Engagement photos of my dreams
Where do I even begin…Leah is an actual SAINT. She moved her entire schedule around to get some last minute engagement photos for my husband and I before he deployed. Not to mention…waking up for a SUNRISE photo shoot at the crack of dawn to capture our vision in the mountains. The photos were BEAUTIFUL and exactly what we envisioned. Leah is so down to earth and easy to work with. We felt incredibly comfortable and laughed for about 90% of our session. I’ve used her now for college grad photos and hopefully a future wedding reception’s . COULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE BETTER 💕 -

I am going to force myself to keep this brief, because otherwise I could write a whole dissertation on why Leah is the most amazing wedding photographer!
From our very first phone call with Leah, my husband and I knew we wanted to have her with us on our big day! We had some definite nerves about being in front of the camera, but Leah put us at ease when she explained her philosophy of incorporating movement into photographs to help people loosen up and express their true selves in a more comfortable, less posed way. It was clear from speaking to her that she put a lot of thought and intention into making the experience as comfortable, and as natural as possible.
Her work really speaks for itself, and especially as 2 people who are pretty camera shy, I was amazed at how she was able to truly capture the love that we share for each other in a way that felt so genuine and authentic! We had such a wonderful time with her during our engagement shoot that I even commented to my (now) husband that the only thing I regretted about hiring her as our wedding photographer was that she couldn’t attend as a guest at our wedding! When we started to share our wedding pictures with family and friends, we all agreed that Leah’s photographs truly allowed us to relive the whole experience all over again - and really, what more could you want from someone who is capturing one of the absolute happiest moments of your life! -

Leah was an absolute DREAM COME TRUE! I had been following Leah on instagram for MONTHS just dreaming of one day working with her. My now fiancé planned a surprise proposal at a lantern festival that included Leah camouflaging in a group of people pretending to just be another attendee. When my fiancé got down on one knee and asked me to do forever it was truly magic but what really made the night even more special was when I realized that Leah was there to capture the entire moment. My fiancé and I had never done a couples photoshoot before nor had we even been professionally photographed and as a same sex couple it was something we were both nervous about but Leah was a dream to work with! She made us feel so comfortable and beautiful and magical and was just the sweetest person to ever be around. The photos she captured were STUNNNIG and something we'll treasure for the rest of our lives. We hired her as our photographer but I truly consider her my new friend. 10/10 would recommend in a heartbeat and I cannot wait to have her capture our special day!! -

Best and most comfortable photography session
We’ve never gotten our photos taken before and Leah made us feel so comfortable. She makes an experience that can seem daunting, so easy, and more importantly, so much fun. We felt like we were playing the whole time while Leah laughed and celebrated our engagement with us. Best part of all, the results were absolutely amazing and so much more than we could’ve asked for. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and are beyond excited to have her be our wedding photographer later this year. Thank you Leah!! -

Best Wedding Photographer EVER!
Leah was the most pleasant and communicative vendor we worked with throughout our entire wedding. From the moment we had our first phone call to meeting her in person she truly felt like a life long friend not just someone we worked with during our wedding. You can tell she puts her all into her work and It shows. We’ve gotten so many compliments on every single photo we’ve gotten back from her. I can’t thank Leah enough on how much fun she made taking photos feel. She truly deserve a million stars!!! -

Leah has been absolutely amazing as our photographer! Our wedding hasn’t happened yet, but she did do our engagement photos and I am beyond impressed with her! She is extremely flexible, fun, outgoing and truly knows how to make people feel comfortable. It honestly felt like we’ve known her for years! She’s extremely fast and diligent with editing, listens to requests and above all, has such a creative eye! We wanted her as our photographer due to her open mindedness, expertise of photography and how she captures moments.
Even our initial call with her felt professional, yet as though we were having a conversation with a childhood friend. She’s extremely tentative to details, super witty and truly one of the greatest people we have ever met!
We are SOOOO excited to have her at our wedding. We have been boasting about her since we met her. We can not wait to introduce her to our friends and family, as they, too, are extremely impressed with her work!
I remember when we met her in person and thanked her for meeting us and she said, “no, thank you! Doing photo shoots feels like Christmas to me”
I 100% recommend Leah, her passion and abilities are impeccable and it’s amazing just how comfortable she makes you doing your shoots! She suggests things to do, where to go, seeks out spots before even getting there.
She is just amazing, I can’t say enough about her!!!
Update- we just got out sneak peak photos from Leah for our wedding and we are OBSESSED. Truly believe is the most amazing wedding photographer out there. Our family and friends loved working with her day off and are beyond impressed with the results. COULD NOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!! -

Truly outstanding to work with!
Leah was phenomenal to work with. Throughout the entire process, she went out of her way to make everything as smooth and easy as possible while ensuring our happiness. She is creative, thoughtful, and makes everyone around her feel comfortable. Although she was there to capture our day, she was truly such a joy to celebrate with - which was also reiterated by many of our guests! Additionally, her work is exceptional. She beautifully captured every detail of our day, allowing us to relive such a special moment in our lives. We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding photographer and we wholeheartedly recommend her for future couples! -

Writing this is so difficult because there's just so much to say about Leah. She is amazing and professional and obviously cares so so so much about each couple she works for. She made me and my husband feel so comfortable taking photos, even when it was raining and cold and otherwise slightly miserable outside. She captured amazing candid photos and it never felt like a chore doing the posed ones. She's friendly and nice and saw that I was feeling overwhelmed during a particularly busy moment of the night and advocated for me to get a break. Her photos are breathtaking and she works so hard it felt like she was in a thousand different places at once but it never felt like she was in the way or out of place. The teasers I got back have blown away every single person who has seen them and they're so amazing I want to print every single one and tape them to every surface of my home so I can look at them constantly. I have included my favorite shot from the night but I could have chosen any one of them to showcase. Honestly, my wedding wouldn't have been as magical without her. -

Simply the Best
Where do we begin -- choosing Leah as our photographer was easily one of the best decisions we made during this entire process. Her work speaks for itself, but hiring her went so beyond just the beautiful photos. She is such a kind and genuine person. She made the entire experience feel so fun and effortless (and this is coming from people who do not often get their photos taken, so this was sort of an uncomfortable thing for us at first). But Leah made us laugh right from the start, and some of my favorite photos are the ones where you can just so clearly see the love she captured between us. She is so talented and worth the investment in every way. This was one of the biggest days of our lives and I am so beyond thrilled with how it was documented for us to cherish for the rest of our lives. -

Hiring Leah was the best decision for our wedding
Leah is amazing. Her photography is gorgeous, and she brings such a fun, light hearted atmosphere to photo sessions. I have never been comfortable in front of a camera, but Leah brought this relaxed environment. There were no static, super posed photos, just my fiancé and I, being our normal goofy selves. Leah's photos showed our personality, and reflected who we are as a couple. On top of her amazing photography skills, her turn around time is so quick! We had a handful of beautiful photos within 48 hours. She is talented, professional, and I 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer. -

Leah truly does it all!
Working with Leah was one of the best wedding decisions we made! We booked her about 18 months in advance of our wedding. She is responsive, passionate, and energetic, which made the planning process run SO smoothly and the wedding day extremely fun. She is super thoughtful and captured all of our special moments with ease. Leah has an incredible talent of being able to direct groups of 20+ people to follow instructions and, ultimately, get the perfect shot. It's easy to say that she exceeded all expectations. Overall, Leah is amazing to work with -- she's professional, personable, and truly cares about her clients. Not to mention she shared our preview gallery with us almost immediately after the wedding. Perfect photographer for large & intimate weddings!
Working with Leah was by far the best decision we made planning our intimate wedding on the parkway. She is so easy to work with, the first time we met if felt as if we knew her already. Leah was AMAZING for our engagement photo session! We are both healthcare students with weird schedules but Leah went above and beyond to make it happen for us - even pivoting the plan as it began raining when we were all on our way to the agreed upon outdoor location! We were able to do some indoor shots and some rain shots that day and revisited the original spot on a nicer day. The experience and the photos are amazing. Her humor and chill nature put us both at ease and we truly had the best time. We could not be happier and are so looking forward to taking our wedding photos with Leah as well!!! 10/10 would recommend!!! -

We love Leah!!
We were thrilled to have Leah photograph our wedding, and are obsessed with the photos we now get to cherish forever. We have hired her for other events in the past and couldn’t imagine having anyone else capture our wedding! She has a bubbly and excitable personality that could make anyone enjoy a photo shoot, including people like me who normally hate being in photos. Leah makes each experience we’ve had with her joyous and fun, which is often necessary for creating a quality photo. People obviously tend to look better when they are comfortable, confident, and having fun, all of which Leah naturally facilitates. Along with creating a comfortable environment, Leah is a master of helping people pose in ways that look and feel natural for them and help show them in their best possible light. Our guests and family loved her as well, and several asked for her contact after seeing the photos from the wedding. The photos themselves turned out perfect - we got plenty of great candid photos taken alongside all of our planned photos that Leah efficiently guided us and our families into with ease. The end result was gorgeous - not overly edited but enough so that lighting is tailored to the photo and who is in it so as to bring out their best look. Leah certainly has her own style that is evident in her work, but is accommodating to requests from couples as well. She is very easy to work with and we are so grateful to her for capturing our wedding and other life moments so beautifully. -
