and made our individual & group portraits, candids, and the ceremony incredibly fun. I leaned on her completely during the day and she delivered each and every time. I wish I could get married an infinite number of times just so Lena could be our photographer again (and again and again) ! I can't recommend her highly enough. The peak of professionalism, the most fun, and her love for love is enough to put a smile on anyone's face. If you are in or around Boston, you should do everything you can to procure her talent for documenting important occasions. Speaking for myself and my husband, we often feel awkward / stiff in photos, but Lena has a true talent for bringing out natural ease in her subjects. I've only gotten a small teaser of the photos from the day, but they made me shriek with delight when I saw the first few. I'm waiting as patiently as I can for the rest!

Stephanie Sent on 04/15/2018We were so incredibly fortunate and excited to have Lena capture our engagement and wedding photographs. We could not have imagined a more engaging and fun photographer who, honestly, felt like she was a long-time friend. Lena was very understanding and flexible, and even drove down to the Cape last minute to fit in our summer engagement shoot before my fiancé had to move away for work for several months. She continued to remind us throughout the planning process of how excitingly close our big day was and had some great words of wisdom regarding our timeline, especially because I did not have a wedding planner. She took absolutely breathtaking pictures that I cannot wait to put up all over our house. She even got us featured in a national wedding magazine!! Choosing Lena as our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!
